Zach was amazing. I wanted a deep tissue and he did just that. Made sure I knew what he was doing the entire time and asked if I was doing alright. Made me feel very comfortable. Left a very good tip. Will be back soon.

Ive been going to Massage Envy since 2018, I believe, and Ive been seeing Xian for a year or two. I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, back and legs, and he does a great job of working that out and helping my muscles relax. Id highly recommend him!

Erica was the best! Very friendly, made you feel comfortable and relaxed, and you could easily tell she really cared about your needs! Ill definitely be going back to her!

Message Envy has terrible staff that include harassment, exploitation, and miscommunication between clients and the staff. Myself and many of my peers have been treated grossly in the past and they continue to charge my account even though Ive called them many times to cancel. Massage Envy management does not care about great service nor positive customer experience; they view you only as a cash machine. Please do not reach out to this organization for massages. Bohemia Spa in Delano/East Wichita are much better providers and I recommend them highly over Message Envy.

Cindy did really great. I told what pressure I wanted and the areas I needed work on and we did great. I like to relax when I get a massage without a lot of talking and she did it perfectly. Again great job and I will definitely ask for her again

Macy did a terrific job on me and pointed out all the areas in my back and shoulders that she said are “angry at me”😂, because of the tightness and knots she felt. I will definitely request her on my future visits.😊

I became a member last fall. And I and been trying to book at least once a month. I have been seeing Macy for my massages. And Ive had the opportunit, to have Madison for a facial, and Ericka for a rapid tension relief. And I have been very pleased and happy to have had 3 very experienced and very qualified, professinal therapists. But I am not too happy with one of the receptionists at the front desk. She has been there everytime I have come and checked in and a few times still there when Ive checked out. And all those times her customer service skills are not very Profesional! I feel that she either in not happy with her job or she just dont like people!!

Not pleased with the company freeze policy and extra charge each month. Sure hope the company gives their employees the extra $ they are receiving then. Otherwise it seems they would be getting cheated pretty often. Cause I know I have more then overpaid. I booked an hour long facial for 9am. My facial didn’t begin until 9:20 and then I was told we were done at 9:50. I was very disappointed that you pay for an hour and you do not receive the full service. The music lacked, the lights were not very dim, and I did not feel my aesthetician gave it her best. Truly am disappointed and feel like I wasted my money and time. I would not book a facial here unless you want to pay for a poor service.

Xian uses great techniques I felt like it was very good work I will definitely be back to book with him in the future.

The massage was good but the front desk receptionists need some more training in customer service. I have seen Massage Envy for years and was excited when my husband gifted a 60 min treatment for my birthday. However, the first receptionist was obviously more concerned with selling the $75/month program rather than help answer questions about the companys massage and facial services. She also did not know about different type of massage treatments when asked. Throughout the conversation she seemed rushed and did not properly explain the check in procedures once booking the appointment. Nevertheless, my husband secured an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early, and despite being the last client for the day I was rudely told I could not redeem the time I had lost because of filling out paperwork. After my massage by Erica, I was once again given a fast, hard pressure sale for the $75/month program. I would love to come back but I was not pleased by the poor customer service and the preoccupation with making a quick sale during both conversations with the front desk attendants rather than offer good service.

I’ve never gotten a facial before. Now I’ll continue to get them because Megan did a fabulous job.

My wife and I have been going to Siera for a couple years. She does an excellent massage always with a beautiful smile. We enjoy talking with her about all kinds of things. Give her a try. You will enjoy the experience too.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I had booked a couples massage a week in advance for my boyfriend’s birthday. I am also pregnant. I mentioned us wanting to be in the same room multiple times, and they confirmed it was available. Only I got a confirmation the day before. We showed up 15 minutes early to do paper work like they asked. I mentioned again I was pregnant. They said the therapist was certified. We go into another room to wait for our massages. A male came out and took my boyfriend back to a room with just one bed. My boyfriend mentioned it was supposed to be a couples massage. The guy tried telling us there was a mess up in the system. Receptionist comes back, and tells me the person massaging me was not certified in pre natal massages. So I had to reschedule. So if we didn’t say anything, was the lady just going to wing it and massage me? Not once were they sorry. Or offered us anything for the inconvenience. We drove all the way there and wasted 30 minutes of our time. It was scheduled a week in advance, how was it so unprepared for? We usually go out west, but they were booked up. I will never go back to the east location. I guess I should of read the other reviews.

Zach does a great job listening to what hurts and figures out how to deal with it, I’ve experienced a decrease in much of the pain that I’ve been experiencing.

Macey is AMAZING! She genuinely cares about what is best for the client. I have been booking with her for quite some time now and I’m so grateful to have found such a sweet person.

This Place gets you right in.There are plenty of therapists to choose from. I think there could be more background relaxing noises and Aromatherapy going to relax and set the mood of relaxation in each room and waiting area but Kyle was therapist and he was very perfessional

Very great hospitality here in both the front desk ladies as well as the massage therapist. The membership is definitely a great deal to save money if you’re interested in going regularly. My only downfall is the 12 month commitment. That’s a little steep for a “Massage” membership. I have had a massage done by both Macy as well as Brandon. Both were extremely knowledgeable and what they do and left me feeling amazing. Definitely recommend either one of them.

Xian is always very professional as well as personable. He uses a range of pressures to really work out those knots & help you relax. I always leave feeling so much better.

Allow me to detail my experience with massage envy to allow a full understanding of my perspective:My girlfriend called the east location to schedule an appointment for me with a specific provider. It just so happened that this provider worked at the west location. No big deal, however she was not informed of this. She was also not informed that you must call the west location to schedule at the west location, as goes for the east.Unfortunately, the person taking her call chose to schedule her for a random provider at the east location. We were not informed of this and did not receive any confirmation messages. I arrived at the west location the day of my appointment, only to turn around. We called the east location back to reschedule, still not informed that you cannot call the east to schedule at west. They waived the cancellation fee. Asked for the same provider as the first time, and again, the person taking the call disregarded her request, and gave her a different provider. Once we realized the mistake they had made a second time, we tried to cancel and reschedule again, and this time they tried to charge us a cancellation fee because we were a “no call no show” for the appointment we had canceled due to them scheduling us for the incorrect provider.Her card has been charged without authorization after she SPECIFICALLY told them not to charge her card and understandably so, as it was their mistake, not ours. Unfortunately they are refusing to reimburse us, so we are marking the charge as fraudulent on our account.As a business owner myself, I understand businesses have a way they do things (call the location you want to schedule at) and that no, the customer is not always right, but I am failing to understand why this mistake was made twice, and now we are paying the price for mistakes that we had no say in. I do not believe that is any professional way to do business.We finally got in at the west location, but since have canceled, because we don’t want to struggle to do business with them. If these mistakes are so easily made, we do not want to find out what other corners are being cut.I would not recommend even trying to schedule with massage envy. I have no idea what the quality of service may be like as I’ve never actually had an appointment, but unfortunately simply trying to schedule with this business has been such a nightmare that it has only added stress and pain to my life, when this practice should be doing the complete opposite.I hope this review has provided you insight as to what business with massage envy may potentially entail.

I got a facial from Meredith and she was great! She gave a nice massage during the facial and taught me A LOT about my skin. She was very knowledgeable and recommended a realistic skin care plan that I think I’ll be able to keep up with. My face looked much better when I left and keeps getting better. Very impressed. 10/10 for massage envy!

Josh was extremely professional and I was completely relaxed after my massage. I may have even fallen asleep!

I had a massage there for the first time and afterwards ended up signing up for a membership. I dont have enough time to go once per month so I schedule every other. With that, there was a discrepancy that happened and I ended up having to pay an extra $55, I was not the happiest person. The two employees that I spoke with on the phone were very professional and throughout the conversation/back and forth. The conclusion from those conversations were to have me speak to the Manager. The very next day (today) the manager, Rosie, reached out to me and was so awesome. She offered me two different, great options! Huge shout out to Rosie.

2nd time this year I booked online and it confirms and gives you a link to download the appointment to your calendar - then find out the day of the massage what you booked online didnt make it down to the local site.

This happens to be the closest location for me, but very poor service. They don’t note the account very well as when it goes for cancellation or reschedules. When a message therapist called in sick at the moment of my message, they informed me that I would be added an enhancer since it was their fault. Again not noted. Wasn’t able to reschedule me until four days later. They don’t really work with customers like I believe they should. If your spending 60 dollars a month for the package for 12 months you would think they could offer good customer service. But I don’t see a difference between membership and nonmembers. When I call the reps on the phone can go on and on and talk, but they don’t actually listen to you when your trying to discuss any issue with their branch. She keeps talking over you. This branch needs some serious work with there front staff desk, with communication, listening and notations.

Leading up the appt was fine. Pretty typical. The problems began when I arrived early (as they advised me to) and filled out all the paperwork and they told me the therapist usually runs late. But she said, I will still get my 30 minutes. I was a little perturbed because this is inconsiderate of my time as they dont know that I dont have something to do at 745. But, Okay, Fine, I can wait a couple minutes. My appt was at 7 PM. I waited until 7:11 PM and the therapist showed up. I dont know why they think its acceptable to keep a client waiting for no other reason than she just runs late. The actual appointment was a 30 minute stretching session. As this was my first, I didnt go in with any expectations. I would say it was a 6/10. The therapist just went thru the motions but I didnt really have any problem areas either. Then she wrapped it up. I checked my phone and it was 7:34! She only did 23 Minutes, after making me wait for 11 minutes and the receptionist promising that I would get the full 30. The only reason I went here was because theyre the only therapist in town that offers stretching, but the service isnt something I need and safe to say I wont be returning.

Never had a facial that hurt and my nose is bruised. the tool for blackheads caused the pain and bruising.

I have read many bad reviews of this location and despite that I went and tried this location. According to me its in a very nice location of Wichita and the inside is clean and calm; ideal for massage. The most important thing is that the massage therapist should be good and I have had 5 massages in 4 months now. I because of my busy schedule cannot schedule ahead of time and therefore end up with new person every time. I also went for a body scrub/facial and really enjoyed that too. I did have allergic reaction to there massage oil. But as any one can have allergic reaction I told them to write in my chart that the oil used on me should not be used again. I give them five out of 5 after extensively checking them out. I wrote review under my maiden name and they will not even know me when I go and visit them.

Went for a 60 minute facial. The esthetician finished after 45 minutes. When I asked why the facial was 15 minutes short, she told me that the 60 minutes includes “consultation time” at the beginning and includes time for undressing/redressing. This consultation time at the beginning lasted 2 minutes, and she just asked me the same questions I had already filled out before my appointment. At the end of the facial, more “consultation” time was used up by her trying to get me to buy products. Seems like a scam to use 1/4 of the allotted time for consultations. And to make a client pay for their “undressing and redressing time” is ridiculous. The facial itself was average at best, she mainly just rubbed oils into my face the entire time. I had asked for extractions and she barely did any. Will not be returning.

Update 10/17. Reason for 4/5 stars.I started with the West Wichita location and had amazing service. My son is a minor and also a member. We utilize the couples room so that we both can receive treatment, using our time efficiently. The West location has a curtain in between the rooms to change then opens during the massage. The East location doesnt have a divider so just changing takes up our time. I would suggest a room divider to better utilize the time getting started.

Couldnt schedule an appt online so had to call. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appt, only to have them cancel last minute because the masseuse wasnt feeling well. Second time this has happened with this masseuse.Not to mention I have asked to cancel my membership because they are never available, and yet they pull the money each month. Every request weve turned in, theyve honored my husbands requests but ignore mine. Terrible business practices...

I loved going to this location but I moved to South Carolina the massages were great, but I had surgery and couldnt go they charged me for one of my sessions that I couldnt use. Then they charged me for like 3 or 4 sessions that I never got to use they told me that had expired even though I had paid for them and I had to change my bank card threw my bank because they kept charging me. I called The Wichita location and they said numerous times they told me that they would call me back and fix it but never did. So Beware .. You may not get what you pay for. Im out a couple hundred dollars. And they wont fix it.

Cari is THE BEST! I have had multiple massages here and always go back to her. I came in with a massive headache, told her, and left without one. I cant recommend Cari enough- shes kind, has helped me with my medical problems and truly cares. I give her a million stars over and over again!!

ABSOLUYELY LOVED MY VISIT!! I had a full body massage and everything was perfect. The lady that I had turned on classical music, made sure to ask the level of pressure I was comfortable with and just made the environmental absolutely relaxing. I did noy want it to ever end and after my full hour I felt like a new woman. Prices are kind of high but definitely worth it!

Ive been to this location multiple times for massage and facial appointments and have loved the massage therapist and esthetician providing those services. The office team and management on the other hand have been less than impressive. The phones seem to always be down and my most recent appointment was cancelled because they could not reach me (because someone elses phone number was entered in on my account). I spoke to Zoe, a manager, and she had no solutions to remedy the problem. I drive an hour to Wichita making this trip a total waste of my time. I would never come back but I have yet to find another massage therapist that does deep tissue like McKayla.

Lots of scheduling options make it easy to get in here quickly & the Waterfront is a convenient location. Front desk staff is super friendly & Yazmin was my masseuse -- I would recommend her. Facility is nice and comfortable. While its not the luxury spa environment, the prices are very reasonable and make this a place I can afford to go regularly.

**UPDATED** This location is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. They constantly cancel same day appointments with minimal time before an appointment was scheduled. Additionally, when making appointments over the phone they mark you down for the wrong day and/or time. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The management at the location is inept in that it allows such poor customer service to continue.**Management- please post an email address inwhich I can address my concerns.**

Horrible experience. From the moment I walked into the door they were using high pressure sale tactics to try and encourage memberships. The massage therapist rushed and shorted me 10 minutes of my massage. The massage itself was the worst I have ever experienced. Table was uncomfortable. Rooms were not inviting. Not relaxing at all.. I will be 100% returning to my Beau Monde.

Got a gift card they wouldnt let me use unless I put a second credit card payment down to reserve my spot. The young girl on the phone was very rude. I had been a loyal customer before this but not anymore!

The service rcvd was exceptional! The gift card purchased through a fund raiser at the local YMCA states that the gift card was $100 in value however Massage Envy did not honor this amount and insteaded only allowed the person rcving the gift a massage at $65.00. Stating that there is a zero dollar balance! Speaking with the manager, Rosie, she was short and not helpful! Just a reminder of why I will no longer purchase gift cards for anyone from Massage Envy.Contacted the office on 12/29/2020 to speak to the franchise manger per direction below: left a message with Kirby to have returned call to my cell phone!

I requested deep tissue massage and the first thing my massage therapist told me when she came in my room was that she specializes in soft touch and that no one else was available. I had the worst massage in my life it was not worth a dime. Then I had to sit through their sales pitch because this whole place operates based on you signing up for their massage club and paying yearly dues for their services. They also have that pitch where they say if you sign up right now its a certain price but if you leave the building and come back tomorrow then the price goes up. Any business that does business like that is shady and manipulative.

We bought a gift card for a couples massage vdat 2020 then covid hit. They would not give us our money back and said we could gey separate massages which defeats the purpose of a ccouple massage for vdat. For the past 6 months I have tried to get a hold of a manager and they are always not there conveniently. They never call back but put notes in your account that say they have. Now they are sayingwe can get a couples massage but the company is so shady it makes mt skin crawl to think about it. After all of this they still refuse to give me a refund. So anyone looking for a discounted gift card let me know.

Was not impressed!! Felt like a doctors office instead of a spa. Not even locker rooms or robes!! Therapist that I had rushed the massage. the music to loud. And not clean cut, clean shaven employees! Great for just the massage but not the true spa experience. I give healing waters 4 stars on their worst day.

Could not relax the whole time cause Michelle would not stop talking to me during my massage. I felt like I was in a doctors office ,she was trying to act like a physician. I left more stressed then relaxed . Work on your people skills .

Facilities are okay; easily makes mistakes on how much time you requested to book and what you actually receive. Left a complaint by voice mail; never received a return call. Not the most helpful in helping you understand options, particularly if you are a monthly subscriber.

I came in for a massage for the first time. It was great! My job causes a lot of stress and muscle tension and been stressed lately. When I left I was totally relaxed and wasnt stressed.

Super disappointing having my massage canceled once again because the therapist is sick or no longer with ME. Especially since I already paid for it…..

I loved the massages but I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. The contract is FULL of fine print and charges. What. A. Joke. Bad excuses when you call managers also.

The employees are great as are the services. However this is a corporate feel, they definitely work hard to get you into a membership even if it is not needed or used.

Was a little concerned trying them again since I had big issues in the past with both the Wichita sites, but opted for a second chance and so far, so good.

I love Massage Envy. I am an over the road truck driver. I drive all over the country. Whenever I have the opportunity, I try to get a massage. All I did was call this location. The person who answered was very rude. Very disappointed.

I am in bad shape. Which means I should have book 90 minutes instead of 60 minutes. But I am glad I came here. My lower back is a tense mess. I can walk upright again.

Although the man who talked to me about a membership was great, the environment was not inviting or relaxing and the other staff seemed very inexperienced and chaotic. I left and will be going elsewhere.

Everytime I call with my concern i get the manager is not here today well where has she been for the last 2 months?!! Would give negative if was allowed.
