Would not go here bought a breeze pro and when I opened it couldnt figure out why my hand felt greasy it was because it was leaking I called back to the store and they said theres nothing they could do about it they sell defective products and dont care all about money for them wont recommend to anyone

Owners have lied high price hikes on everything in the store I do not recommend going to this store illegal and Shady stuff is going on here And the illegal stuff I am talking about Is it about an employee its about the stores owners Cant be trusted on any comment that they give And didnt you guys already have an investigation in 2012 for the same stuff 🙄 🤔 Dont use the store go to wild bills I recommend At least if they have an item that is broken theyre willing to literally give you something better in the Store then dealing with these people Nobody cares about your store credit if you want to rip-off banks be my guest

Fair prices, great selection, great service!

The place is over priced and expired. Had first hand on knowing how they erase the expiration by using nail polish. They sell polka dot bars that are terrible. They put 3 of personal people in the hospital over taking tianeptine. True family of loving to hurt people and take money from them... even if they worked for the company. Highly DO NOT RECOMMENDUpdate: I got a physical receipt from this store stating they sold tianeptine

They have the best selection of vapes, and they carry many other items that are fun to browse. Their candles smell better than any other candle you could buy anywhere else and are very reasonably priced. The workers are so kind and helpful!

Dishonest business practices, cashier knew he was selling me a fake defective vape was in store and did not work when I opened the package he said he couldnt do anything when anywhere else you go if you didnt leave the store you get a replacement for the defective product, original on left and fake defective one on right

One of my favorite shops, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good pricing, wide selection, and overall a highly positive experience. Jeff and/or other staff will get you what you need whether it is kratom, vape supplies, or glass pieces. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is top notch! I love coming in and chatting with Jeff and the other staff all very kind people. Never had any issue not wanting to go in because of employees! Better than wild bills in terms of vape collection and cbd. There are unique items ive never seen elsewhere, and the store is always spotless.

Selling expired/burnt-out vapes knowingly while having a no-return policy that only [recently] has been posted onto the screen near the register. The only solution ever offered to me was 10% off of a new one, or swapping for also-expired/burnt out vapes. Ridiculous. Will not shop here again.

Went in today bc Wild Bills down the road was closed, and I was super happy with the service I received. The man working (I came in around noon) was super helpful & had a cheery demeanor. He was dealing with a difficult customer when I came in & was trying his best to help, and despite being talked down to, he kept his happy attitude and helped me find exactly what I needed. I will be returning, and coming here from now on instead of Wild Bills!

This head shop is nice.Skylar is a very knowledgeable associate and had a great attitude towards work and helping customers who walk in.This store might not have as wide of a selection as wild bills but the prices are a lot better.

+1 star because the employees are PHENOMENAL. Very friendly, good recommendations, lots of knowledge. Originally 1 star only because of a few reasons: 1. The owners policy for dud disposables is that you can only get 10% off of a new one. Any other shop Ive been to? Full exchange. Not the employees fault.2.Their POS system has a lot of issues with the card reader, so sometimes you have to leave without getting anything and all the extra charges will get refunded but the first charge wont be. Again, not the fault of employees.3. The no-refund policy hasnt been posted anywhere Ive been able to see, and I got really fed up when I got two duds in a row. Complete waste of over $20.Everything wrong with this shop is completely on the owner.

The owner of this shop is a terrible person, they dont care at all about the customer, all they care about is $$$, they knowingly sell defective and expired products and take advantage of there no return policy and love to threaten to trespass you over it tooUpdate for owner reply: all they do is lie about everything, dont trust a word out of there mouths

One word. The worst.Customer Returns and Refunds Under Federal LawIn addition to retailers being required to accept the return of defective items, federal law provides a Cooling-Off Rule giving buyers three days to cancel purchases of $25 or more. I bought the item not even 2 hour thru the day.

This place is terrible and terrible customer service. Kid working there is a prick bag too. Sam the manager says they don’t stand behind their products. Sold me a used vape that was out of fluid. Unreal!!!

We had the best experience , first time shopping here and Sam was the best, helpful, professional, and delightful. We bought the gummies for muscle pain that he recommended and it worked better then any pain pill. This will be our go to store.

Stopped in this evening to purchase a few Christmas gifts. Excellent service by a very helpful employee. He took the time to explain & show me a lot of cool products. The store was bright, clean & had a lot of nice looking items for sale. Definitely recommend this shop.

I must admit, I found this place quite by accident, I was looking for a place that sold the particular brand of vape cigarette I use, but since I have had very little luck finding the cartridges, I was more than willing to find a replacement for them. The building inside is clean, room enough for the customer to move around easily, while maintaining a large selection of products. The young man working there asked me what kind I was looking for, and when I told him, he gave me the same answer I had been given, the difference though, he suggested another kind, and that was that! If you are in the area, and you smoke of most kinds, I highly suggest this place!

The people that work here are great however, this is the second time I’ve noticed I’ve been sold super expired vape juice. Looking back at the other super liquidy bottles I’ve gotten from there, they were also expired which explains the super liquidiness and the off taste. I didn’t think to check the expiration until my glands in my throat started swelling-which could have just been the one brand I bought. I like the people here but I’m not paying full price for something that is not good to vape so I will no longer be shopping here.

HORRIBLE. Bought a vape pen and it didnt work. Went back in hopes of getting an exchange but they were NOT willing to do that because of there no exchange/money back policy. Although I had NOTHING to do with it not working and the fact that we are the CUSTOMER you would think they would be more sympathetic instead of offering a 20% off discount if we bought another vape pen (paying more for something that I bought broken in the first place). DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would think they only care about money instead of the customers who ARE the REASON they have a OPEN shop in the first place :) HORRIBLE.

🙋‍♂️I was a client since the opening but not anymore. I bought a juice and when I got home I realized that it wasnt the one I wanted, I didnt even open the box and quickly return to exchange it for another, and the little man didnt want to exchange it for another. and also not give me the money back ... I admit that they have good prices and great variety. But you have to take care of customers. 🤙

This place seemed okay... they sold me on a couple pens.. however one didnt work at all ans i tried to go and exchange it or return because it wouldnt charge.. they never said that at point of sale or any signs on the door. When i went to get another one she had an attitude and just basically told me ohwell buy another one. Will not be shopping here.

Best place around! Ive been a customer for a while now and they know exactly what I want and will even have the products ready when they see me walk out of my car. You cant get any better customer service than at this building!

A few of the guys(older ones) here are rude from the second you walk in the door. Not sure why? Also, the Kratom they fill and sell in bulk doesnt work as well as the prefilled ones. The capsules are about half full.

The best vape shop hands down. Theres many shops that are closer to where I live but I drive out of my way just to go here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to go that extra mile. Always have what I need.

They have everything you need for vaping, and a kratom bar that has more then any other place around, hands down. Super cool employees.

Guy working was super helpful especially after a big let down at another smoke shop earlier today with misinformation. Glad theres a smoke shop in the area where someone knows about what they are selling. Will be back.
