Renegades Country Bar & Grill

Looks like a fun place for line dancing. It got pretty full of dancers quickly. I ordered a corona beer so I couldn’t go wrong with that. Ordered 10 wings for $16 and it came with a couple of celery and carrots and the blue cheese. The wings I’m sure were premade and frozen which was all right. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with French fries. I believe that was $13 with french fries. The fries were cold and the steak sandwich barely had any beef in it. I can’t say it was steak because it tasted like the steakum that you find in the freezer at the grocery store. The sandwich looks big in the picture, but it is a small sandwich. I said it was pretty expensive. If you’re used to fast food I guess it’s OK. The food was pretty poor especially for the price. but if you’re looking for fun and dancing and drinking a little booze, this place is it. It’s good.

04/09/2024A discovery in the WPB area, a Tuesday featuring country dance classes and a very family-friendly atmosphere where everyone knows each other.The food is not the best, mostly fried items or burgers, but the prices are affordable, just like the drinks.Its expected that the weekends are very busy as people come to practice what theyve learned during the week on a fantastic dance floor.I recommend visiting and enjoying a country atmosphere in WPB.

Atmosphere is cool but the food is bad quality, menu does not have too many options and the service is terrible! There are no waiters/waitresses and the bartender is the only one waiting tables. We had to wait almost 40 mins to get service. I cant say I wont go again but at least I wont eat here again.FYI: I read some reviews about the DJ not playing some songs because it does not pertain to country line dancing. The DJ that night played Pitbull songs and people were doing line dancing so tell me how is that even country? Just letting you all know!

Ive been coming here for 2 years now on friday and saturday nights and I love itBut i’m just now trying the food and OH MY GOSHthe gator bites??!! The Fried pickles??!!! The rebel rolls??? Omg so amazing. Now not only can i drink and dance but i can drink dance and eat! Foods amazing, service is amazing, atmosphere is greeattttt. Will always come here ❤️❤️ 100/10

If you are into country line dancing, this is the place to be. They have a mechanical bull too. When it comes to following along with the tutorial instructor, its easy to catch on. My daughter took me on Wednesday because they teach the folks how to line dance from 7pm through 9pm. As they instructed the steps, its easy to follow along. I just wish they would teach more between that slotted time.

Great place, awesome staff and terrific food. This place looked way smaller from the outside. The owners and even the security staff are great. I came here for the micro wrestling show but now I love it and will definitely come back, very clean from the restrooms to the exit door. Couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the experience here.

I gave it a 4 because after 10PM its romper room, super young and they charge to get in. We had fun there when they were giving the line dancing lessons. The place is big, the bartender was friendly but got very busy, it was a Friday happy hour so its expected. The place is huge! we left when the young-ins got there.

Bartenders are speedy to service you, the place was busy early on a Saturday which was around 9:30pm est and was busy up until leaving which was 11:30pm. Lots of people were dancing and having fun. The music was great too especially coming from someone who doesnt listen to country.

Went and ordered some food and danced. We enjoy country line dancing and learning all the songs. I could not believe, despite buying food and paying to enter, we then could not get a cup of water without being charged for it. No water fountain or anything either. If you buy food and such, you should be able to get a cup of water without being charged. The servers were nice so I bet it’s the owner or manager that made the decision to not provide water.Some people had a little too much to drink and could have used water instead…….They played fun country music for dancing. It was a little too packed but lots of people is good business so can’t complain.Since I can’t bring in my own water, and not paying for water, I probably won’t go back. When you actually go to dance and eat water is kind of needed……

Love Renegades. The gator bites are a must have. Not much of a line dancer myself but its always a fun time watching some of the regulars boogie down.

Amazing country bar, probably best in the area. The music was awesome, the drinks were so good and the bouncers control the dance floor so there are no drinks or idiots standing on the dance floor. This is how a country bar should be run.

Totally not a fan of DJ Kid Karter. When I first arrived I asked for a song and it was never played- no biggie people forget. Two hours later I requested the original song and gave an option for another and he told me “sure give me two songs” - so I waited a few songs and again it wasn’t played. More like DJ No Request. I didn’t know many dances but that’s the fun of it - going out and learning. But it’s also more fun when you can dance dances that you love and know by heart.On top of that the bartenders weren’t personable and seemed miserable. Tonight was a total dud. We drove 45 to come and will no do that again.

If it wasnt for Tasha (the server) and the Manager, I would give this place zero stars. My 26 year old daughter used to frequent renegades, she LOVED country music. Even though she wasnt the strongest dancer, she loved line dancing. Unfortunately, she ended her life before the Cowboy Carter album came out. I thought we would celebrate her first Heavenly birthday celebration at Renegades. Before reserving the table or making plans we called to see if songs from the Cowboy Carter album could be played and were told yes. However, when we finally asked if something could be played, the DJ said that anything he played had to have a line dance. All line dances are made up, they arent exactly released with songs. He said the earliest he could play anything might be midnight or later. It was 8:30pm, we had been there since 6pm.The manager was nice enough to get him to play a song, but The DJ gave zero context and everyone left the floor begrudgingly and there were about 6 of us on the dancefloor. I was so disgusted and mortified that I just started crying. People think their being patriotic by not supporting Black Country Artists, but Black Country artists have been around for the entirety of music! People love hiding behind false niceties, while being the most hateful.After the DJ begrudgingly played Beyonce, he played several other none typical country songs without incident.Despite the poor treatment from the DJ, I exceeded the minimum spend, cleaned up our decorations, and tipped Tasha generously. Please let this place enjoy its lack of diversity and deny the rich contributions to music that non-white artists have laid the foundations for in peace.

Very open space and large dance floor. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Sound system is excellent as well as the DJs. The line dance instructors are amazing. Highly recommend.

We came for my friends first heavenly birthday! She used to love going to renegades and dance. We thought it would be the perfect place to have her first heavily birthday there to honor her..wrong and worst decision to make.Before making the reservation we asked if we can play a song in honor of her and the manager said as long as it’s a county song. Well when we asked the dj to play “Texas Hold ‘Em” the Dj automatically had an issue with it and said he couldn’t play till after 12 it was 7pm because it’s not a line dancing song and there are no dances to go along with it. That was the first red flag!! The second was we asked if we can do a shoutout in honer of my friend and all he did was write down her name and birthday next to it.Management got involved after this dilemma and they eventually played the song. It was the most awkward and mortifying moment. The dj gave no context and everyone of course cleared the dance floor and we danced awkwardly in tears. When the song was over he was supposed to honer our friend, but instead shouted happy birthday Kayla without any context.Right after this experience we payed the bill and left. It was the most saddest and mortifying experience. Renegades not only failed us, but Kayla. We will forever have this memory of her first heavenly birthday gone wrong. Needless to say renegades did not take care of us and it was terrible service.

Im from Uruguay; I havent seen anything like that before! So much fun dancing country music. Amazing place!

We attended the on a Thursday evening to watch the beginners line dancing, it was great! However I am a lover of the dance since a young age, so its my thing!! 😅 the drinks were served in plastic cups and has generous alcohol content!We didnt have food so cannot comment there other than, we could see people were being served fries, tacos and burgers.We will definitely return , hopefully at the weekend to watch the advanced dancers.

Fun night out on the town with my family. Cousin 2019 was fun at Renegades. Wish the dance lessons could be shown on at least a couple of the overhead TVs for those in the back. Ladies drink free after 9 was a bonus! Management asked our group to move bar stools away from back bar so other customers could purchase drinks. We got a little butt hurt because we were paying customers as well. Left after that.

If youre into modern country western or want to learn line dancing, then it seems like this is the place to go.I dont know yet if its like this every night but the great big dance floor was surrounded by tables and every single one was marked as reserved. Ill call ahead next time and see about that.Had to sit at the bar, but no biggy. The vibe was nice, the crowd was mixed but it was early pm, so who knows after 9pm.Came for the gator but they didnt have it. Hopefully next time. The dry rub wings were okay. The tater tots were not piled high but did taste good. So I guess if youre not coming for the food, then you certainly wont be disappointed and just get into the dancing and have a good time.

This place used to be my home years ago and I know things change, but if Your going to call yourself a country bar you need to play at least one country song. Even the employees there say it’s going down hill as far as a country bar. Then at midnight they play the national anthem and there were a few people kneeling. That would have never happened in a real country bar. So sad to say the group of us that went willNever go back which sucks.

Be sure to look out for their auto gratuity when signing your check because they dont want to pay their employees. I always tip, But putting an automatic number telling me what I should tip is a joke and I dont support businesses like this.

Solid bar with country music and vibes. Food is above average for the setting. And they just fights nights too.

Food was better than expected at a bar type atmosphere service was good for it being so busy. My only thing is I recommend that you DO NOT START A TAB , THEY HIT YOU WITH AN AUTOMATIC GRATUITY

I used to come to this bar allll the time! Loved the dancing, atmosphere and on Saturday nights the bill riding! But I came here tonight on the day before New Year’s Eve and the guy controlling the bull was so rude! He told us we needed to tip before we even got to ride the bull, even though we paid to get in to the bar. I wouldn’t mind paying for the bull AFTER the experience but with his grumpy attitude and completely being rude to every customer it made me so sad to see the place I once loved become such a money hungry place. Seriously disappointed

This is a line dancing place. They have an instructor sometimes and various events during the week. Fun place but honestly I come here for the food!! They have to die for wings with their signature awesome sauce. Highly recommend. Also try out the mac and cheese egg rolls. YUM! There is a mechanical bull they run later into the night so try it out!

If I had the choice I’d rate it a zero! I went on Wednesday “family night” I was taking my brother and my cousins to enjoy our time and I was falsely accused of underage drinking and rudely approached by the security guard, given that we are younger females you would think they would be more respectful on how they spoke to us being larger grown men, gave us no space to explain. The blonde lady that started the accusations who I believe was the owner was very rude and did not care about us being her customers. They have no reliable evidence that I did such thing and I felt very targeted, definitely racist. Will not be going there again, very traumatizing!!

Absolutely no service. Went on a Thursday eve. Reserved a table. No one ever came by so we could order. Sat for 20 min. and decided to go to the one bar that was open on the other side of the building. The lady ignored me for a few while chatting with a guy. Finally I was able to get two drinks. After another 35 minutes my brother went to go to order another drink and ask about ordering dinner. She ignored him, while he stood there for about 5 min. so we decided to leave. I guess they are not into making money. We went to Twin Peaks up the street. Ordered the coldest beer in town, had dinner, and spent our $75.00 there.

Line dancing was cool, but bar staff was racist and refused to give water cups to non white customers.

4/11/23 - This was my first time visiting this establishment. There was no one to greet us at the entrance. After waiting a few minutes, we seated ourselves. They seemed to be very short staffed. The bartender was the person that waited on us. The seating was very uncomfortable for me. All of the tables and chairs were too high, hard and wooden. No comfort. I went just to try something new and different. The food was not that good. I guess I picked the wrong night to go. Ive been told that its much better on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. They had country line dancing classes going on. That part seemed fun, but the instructor and the DJ were boring.

This establishment is the worst!!! They are racist! If you are not white they give you attitude when serving! The bartender especially!!!! The security is very rude!!!! My nieces were kicked out saying the fit a description! We all know what that means!!!! Please don’t go there!!!

I don’t understand all of the reviews saying you are targeted if you’re not white when that is not true at all , I’m a Hispanic girl and I have never once been targeted at renegades it is truly a fun place to come too! And yes the only thing is if you do not know the dances we will say to move to the side because people love to hang out and stand in the middle when you should just politely stand to the side and learn the dance from there when people who know the dance have most of the floor

Went tonight for my sisters bday . It was our first time going . We went to dance which took a lot of courage for me to go sense I’ve never done it before and this rude lady came over to us and scolded us like we were children yelling at us to get off the dance floor if we don’t know the moves that theres dance etiquettes. She pushed me off the dance floor with her hand and grabbed my sisters arm. This was very inappropriate. Yes i understand that there is dance etiquette however we are new and this is not a way to welcome new ppl. We went for fun and she ruined it being a bully alone with her friends . They must be regulars and bully the new ppl. We will never go here again . Bartender was very polite and felt bad. But like I said they are regulars so they all know each other.

Im not a country song person. We took our friend there for her birthday and we all ended up having a great time. It was fun watching people line dance. And they played some songs not country. A good crowd & the food was great. Our waitress was Kim. She was awesome.

Spoke to them on several occasions for a 40 guest reservation.When we arrived nobody had any idea.No tables were reserved for us.I asked for the supervisor or owner and theowner told server to figure it out.Never came to speak to us nor apologize.The server brought us an old dirty folding table and no chairs and just sat in hear a table.Pretty disgusting,We had to sit scattered thoughout the restaurant.And had no service.We had to go to bar to order food and drinks.Would never recommend this location.Very unprofessional and super poor service.

I have pretty high Standards coming from the line dancing capitol of the US, Moonshine Beach in San Diego. But i was really impressed with the size, layout, variety of songs and dances. And mostly, I appreciated the hospitality of the dancers. They were very friendly and more than willing to help me learn dances I wasnt familiar with. The bar tenders had awesome attitudes, eventhough I only ordered bottled water since Im not much of a drinker. Great experience. I well be back!

I went for line dancing. Bartenders took orders and they were friendly and quick. I had the alligator bites. It was quite chewy. Music was fun.

Never have felt discriminated against until last night. The blonde lady, who is likely the owner, is the nastiest woman I have ever met. If you’re a customer and you feel like getting cursed out by the lady who’s business you just supported, then this would be the perfect spot for you! ☺️ If you want to be falsely accused and bullied by the security staff, who are grown men that have no problem speaking completely disrespectfully to young girls, then come to Renegades! I would never wish bad on a family or woman trying to run a business, but I truly wish no one else will ever have to experience the ignorance and stupidity of the blonde woman, as well as her immoral security team. Still, I will wish her the best because I know her life is more miserable than mine ☺️☺️☺️ Sending prayers over her heart.

Really great line dance club. Lessons for everyone, good instructors, a bull to ride. I like Tuesday which has intermediate lessons and a larger variety of dances and songs. Wed is beginner/family/traditional night. Thur/fri/sat can vary and be crowded.Some nights are more country than others. Get with the times or ask which night is more 100% Country if thats your thing. Usually the crowd is on the young side after 8:30/9. This is a line dance club AND a country bar. Its more modern and accommodating than the old one was from what i understand.

Country bar??? Yeah no! Was there two hours and one country song was played..... food was so overly salted I couldnt even eat it. Some guy in a Mohawk acted like he owned the place.... not the Renegades palm beach used to love! Horrible! Do not recommend!

Food was delicious drinks were excellent I just hate the fact that your bartender stole 15 dollars for a tip and then had whoever the guy was to tell me the bartender was only given a five dollar bill just know I hope she enjoys the 15 dollars that she stole because I will never come back to renegades 😡😡😡😡

My daughter and her friends go here on Wednesdays (Family Night)! It is a great fun safe place to enjoy wonderful pp, line dancing, and food! Highly recommend!

I like the original location way better, they didnt allow people to stand on the dance floor, certainly not with drinks in their hand. You could at least dance couples on the outside of the floor, not here. NOBODY moves out of the way, they stand in front of your table blocking the floor. It seems like just a free for all. The food is ok, they didnt have what we ordered and what was suggested in is place was so-so. The female bartender was very sweet and on top of her game. I would try a different night to see if it is any better, before I decide to never go again.

If you like to line dance, this is the place. We went on a Thursday night and had a blast. I was hoping for more variety in country music dancing (not just line dancing), but it was a good time anyway.

We went on a Saturday night. Got there around 9pm. Super dead. Loved that. Dance floor wasnt overcrowded. Always playing some good music. Take requests. Bartenders are great. Pool tables. Outside bar area. Sometimes they have a bull. Its lots of fun.

Good place for hangouts with friends.country music with dance.but it used to be better with previous management as there were ladies night tuesday with free drinks but now there are less crowd.

I literally spend 4-5 days a week at Renegades. The energy, music, people, food and service is incredible. Family friendly as well. I’m so glad I found them!

Disrespectful staff, Racist treatment. I was targeted from the moment i walked in the establishment. I met my family there visiting from New York. I wasnt there for 30 seconds before i was grabbed from behind and dragged out. I have bruises and scratches on my back the security seemed to be high on drugs they just wanted to fight me for some reason. Stay away from this place.

Fun time for all. Lots of oldies and new songs. Modern dances and older ones too. Friday nights are awesome for ladies. Come during the week to learn the dances. Nice mix of demographic of people. Really nice staff. Bathrooms are really clean with an assistant. Really cheap drinks. Worth a try if youve never been. Pool table, games, bull riding, 3 bars plus outdoor area. Really great setup. Great experience.

NYE-Grown N Sexy event! So much fun! Amazing food, great atmosphere. Rebel Rolls are so delish! And the Shrimp & Grits that came with the Soul Food Menu for the night was great! Good drinks, D.J.s were great. Seeing Cherelle perform and then interact with the crowd all made for a great way to ring in 23.

Our special needs granddaughter Loves line dancing at Renegades. They have free lessons starting at 7 pm. Its not crowded at that time so plenty of space for her unique movesSometimes the very sweet instructor says step right step right now turn or whatever Sarah might step left step left getting pretty close to the others zone. Never a negative reaction from the other dancers. ( and they always seem so serious while doing the tricky stuff lol) Many high 5 her when she leaves the dance floor & we head home early. Great staff and patrons .

First things first I went here with a group of friends to see the Magic Mike all male review show (which was quite disappointing) but I was blown away by how courteous and friendly the staff was at Renegades. They walked around to make sure everyone had what they needed and they made you feel like this was a good place to just relax and chill. Best thing was the fact that they didnt water down the drinks I needed something strong to help sit through that show. All I can say is next time can the security guys perform they probably would have done a better job and they were way hotter. If you in West Palm and looking for a good time check out Renegades you will be glad you did.

Security took the bar stools from underneath us for no reason?

Stop in if you like being treated like a chore rather than a guest. The wife and I went in around Happy Hour on Friday and had to ASK an employee to have a bartender come to the bar to serve us after we were informed he was not a bartender. Call me a critic for the 1/5 stars, but, if you cant make your guests feel welcome, or at least have employees that can understand they need to mention that someone has bellied up to the bar, I dont feel your establishment deserves any higher.

Owner kicked a streamer out thanks to some fake prank callers, owner didnt even give the woman a chance to explain that people/trolls watching the stream will often prank call places in order to get the streamer kicked out.If the owner had actually listened rather than approaching the streamer with immediate hostility then she would have realized it was all just a big misunderstanding.

Learn to play music of all the artist...so you get a 1 star

It was a little girls birthday last night and Chris our waiter was terrible. He was rude to my 15 year old sister, he was flailing his arms everywhere, he was so difficult to place an order with, and he was very unprofessional. I felt so uncomfortable that I walked over to the bar and asked nicely if I could take care of something at the bar vs having to use my waiter whom already was in a bad mood, respectfully he said he couldn’t help me I had to deal with my waiter. I have a $10 voucher for food, but because of his lack of diligent service I didn’t even want to place an order. He was so bad that it ruined the rest of the experience for my family that we just kindly left. No person after finally being able to get out should be treated that way. Also it wasn’t just my table he was talking to like that, I was watching him pass by his customers didn’t look like people were giving him allot of tips. I just came out and wanted to have a good time with my family and I even tipped him cash hopping he would chill out and maybe be more motivated. Nope not Chris! I have kept my receipt so I can call them later to discuss the terms of the $10 voucher. Hopefully over the phone service is more professional.This was yesterday Wednesday the 9th of September 2020, between 9:00pm - 10:30pm

This is NOT a country bar, more like retirement home with line dancing only. No country music at all just very generic line dancing. Plenty hips and knees were blown out.

I havent had a chance to write a review until now because Ive been quite sick since visiting Renegades on Super Bowl Sunday. I had no idea nor was it posted anywhere that on Sundays its not a Country bar, instead its for private events. Well it was horrible, the service sucked, the drinks were watered down and the food baskets were piled so high on our table because no one bothered to clean them up before bringing us more food. The ceiling was leaking all over us and to top it all off they added the tip to our bill which was almost $300 so the waitress got a huge tip that she did not deserve. When we left there were about 6 cop cars outside with police patrolling up and down the sidewalk, all I wanted to do was go home afraid I was going to be caught up in something not knowing why police were there. I do not recommend this place at all, if I could give less then 1 star I would.

Yeeeeehaw! Pony up cowboy or girl. This is a great place to learn how to line dance or go and enjoy great country music. When I went I had a burger, which was awesome. Cold beer, good food and good music! I mean what else can you ask for? So go have a great time and enjoy!

Had not been in years, but it was a nice atmosphere. Food was great. Only downfall, they hosted a poker tournament that night, which was unannounced, so they canceled the line dancing. Our girls night out with coworkers and that was the main reason for choosing the franchise and we were disappointed. Other than that, it was a pretty decent night, besides the new girl not knowing a whole lot about their menu and being forgetful of her customers. A new server was appointed and it was smooth sailing thereafter.

Country bar with good food and great music. You can learn to line dance and enjoy the atmosphere with your friends.

I love the whole thing! After 1 time i went and got my own boots lol....its great exercise:) food is ok and its somewhat clean but I wouldnt go for the food- i go more for the line dancing but overall I continue to go so you know its fun!

The Waitress taking orders needs to ask more info when taking orders . She put things on my bill I never ordered which she corrected. Needs to be more organized or more wait staff.

A group of us drove up north from our normal bar and it was worth every minute!! The DJ Woody and our waiter, Curtis, were the best a group could ask for on a Saturday night!!!! We had so much fun!!! Would definitely Recommend!

Typical college type bar with average service and food.

I just love this place. It is welcoming to all ages. You can enjoy delicious wings while line dancing. You can indulge in great eats and burn the calories all under one roof.

Great food. Good service. And an amazing bartender, Matt. He made drinks that we have at bars back in our home town in California.It starts as a 5 ⭐, but we sat here for almost an hour waiting for a check. Our waitress walked past about 6 times and we watched her taking shots and smoke instead of bringing us a check!

Kate is my favorite bar tender I souly go to renegades now because of her she has made it a ten time better place to be, shes an amazing bar tender and amazing person all love to Kate thank you hope this reaches you ❤️

A fun country bar in WPB! We went for country line dancing lessons...we were to late for the couples lessons which started at 6 PM on Friday but we took advantage of the lessons at 7:30! We had a table overlooking the dance floor with a great waitress named Janet. She was very friendly and always made sure we had what we needed! The ultimate nachos were awesome! Loaded with chili and cheese I highly recommend them! Overall we had a great time dancing and good service!

Terrible. We got charged $45/drink for Avion tequila margaritas (a $32 bottle at the liquor store and weve inquired at other bars on PALM BEACH ISLAND that their Avion drinks are around $15-20). The bartender didnt tell us when we ordered that it would be that expensive per drink, but we found out when we got the $400+ bar tab for our group of 4 on a Saturday night for the concert. When we were shocked and asked to speak to the manager, they brought security and surrounded my wife and I at the bar, which was an effective intimidation tactic. It was an absolutely atrocious experience and we will never be going back and will tell everyone.

I’ve only been here a few times, twice during line dancing and once when they converted the place on Sunday for NFL football (not sure if they still do that during the season). What I can say is that I’m very glad they did whatever they needed to do to stay open for business! It’s just a great place to go where you don’t have to be some hot shot just to get a beer, all the bartenders just want you to have a good time and they are why I’ve gone back! Always fast and easy to get a beer, and bonus points if you know how to line dance! I don’t, but that didn’t stop me since others were out there trying too! There are teaching sessions for the newcomers, but it’s also a lot of fun to watch the pros when things really get goin.

Great place to go if you like line dancing or want to learn. Generally a 20-30s crowd. The outdoor patio has a bit different vibe w/ the DJ playing more hip-hop.Our group went on a Fri night/ladies night. They charge $10 pp for those over a certain age ( 25/30?)and more for the younger crowd. Probably cuz theyre going to drink a lot more than us.The free drinks include well Liquors and not sure what kind of beer, possibly draft. I stuck with vodka, Cran and pineapple.I have to say the male bartender serving from the bar on the left (long, dark & curly hair) was on point. After the first drink I didnt have to tell him again, he knew and whipped it up quickly. Very efficient especially considering the crowds of women that were there that night.They do have a bathroom attendant so make sure to take a few bucks. Theres big TVs scattered throughout the very large room and plenty of seats available around the bars and dance floor. If nothing else its a great time to just go and people watch. Definitely worth the cover charge.Keep an eye out for their male review!

Been here many times, my wife loves the dancing and youthful vibe. Pours are pretty decent, Friday night is ladies night, and there are a LOT of pretty ladies here on the reg. Music is too poppy, hardly even country really. The people watching is good - keep an eye out for the guy who loves spinning too much, very funny.

If there is good music and great vibe, Clint me in. Renegades has yet to make my spontaneous Friday night outings boring! Bartenders are always very sweet to me and the establishment always makes me feel welcomed. ☺️

Went line dancing with a few friends. Im not a country boy but it was a fun night. Everyone there was cool.If youre looking for line dancing or a country bar in Palm Beach county I think youll be happy here.

Been coming here for years, love the people love the staff, in the past 2 years the DJ has been changing and the current DJ plays the same couple of dances mulitiple times a night with very little variety, i use to come every Tuesday and Friday and now I hardly come once a month because I just dont like doing the same 4 dances 100 times a night I like a variety. Ladies night is awesome though love the drinks!

As a person who has grown up in this industry and comes from a family that owns bars and nightclubs for a living I do not recommend if you are under 21. They confiscate your ID and hold onto it until you are ready to leave which if I am not mistaken is no where mentioned under Florida alcohol and identification statutes and probably not even legal considering that your ID is your property legally. They also take a marker and mark both of your hands with a big “B”. I had to walk around with my arms crossed because it was embarrassing. I felt as if I was unwelcome for being under 21. The cover charge is 20 dollars for people under 21 and if you leave, there’s a 5 dollar reentry fee only for those under 21. The music is decent but the crowd is rather rowdy and uncomfortable. Stayed for 15 minunutes and left. The $20 wasn’t worth staying for this trash. This place would have more potential if it treated those under 21 just like everyone else. I just wanted to see what the “hype” was only to be disappointed. The staff and bouncers were friendly hence the second star.

Linedance lessons till 10 really and music variety for a Saturday night was lacking at best food was mediocre the only plus was the barmaid dropped over 200 definitely wont go back.

A great time with Mark Wills singing. Lots of people of all ages. The line dancing was so fun to watch. The place is clean and well organized.

The security guards need to tone down the blatant racism.

If you are looking to people watch, this place is prime time. They do instructional line dancing for a few and you practice steps as you go. Its pretty fast paced, but I imagine you get the hang of it after a while. Did you know there are YouTube videos to learn new dances? Yeah, and then you show up to renegades and you and 15 other strangers are dancing in concert, its unreal. The instructor on site could use some energy, but overall, I highly recommend this place. Dont eat the food! Go for the dancing. Oh, and ladies drink free after 9pm!

Its a country bar so its not my thing but I went with my sister and her friend and they tried line dancing for the first time and they had fun and I also had fun watching them and kinda just hanging out, it was fun but I wouldnt go there on my own or as a suggestion to friends but its not bad either. Kinda dead tho, which is strange for a Saturday.

I loved going to renegades the last few years. This most recent time I went with and friend on a weekday. I didnt know they were having an event that evening because we were just going to play pool. I paid sixty dollars so we could both go in and we sat down and talked for awhile. Shortly after my friend sat down a manager walked past us and tapped the back of her chair and said I cant have you sitting there unless you buy something. Bear in mind that we were some of the only people in the bar, there were empty chairs everywhere, and I had just paid to get in. I was shocked and my friend was uncomfortable. That manager should be ashamed of how he spoke to us and handled the situation. We left without enjoying ourselves because it was so uncomfortable.

This is my home away from home. Ive been going to Gades for years, its not as good as the old Gades but still great. All of the bartenders are awesome! The DJ is the best! The food is good, a little over priced though. The drink specials are killer. Every business has their flaws but Renegades over all is great! They have line dance lessons from amazing instructors. They have line dancing multiple nights a week. You can go in just to hang out and play pool as well. Theres always something to do. NOTE if you go for lessons pick the right night. Call them ahead of time or look at their website. If its your first time line dancing, dont expect to go on an intermediate night. They cant cater to everyone.

Great place to meet girls or just to have some fun doing line dancing with your friends. More girls than guys but the place is really respectful and enjoyable. I would highly recommend to people in the area that are tired of Clemetis St. Its a hidden jewel that needs to be cherished.

The first bar I ever visited and eventually began working at. Im slightly biased in the favor of renegades but all joking aside its got a very inviting loving family-esque atmosphere. The new owners make everyone feel right at home and the management is steadily improving after a rocky restart. Food till close and bartenders that take care of ya and know thier craft make the experience great for everyone.. not just the dancers. I really loved this place this was my first time going. I loved they had free drinks for the ladies and that they had someone actually teaching u the line dance. The only thing is its not to many places to sit in the. But the guy helped us find a place to sit. I will come back again.

First impression last the most, I went out on a date night with my husband and another couple. We heard that Renegades was fun, so came to have fun .To my amazement the attendant was very rude about one of us grown adults not having a Id even after I asked if my daughter could video face him my Id. So it was all we wanted to do was line dance , but it felt very attacked as the lady looked at the man with confusion.

Went in with a irl group for wrestling and the bartender was complaining to a coworker that he had a 103 temperature and only came in because he couldnt find anyone to take his shift. 103 is still contagious left immediately.

Very nice dance floor. Food was excellent. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed our time here. Anna was the best waitress in the whole place. And the medium buffalo sauce can’t be beat.

Everything is awesome! Line dancing is fun. Everyone is really nice only thing I have to complain about is the shots. I think $9 is a bit much ! They’re also very very watered down.

First time in a country place! Love it! They have pool table.The drinks are great! The only think I didn’t know is that American country place you have to know how to dance before you go and they dance by themselves.

The atmosphere was family friendly for the advertised Wednesday event, however, the kitchen and wait crew were extremely lax and understaffed. We waited over an hour for a simple order of fries that arrived luke warm, undercooked and were subsequently way over priced for the accompanying sprinkle of cheese and bacon. Our bacon burger arrived 20 minutes later charred and dry, but the fries were at least hot. Needless to say, come to dance. Eat and drink elsewhere.

I love this place I always come here, me and my girl. Come to every concert here we love it.

Love this place! Try to get to Gades at least once a week with my friends and family. Tami is the Very Best server! Nancy gives Great Dance instruction and DJ Mark is the Best DJ! I highly recommend it!

Sundays @ Renegades party til 12 midnight. A very spacious building and an outside patio to drink at. Not worth the table reservation (DONT) & they charge an event fee on every ticket.

Renegades is one of the oddest music and dancing scenes Ive been too. They will play (and give lessons to) high-pitched pop, followed by modern country and FloRida. Service was awful as well. Our sever didnt come back to the table for over 45 minutes before genuinely disappearing. We asked multiple staff members for our server and their excuse was that there were only 2 people taking food & drink orders. The manager acted as if this situation was common and asked to move our party to the bar rather than send our server back to our table. His overall vibe was rude and patronizing. One star for the one drink that was comped on our tab.

Purposely got there early so we could order dinner and eat before the show started at 7:30. By the time we figured out that we would have to get-up-and-go to the bar to order our food, it was just before 7:00 pm. Only one bartender behind the bar and she was serving drinks and taking food orders. By the time we placed our order for food it was 7:15 we were told we would get our food in about 15 minutes, it came almost an hour later and the show had already started.

Owner dosent care about her patrons. Bought a vip table for a concert for 4 people, got no service. Talked to her and she didnt care. This is not how you run a business.

Even on my worst nights Ive always had a good time at Renegades. Its a great country bar to grab a few beers during their 3 for 1 happy hour.They even provide line dancing classes.

Love the dance instructor tonight. She really made it easy to learn the dances. Wednesday night was a blast looking forward to Saturday when she teaches again .

I tried this place in March and they served old bread that was so bad you could smell it. I complained to the manager and he was very apologetic and gave me a gift certificate to return another time. So I decided to try it again this month, hoping they would get a new chef and it is still awful. It is very unfortunate becasue the decor and service is good. So I guess if you just want to go for drinks it works, but I would not eat here ever again. The food is horrible!

BE aware!! If you give them a credit card to have a tab with they may, just may add on extra drinks you never had! Happened to me and for that reason I will never return! Its the oldest trick in the book for bartenders. Add drinks on to a tab hoping you dont notice to only drive their tip higher and typically after its all done then remove the added drinks and pocket the cash. Shady bartenders = shady business!!

Keep it country here. What are you guys doing? This place could be so much better. Some aspects of this place are good. Dont go on Sunday night after a country concert.

Country line dance lessons almost every night at 7:30pm. Thursday is the best day to go and learn different dances. Sometimes theres also live bands at the outside bar.

Absolutely terrible experience... Would never go back.If you enjoy overly drunk, uneducated , low self-esteem individuals... Then this is the hang out for you!Apparently it is in Vogue at this establishment.... to become so inebriated that you lose the faculties to act like a human being and you revert to an animalistic state.Only go to this establishment if you are looking to get into a fist fight, or if you want to find a lady for the evening with absolutely no moral decency and probably no front teeth... but as an added bonus she will smell like cigarettes and whiskey just like your granddad used to.Avoid this place unless you enjoy hanging out with swamp trash.

Went for lunch. Four people total in place. Wife ordered a M-R steak that came well done,had to send back.Redo was right temperature, but lacking in taste. I made the mistake of ordering Fish and Chips and I should have sent it back too. Very greasy, like it was cooked at too low a temperature.I have to drive past the place a few times a week and I always look the other way.I suggest you do the same and drive past quick.

Worst service ever. I watched 5 separate women attempt to order from the female (short, blonde, pregnant?) bartender who ignored everyone who didnt seem like a regular. She freaked out on customers after having her back to everyone (texting at register like we couldnt see her) then her register went down & she had to control herself from losing it. Shes NOT a happy person.The worst part was that we called ahead asking about a pool table and they said they had 2. We said we were on our way, they failed to mention they had a poker tournament happening on both tables, making them unavailable for several hours. We were told they would get us a table in 15 and after 45 minutes, we got out of there. Will NEVER be back.

Came here in 19 with my girlfriend for a Halloween event with some of her friends. It was my first visit, and will certainly be my last.As I initially approached the bar (there are 4, three inside and one outside), a small husky woman in her mid to late twenties dressed as one of the nightmare before Christmas characters served my drinks. I was the one purchasing drinks for both my girlfriend and myself, and I wasnt light on my pocket.Immediately, I noticed the bartenders unwaivering attitude and disrespect towards her customers. She was clearly an unhappy human being, sadly enough. What was more unfortunate is how that reflected on her work, as well as the people at the bar (including me) buying drinks.After about my 6th drink (3 drinks a piece between my girlfriend and I), I was getting thirsty, for you know, water. At this point I was outside enjoying the warm weather at the time, and asked the bartender there if I could have a water. He immediately responded, $2. I was stunned. I said I only wanted tap, and he then told me, with an extremely defensive tone, sorry man, sorry I cant do anything, thats what they tell me to do, you have to buy a bottled water I dont have a choice!. So, I said alright and walked back inside to the friendly lady dressed as Sally from the Nightmare before Christmas.As my intuition told me, she was even worse. Not only did she become extremely defensive and angry, but she told me that the tap water would cost me $2. A friend on mine that was ordering a drink right next to me, who was a regular, kindly said to the lady, dont worry, Ill get it for him.. The bartender harshly came back with a, Stay out of it, this is none of your business, and I then tried to calm the situation, asking her the simple reason for a charge on tap water (which I could get free of charge in the restroom faucet).Sally (lets call her that for now, I dont remember her name), told me those were the rules at their bar, and became even more defensive than the last bartender, stating, it does not go against any Florida laws, and we arent required to serve you water at any time..I was astounded. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Clearly, tap water costs virtually nothing. I looked it up to be sure and verified this with the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) with a quick Google search, and it happens to cost $2 for every thousand gallons of tap water. Thats right, one thousand gallons.She finally ended up giving me the tap water fee of charge to me she said. She explained she would have to pay the $2 for the tap water, so it was coming out of her pocket. In other words, I better appreciate that tap water! She said she only gave it to me because I had already ordered several drinks.I eventually went to a third bartender at the end of the night, who I discussed my previous debacle with. He was like, dude, you can have as much tap water as you want, its tap water. Theres no way Im charging you. And guess what? I bought one drink from the guy.Long story short, clearly management at Renegades is a joke. This of course includes the short husky woman who was either daft or crazy enough to think tap water actually cost $2. Can you imagine if someone asks for a water to sober up, and they are denied it? Theres a lawsuit just waiting to happen.

Fun bar initially, but ended up being racist to my Indian friend very overtly. Very much ruined the experience. Would not recommend to any people that have an issue with racism. Shoutout to Scuba Steve though he is amazing.

No offense, just not my kind of place and I want to share why: the dance floor has a gate around it leaving too little space for the bar area, there is basically no regular dancing—the vibe is like: if you don’t know the line dance don’t come on the dance floor, and, I freaking LOVE dancing. I didn’t even feel welcome to join and learn the dances, the vibe is so snobby and alienating.

This place has really pick up since the new owners and most of the servers are awesome and the bar is great but in my opinion Anna is the best server she’s always on top of stuff, always checks up on you and makes sure you always have a drink in front of you. Anyway this place seems to be doing great now!!

Chili was the bomb! Little slow tonight, bit I can imagine a full dance floor! Wish I was better at country line dancing. But if you want to learn,this is the place!

Love this place!! Great vibe, great people, and it womt break the bank! Lovvve the mechanical bull and I always meet great new people. Five Stars!! I recommend this to anyone looking for a good time thats not the same old club scene.

The water comes with extra protein.Thankfully its not guaranteed, sadly it happened to me. I come here for a nice time with my girlfriend, first thing we do is play pool and order some water and tea. As I finished up my water, ice remaining, I look into the cup and see a dead ant plastered on the side of the styrofoam. By far the nastiest thing Ive had happen all week.When the waitress came around, I told her about it and showed that there in fact was an insect having lived the last of its life in my drink. She just laughed and left, and then a few minutes later my drink suddenly arrives again, thankfully less life.

Enjoy watching the line dancing. Cheap drinks, and Steve the bartender is awesome .

I do not recommend this place they are all about the money the crowd was very young and they were trying to charge us a $10 cover charge to get in to see a band that was going to be over in 10 minutes we did not even go there to see the band they were not friendly at the door also it was not a good experience we walked right back out and left

We came to learn to country dance....first on a Thursday which was useless because they taught like we already knew the dance The name of the dance was not mentioned nor the song I had to go find the teacher and ask.... Anyone that has never country danced does not know the names of the steps.... that should be taught first...to be blunt the teachers were terrible ...your method of bringing new customers is not good....we spoke to other couples and they felt the same and left.....I frequented country clubs up north and they could put this place to shame. There were no good country dancers...everybody just does their own thing....You have the same people there every night but arent you looking to bring new customers...teach the dance...then after a few songs...play the song and the dance you just taught ...encourage non dancer to try.. make it easy...make it look like fun and welcome.....offer new people to come and be in the front...you people need to get it together....you have a gold mine there and its going down the tubes...PS Dinner was terrible...Chicken was burnt....sad...you had no beer selection....didnt have the liquor to make a Manhattan and this was a Sat night....whats wrong with you people ... YOU need some good management there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come here on Wednesdays for family night. It’s cheap food if you get there before 7 pm. Friendly family atmosphere as well as bingo starting at 7.

Unfortunately they were hosting a private event and didnt get to go in. Will try next time. Looks like a great country bar.

Showed up for a party at the VIP room and it wasnt ready. There was still garbage in there from the night before. The lights werent even on. I went to the bar for a drink, the bartender didnt even acknowledge me was too busy talking to a co-worker then finally got to me and asked me what I would like to drink I could have made 5 drinks in that time.

I love learning the line dances and the instructor is good as well. The staff is nice and even the patrons help you with the dances if you get stuck lol

Great place- during the week they have family friendly line dancing and Tuesday and Fridays are big party nights.

I just love the people there I love the atmosphere everyone so nice makes you feel welcome its a great place to bring your kids for kids night as well

Didn’t make it in. $25 PER PERSON, to even get in. I get cover charges, but $50 per couple just to walk in the doors, absolutely not. Couldn’t tell you how it is in there.

Okay, unless you are 12 leave this joint alone. The food sucks, the drinks are over priced. The service is fantastic but again if you are over 12 you wont enjoy it. Heres an idea re-name it Chuckie Cheese

I went here twice, one on December 20th, 2013 to eat out and January 10th, 2015 For Florida Golden Gloves Qualifier. i love the Burgers but my favorite is the Renegades Build your own Burger. i love the event at renegades and the most recent event i attend is the Qualifier for the Florida Golden Gloves. im met Lou Martinez, whos runs the Boxing Tournament since 2013 that led to a 2nd place finish in the National Tournament in 2015. i love this country grill place.

Food was very good. Love the wings. The Server was great. Checked on us a couple of times. 😁 Dance teacher was great!!

Busy place on Friday night. Lots of line dancing and music. The crowd was younger but friendly enough.

One to the manager JOE lol wow what a waste for a good place with nasty people working there for one the bartender in the back bar was good she was quick but boy was she missable there she look like she wanted to kill everyone that ordered a drink funny how everyone that came to order a drink said DAMN SMILE lol I pretty much laughter seeing that I was not the only one that saw the missable employee then I asked for a manager to just give them some insight on what reflects on them being a manager well lets just say he hired his twins he didnt smile nor cared he said I dont get paid to care about this place WOW I feel bad for the owners of this place cause at the end it makes them look bad as owners of a business hiring people like that hopefully they do a nice clean up on MR JOE I DONT CARE and hire people that are happy and love what they do no matter what I have a smile on my face knowing that the customers are the reason for me making money!!

Worst service ever. Been there many times in the past and it was a great place to be but now it just is terrible. The food came out cold and when I asked the waitress for a drink she would put the order in and then forget to bring it worst part is the management never compensated anything........ guess this place is truly going downhill
