The manager Luisa is amazing! She paid for my college tuition and even payed for my hair transplant surgery because Im struggling financially.She even somehow managed to cure my blind child, with her wonderfully bright smile.Will definitely be coming back soon.10/10Oh also, pretty good selection of vapes, which is what I originally went in for. Knowledgeable staff (Shout out to Devin for being a total G.)The store on Dixie is a lot smaller than the one on 59, so their selection is quite a bit smaller than the other store, however this location still has beautiful pieces on display.☆18+ ONLY.☆Among which some funky/ironic pieces like; Rick & Morty pieces, including but not limited to Pickle Rick as a bubbler/bong, a Morty bowl, a Plumbus bowl, a Rick & Morty Bong ect. Among the mix were also some TPBoys (Trailer Park Boys)bongs ect. There were some Darth Vader, Spongebob Square Pants and I believe Pokeball glass slide bowls/bowl packs.They carry some wooden pieces as well as some higher quality pieces all the way down to a cheap little China $10 piece, they have a delightful silicon selection ranging from big ole bongs down to little bongs with a lid for the pack(so none spills or for smell help), bubblers(I think) bowls, and a friggin tank. Lookah glass sold here as well. Slides ranging from; 14mm, 16mm and 18mm both Male and Female, for herb and also nails, sidecars ect. Nectar collectors, electric nails and replacement pieces. They have a massive variety of grinders, pens and a few volcanoes.They also have stash pieces ranging from smell proof bags the size of a credit card all the way up to gallon size(possibly a size larger as well).They have soft drink/energy drink containers, foods like cheese-its, possibly candies and I believe chips/crisps. They have cute glass jars, rolling trays, Briefcases for all your goodies, they even have Mystery Bags! ($10 & $20-25)They have ton of CBD options as well. Topical salves, cartridges, gummy candies, lolipops, dried fruits, chocolates, vitamins(for you and your pets! Thats right, CBD chews for your dogs[possibly cats as well, dont quote me on that though.] Haha) They also have the CBD oil for vape pens, tinctures and lip balm/chapstick and pills. However the prices are all a little on the more expensive side.Theyre variety of Kratom is impressive, they carry many different types like Red Bali, White, Green(I think) and I believe one or two other types.They have the powder, capsules, vape oil and more. Im very pleased they have such varieties of natural/herbal treatments, as other stores/places do not carry some, if any of these semi frowned upon natural treatments. The kratom prices are alright, I believe they do a deal on like 3 bags of powder or something, that might have been just their current special at the time. They are always running some kind of sale or special, its always on select items though, so make sure you fully read the coupons/specials before looking so youre not dissatisfied/disappointed when youre at the register.They sell loose tobacco, cigarettes, cigars and tons of vape stuff too. However I didnt pay enough attention.Lots of different lighters; disposable and Zippo style(not sure if theyre all actual zippo or not), baby lighters to giant lighters, tons of rolling papers, wraps, rellos, ash trays and cig pack protectors and cigarette cases ect.

Wild Bills is fun to shop. They have stores in Genesee Co. as well, so they are convenient to shop. Love their selection of extracts. They have a great discount program for frequent & loyal customers. Always friendly & helpful.

Terrible customer service and do not stand by their products.Purchased rechargeable ecig which included two pods and was told if ANYTHING was wrong it would be returned.One of the pods was defective so I returned it only to be told nothing they could do since 50% of the product worked.Mgr. Ian was unapologetic and rude and refused to do anything except sell me more pods at my cost.

They sold me a carton of cigarettes in a white carton I asked if they were Winston light 100S and she said they were I get home and they were not light 100S They refused to exchange them even though it was there fault Now Im stuck with a $75carton of cigarettes I dont smoke Been buying 2 cartons a week for over 2 years but after this Ill have to find a new place They wouldnt even give me a discount voucher for a carton next week

This company does not stand behind their glass products norr do they offer any reasonable resolution when issues are at bay they are more than willing and happy to sell their customers faulty products thats cant be used you can make mention of it day of but nope they would rather bend you over terry cloth shorts no lube and theyre happy in doing so I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone at this point unless your cool with getting taken to the park it a shame honestly one would think a store that sells glass would believe in checking their products before placing them on the shelf but nope theyd rather scam you out of your money 💰 zero out of 10 wouldnt recommend to an enemy

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and helpful. They have always helped explain anything I question, always know my cigarettes (LM100s), they just have to ask two and two or two and one today. Yes, simple things, but they mean so much to know you arent just a dollar sign in a businesses eyes! As long as this staff is there, I will remain s faithful customer!

Super helpful! Didn’t catch the guys name but he went the extra mile to show me a few tanks during this time of lockdown only because they didn’t have coils for the tank I have. Was very patient and brought me tanks in each price range. Next time I find myself here I’ll get the guys name and update this review.

Wild Bill’s customer service is always the best. I’ve never encountered a worker in a bad mood and they always seem like selling me my stupid Juul Pods is the highlight of their day.

Came in on Friday and bought a vape, came back on Sunday because its DEFECTIVE!!! now Im being told to come back tomorrow to exchange cause no manager is here!!!! What?!?!? I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS STORE NOR THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE!!! you take my money, sell me a defective product, then tell me I have to wait to make it right???? Not good business at all and I WILL NOT recommend anyone to come to this store.

Great service both times I have been here. The pipe tobacco and cigar selections are great with very good prices. The hookah and shisha selections are a little lacking and they do not have natural charcoal, only quicklights.

This is a review for Wild Bills in the Waterfall Plaza in Waterford:I have been going to Wild Bills since they opened. It was always a pleasant experience w/outstanding customer service & a huge inventory to choose from. Less than a month ago I purchased a new Vape, which is the same type I have used for years. This one doesnt work correctly though, so I took it AND the receipt, box & accessories that came with it back for an exchange. Dylan, the boss, wasnt there & the young man working today said that since it works (although not like it should, at all) he couldnt exchange it. He suggested I come back Tuesday when Dylan will be there to see what he says. Ive bought between 7-10 of these Vapes from them, not to mention many filters, bottles of Vape juice & even a pipe from W.B.s. Hopefully Dylan will do the right thing & exchange it for a new one. Well see & Ill keep this site posted.UPDATE: I went back & received a new Vape for the exchange of the defective one. Excellent customer service and very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Don’t go there if you expect to get fresh coils for anything. They don’t provide refunds even the same day or within an hour of purchase when the coils came broken/burnt. Won’t be going back there again

If you want a place that does not require or request masks to be worn this is your place. Manager, workers, and many consumers are very inconsiderate of others. Went there months ago and just recently and nothing has changed. Very disappointed and will do business elsewhere!

I just bought a bottle of juice naked lava flow from u guys the other day and it tastes like there’s no flavor. It might of been a bad batch or something i was wondering if I could get a refund or exchange it. Thank You

Purchased a double pack of coils from this establishment, one had the seal out of place, and they proceeded to not give me a new coil / refund.The camera on my phone is not good enough or I would submit a picture.
