Massage Envy

I told the masseuse 3 times I needed my shoulder worked on. She worked every where else while giving me a lecture about stretching, and when I asked if she would work on my shoulder, she said you have to be more specific with the ladies up front.She was my masseuse, I was telling her. She didnt listenWhy pay $70 to a massuse who wont listen or deviate from an iPad instruction from the front ladies?

Highly Recommend. Hadnt had a massage in years and was blessed with a gift card. Nickole was amazing, kind, spiritual and I experienced a great massage. Thank you so much ❤️

Massage therapist there was very rude. Instead of learning how to massage athletic and muscular individuals she tells me I need to “tone down the muscle”. Very rude and she also kept complaining to me how she’s been tipped bad. Not returning.

Mitch is awesome! My neck was really bothering me & causing a very bad headache. I was fortunate to get in same day (requesting Mitch) & leave the massage without a headache! Whether you need a massage to relax or a massage to relieve yourself from discomfort- Mitch is your guy! Thank you so much!

Took a wild card and booked with a random therapist because I desperately needed a massage. I ended up with Jeannie and she was lovely. Great technique. Would definitely see her again. Also the lady at the front desk was so nice and professional. I’ve been a member since 2012 and have worked massage envy front desk myself and it was so nice to just have a normal reception experience. Sometimes the girls are kind of rude and talk about inappropriate things but the lady who was working when I came was so great. Really appreciated that.

Mitch gets 5 stars. Best masseuse, James is great too!! I’ve had a couple undesirable situations such as going straight from the massage room into the facial room and having the esthetician tell me my back if full of knots after briefly massaging a small area of my back and shoulders 👀 the other hard to forget experience is when a female masseuse told me my spine isn’t aligned. I didn’t know she had a doctors degree. Let’s just say it ruined my massage. Mitch or James. Best of the best

I didnt even BOOK the appointment because the girl who answered the phone was first of all, rude and second of all didnt even know what store she was working in. She said they haad no openings and I was just expressing my confusion since online it was telling me there WAS an opening. Instead of at the very least saying Im sorry for any confusion she was telling me I was trying to call the Palm Beach Gardens store and that I called the PGA store (on Northlake which is IN the City of Palm Beach Gardens, hello???). When I pointed out they are one and the same she never acknowledged her mistake but just repeated rudely that they dont have a spot open. Where did they dig up such a rude person to answer phones??? I have a 6 month membership and will NOT be renewing it when it expires.

James was amazing! Will come back to see him. Great procedures for social distancing and wearing masks. Felt safe and recommend.I came back again on 5/30 and saw Dee for the first time as James was booked... I have to say... wow!! Dee has really gifted hands! I was still in pain on my shoulders and middle back (have two small kids who require me carrying them,, have herniated and bulging discs, and back pain from a car accodent) and she knew exactly what to do and the right pressure to apply everywhere to clamp the muscles and got rid of all of my pain! She really has gifted medical hands! I booked a massage for my father as he had been skeptical about massage envy from a previous massage he had and his feedback from yesterday having seen Dee was same as mine! He really enjoyed it and she knew just what to do to get rid of his pain! Several days later now and I am still pain free! Way to go Dee and massage envy! Love you guys!

I had an exceptional massage today by Celina who is a fantastic massage therapist. She listened to everything I wanted her to work on. She has healing hands for sure, my body feels so much better. Ill definitely be coming back to see Celina.

Dont go to Alex. It was the worst massage Ive ever had. Told him to focus on my neck, shoulders and back. He didnt even hardly do a massage. Then he went to areas of my body and tried to massage over a sheet. I was so disappointed. Couldnt wait for it to be over. Dont spend your money at this place. Go to someone who has a reputation of being professional and giving you an excellent t massage. This was my second time at this massage envoy and it was horrible both times. Wont ever go again!!!!!

This place is the worst Massage Envy I’ve every been to. I was told my technician was certified and capable of doing a deep tissue massage, boy was that a lie. She could barely apply pressure and when she did she dug her nails into my skin, this was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. After my massage I give them the benefit of the doubt because I’m still in a lot of pain, I mad another appointment at the same one for the next day at 11am. The day of the massage which was scheduled for 11am, I get a call asking if coming in for my 10am appointment. After informing the receptionist my appointment was for 11, the only question asked was did I want to reached for another day, no other accommodations were even attempted to be made. Worst Massage Envy in the world.

Veronica did my facial and it was AMAZING. The products she used were great and my skin has never looked better. She was very informative and gave me a neck , arm and shoulder massage as well. Definitely going back to her !

It was okay. Front desk ladies weren’t particularly kind or informative. Got a massage from Martin and I don’t recommend. Sides to focus on neck and shoulders and he did anything but. Massage in general wasn’t great, didn’t care for his technique.

My son spent his allowance money for mother day on a massage for me because he knows how much I enjoy them. I work on my feet 55-60 hours a week. I made a reservation at massage envy (a place I don’t go often because it has always been just ok) but my son did buy it. I went Sunday August 22 made a appointment at 5:00pm with Amanda. I arrived 5 minutes early. There was a lady at the front but front desk lady did give me an iPad to fill out. About 5 minutes after 5:00 Amanda came out. I did inform her I did need to use restroom. So all and all my massage started about 5:15. I remember texting my husband seconds before going on the table. And she did come in. I felt she did an okay job (especially with pressure but didn’t spend much time on my feet which I said was a major point along with my shoulder. When it wrapped up I even thought to myself wow that seemed short. When I looked at my phone. I had noticed I sent him a text 35 minutes ago which means that was how long my massage was. I asked the lady in the front and she than said well your massage is actually only 50 minutes and I said well it’s only 5:45 and I’m talking to you….she said she would look into it but again another reason I will not continue to go to massage envy. Very disappointed that my son spent his money on something so nice and I was not able to actually enjoy it

My first massage there and it was awesome. Humberto hit every tight spot without me having to tell him. He asked if I had any injuries before laying a finger on me. This site is very professional, kind, and caring. I am going back today for an hour and a half. I look forward to another excellent massage.

First time getting a massage and I loved the experience! My wife dragged me there and was only going for a one time thing. I ended up becoming a member! I will be there at least once a month! I highly recommend it, the staff is unbelievable, friendly and they make you feel right at home.

I had never been to a Massage Envy, but I read in a review that Nikki has healing hands, so I thought its worth a shot. The review was spot on and Nikki is an INCREDIBLE massage therapist! Not only is she an incredibly talented massage therapist, but she has ample experience and offers great advice in exercises and stretches to do on my own. I went in with horrible back pain and she has helped me immensely! I am pain free thanks to Nikki.

I had a membership contract. Terminated the agreement in late December. They billed me January 3 because it wasn’t enough notice to cancel billing. Absurd. I was promised I wouldn’t lose the massage. Called today ( February 7) they told me I ran out of time to use the massage I paid for. Ridiculous company policy. Buyer Beware!

Ive used Massage Envy for 10yrs plus. Most of the time my visits are 5 stars and the service is professional. If it is not they normally handle it.I dont like I book 1 hr massage and only receive 40-45mins sometimes. That I have a problem with and speak up.

A friend recommended Tatyana for massage and each session gets better and better. I cant speak to the other therapists here because I have stuck with Tatyana. The girls at the front desk are always friendly, whether in-person or over the phone. The pricing is better if you visit more than once a month, unfortunately I let the sessions build up because I was very busy for a few months.

Just came here for a massage and facial. I will be back! Lilly does a great, deep and relaxing massage, she listened to all my needs and really cared. Also MJ is a fantastic esthetician! She is very knowledgable and she knew exactly what she was doing. The membership is definitely worth it.

Nope. Garbage. Go to massage haven. The 49$ would be ok if you could get a massage for that price everytime but considering it costs a whopping extra 30$ after that introductory offer there really is no reason to go to this spa. I received a very poor quality deep tissue massage the first time I went. Massage Haven is the only place in the area where I got an amazing massage even though it was a bit pricey.

Nice front end employees, excellent sanitizing protocols. Willamina was EXCELLENT! Very caring and sensitive to my specific needs and challenge spots. Highly recommend.

I was actually naked on the table and I had taken half of my birth control pill they actually made me leave because they said that I couldnt be on the table and taking a medication and then they wouldnt give me my massage so I actually went to Orchid Spa right at the Publix Plaza right around the corner on Northlake and they did everything and it was a better ordeal and Massage Envy is a real nasty meeting place to go they took me off of bed and made me leave while I was lying on the bed naked ready for my massage it was very embarrassing and rude and I would never recommend it to anybody and its a corporation and its not a nice place to go at all I hated it dont go there save yourself

Does not deserve even 1 star. They charge your card and if you are at the end of your contract will reinstate your contract without telling you. If you try to cancel they will never refund your money.

I have seen a few different therapists.. all have been great, and have helped me with what I needed. Very relaxing atmosphere, great sservice!
