This vape shop was my go to since it was conveniently close by. I just recently bought a rechargeable vape and was unaware that the charger slot for it was defective. Obviously I wouldn’t charge it for several days to know that it was defective. When I went to return it I was denied a replacement for it since they don’t know if I was the one who messed it up. They offered me a twenty percent discount on another one even though i barely used it. I’d rather give my money elsewhere even if i pay full price. I Will gladly bring my business elsewhere. Service towards a continuous customer was lacking.

Came to the store looking for the business owner and The employee had an attitude from the beginning - acting like she owns the shop or they are doing something illegal - - asked her if she could contact the owner for me and to tell him that I’m looking for him - and she decided to act like she can decide for the business owner - why put immature people to work for you and give you a bad impression of your store - she did not treat us like other humans . She has a problem and people like this should not work - I’ll make sure to every day give her a 1star until she learns to treat people with respect

I have the pleasure of working Carey many times. Shes an exceptional employee and beyond that shes got a knack of getting to know what people like. As in an example I came into her and told her that I was tired of my old flavored vape. Because shes gotten to know me she picked out another flavor. She was correct I loved it. I came back today and bought several more of the same flavor and was happy to see her behind the counter. Truly a great shop and the service from her is like an expertise in learning about what her customers want.
