The water lagoon was pretty nice and fun. Having an adult only section with 3 different hot tubs to sit in. Although I wish theyd clean the ceiling to the outside hot tub once in the summer to kill the spider infestation.Customer service needs improvement, didnt seem like anyone working there enjoyed their job.Its worth at least giving it a try, I know Ill be back eventually because it was fun, I just hope they can make some improvements, such as keeping the water lagoon bar open past 10 on weekends... and friendly workers.

We attended the Island Block Party last night and it was amazing! The band and the food trucks were great! There was so much space for the kids to run around and play, and they loved the bounce houses and mini golf. With as many people that were there it didnt feel crowded. We had a lot of space around us during the fireworks. The fireworks were wonderful. You felt like you could reach out and touch them. The music during the fireworks was perfect. There were a lot of workers who were so helpful and seemed to be having as much fun as the attendees. The only bad thing was getting out at the end, but the casino did its best with only having one road in and out. They had a lot of workers trying to get people out as quickly as possible. We will definitely be back next year!

Without a doubt, it is one of my favourite hotels.  Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Kathy E, the staff member. We arrived roughly 6 hours ahead of schedule. The staff kindly accommodated us. The staff was amiable.  The hotel room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was flexible, and the food was terrific. Treasure Island Amphitheatre was one of the best concert venues I have attended. I will be back. ⭐

I will begin by saying at least the room was quiet. Room was semi-cleaned, the bed sheets were very rough, the furniture looked beaten up, no refrig or microwave, every window that we saw was filthy to the point you could not see outside...esp in our room...it was disgusting! The price they charged for a room for a concert as ridiculous!! We paid over $300 for a Motel 6 type room. The sit down restaurant did have quick service and good food. The grill did not have good food and super slow.

We had a great time in our anniversary here.We had a king run with a hot tub. It was lovely. We had 2 meals at Currents-1st one for dinner. It was great the breakfast the next morning the steak was rare even when it was returned. So, that was a bummer. We were able to procure a wonderful sandwich from another part of the casino where they have for and drinks available 24hrs.The gift shop was great. The lagoon opened at 4- the bartender was very late and didnt arrive until close to 6.

I had an amazing time at Treasure Island recently when I saw Creed in concert. The atmosphere was electric, the staff is friendly, and the variety of entertainment options is fantastic! The outdoor venue is especially great for concerts and events-such a fun experience under the stars. However, one thing that NEEDS improvement is the exit strategy for the outdoor venue. It gets very crowded, and its a bit CHAOTIC when trying to exit after an event. Im concerned that without a better system in place, someone could get very hurt. Despite this, its still a great place to visit and I hope they address this issue.

During our stay we noticed our floor and wall In our room was very wet. We called the front desk about it. They did not take us seriously and were very rude to us telling us that “It is just condensation “. “ it happens all the time”. They offered to bring up fans to dry it! It was midnight and we did not want loud fans in our room. They offered us another room but we had an adjoining room with family so moving wasn’t a good option for us. We asked that they comp our room. They wouldn’t. Here is the kicker. They never took us seriously about the amount of water in our room. There was obviously something very wrong because the next morning we see the ceiling in the lobby collapsed and halls were flooded! MAYBE IF THEY HAD TAKEN US SERIOUSLY THEY COULD HAVE AVOIDED A LOT OF DAMAGE! Even so, they wouldn’t comp our wet room!!

I recommend avoiding ever coming to this venue for a concert. The concert itself was great but that being said there is very little strategy by Treasure Island for the parking that directly led to a several hour gridlock traffic leaving the venue. I personally will never be back and honestly I don’t recommend anyone else come here for an event.

Paying for 2 nights and one of the nights is over $300.00! Their room charge does NOT include making beds or clean towels. I asked 2 housekeeping people to clean our room, make beds and clean towels, both people said ok! If you want clean towels you have to call front desk. If you want to go to restaurant and want vthe bill charged to room, you have to notify front desk prior. No one to park your car, no one to take your luggage to room. I have stayed at a $88.00 per night room that is 500 times better then this! By far, the worst service and personal from a motel that I have ever stayed at! Had to go thru casino to get to a restaurant, it was 5 -10 degrees warmer then everywhere else and humidity was very high asking with such a musty smell! Absolutely awful place!!!!

Dont stay in room 410 in the Buffalo tower. I had to totally clean the room before we could even be in there. Everything was dusty. The ceiling had dust all over it that looked like it had been there for 10 years. I didnt clean that because I didnt want it falling all over me. The buffet was the worst buffet I have ever been to. Only the pizza was edible and just barely. They had egg rolls that looked 2 or 3 days old when we got there and nobody touched them the whole time we were there. Horrendous. Definitely not a high end establishment. We were told by 2 different people to check out the buffet. Apparently it has went downhill in the past few years. I do not recommend.

Saw the Fluffy show in the Event Center. He was good, but the experience was not. The seats HURT to sit in, youre crammed in super tight, the room was very warm (sweating), the transition audio was obnoxiously loud (bring ear plugs), and a man was on his phone via Bluetooth talking the whole show. Security did not find him and did nothing, despite him being loud and on the aisle. $85 per person for an experience like that??? I had been considering Brooks & Dunn next weekend, but Im never going to events at TI again. Mystic Lake has been a much better experience for concerts.Ps: do not take the rickshaws in the parking lots. Theyre not affiliated with the casino, endanger guests, and charge a bunch. Shout out to the young man who picked me up before the show in the casino golf cart. He was very nice and I felt bad I didnt carry cash to give him a tip. The rides are free though.

We were in the wolf tower and our room was nice. There was no view from the room we could see a cache of porta potties and an outdoor concert venue. I didnt feel the cost equaled the value but not by much. The pool is NOT included in the price of the room. You can go for free though. You have to go to the casino and get a card, its an easy but involved process that took 30 minutes. Which cut into our pool time. The location was a bit far from the city which would have been great if the rooms had a view of the lovely greenery around the hotel.

Due to poor traffic control, it took over an hour and a half to get into the parking lot for the concert. Because of this, instead of being 45 minutes early to the event, we were an hour late (walk time to venue) and had missed the first band. Then, when leaving, it was yet another nightmare. You shouldnt need to head out for an event 2 hours early to get there almost on time. Either dont hold large concerts or drastically improve the traffic control. Or give refunds to the patrons that attended for inconvenience.

Worst casino ever. They have become extra greedy over the past 6 months. Nothing but lying and cheating and stealing our hard earned money. This place takes your money offering very little in return. Not even a little fun while you lose! Every machine every time is nothing more than dead spins and empty bonuses on repeat! Not too long ago, Treasure Island was actually an okay place to gamble, we actually prefered it over other casinos in Minnesota and Wisconsin, but not anymore. We keep coming back hoping this time will be different and better, but unfortunately every visit ends up being worse than the one before! They have replaced fun and fair gaming with stealing and cheating fueled by their overwhelming level of pure greed.Because of this they are quickly losing their once loyal customer base. From 12.15.2023 thru current we (husband and I) have lost approximately $22,000 (see some of the detailed examples below)They are intentionally stealing from me and the hundreds of others that walk through their doors on a daily basis.Seriously people we all need to STOP GAMBLING AT TREASURE ISLAND!If we don’t come, they have no one to steal from and if they can’t steal from us, they will be the ones losing.Maybe when they are the ones losing they will finally realize that greed is bad for businessBest of luck to you all

Our room was really quite dated but it was clean so that mattered. The hotel has lots to offer especially for family friendly as they have a large bowling alley, and arcade, and a swimming pool with two slides, a floating river, and a shallow pool for the kiddies. As well for the adults, there is a walk up pool bar which is pretty awesome. Sorry, no photos.

First time experience. Booked a hotel room with my fiancé, arrived at 4:00pm to check-in as listed time on the website. The room was not ready yet, they said come back in an hour. Room was available at 5:30pm.I asked if we could get a late check-out to accommodate for the inconvenience and was told no. I asked if there was any type of comp for the missing hour and thirty minutes, such as a free drink or slot play, and was also told, “no, there is nothing we can do for you.”The service rep said the check-in time can be anywhere between 4:00pm - 8:00pm and they don’t guarantee a room ready time. We waited in the parking lot for over an hour with our stuff on a hot summer day. If rooms have a possibility of not being ready until 8:00pm, this should be directly stated on the website or during booking. Not a very great start to our first experience at Treasure Island.Any acknowledgment of the mismanaged expectations would have been appreciated.

Recently stayed here with my boyfriend & our son. We had a room on the 5th floor of the Eagle tower. The beds & bathroom appeared clean, but the room was in rough shape - wallpaper noticeably peeling all over, chips & scratches in the furniture, the shower badly stained & finish peeling. The furniture looked like it needed to be wiped down badly & the TV was small, dated & couldnt be watched without very loud static noises overpowering the actual audio. The shower head was TINY with poor water pressure and never got above lukewarm. The room temperature was also very, very hot despite adjusting the thermostat. We also found it odd that there was NOTHING in any area of the room that you usually find in a hotel - no pen, notepad, hotel directory or guide. There wasnt a do not disturb sign available for the door so I worried housekeeping might barge in on us, but they never even knocked or checked in to see if we needed more linens or towels. We had a multiple night stay booked so this must be why, but Ive never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping doesnt at least try to check in. Overall, it was a very poor experience. We didnt utilize the pool area so I cannot comment on that, but we did visit the buffet & were greatly disappointed in that as well. The lack of food options here is another frustration - there are 3-4 restaurants within the casino but the hours are limited, they are often crowded & you have to walk through the game play area to get to any. This is very frustrating especially given how horrendous the parking situation at the casino is (particularly near the hotel) because you cant easily leave to get food elsewhere.

READ THE BAD REVIEWS - THEY ARE ALL TRUE! Ignore the “fake” 5 star reviews that say this place is awesome and fun and their machines pay great - It’s lies, all lies. Treasure Island is a fraudulently functioning casino, fueled by their greed and fully funded by the people who gamble here! Also check the reviews on Yelp!I recently left multiple messages about filing a formal complaint - no return call! Still waiting- been over a month now.And what is with the terrible smell lately, ever since they turned the on the AC and gets worse when it rains. The bathrooms always had smell issues and yes the smoking area stinks, but this smell is a mixture of mold, mildew and urine and it’s presence is strong throughout the whole casino, I can’t imagine having to work in those conditions, can’t be healthy/sanitary. They could at least make it smell decent while they take our money. This place is destination donation. It honestly makes me sick to my stomach thinking about the amount of money they steal from all the people who walk through those doors on a daily basis.Oh and the so called on-site gaming commission… also fake! Call the phone number on thier website for the Gaming Commission department, the person who answers (if they answer) won’t even know what you’re talking about when you ask to speak to the gaming commission department. They lie, cheat, and steal. They DO NOT regulate their machines as they claim to. They DO NOT practice fair gaming procedures and they most certainly DO NOT pay out what they should be based on the contract with the state! Not too long ago, Treasure Island was pretty great. It was fun, it was fair and it kept us coming back, we even won a little from time to time. Now, the overall vibe in this place is sad and depressing, The people gambling are frustrated and angry as they quickly realize. this so-called destination fun, isn’t fun at all!I have a jet setter card level so it’s no secret that I have spent a lot of time and money at this place. From December 2023 thru June 2024 we (husband and I) have lost approximately $26,000, this money was basically stolen due to unfair/unlawful gaming practices.I deserve better, we all deserve better, regardless of card level! When things started going bad and we experienced loss after loss after loss, I began documenting all of our slot play experiences at treasure island casino.I am in the process of creating a YouTube channel to publicly share those experiences and expose the ugly truth about this corrupt place they call destination fun!Treasure Island… do better!FYI: seems they are “punishing” me for posting this, I can’t seem to win no matter what I do! Just trying to be honest… if they deserved a good review I would give them one, but they don’t. Definitely something shady going on!

The supervisor at the front desk was awesome. We arrived to town quite a few hours early. 8 hours to be honest and she was kind enough to let us check in at 10am instead of 4pm. The rooms unfortunately smelled like smoke but what do you expect at a mixed smoking / non smoking establishment. The TV has cable but we brought our roku so no comment there. The rooms were clean but it was uncomfortably hot, so we didnt sleep well at all. The hotel controls the heat during the winter so, all we could do is turn off the heat to our room, the windows dont open at all. They do have tiny little vents however you have to pull the shades open for that to do anything so that was awful. We considered going to the nearest Walmart and purchasing a fan. Its was gross. The pillows were unbearably small, the bed was comfortable though otherwise. The buffet was so-so. 3 different check points just to get to a table. Then the drink lady was super rude to our drink lady about whos table was whos so that was awkward. The tacos and salad were worth eating. My husband enjoyed the roast and prime rib.All in all the resort and casino isnt a horrible place to go. They do offer a ton of options for eating like a 24 hour restaurant called the current which was decently priced. The buffet which is open 5 to 10. A day care center for children. The lagoon was packed but its definitely big. It has a swim up bar. A lazy river. Two water slides. ONLY RIDE THE LEFT ONE. THE RIGHT SIDE GIVES YOU WHIP LASH. Two pools, one has kiddie slides too. Three hot tubs. Super fun. A convenience store thats way over priced, but has stuff. A bowling alley and arcade and a spa! The resort also has bus service that will pick you up at the car parking lot and brings you to whatever door of your choosing as well as brings you back to your car.

The casino. Is okay a little dark but I do feel the bingo is very reasonably priced.Theyre not as high as some of the other casinos.Never won there not sure if the boards are rigged. The atmosphere seemed okay.Depending on where you were at in the casino I felt like the polker room came off a little red kneckish to me. The manager in the poker room asked me to move my stuff off the poker table onto a regular table. I understood that and I had no issue with that. But it was the way he came off very sarcastic. I was sitting at a empty table waiting on my husband. Then my husband was asking if the waitress could get me a drink as well and some woman that was playing with him made a big deal of the fact that oh you cant have her ordering from the waitress when really, he could order it for himself and just gave it to me. The dealer had to correct her in a indirect way and told my husband to order the drink for yourself and just give it to me. And I thought it was none of her business and she was very rude because she never turned around and even spoke to me, but having a conversation about me. I can read people very well, a few redneck locals that come there. I rather any day go to Mystic Lakes.I believe theyre a little bit more use to seeing black folks. Never peeped anyone acing racist. But these redneck locals need to understand you are on Native American territory and you are spending money on their territory not yours and its treating other people wrong when they come in to visit. Im not only African American, I am half native american and white. But racist people can only see you on your surface. But regardless to whatever race you are, youre not supposed to be rude towards people period 💯. The casino is a big turn off to me. But one positive thing, I can say about the casino. Not everybody acted like that. There was a lot of nice employees and people, and the food was wonderful and the walk up restaurant. Theres always gonna be a few bad apples thats spoil how you feel about a place.

Went to the pool area to celebrate a friends birthday with a group of friends and when we got in there we saw the swim up bar and wanted to get some drinks. We sat there for over 30 minutes being actively ignored. There was roughly 6-8 other people at the bar. Some got 2-3 drinks in before we where served. When we where served our drinks the lady never gave them to us just opened them up and left them at the complete opposite end of the bar. My friend eventually wandered over and grabbed them but trying to grab so many one fell into the pool and had to purchase another one. Would be nice to just have the bartender serve each individual thier drink like literally every other establishment Ive ever been to does. After drinking our drinks we went to go get another round and the same thing happened. We all spent over an hour of our time trying to get a couple mai tais and a coors lite. What a waste of time. So dumb you just cant bring in your own drinks. Ive never felt more personally attacked for trying to do something as simple as by a beer. If I could give a negative star I would. It was absolutely ridiculous. I can see my business and my friends business is not wanted or needed and i have absolutely no desire to return.

Very disapointed. We paid $303 for a basic room on a Saturday night that was musty and run down. We had a group with us for a total of 6 hotel rooms. Celebrating a birthday and many small children. We had two type one diabetics in our group and two celiacs in our group - We were treated horribly in relation to food access on the property. Because of this we were promised by Clark that Barbara would call to reimburse us - Never did. Terrible customer service and they do not care about accomodating disabilities. Would not recommend. Also the waterpark area is tiny. Not great for any children over age 6. You need to be there at open to even have a chance of securing a table for your items. It gets very busy right away with such limited hours.

I go down to the area at about noon 1:00 theres no one there.. told to walk down to the area that has all the people working in guest services the passport club on my way there I pass about 15 employees just standing around socializing.. highly annoyed at this point. keep in mind I had close to 2 million dollars run to this casino on my last win loss statement Im going 3 out 4 years as theyre very highest level players card and one year as the second highest so definitely one of their good spenders.I reached the passport clubhouse relief thinking well solve this pro9. where there was not a single person in line good news!!!I explain the situation that Id like to use my free spin Ive downloaded the app to which I was told because of the weather they shut that down. Im thinking I mean nobody here knows how to do it ??? now were just going to tell me I drove here for no reason and nowhere in the app does it say that it would be closed on my email and then one of the ladies said oh it just takes 24 hours well that doesnt make sense thats obviously a lie because it says very clearly Tuesdays only so instead of someone just trying to you know do their job and make one of their best customers happy giving his stupid free -spin is probably going to give me $10 anyway and if you had one look at my file you see Id give it all back this is just laziness and horrible customer service at its finest !!there has to be someone that knows how to do that or just being lazy and rude so walking down the way I had to walk because no ones doing the job whoevers running his place needs to send some heads rolling nobody taking any pride in their work or customer service I would fire every single person in that room if they work for my business.so I moseyed on over to get my lousy free meal so I didnt come here for nothing I had another consecutively poor experience with horrible service. We booked the two night (Thursday/Friday) staycation for my wifes birthday weekend. Total room cost was $501 which came with $50 in slot play and a $75 gift card for food, bowling, etc.Being new members we also received a host of discounts and freebies to use around the resort. Free drinks, free bowling (shoe rental not included) free water park passes, discounts on bingo, and free an appetizer with the purchase of an entree from the Steak house.Check in was smooth, the front desk staff was very polite and professional. We stayed in a King smoking room with second floor of the buffalo tower. Being a smoking room I understand it will have a smell, I feel they couldve negated this a bit by using an ozone generator, and more ventilation in the room. Next time, we will opt for non smoking room. The room itself was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The furniture was quite banged up. Small TV 32 with just basic cable. Electrical outlets were few and far between. The alarm clock did however come equipped with usb ports and a blue tooth speaker.Slots were meh. Disappointing when you hit a feature and dont even win double your bet, the wins were just enough to keep us playing for a few hours on $150 we lost. Wouldve been nice to have been offered complimenetery ice water. The bowling ally was nice, and the staff friendly. They have a cool arcade inside of the bowling ally as well. We were able to bowl for two hours with our free passes plus a shoe rental fee of $4 per person. There is also a pizzeria located inside the bowling ally, which we did not try as pizza slices were $8 each.We had breakfast at Currents restaurant. We were seated as soon as we walked in. The food, service, timeliness, and prices exceeded our expectations. For dinner we went to Tado Steak house to use our free appetizer coupons. I ordered the fried BNLS chicken thighs, and my wife the bison skewers, both were excellent. For our entrees we both ordered the burger and fries. I asked for mine to be cooked medium, and was told I can ask the chef, but you know chefs.. The burger came out well done, and was very overworked perhaps even previously frozen. It was like eating a lump of clay. I expect more when paying $22 for a burger and fries. The complimentary brown bread was excellent.Bingo. Well, Ill start off by saying this was most negative experience we had during our stay. We wanted to play, and attempted to. Unfortunately for us weve never played bingo outside of a tent at the local county fair where pay your $2 get a card and play the game. This bingo was more like bingo on steroids. The learning curve was steep. We asked earlier in the day how this all works, and received some solid advice. We even went back to our room and looked over our pamphlet, and devised a plan for when the session began. We returned to the bingo desk to purchase our games, when asked if we wanted to purchase the add on games we simply stated no, just whats included in this package We were met with a response of well I guess if you want to be board all night, sure. $45 to play bingo for two people with $30 off in coupons seemed excessive. We still opted to just play the included boring games. I tried to put part of our purchase on the gift card we received as we still had about $25 left on it. I tried to explain that we wanted to use the balance of the gift card to pay for the rest, yet the gal behind the counter didnt care to listen. I swiped my gift card.. Denied she rudely says. I replied maybe its because theres not enough on it to cover the full purchase? My response is met with a sigh and eye roll. She looks at my card and says thats not a real card I reply its a gift treasure island gift card. Another sigh and eye roll followed up by thats not a real card. Again I state its a treasure gift card Another sigh and eye roll. Its not a real card, if its a real card go to that ATM and take the cash out. Again I tried to explain.. Well I started to then just decided to scrap bingo altogether.

We were trying to save time by having one person stand in this line while the other person parked the car but no one told us we had to have the island pass to get the wrist bands so we had to stand in the line twice and it just took forever to finally get to the water park. We go to the hotel at 4:15 and finally got to the pool after 5:30pm and all the standing in lines to check in, then walk with children all the way through the casino to get the island pass and the back to the hotel side to finally get the wrist bands for the water park. There were some fun promotions on it that I ended up winning at a machine from promotional credits on said card. So, that was fun. There is a smoking section for smokers. A 24 hour food place, with a questionable name. And the staff working at this food spot need an attitude adjustment. I get it, youre working overnight in a casino restaurant, but try at least a little. Anyways, the Italian sub was giant and about 5-6 meals worth of food. We arrived early for our 2pm appt as instructed but were left waiting in the relaxation room for awhile, by the time we got in & settled it was 2:20 leaving only 40 minutes for our massages that were supposed to be 60 minutes. When we went to leave they stated the bill was nearly $250 before gratuity.. it was a hassle just to get them to honor the price they had listed & we were cut short at that. Not impressed. The outdoor hot tub was nice but way overcrowded. The slot machines did nothing but take all our money with very little kick back to make the experience entertaining which was a bummer. The front desk told us the wrong time for bingo when we arrived so we missed the opportunity to play. Also a bummer as I love bingo. This is a very nice hotel and casino near Redwing, MN. They have a large gaming area, I honestly find the layout a bit confusing after several visits. They have a wide variety of modern slots, classic penny slots, a large table gaming area, as well as a bingo annex. The casino is non-smoking however there is a nice large smoking area with its own bar, so you could easily be in there the whole time.(Edit) My original review stated the biggest drawback was the lack of complimentary refreshments. I leaned from another patron that you can go up to the bar and ask for a soda and they will give you one free. I dont remember seeing that posted anywhere or being told. There is a buffet and several eating establishments right off the gaming floor but honestly I dont know anything about any of that.If youre new, as I recently was, it would probably help to have a friend go with who knows the ropes. Their new member promotion included a spin on a wheel if you could accumulate 10 points. I was surprised to find out it cost several dollars for each point. It ends up costing like 11 dollars and then I only won $8 free play on the wheel.Having pointed out the opportunities, I have gone 4 times and won $100, lost $10, and came up even twice. Staff has been friendly except for one unusual experience with a somewhat hostile bartender - apparently standing at the bar and ordering a drink might be a trigger for some, youre supposed to order from the little corral bars thing.Overall a good casino, I will definitely go back.

This place is terrible, been coming here for 20 years and let me tell you there is a reason they can afford the updates. Back in the early 2000s you could come here with $50 and have a full night of fun. It has developed into (no kidding I have counted) the last 18 times I have gone spending more then $300 with literally no play back at all. Get a bonus and 9 times out of 10 you hardly even win your money back. Never again, Ill take the extra little drive to go to a grand casino or over to Wisconsin. Gambling shouldnt be a one way street of having your money flat out stolen and just giving them a fractional fine for not paying out in accordance with laws they should be fined any profits + penalties.

We had come for New Years 5-6 years ago when they had the Blues Brothers. Fast forward to this year and it was just sad. There was a DJ, not very loud or fun. No balloon drop or effort put into it. $299+ for hotel. For what? You can burn through $500 in slots quickly. They do not seem to ever payout. Only a couple of open Black Jack tables. No more good drinks in the swim up bar, just all things in cans. The bowling may have 3 beer can choices. The bar is closed down. Everything about Treasure Island has a going out of business feel. I would go to Turtle Lake if I really wanted a chance to win any money.

When we arrived to treasure island on a Friday, staying the weekend for my 30th birthday... lines were long but got through it. When we made it up to our room, a suite with a king bed and jacuzzi tub, plus small kitchenette and pull out couch in a separate room from the bed room. We walked in turned on all the lights and opened the curtains and noticed cobwebs all over the ceiling. Not small ones big. Then noticed the windows had spider webs perfectly spun and untouched. Then on the couch there was either beard hair or dog hair not sure. Didnt want to have to make a big deal but couldnt let it go. We went back down had to wait again in the line and they were not able to chage our room because everything was booked. But offered to switch us the next day to a different suite. Then they called the housekeeping manager to go with us to our room so we could show her the problems and explained we were worried about the bed or pull out couch and didnt even want to check them. She was nice we left for a good 2 hours to come back with our guests and still noticed cobwebs. Had to call the desk and someone lint rolled the area and left. The water park opens at 4, buffet at 4, restaurant at 4, tiny cafe or just frozen reheated from from the one open place to eat in the casino. The card machines to get players cards were broken and staff said they always are. This was my first time since being a kid here. I dont think i would consider going back or recommending anyone to go.

Update:March 2024: Tried to get a room tonight (2 yrs later since my last visit) and the website says to call for military discount. Tell me why the total on the website is cheaper than calling in and asking for a military discount!!!! The lady on the phone would not give me a 10% code so I could book online myself because she said “it says CaLl To InQuiRe aBoUt OuR MiLiTaRy DiScOuNt, so it doesn’t mean you will get a 10% discount from the price it shows on the website. the rooms on the website are already at a discounted rate so I can’t give you a military discount to add onto a discounted rate” so I said “what’s the point of a military discount then if military members have to pay MORE than what is on the website?!” I fricken hung up on her. I will NEVER stay here again.January 2022: Pretty expensive, Pool is open 4pm-10pm on Saturday’s. I believe it’s 5-10 on week days. I got a room there specifically for the pool for my bday. Brought my 3 year old son so I could enjoy my bday with him. My older sister, my son, and I were in the lobby checking the hours of the bowling alley. A security guard came up to us and asked what we were doing. I said I’m just checking the hours? And he asked if I had a room at the hotel and I said yes. Then he said “better start heading back to your room” and I thought why did he have to treat me as if I’m some child alone in the hotel lobby? I paid $250 for the room. I was appalled I couldn’t even be in the lobby with my son. On top of that, we checked in around 7 pm, and our lights weren’t working in our room! So I called TI and the lady had an attitude saying that the lights are typically dim in the room and I was trying to inform her that the only light that worked was a lamp. Eventually she transferred me to the front desk who sent maintenance up to fix it. After the maintenance fixed it, we got ready to go swimming and It went out again! I called them back and had to wait again. By the time we went swimming we only had about an hour left before the pool closed. After that crappy lesson of not to stay at their over priced hotel, we simply drive to the resort to swim and/or bowl and then drive an hour back home!

Place is a joke from what it was 10 even 5 years ago. Dont go here planning to win money. Concerts and events can be good but end up a logistical nightmare. The Basic Room on a weekday will set you back $200. Whats crazier? You must inform Treasure Island of any and all people who visit your room (ID required)If you plan on eating plan on waiting at least 30 to 60 minutes and thats on a weekday. Make sure you bring a lot of extra cash too compared to the other casinos in the area the foods about double. The passport program they offer is a gimmick $500,000 Plus wagered in the past 10 months and they give me $40 slot play for a week. And then I won $13 on their promotion. After waiting what was probably at least 10 minutes felt like more to use the single kiosk on the bingo side of the casino. Yes they have one kiosk for half of the casino. No Im not just ranting because I lost . Rather rather speaking the truth of what it is. Three cap its nothing like it used to be and and at this rate never will be.So unless youre interested in their high profile events, save yourself the headache and look for your entertainment someplace else.Oh yeah, Good Luck ;)

The rooms were probably the nicest ice ever stayed in that we didnt pay extra for. Large with high ceilings and nice bathroom. The shower was amazing. It was actually large with glass shower doors. No cheap flimsy curtain that always gets in the way. Adjustable shower head and hand held wand that actually works and has great water pressure. My only complaint is the lack of cover space in the bathroom. Bed was nice, albeit a little hard. But thats a personal preference. Good size fridge and a safe round out the amenities. The food was very good, and the service was good for the most part. We ate in the currents restaurant one evening and it was way too loud. No sound deadening items other than the seats you sat in. One almost had to yell in order to talk to the person next to you. Not an exaggeration. The waitress we had that night was horrific. She joked about things she shouldnt have, never checked on us, and forgot things we asked for. I would not eat there again. We did not try any of the other restaurants, hopefully they are better. The casino portion is easy to get lost in. The casino staff was very helpful and polite. The gift shop could use a few more items, especially mens clothing. Parking is plentiful, although an extra shuttle or two wouldnt hurt so one doesnt have to wait so long, or walk a mile. The carts to help get your luggage to your room or back to your car are also few and far between. You need to be quick in order to get one. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay here again. The live entertainment was awesome with the Rockin Hollywoods, and the MOTM car show was extremely cool with a parking lot full of Mustangs. From the classics, to the newest ones you could buy.

We signed up for a river cruise that included wine and appetizers. There were no signs indicating where the bus would pick us up, but there were tons of people smoking in front of the event center entrance where we stood. It took several busses to get everyone to the boat. The upper level filled quickly. The tables were very close together and we had to ask for help to move a set of tables so that we could even get the chairs to move enough to sit in them. The food was served at a buffet and a man stood behind the buffet policing portions. My wife had to explain every time she got food for both of us because I was trapped against the windows. The appetizers ranged from ok to awful. The portions were very small and overall it was very disappointing. We should not have saved our appetite for the food. We are not wine drinkers, so I wont comment on the wine. Thank goodness there was a limited bar available. Our table neighbors seemed to be enjoying it. They agreed that the food was terrible. We couldnt hear the captain talking over the noise of people talking, but we did see many eagles and a pair of pelicans flying near the boat, which was very cool. This was the only type of cruise available during the weekend we were in town celebrating our anniversary so we made the best of it.

Went here on my birthday, had the worst experience I’ve ever had for a birthday, don’t care to much about them, but I like to go to the casino with my wife and have a couple beers and relax. Got there, went to get our players cards, the lady promptly let me know that my ID WILL EXPIRE AFTER TODAY. It was the 18th and my ID was set to expire on the 18th. That’s fine, she let me go about my way, the DMV in our town is booked out and I won’t be able to get in till next week. Either way, we sit down, play some machines, go up to get a beer, the bartender lets me know that my ID is set to expire that day so make sure I get a new one or they won’t be able to serve me. I said thank you, I do appreciate the reminder, he let us be on our way. We came back up to get another beer probably 30 minutes later to a different bartender, who was absolutely awful, never have I been treated so poorly before. He kept calling me bud, which for one is disrespectful in itself and for two he kept telling me my ID is expired when I was just told by 2 other people at the bar and at the customer area, that it will expire after that day is over. Whatever we go to another bar to try somebody else, maybe he was just having a bad day. But now I guess I’m blacklisted in the system and they know who I am and are following me because the guy put in something into the computer after I came up. Needless to say, I have spent thousands of my hard earned dollar at this place and never again will I spend another penny here. And not like I care about my birthday but I came for a fun time and had one for about 45 minutes but the rest of the 3 hours was stressful and just definite bad experience. IF YOU ARE YOUNG AND WEAR ANY SORT OF COMFY CLOTHES(sweatshirts, sweatpants, slippers) you will be treated different than the rest of the patrons and you will notice it.
