Healing Waters is a magical and wonderful place. The aesthetics are gorgeous, staff are courteous and kind, and the services are great. Highly recommend for a day of self care and relaxation.

Natalie did a phenomenal job on my lips! She was so professional and knowledgeable. I love that she took the time to really listen to what I wanted for my lips and she executed it! Rachel, at the front desk was also very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable! Thank you all for a great experience 👄

Absolutely the most wonderful and relaxing place for a facial, massages, and more self care opportunities! I got the Luxe facial and my skin has never felt better! They have an amazing view of the pond & bridge at Bradley Fair, which makes the experience more and more relaxing! Alayna helped me relax with very comforting facial massages during the facial and was very kind and sweet during the entire time!

Fantastic 90 minute massage!! Ive been here several times and have always enjoyed it. I love the spa and the little extras they offer. Today I went to use the gift certificate I received for my birthday, and I got Ashton as my massage therapist, and I can say it was the best massage Ive ever had! She got all my knots and really helped relax my neck and shoulders. 10/10 for Ashton, Ill be asking for her every time I go from now on!

Was very happy with my first time here. My therapist put my needs and comfort first. From the time I stepped in the door until I left I felt welcome and comfortable.

I went in to see what I could do to improve some of my looks and make them more defined.The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time and did not rush or hurry through to explain all the details and things that they could do like botox and a filler for cheeks and a diamond facial.They also check your health history with what they are preparing to do to make sure that your skin type is right and that it wont leave scarring because you have to take your DNA and genetics and skin pigmentation into effect with some of the procedures that they do.The atmosphere is very calming.When you go in youre seated in a midsize room with white chairs and you look out onto the pond with the waterfall and it is very calming & relaxing.

Do not recommend getting lip filler done here. My filler was placed too superficially, leading to hard lumps. The nurse suggested I pay for more filler to fix the issue. When I went to another specialist they recommended lancing the lumps to remove it

Healing Waters is much more than I expected. I haven’t been there in a while and it has added quite a lot. Elyse was great at introducing their IV products. I’m excited to try some.

I’ve had two maternity massages now and both experiences have been incredible. My baby had kicked ribs out of place that she was able to get my muscles to relax and my ribs went back in. I love the relaxation after! I can’t wait to come back!

Went in today for a skin consultation and will be booking for the appointment in the next few weeks. My provider took the time to listen to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan to improve my skin. Im excited to get started.

Every staff member I met was friendly, Kori provided fantastic service, and the waiting area/locker room/service room were all very clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing!

This is my place for recovery. When in need of relaxation and a reset, I book a facial or a massage. It’s the atmosphere, expertise of the service providers, and the customer service of the entire team that makes this my favorite place to go when really in need of the full spa experience.

It is nice to treat your self every now and then and this is the place to do it. If you want to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, stressfree, and or rested, this is your destination without leaving town. The staff are friendly and personable. The ambiance is perfect. I received a 90 minute massage from Clare and it was blissful t say the least. Definitely coming back.

I experienced a relaxing time at Healing Waters with the service I had. The staff were all friendly and caring, including those who were assisting other clients. Their product line of Farmhouse Fresh is my favorite to give as gifts or purchase for myself. Professionalism is high on their priority list.

The spa environment is very nice, but my experience with getting the actual facial was very disappointing. I expected to leave the spa with glowing dewy skin after a luxe facial, instead it was completely opposite, my skin felt dry, tight, and dull.

The staff are very welcoming; the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Great facials.

Always have a great experience at Healing Waters no matter what Im visiting for. Elyse is one of my favorites to work with. Shes so open and honest and makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I love the waiting room. Its a great place to relax and I always look forward to the beautiful decorations - especially at Christmas time!

It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. The ambiance, facility, and service are above reproach. I suggest getting there at least an hour early and planning to stay an hour afterwards. The locker room and “living room” are luxurious and relaxing, with lovely snacks, hot tea, and spa water.

This was my first experience with a facial and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I was very relaxed and could have stayed all day! They have a beautiful relaxing waiting area with a view of the water area in Bradley Fair. I received the luxe facial and my skin felt amazing afterwards.

Buyer beware before buying gift certificates from Healing Waters!I received a $200 gift certificate for Healing Waters from my husband 6 months ago. He paid $200 cash for it- no discounts or special offers.I saw online that HW is offering a “Calming Spa Package”- This is a facial and a massage at a discounted price of $235. This seemed like the perfect way to spend my $200 gift certificate so I went to HW and scheduled it for the following week. I wanted to go ahead and pay for it. When I gave the receptionist the $200 gift certificate and my debit card to pay the remaining $35, she said the system would not allow her to apply my gift cert towards the spa package. She went in back to check with someone about it. Upon her return, she said gift cert cannot be used to purchase spa packages but offered the following suggestions:• Pay the $235 using another method and save my gift cert for later. (Did she really think I would want to come back after feeling ripped off?)• Pay the non-package amount of $315 and use my $200 gift card towards it. Paying $80 more than with the package!It is ridiculous that I cannot spend HW gift certificate in the same way that I could spend cash at Healing Waters! The gift cert cost my husband $200 so I should be able to spend it like $200 cash at HW.The Calm Spa Package NOT SO CALMING AFTER ALL!Enjoy the Calm Spa Package which includes a Signature 60 minute massage with a 60 minute luxe facial all for $235, valued at $315! Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend booked us a couples message for my birthday. The gal at the front desk was very sweet and helpful since it was our first time there. The whole atmosphere is so relaxing our massage therapists were very informative and attentive though out our massage. I wish I could of remembered their names!! Overall we will definitely go back!

I got my lips done for the very first time with Natalie and she is the BEST!!! My entire experience was so amazing! They came out SO good! I also have a big fear of needles and she was very patient and kind, super gentle and light handed and made sure i was comfortable every step of the way! If you are considering getting lip filler make sure you book with Natalie!!!!

Love, love, love healing waters for their massage therapist!! Every time I go for a massage it is amazing... every moment!! I love getting their early to enjoy a few minutes of relaxation in their beautiful and comfortable sitting area. Each massage always starts with a quick foot soak and then back to get a massage we go.... the massage is amazing but the locker room is just as great!! A steam room to take the relaxation up another notch and nice showers to wash aways the lingering stress and left over oils. Will always book at healing waters.

Been long time customer of this place for many years. Spent ALOT of money on services and products. Called to reschedule an appointment that I scheduled less than 24 hours ago. Understand the cancellation policy.. I get it. First, how can you hold a customer to a 24 cancellation fee policy when the appointment was scheduled less than 24 hours ago? Second not saying anyone shouldn’t be held to policy or rules.. but for service and long time repeat customers maybe attempt to make an exception or meet in the middle. Just poor customer service. I was charged $100 instead of $50 that I was told would be charged. It’s as off they were more interested in charging the fee then being accommodating. It’s fine that little $100 just cost them a repeat customer forever. Something else to note.. the staff turnover is extremely high at this place and they charge full spa prices for newly graduated aestheticians with not much experience.

I went for a MicroPeel with Natalie and she was amazing. I am really looking forward to more appointments with her as she is very professional, explains everything so well, and is overall a comfortable person to be around.

I just had the most amazing massage by Ashton. She greets you with a smile and listens to your request on areas of focus. She incorporated cupping in on my massage and it felt wonderful. Thank you Ashton!:)

Elyse was amazing and the staff at Healing Waters were incredibly nice. I truly enjoyed relaxing in their customer lounge (I may have dozed off a few times). This was absolutely amazing and so worth it! I got a couples massage with my husband and we both loved the atmosphere. Even sitting in the living room area was relaxing. Blanca gave me a massage and was so kind. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Shes was awesome! I got home and immediately booked another massage for September with her. What a great way to relax!

Michelle worked with my husband on his frown lines and he was probably the most reluctant patient she has ever had! She explained everything and made my husband feel at ease. In the end, he was glad he had the procedure done!

I always have an amazing experience at Healing Waters, but my deep tissue massage with Shelby yesterday was exceptional. Shelby has an excellent technique that melted away my aches and tension, with a kind and professional demeanor. As always, the ambiance of the spa was soothing and lovely, with beautiful accents for the holiday season. It was more than worth the drive from Oklahoma City to visit my favorite spa.

I usually don’t post reviews however, my experience was so great I had to! This was my first time ever getting lip fillers or going to a place like this in general. So clean and aesthetically pleasing. I checked in very quickly and waited maybe 5 minutes before I was seen by Natalie. She was very informative, made me feel comfortable, and she made me feel confident! My lips look so amazing and I will definitely be coming again.

My experience was great! The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. They explained and showed me where to change and showed me to the spa foyer.. everything was neat and clean. I was scheduled for a facial and was set with Alayna. She introduced herself and explained to me what we were going to be doing. Her voice was calm and relaxing. She made sure everything was to my liking. Very professional!

I had a Brazilian done at healing waters and it was great! Korilyn was amazing and conversed with me the whole time and made an appointment meant to be quite uncomfortable pretty enjoyable! I would highly recommend any services here and especially with Korilyn! I was able to relax in the beautiful living room beforehand and the whole experience was great! It is easy to tell that each service provider is very knowledgeable in their field and can help you with anything you need. Awesome!

I have heard that people with none training as massage therapist are doing massages. Clients report that they feel petted, just petted. I feel sorry for the clients, the price of a massage in such a beautiful place is not low. The quality of the services has diminish drastically in the past.

The entire experience was great and much needed. Very relaxing and welcoming. I’d suggest a body towel (Velcro maybe?) to wear In the steam room… I loved it, but the robes got pretty wet and needed a dry one moving forward, otherwise it was wonderful and I’ll be back!

I went recently to get a facial with Leslie. It was an awesome experience. She helped me learn new techniques to use on my face and put me at ease immediately. Amanda (owner) is always ready to serve my needs. She has created a wonderful environment to relax and calm the visitors. Very few spas have the combination of great ownership, skilled workers, and a perfect layout to relax and get centered again. I highly recommend Healing Waters without hesitation.

My Ultimate Facial today was excellent! My skin is softer and smoother than ever before due to this procedure.and the expertise of Alyn, my provider. The quiet preparation overlooking the lake was lovely also.

(And thats including Canyon Ranch)But thats not the best part: the therapists who work here are the best anywhere!!! Cassie, Shayla, Michelle and Jill are not only extremely talented, they truly CARE about their clients.This is one of the best spas in the country... and worth your time to check out.

I paid for the ultimate anti-aging facial which included the head neck and shoulder massage, I received a foot massage instead…. There were multiple times in between where I felt like she could of been massaging but was just sitting there instead. I had something over my eyes so I couldn’t see what she was doing exactly. I feel I could of done what she did myself. It was not relaxing at all. I don’t like to complain but that was my first time at Healing Waters and for the money I paid and what was supposed to be a relaxing facial, I won’t be going back.

Shayla was excellent! My massage was very relaxing! I came in with some painful back issues and when Shayla was finished, my back felt like new. I would recommend her to everyone. Healing Waters is a beautiful and relaxing spa.

This was probably the most under rated facial I have ever gotten… I’ve gotten plenty of facials being in the cosmetics field.. and this was by far the worst facial I’ve ever received. Maybe I came in with higher expectations.. considering I’ve heard such great things ? But it was so underwhelming and she cut it short.. not even 30 minutes and I was in and out.. didn’t rub my head, shoulder or arms lol I know it’s a facial but I guess I was just expecting more then her washing my face and having a machine do all the work.. Paid over $175 dollars just to feel dry after. The best thing about this place is the small amenities.. sauna in the locker and waiting area. Just not worth the price tag.

I saw Michelle for lip filler and she’s beyond awesome. She’s super knowledgeable, she’s personable and professional and I felt safe and relaxed with her. Definitely going to make her my provider from here on out. Healing waters is really zen and beautiful. Definitely recommend both Michelle abs Healing waters to anyone looking for a beautiful, professional med spa. And my lips look BEAUTIFUL!!! I was nervous about doing deep tissue massage. Im glad I went with it. All knots are gone. I added on hot oil scalp massage and hot stones as well. Cant wait to go back. Steam Shower amazing and all the amenities. Treat Yourself everyone!

I just had the most amazing massage done by Linda. I feel so relaxed now!! The warm paraffin and her perfect pressure working my sore muscles was exactly what I needed today! The living room was really nice. I was able to relax and sip some tea while I watched the rain roll in before I was called back for my massage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Had a fantastic time! Got a full body massage with the hot oil scalp treatment. Facility was clean, I was very comfortable to entire experience. Was there during the mothers day special receive a white rose and a super yummy cake pop! View from the living room was gorgeous with lots of birds to watch! Only criticisms I have is: that I would have preferred and option for just plain fresh water to drink in the steam room instead of the flavored water, and the towels provided were a bit small for comfort. But all in all I had a wonderful time. After my services I had mimosas in the living room with my family. Bought a bath bomb before I left, Im super excited to use it!

Went in hoping to get some stress relief. I left more stressed than I came in. I had a gift card from last Valentine’s Day for a signature massage. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, but the massage was sub par. When she started with my legs I thought, maybe she would come back and rub them more when I flipped over. Turns out the entire massage felt like my 80yr old grandma was rubbing me very gently. I asked for more pressure, but it didn’t help. I left tense and upset at the wasted money. I would rather spend less money for a better massage in a different atmosphere than to do this again.

This place is absolutely amazing! My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas and I was so excited to try this place out, I emailed a request in just checking for availability. Amanda, emailed me back that they could get me in that night. Not only was it one of the best massages that Ive ever had the entire atmosphere that they have created at Healing Waters is Heaven. There is no way that you can be there and not be totally relaxed. I cant wait to go back!!!

Those of you that are new moms know how much you look forward to that first massage after baby, so I was really disappointed when it was canceled last minute. Not only was my massage canceled last minute, which is understandable as things just happen sometimes, but I was told when trying to rebook it that I would be downgraded from a 90 minute massage to a 60 minute massage, as they were only running a special promotion that month. Seems like terrible customer service to cancel someone’s appointment last minute and try to downgrade them at the same time. Not only that, but the person I spoke with kept trying to charge my credit card when I kept informing them that my husband had already purchased a massage and facial online, which they could not locate. I’m very confused how you would not be able to locate a service that you allow customers to book online, seems like there are some operational issues at this salon, therefore I didn’t even rebook my massage my husband gifted me due to their level of service. Disappointing as I secured a babysitter and was very much looking forward to a day of relaxation.

I had my first massage (Signature Massage) here as a Christmas gift. The whole experience was very relaxing. You check in and are shown to the locker rooms where you change into a robe and sandals. The sandals were a bit tight but it wasnt a big deal. Then you relax in a beautiful waiting area that overlooks the lake behind Bradley Fair. You are welcome to have complementary tea or infused water, dried fruits, nuts, or other healthy snacks. Before your treatment begins, you are treated to a brief foot rinse, lotion, and massage. For the signature massage I was asked where I would like the massage to be focused. I cant remember who treated me but she was very nice. I tend to be shy but she made me feel comfortable making conversation. I think because it was my first massage I had trouble relaxing completely but my massage therapist was very nice about it and gave me some great advice for releasing tension. Im glad I was treated to a top notch experience for my first massage and Im sure theres no better spa in Wichita. Definitely recommend and you get every dollars worth

I started to see the nurse practitioner Elyse beginning in Jan/Feb 2021 for weekly B12 shots. Elyse is the sweetest person around! If you need to see anyone, ask for her!! I looked forward to my weekly visits. I stopped going last month because of their cancellation policy. They started a policy where $35 would be charged to hold your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or less of your appointment you lose the $35. I understand the policy because this is time set aside for you when they could be seeing other patients. What irked me a bit was that 1). They had no flexibility. I had the appointment at 2:00 PM Friday. I forgot and called at 3:00 PM Thursday. This was the first time ever i had cancelled/missed an appointment. The individual I spoke to over the phone wouldnt give me like a one time pass since. I thought me going consistently every Friday during lunch was enough to show that I was a serious customer. 2). The way they charge the $35 is inconsistent. Some girls up front will charge you when you schedule your next appointment, some do not. For the appointment I canceled, there was no $35 hold fee put on my card from the previous week. After I canceled my appointment, they went in and charged me $35 for the cancellation. $35 does not seem like a lot, but my appointments cost me only $50 a visit and take less than 5 min. Perhaps there should be a percentage of dollars held for an appointment depending on the cost of the service. In my opinion if they missed the hold fee the first time around, they shouldnt go and charge onto my card a week later. Again, I understand why offices do this and understand it is my fault that I called in less than 24 hours (I called in at 23 hours) and as a weekly customer, I should have known better. I just would have thought that there would be some flexibility for consistent customers. It made me feel like I was just another transaction. I have some points with them to use, but at this point Ill lose the points. Id rather not do business with a company that is not more understanding and flexible with their customers. Its too bad because Elyse is such an awesome provider! I love her to death!

Blessed with a gift certificate for Christmas and decided to try the Ultimate Facial. It was incredible. Willow was patient and explained every step. My skin has noticeably improved.

I have been an avid customer, until now. Let me just say I am very unhappy about it because I will miss Elyse so much. She has been nothing but fabulous and helped my skin so much. I wish this rating didn’t reflect on her, or even the building itself because I always enjoy the living room and locker room, too. Unfortunately for the past 6 months my experience with the front desk has been so terrible that I can’t even stand to speak with them over the phone or have them check me out because something always goes wrong. The front desk staff need some serious training on how to use the proper card that belongs to the actual client, because twice now within the last 3 months, I’ve had family members cards charged instead of my own or had my card charged when it was a gift and already paid for. Those details are so complicated to explain in writing but it’s been very annoying to deal with. I’ve had my points used when they were not suppose to be used. Luckily I called up there and they gave them back to me but it’s yet again another annoyance to have to call all of the time to have things corrected after I leave. Even with all of that I still had future appointments. Until today. Today was the final straw with the front desk and it caused me to cancel all of my future appointments and a spa day for three of us that we had booked in May. I called to change my facial (which was already charged the $35 reservation fee) to a dermabrasion instead and I was told I needed a consultation. Which is fine, until she told me there is ANOTHER $35 fee for the consultation. So a $35 consultation fee and a $35 appointment fee? Seems completely overboard. Consultations are usually free so it’s absolutely absurd. So sadly all 3 facials were just canceled that day and instead we will find another place and I’m very upset about this entire situation. The reception staff is terrible and has been for several months now. I’m sad it’s gotten so bad that I have to leave the best provider I’ve had.

I had scheduled for my husband and I to have massages out of town for his birthday and the place called and cancelled on me THE MORNING BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE. So I started calling around local so we could do one before we had to depart. Unfortunately I did not call Healing Waters first because all the other places I called sounded annoyed because I was trying to make plans last minute (even though it wasnt my fault). They had no empathy or even cared this was his birthday gift. I almost gave up, but decided to call Healing Waters. The person I spoke with was so caring about the situation and got me scheduled for a couples massage the next morning! When I arrived, I was so impressed with the level of service from everyone and the beautiful atmosphere of the relaxation room overlooking the fountain in Bradley Fair! We travel all the time and have been to spas all over the world, and this one offered little touches to their service that I have never seen before, such as washing your feet prior to taking you back and bringing you water after your service has been completed. My only regret about going here is that I did not schedule to do it sooner. I am very proud this place is local and I will continue to support it, it will be my first choice every time. If you are looking for a place for spa services, please DO NOT listen to the negative reviews and call them. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

A relaxing experience that takes you away from reality for a bit! The facilities are beautiful especially the lounge area overlooking the scenic views of the lake and fountain complete with comfortable chairs, drinks and snacks. A perk was my therapist recommended a sample of an 86 Cold Press juice sample specific for my body needs. The massage was one of the best I’ve had. I will be going back!

Healing Waters in Bradley Fair is a beautiful day spa which offers a variety of services. It is a beautiful and luxurious establishment. The professional staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable.

I came into have an Ultimate Facial from Korilyn and she did an amazing job and she was very nice. It was my first time ever having this done and she made me feel very comfortable. It was relaxing and the foot massage was wonderful. I will definitely come back to see her again and I would recommend anyone that wants great service and an awesome experience to ask for her.

What can I say, WOW! I had the most impressive massage of my life at healing waters! Kat was exceptionally amazing. She knew exact amount of pressure to put on me. Light enough to almost put in the a trance but the strong enough to loosen up all of my tightness and soreness throughout my whole body. I actively play pickleball and she helped me work out built up tension and targeted areas I didn’t know existed! How does 60 mins seem so long by so fast?! If you ever go to healing waters, I highly recommend using kat!

I LOVE their spa and medical aesthetics services. Their estheticians are very knowledgeable and great at answering questions. I also love how the atmosphere feels when you enter Healing Waters. It’s very tranquil. The wait in the Living Room can sometimes be quite long. Otherwise, I love this place!

I’ve had several massages here and every one has been incredible! I love all the amenities in the locker room (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razor, deodorant, etc) they’ve thought of everything to help you go about your day.

I just had a mid-face PDO thread lift done by Elyse. I cannot tell you enough how much I love love love this!! Elyse is so knowledgable and defenety has the artistic eye for the ideal aesthetic look! Ive had several services done at Healing Waters and this is by far my absolute favorite!! I was so nervous at first and didnt know what to expect but Elyse walked me through the process very thoroughly before the treatment as well as what to expect during the treatment. My mid face was completely numb so I really didnt even feel her fingers touching me. When she was finished and handed me the mirror, I wanted to cry. I had been feeling self concious of the folds or deep creases by my lips and nose. I also I noticed that my elasticity is slipping and my skin just isnt as tight and youthful as it used to be...I wasnt sure if PDO threads would help with that but THEY DID!!! I feel gorgeous and she seemingly removed my insecurities.Its basically a non surgical face lift!!! I am so excited to smooth out my crows feet and lift my hooded eyes next with PDO threads!!!Thank you, Elyse! Youre amazing!!

I recently had a massage with Yazmin and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I was so relaxed and felt like a whole new person when it was over. The same day I also received a dermaplane by Amy and she was the sweetest woman with the most gentle hands. No questions asked I am coming back! Spa was very clean and relaxing. 10/10

The worse massage and customer service I’ve had at a spa in the Wichita area. I will not be a return customer. It was relaxing and clean in the waiting area, but it all went downhill once the massage started. I asked for deep tissue but the pressure was so light it was more like continually rubbing of the oil and zero pressure. Even after asking multiple times. To make matters worse she wasted time with dry brushing that I didn’t even ask for. I left that room twice as tense as when I arrived... literally. And when I gave feedback to the front desk they only offered $15 off a future add on to a service. As if I want to return to have another awful experience?! I left a message for the manager to call and I’ve never received any call back.

I had a fantastic facial with Karla. She used cooling globes and soothing oxygen on my face after a tingly mask. They felt so good! I recommend arriving early to enjoy a complimentary tea from 86 Cold Press and relaxing in their stunning living room!

I travel frequently between California and Wichita. I was delighted to find Healing Waters at the recommendation of a friend. I visit Maria, one of the estheticians, nearly every time I visit Wichita about every 2-3 months. She has been practicing for many years and works miracles. My face/skin has never looked so great! She is a miracle worker with those little white bumps (milia) that never go away. She gently opens the pores and cleans them out. After a few treatments with her, they are nearly gone and I have battled with these terrible things for years. My skin is so smooth and soft.I’ve also had two massages here and both were very good. The environment is bright, calming and overall, a very nice experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to be pampered and walk away looking and feeling great!

I recently had a luxe facial from Amber. She was so thorough and helped me understand why I am having challenges with my skin. She also did my waxing which was perfect. I will go to her again and again. The Pure MD products she recommended were great too...and the ladies at the front desk remembered everything about me. I’ve had several waxes in the past and have never gotten the desired results that I have received from the esthetician’s at Healing Waters. I always leave feeling refreshed and like a better version of myself! The customer service is great and the spais very clean and relaxing.

I travel for work and as such I love to check out different spas. Healing Waters is like a hidden oasis! I recently enjoyed a signature massage that made me melt into the table. I was so relaxed I could have slept for 100 years! It was freezing cold outside so I spent an hour soaking in the ambiance of the warm lake view room. I found the staff to be courteous, the spa impeccably clean and the Healing Water’s theme beautifully tied into the décor. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone and I am looking forward to my next spa day at Healing Waters.

I had a facial with Amy today. She did such a good job with the facial plus the massaging of the scalp and arms. I could have laid there for 2 hours. My face looked fabulous!

I dont understand the other reviews. I have been to several spas around the city and this one is the only one that stands out from the rest. Most of the spas here are cramped and feel like a dressed up hair salon. This one has a real day spa atmosphere. The staff have always been extremely polite. My massage was amazing. Their spa pedicure is wonderful, a much better experience than the dedicated nail salons. The product they use is noticeably superior. The women actually try to talk to you during your service. The same with the other services I have received. Love! Love! Love!

Its been twenty years since my last massage. Paula made me feel very welcome. Pressure was just right. Ill be back before another 20 years, lol!

Horrendous customer service!!! I sent my wife and 2 of her friends to the spa for my wifes birthday. I had an old gift card that they couldnt read (probably expired). The receptionist said she would find out about it an have her manager get ahold of me. Didnt happen.I also told them it was a surprise for my wife so they shouldnt contact her. I was smart enough to give them my phone number for her. Sure enough, they called to inform her that Santa Clause would be there the day of her appointment.I went back in the night before her appointment to see if about the gift card. Of course they knew nothing about it, and now the gift card was gone.My wife and her friends enjoyed their time at the spa, then they billed me without the advertised discount. I work 3rd and sleep during normal business hours. I emailed them to see why they didnt apply the special and they will not respond. I still havent signed anything, and am currently debating whether or not it is worth it to dispute the charge to my credit card.

For my daughter‘s birthday and for Mother’s Day I made appointments for the two of us, and for my daughter‘s best friend. We had all been really looking forward to this and we’re very excited to go. I have MS and I hurt constantly, I was really hoping a relaxing massage would help me feel better. I made us appointments for 2:30 in the afternoon and we arrived 10 minutes early. We spent that 10 minutes if not a little bit more updating paperwork which we had previously done. We filled this out went and got ready and then went in for our treatments. My treatment ended at 3:25. When I went out I saw the girls and I was surprised. They said that they both have been out for about 10-12 minutes. The reason this is upsetting is I paid for them to have the 60 minute facial, that is $50 extra each. I asked three times were they getting the 60 minute facials and was told that they were. Now Healing Water’s did have a special going on where you got 20% off when you book 2 services together so it ended up not being as much that on that day, but that is neither here nor there, it still was more expensive than a 50 minute facial. For me I had asked for a 60 minute massage which was $15 more, and I did not receive 60 min. Nor did I get a discount. The girls facials were both very different, I understand that each aesthetician probably has their own way of doing things, but they neither one of them really had very much of a massage involved with their facials. Which was another reason I had paid for the longer facial. These are not spoiled girls they do not get to do this very often, we have only done it a few times as a birthday present. And so then when it is disappointing, it is upsetting. My massage therapist was very good, however it was much too short, and that is not OK. I have reached out to healing Waters three times and have heard nothing back. At this point, I would definitely not recommend healing Waters. I have been to several other places in town and have been treated with respect, received just as good a of a treatment, and was given my moneys worth. They also acted like they were happy to have my business. We are business owners as well and I understand that sometimes you have an off day, and I don’t usually go straight to social media, but as I said I have given them three opportunities to get in touch with me and nothing.Update to review: August 16, 2019I had a very poor experience with you in May. I have written several review’s and received 1 phone call 2 weeks later. I tried to return the call to Lindy, she was out, I left a message, and she never called me back. We are business owners as well. When we receive a poor or less than than wonderful review, we immediately call the customer and fix it. We feel badly we did not deliver to our customer plus we want to know how we can improve as a company. Most company’s with integrity have the same philosophy. I received a Luxe Anti-Aging facial from Willow she was very knowledgeable on her products to recommend and services to receive ! If your looking for a place to come and relax in a beautiful serene environment with top of the line products. I would suggest healing waters isn’t the place to be.

The view in the waiting room is so nice with the waterfall and pond. Plenty of ducks and trees to go with that view too. The staff are very friendly and professional. The message, although a bit more expensive than the average around town, was definitely top notch. I will definitely go here again.

Their location is so beautiful. I loved the view from the living room. The receptionists were very nice and Angie, the nurse was amazing and very detailed. I am very satisfied with my experience at Healing Waters and will be returning.

I do not recommend this Spa to anyone after my family and Is visit. We each had a massage and they all tried to bribe us by talking about how bad their economic situation was and their personal lives. One of them even spoke about trips they would like to go on with their family? The massages were terrible and very disturbing. We left more stressed than when we came in. I even wrote an email to give them feedback on what happened and never heard back. That shows how terrible their costumer service is.

They are helping me with skin concerns and so far are great! Hoping to be free from my skin woes in time. Will update accordingly.UPDATE: 7 months of facials and using only their Pure MD skincare line has healed my skin considerably. I’m excited for what the future brings.

See Noah for the best massage you’ve ever had. He takes the time to find out exactly what you are hoping to get from the massage then goes over exactly how he plans to address your issues. I had the weekend warrior massage, a combination of deep tissue and stretches. I really appreciated that he explained how the stretches worked, which muscle/tendons he was targeting and how their tightness was causing my pain. He is very knowledgeable and any service with him would be fantastic. I walked out pain free and feeling like a new person.

This was a gift from my daughter. I really enjoyed the entire experience. It was calming and relaxing. No rushing just peaceful and absolutely enjoyable. I would highly recommend and I will be back as well as give for gifts to my friends and family.

I wouldn’t waste your money on a facial. It was mediocre at best, and was not the time advertised. For such a “high class” place you’d definitely expect a more high class experience. Generally I’ve had positive experiences there, but I will be looking into other spas for future services. They will send you an email asking for your feedback, and then send an email that they will respond, but never do lol. I don’t want my money back, I just wanted to know if it was standard for a 60min facial to last 35min?

Trisha did a beautiful job on my Juvederm lip filler! I only have one small bruise on my upper lip. The results are amazing, and I had very little swelling. Trisha listened to my desires and really sculpted my lips to give me the results I hoped for! This was my 3rd time having filler, but the first with Juvederm. Im very happy with the results!

Went in for the Weekend Warrior massage after upping my lifting game for a few months. I can not recommend it highly enough! Most of my stiffness has been resolved and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable.Update (7/2022): Went in for Botox. This is my first time using Botox, and I stand by my previous comments about the knowledgeable staff! Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Very disappointed in the massage I recently received. I am a massage therapist myself and let them know that I was. I was given a gift certificate for 190.00 for a 90 min deep tissue massage.The atmosphere was wonderful however, they took massage time away by dry brushing in which I did not ask for and there was no pressure. There was no muscle manipulation or stretching. Basically the therapist spread lotion on my body. I asked for more pressure to no avail.I let the manager know that I was disappointed upon check out. She did apologize and then followed up with “Did you book your next appt?” I told her no and left.I was so disappointed about throwing almost 200.00 away that I decided to call the next day. I spoke to another mgr. who said she would speak to the therapist and call me back. She never called back. I waited till the next day to call again in which I got a hold of the first mgr. she returned my call to let me know that if I rebook (another 190.00) they would throw in dry brushing at no charge. Seriously?This was such a terrible massage. I received better massages from students during massage school.Never again.UPDATEI never did receive a response from Healing Waters as they said they would in response to my review. Only what was posted. Hmmmm

This is a top notch spa and I believe they also do cool sculpting and some kind of lipo maybe I dont know. My only problem is that they are way out of my budget. But I would recommend. And thank you for putting up with the Bradley Fair jazz festival every year.

Went in for a deep Tissue Massage for the first time and Amy was absolutely amazing!! I felt like a new woman leaving out of there. It was so good that now I have a membership.

Wont go here again. husband DID NOT order a facial, but, he still had to pay for it. and the so call facial didnt even come with no type of lotion or rub. it was just a massage to the face. ordered eyebrow wax & style, and lash & brow tint. and ONLY got the brow tint. (guess they didnt think i knew anything). my husband feels like it was a waste of $325!!!

Bought my husband an IV therapy, hes been worried about aging and keeping his body in working order. Healing waters is very nice comfortable and seemingly clean. He was seen by elyse patton aprn. he did not enjoy being stuck twice from missing the vein the first time and he said the exam table was surprisingly dirty. Other than that it was nice and appointment went fast. Elyse also sent nice personal thank you post card for going.

Come in today because I wanted to get a halo laser session done on my face. Never once seen the lady who was suppose to do procedure, as we have the same 1st name. Was taken into a room, for a ,consult that ended up being a sales pitch that was double the money. I know I need more than 1 kind of treatment, but I was there for that one, took the time off work and had my AmericanExpress Platinum in my pocket, ready to go...... and was going to give a 20% tip. They arent the same as pre- pandemic, let $1500.00 walk out the door, and any future business. I gave them another chance after the amateur wax job I got last year... never again.

I just had my lips done by Abby. She is absolutely amazing and my lips looks so great!! She did such a wonderful job and I definitely recommend her to anyone who is wanting full and beautiful lips.

I hesitate a little saying that I recommend them. I recommend Angie Mason. She is wonderful and clearly cares about her patients and good results. The front desk staff is another story. They have never been friendly to me. I recently went in to take advantage of their 10% off fillers special. They never told the esthetician that I was there and I wound up waiting over 30 minutes. I had 2 different fillers injected but only received 10% off the cheapest one. Even my esthetician thought the 10% applied to all fillers. Angie and Dr. Rieger will be the only reason if I return.

Just had a wonderful 60 minute signature massage. They definitely know how to plus it up and provide not just a massage but an entire experience. Thank you to my therapist Stephanie Wells for making it a wonderful experience. Cant wait to return.

I purchased two Joy certificates earlier this year and gave one to my sister-in-law and kept one for my daughter. Everytime I make an appointment; provide all info; I have to give them all the info for the certificate. They ask me for a card, but I didnt get a card, they gave me a receipt. There used to be a person by the name of Paige who always made me feel like a VP, but since she left, it seems that front counter forgets all the information I provided them. I like the services; but they continue to get things mixed up. I probably spend over $1000 a year there. My daughter did get the massage after several phone calls and she did tell me that the facial was absolutely fantastic! Lexie was excellent.

Mackenzie did an amazing job going above and beyond, highly recommend her and healing waters for Botox injections. Great advice and follow up care, they really want to make sure you are doing well and happy with the results! :)

My daughter and I were there last week and paid for deep tissue massages where they asked what areas to concentrate on and neither therapist touched the areas of our concern. My lower back was not worked on at all and we both kept thinking they were just warming up and then the massages were over. We both agree that unfortunately it was the worst massages weve ever had.

The last time I went I completely scheduled my day and other services around getting a massage with the person I preferred only to be given a new person who gave me a rub down at best, but not a massage. Also, sitting in a robe in a relaxation room with men and women using it as a waiting room isnt very relaxing.

Went in for laser hair removal on my neck. Had 6 treatments and the hair has actually seemed to get thicker. They do have a beautiful lounge area but the treatment just didnt work for me. The people are really nice!

I lost both of my breasts to cancer in 2007. After treatment I went to a plastic surgeon in Oklahoma When he told me how he would restore my breasts I ran out of his office. I waited until 2015 to think about rebuilding them again. A friend found Dr Schoonover and his wonderful staff. Him and his staff took care of me and explained everything every step of the way. They are professional courteous and kind. I now have my beasts restored and my self esteem is growing daily. Oh by the way I was so pleased that they also did a tummy tuck.I highly suggest that if you need plastic surgery of any kind that you give them a shot to talk to you.

Massage therapist Caleb did an amazing job. I had been having difficulty with my shoulder tightness causing headaches. I couldn’t believe the difference after my massage. I am looking forward to booking with him again.

This post was removed by healing water before:A filler injection went wrong and caused face damage and two big bumps on my wifes face, two weeks later we had to go back to be injected with some form of painful solvent to remove the bumps. They told us that they will not charge us and give full refund. Three days later the owner called to say no refund even if we made a mistake, healing waters does not guarantee anything. So the place will take your money promise you this and that but if things go wrong you are out of luck and your money is gone. Taking them to court and we’ll see!!!!. We won the case and will be refunded.

Nice place, good location...but service is too hit or miss for me. One day the therapist are great and the next time, the service is worse than the strip mall chains. Facilities are often out of service, steam doesnt work during body rituals, etc. If you have a good therapist stay with them...but dont deviate or you will be significantly disappointed.

Angie is an artist. I really wanted a facelift but was unable to get one due to a chronic health condition so I thought I would try fillers and Botox. I do happy with the results!!! My face looks better than a facelift and without any down time. Angie is so good. She looks at you face after each injection to make sure she is getting the best results for you. My family says how great the results and friends just say I look so much thinner or that I really look good in a outfit I am wearing. I do not want to look fake and I don’t. I just want to look really good and my family say I look great.

Just finished a hot stone massage with therapist Yazmin Duarte. It was incredible, I am feeling relaxed and de-stressed. Wonderful pressure and technique. I would highly recommend. The spa itself is very tranquil, clean and calming. 5 stars!
