The Spa at Mt Hood Oregon Resort

Magnificent. It was everything we were looking for while spending days hiking to come back and relax here. It is quiet and tucked in the woods. Beautiful setting. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Enjoyed our stay.

I love this place. Its my 6th time staying here, and Ill always come back. We got a king fireplace suite, the first time I have been able to do that due to budget. It has the old feel of a ski lodge in the 80s, but new features in the bathroom, like a rain shower head bed and pillowd. I appreciate the nostalgic feel of the place. Sure the furniture is a bit dated, but the bed isnt. Part of the great energy of this place is the old school feel. I appreciate its close proximity to all my favorite places in Welchs, and all the outdoor things you could every want to do (ok, no ocean, but heyyy:)I received a facial last time I stayed here and loved it.The pool rocks and so does the jacuzzi.

I had a massage and facial. The facial was a quality service and the technician was polite and friendly. However, the mom-to-be massage was sub par and stressful and that really overshadowed my experience. The massage therapist talked and talked and talked about her personal life for nearly the entire massage. She was unprofessional and out of touch— people, least if all pregnant women, don’t come to a spa to be bombarded with over sharing. It was awkward and not at all what I expected. Despite efforts to relax I left the massage drained and feeling like I’d just sat in on a stranger’s psychotherapy session. The irony being that I was paying to be there. It cost $130 to listen to someone I don’t know drum on about their issues. I intend to follow up with management.

If we could give a 10 star review we would! My boyfriend and I treat ourselves to a spa treatment whenever we travel and this was simply one of the best deep tissue massages either of us has ever had.Not only were the massages wonderful, this is a beautiful atmosphere, providing great service along with a really great team from the initial scheduling experience to walking out the door. I only wish we lived closer!

Pool and hot tub drain back flowed a bunch of pine needles and dead bugs. It was disgusting! Old man cleaning it the next day said he was retired but his friend asked if he wanted to make few buck. TV didnt work. Bathroom smelt like 90 year old lady queefed in a bag of microwaved popcorn! Prices are up. Appreciate the extra pillows we asked for. Found them outside the room next door the next morning? You know its bad when the Hillbilly wedding party staying there is outside complaining about how they should have all got a room at the casino. Besides that it wasnt to bad.

Ive been 3 times for the basic swedish massage and every time has been the best massage Ive ever had. They do a great job of cross training their staff to deliver similar quality experiences. The facilities are excellent and clean every time.Carly helped me this latest time and she was fantastic, providing a great massage and tips to help strengthen ares of my body that need it.

My husband and I came to Oregon for our honeymoon. We decided to check out The Spa at Mt Hood Resort for a spa day and BOY ARE WE HAPPY WE DID! What a wonderful place! We got a side by side rock massage (highly highly recommend), facials and body scrub with Vichy shower (a must!). We are leaving for Texas tomorrow and are so happy we decided to make this a part of our trip.The staff 5 starsThe atmosphere 5 starsThe overall experience 5 starsWe hope to come back one day and be able to stay even longer :D

Came to relax, instead was put down about what I do for work. My masseuse asked what I do for a living, then went on to tell me about how bad it is for the environment and how terrible the quality from my store is. When I told her thats not pleasant conversation she went on to say well it is bad for the environment, you know that right? Without acknowledging how rude she had been for the majority of my massage, which she continued to rush through. Will definitely warn others about coming here.

I was staying at the resort with the family and needed a getaway. I went to the spa just to use the sauna. It was a perfect 30 min escape. Sauna gets up to 170 degrees and you can add humidity. I was provided a robe and slippers then used the rain shower afterwards. Ill keep this in mind for next time! All massages were booked for 4 and we were only staying for 3.

My wife and I came in to get a couples massage, and my wife also got a facial. She got the mother-to-be massage, which she was worried that being pregnant would cause the massage to not be worth it, but they listened well and were able to find and work out the tension that she’s been building up. I got the Black Diamond (deep tissue) and was very happy with the choice, I’ve had many massages, but the ladies here were kind, talented, and very professional.If you find yourself in the area, we truly recommend coming by to get a massage or treatment.

The masseuses at the spa are all wonderful. I am pregnant and they all know how to make my body feel relaxed and rejuvinated. The whole staff has always been super friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait for my next massage and pedi!

Not sure what other folks are missing.....this is one of the best spas around. Sweet people, great service, I highly recommend. I have brought several friends and family members here - they all love it as well Get the warm stone waterfall, you wont regret it.

I saw JJ today for a deep tissue massage. She was amazing. I get massages regularly and she was one of the best, if not the best. I would go to this spa to see her again.

I have always had fantastic services here. Swedish massage, hot stone massage, facials... their sauna is great too.

Limited services. My experience was rough hands and too hard a pedicure AND massage. Also nothing landscaped to look at while in spa.

Great place to relax and get away from daily stresses. There is spa nearby if you want a massage and Jacuzzi and heated pool in the center of the property.

Adequate, private rooms. All amenities were closed due to COVID so there wasnt much to like or not like.

Absolutely a do over. Wonderful facilities, outstanding staff.
