I was sold once i seen Lidias video explaining the process of the massages offered. Ldia is a true healer, professional and personable. She recommended the deep tissue massage for my shoulder issue. Will follow up with future sessions. Highly recommend this spa.

After my wifes procedure we went to Serenity massages for her post surgery and recovery massage sessions, and the truth is we could not have chosen a better place for that. We met Lydia at the office, she is an angel sent from heaven. The lady knows what shes doing and she takes care of my wife like a baby. Lydia is more than a therapist, shes a healer. If youre broken Lydia will fix you, and thats how good she is. I am not a fan of massage (strange) I know but, after getting one myself from Lydia, I feel like Ive been missing out. I also have to take my hat off for the whole staff, Rimel who was also there most of the time to help us through the whole process, everyone is so nice and the place is so inviting. If youre looking for a great and relaxing massage session there is only one place to go SERENITY MASSAGES in Lake Park. Dont just take my words for it, please, go and see for yourself.

During my vacation and in need of a post op lymphatic massage and decided after reviews to visit serenity. The masseuse was excellent in technique, knowledge and after care. Every time I’m in the area I will see Lydia. I had 2 sessions & she made a great difference.

Have been going weekly to see Lydia. I especially like the Venus Legacy treatment. It is amazing with skin toning and tightening. Lydia has given me lymphatic massage and facials as well. Her knowledge of these services, practices and procedures is quite extensive. I have been going to med spas for many years and Raphael and Lydia are the best.

Had really bad neck pain I described to person I booked appt with. 50 min massage (standard time for an hour). 10 mins heat. Self described “masseuse” walks in (I’m face down) doesn’t introduce self or ask me anything and says, “Hi, buddy.” Turns out he doesn’t speak English. Used some kind of hand vibrator for 10 mins. Rubbed my back for 15 and finished up on my legs. Never touched my neck. Never spoke. Shook my hand and said, “Thanks, bro.” and left. Never saw again.Told woman Lydia I’d never be back and she didn’t charge me. Offered 3 times.I’m not sure what this place is, but it’s not a massage establishment.P.S. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 30 years.

I have had cool sculpting done and all it did was free my stomach left bruises and pulled my stomach out to where it started to hang. It did nothing for me. Eddie was amazing. My neck was so tight prior to the massage that it hurt to move it. Eddie got rid of my knots and gave the best deep tissue massage. She was thorough and made me feel like new. I like very firm pressure for massages - and she delivered just that!Will be returning.

I had a surgical procedure months before meeting Lydia. I was experiencing muscle tightness following surgery and my doctor recommended lymphatic massage. I went to a few places before meeting Lydia with little results. After I met her I knew I was in the right place. She is amazing! I was so tight and sore when I came for my first session. She said shed slim my waist, give me the hour glass shape, reduce the appearance of my scar and remove pain. I have had 5 sessions so far , I can already see my scar flattening out and fading. I feel so much better and my waist has reduced drastically. The machine and her hands are amazing the heat is so healing. The atmosphere and staff are so friendly, welcoming, and inviting. If your not sure take the chance, shes worth it!!!

Ahhh, just had a two hour massage yesterday, I was so tense. I have been to Lidia 3 times now, Im addicted. She makes me feel so loose and relaxed. The best part is that it doesnt hurt the next day, which I was used to from other massages. The facial is wonderful, going back for one this week. Lydia is a life saver.... Am 3 weeks post op form BBL and was getting messages with someone else. After 5 massage I was still soo swollen and In pain, I had so much fluid build up.. My first massage with Lydia OMG 🤩🤩 I felt soooo much better, Literally pain decreased to a 2 form 8 after the first massage... She has all the right equipment, and just a awesome person.. Where do I start? Well I had BBL 5 weeks ago. I also had to get a blood transfusion. I was weak and could barely walk. I had 2 lymphatic therapist during a 4 week period and no results what so ever. I was given Lydia’s number and oh my goodness, what a blessing!!! I walked into her center with a drain bag (for the second time) and couldn’t walk up straight. After the first 1/2 hour I felt immediate relief of the pain I was having. She was suggestive on products/food I needed to start to heal. All worked of course!!!I continued for the next week and each day I felt 70-90% better. I am in week two and I feel like a brand new person. Her and her staff is not only professional but friendly. I had the most fantastic experience with Lidia and what she has done for me to create at least 10 years younger in such a short period of time. I am 64 young and had a crepy neck and pouches on both sides of my Jaw area. With only 3 sessions my neck is smooth and the pouches are gone!!!!! I will be continuing with Lidia for again I cant believe how I feel and how passionate she is and the time she takes to get the results for individuals and I couldnt ask for anything better. I get the most amazing facials by Chanelle. She is personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and really cares about my skin. I have oily acneic skin and she recommended me a skincare plan and skincare products that are specifically for my skin type. I had 10 treatments with the Infinity machine.my stomach went down and is no longer hard. Great machine Lidia was great..super nice.. punctuall and professional. Dont be fooled by her small stature, she is very strong. She got out all my knots. I will continue to have her massage me.

Lidia is an angel with magical hands. I was suffering of pain and she took it away in the first massage. I completely recommend her she is the best. I just wish I had enough money and time to see her everyday every time a get a message from her I feel like a million bucks.
