Great place. First time we went in there was today an had a wonderful experience will be making this our all time go place.

Excellent employees happy to help out and share their knowledge.

They need to fix their damn times cause I’m tired of going up there to find them closed/not opened yet.

Great little shop! Always has anything you need and goes out of their way to get it if they dont! Employees/owners are always very helpful and friendly.

Decent prices but not everything is in stock when l was told to come in. I was told Friday morning they would get what I was looking for, I went at 7pm and they didnt have it in.

They simply never have the pieces I need for my rig and when I call and ask if they do I get lied to and waste gas driving over for no reason. I want a banger piece not to buy a whole new rig because you won’t carry any Female parts!!!!!

The kid that was in there was not helpful. He was more worried about socializing with the other kid in the shop. They dont have a tasting bar so you have not a clue of the flavor if you will like or not. They were out of so many flavors and the kid couldnt tell me what flavor was what.

Everytime I go in the store the staff is very polite and accommodating. They have great quality products that last if you take care of them.

One of the best shops ive been to, specially for the area. The prices are just perfect. People are amazing that works there and there always helpful and knowlegable.

Very nice people and prices were good I got a deal that I bought 2 big bottles of vape juice for like 30.00 I can only usually get one for that price

Hours can be wonkey but sometimes they have what the sibling stores don’t. Call them when you’re in a pinch.

My boyfriend in there in the store earlier today and bought some Fuma pods(refillable) and are suppose to be compatible with the Juul. They filled one in the store and before he got home it was empty. All it did was leak out. He tried a different one once he got home and it has done the same thing LEAK. He and I both have tried calling to speak with someone about this and the phone just rings and rings. No one answers. Ive owned my own business before and it not good business practice not answering your phones when customers are trying to call you. He his very disappointed in buying something he cant use because of it leaking all the time and just gets a mouth full of vape juice.

Ive had nothing but excellent service from the store! but Ive been calling them all day long and their phone just rings and rings and rings ECT... Then I have a very important question that I need to ask them kind of hard to do if I cant get them to pick up the phone now!

Wrong hours. Drove all the way there and store was closed with completely different hours on the door. Tried to call west Frankfort store (supposed to be open til 8 but no answer when I called at 6:40pm), Ill take my $ elsewhere. Save yourself the time and trouble too.

All the staff and the owner have been nothing but nice to me... they have even ordered some merchandise they didnt have in stock..I would recommend Capone Vapor Lounge to anyone ... just good southern illinois hospitality...good people.. great prices...

Every time I try calling it just rings. Nobody ever answers. I go up to the store during their business hours posted on the door, but theyre never open.
