Decent products but horrible customer service. When it comes to returns they will not take any thing back pretty much even when sealed. If you buy a vape from them and its a dud and you forget to check before you leave the store they will not even try to give you the wholesale price for a new replacement. From all my experiences they just seem to be out to make as much money as possible with out maintaining good service to the customers. Alot of the items in this store are marked up way past the retail price and they will not go down even when you try to negotiate going closer to the retail price. They will not talk about prices over the phone because they claim they have competitive prices. Every other headshop and vapeshop in the area will talk to you about the prices of what they are selling and normally are selling the same stuff closer to retail price.

I appreciate jazz she has great customer service skills and she worked with me on some prices and got me a great deal on a water pipe, they have a lot of different varieties, definitely recommend.

April 6, 2022 10:33AMI just saw an awesome product on YouTube i want to try. Even if it cost a few dollars more I prefer to shop the little guy over Walmart.com or Amazon. not only do I value supporting a locally owned small business but I appreciate being able to get it now. I called the store to see if they carried it. I was pleased to find out they did and asked how much it is. The guy stuttered before telling me, “Due to store policy I can’t give prices over the phone.”Congratulations guys on your great store policy: you lost a sale, lost a customer, and got a bad review. The big boys Amazon and Walmart win again!! This is what i get for trying to shop local. Not only was I able to use my phone to get the price on Walmart’s website, but I was also able to order it for $9. I learned my lesson to just shop big and go with the big boys who have better customer service, offer free shipping, and accept free returns.

I am a regular at this shop. It is clean and well organized. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have everything from novelties to clothing. I have bought several vapes here and they always have the juices, coils, and spare parts I need. Jay and Billy are really great guys and have built this shop from scratch. Had to give this place 5 stars AGAIN, I bought a nice water pipe from this store earlier today; i had asked the guy to make sure the glass was extremely okay because i had to skate home. Not even a mile up the road i fell and got 11 stitches but my new pipe survived! They really are a professional shop, they took care of me well. This is my new go-to place

Have been going here for a while and its been a good experience. But as of 2/14 things changed I was treated poorly by an employee names James. He clearly seen my vape was leaking oil but told me their policy was as long as it burns they cant take it back. I showed him through recipets how much Ive spent on vapes with them ($896.23) over time his response was its not his problem.

They had a decent selection of liquids, but too bad quite a few of them were expired. I couldnt open one of the bottles since the dripper melted and became stuck. There are far better locations with fresher juices. Unrelated - The parking lot is not well-maintained. I wound up getting a flat tire due to loose nails being scattered about. It made my already unpleasant experience that much worse.

This is the best smoke/vape shop that I have ever been to. They have everything as far as products go for your needs. The employees are amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else besides here.

They have the largest inventory that Ive seen in comparison to other shops and their prices are the lowest Ive found. Ion mean to be a Karen or nun. Literally just wanted to buy a grinder and filters and the guy with the glasses, short hair and fish eyes told me I had to be 21 when I showed him my ID. I’m (18) reason for this being a 1 star review is because the girl next to him with the brown hair sold me a battery about 3-4 months prior to this visit. So is it really “21 and older” or was bro just singling me out because I don’t “look my age”?

Great store they just put in a bunch of new shelves with alot more variety than they had before. I got a few carving tools and Miguel hooked it up with a bubbler for half price. This is the place to go.

My wife goes here twice a week faithfully and twice her vape didn’t work after she purchased and they would not exchange it. They should replace faulty vapes as they aren’t cheap to buy.

When I visited the shop it was very packed with great merchandise glass juice anything you basically needed they had pretty astonishing prices on the glass they also had a sale that was going on for three Vapes of such disposable kind and the flavors that I picked were rad. Wisely would chose this place again to shop.
