This shop/location is one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever been too in Kansas. The selection of products matched with the amazing customer service makes it a no brained when choosing a home Smoke Shop!Alex is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful employees I’ve met in this industry! 5 Star!

I used to like this store until this Sunday morning on 4/21 at 10am when I experienced possibly the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. I’m not the expert and if you don’t know your job good enough to discern what I’ve got to what you need to find, don’t get upset at me for it’s not my job to do your job. Good luck, I’ll never be back as there’s plenty of happy/friendlier competition around this store.

Ive been coming to 360 Tabacco and Vape, for years. Any time I have been in before it was such a pleasant experience, that is why I tell anyone who asks me if I know any place reliable smoke/vape shop. I always say this shop, and highly recommend. Also, if you make a purchase and/or something is questionable or malfunctioning, all you have to do is call and they are friendly and quick to help. BUT this time was NOT the case.... I was extremely upset and disappointed in how I was treated and talked to yesterday by Alexander. He would ask me a question and before even getting out my answer, he would talk over me, as well as being extremely rude saying Well then what are you saying??!?! If he would have taken the time to actually listen to what I was saying he would know. The faces on the other customers were also shocked. I said last time the product I bought went out the owner helped me and was extremely KIND. I did NOT go in here to look for a free hand out, I was honestly expecting to pay for a new item. But after that whole experience I will not be coming back, Alexander proceeded to *scoff* & says Yeah the owner knows exactly who you are and he aint dealing with it, and told me not to give you anything so.. *laughs under breath* as I am walking out in shock at how hes spoken to me. I asked him to repeat what he said and he said You heard me, have a good day *laughs again* So I asked him his name, and he told me Alexander. This was 3/11 around 4:30-4:40. If you dont believe me, hopefully there is audio or video recordings. I was appalled at the blatant disrespect... Ive recommended SO many customers here and if this is the employee who will be helping my friends/family/etc., I will be letting them know.....

Super Friendly and and knowledgeable! Have a huge selection of projects choose from for all your smoking needs. They also have the largest selection of Bad Drips available in Wichita Kansas!! Its kinda like a vape superstore would see in KC. I recommend checking them out if you can!

We come here all the time, and have been for a couple of years. Alex is always helpful, nice, and able to answer any question we have. I recommend this place to everyone that asks me where I go for my vapes, etc.

Need to update hours. Putting them on the front door would be helpful, too. I am currently sitting in your parking lot, and its completely dark inside. The open sign is off. Its 0934 right now. Online hours say Sunday 8am-10pm.

Got a new mod and it was not working at all. Would not hold a charge. I came back in later TK and Damond helped me out and made me glad I shopped at this shop. This is the best vape shop in town with excellent customer service! Thank you guys!

We drive over an hour to go to just this store. First we only dealt with one guy. Now we deal with the girl that works in there. They are always super friendly. Always try to help us out the best they can. We started with disposable vapes, then mods.. which they all leak.. it’s the brand you buy not the stores fault.. don’t take it out in the employees. Then went back to the disposable. We even asked if he could order a special flavor.. and he did. So we love this store and the employees! They are all amazing! And when the girl works and burns those incense it smells so amazing in there! Keep up the good work guys!

Im not too happy... I have bought a few vapes from here. Some were good and some didnt just taste right to me. I went in today to buy one and later tonight I went to blow smoke thru my nose and it straight up smelled like gasoline... kinda upset as I dont have that kind of money to spend on throw away vapes...

This is a GREAT store!! I love it I will only come to this vape store. He’s very kind and respectful. When I can’t make up my mind on what I want he tells me his favorite flavor or what he sells the most and it’s always amazing!!! If I could give 10 stars I would 🥰 10/10 I recommend coming here

Huge selection. Excellent customer service. Best prices Ive found. They gained a new customer last nightI was shocked to see a bad review. Then I got to the part of her comment where she said they all looked alike. So maybe if youre a bigot, this shop isnt for you. But if youre a regular person searching for a vape shop, check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

Love this vape store, which is why this is the only one I go to! Products are always in stock and the customer service is great! Would definitely recommend purchasing all your tobacco and vapes here.

Always clean and well stocked typically. They encourage you to try your product before you leave if you can, so that if there are any issues you can exchange it right then and there. For safety and health reasons, you can’t return a disposable product after you’ve left the store.

Anytime I’ve had trouble with e cig owner exchanges no additional cost not like other shops where if you don’t try when you buy your screwed always happy with customer service gave my wife a new ecig because company changed flavors and didn’t taste the same what a great guy and outstanding person 10 STARS!! If you go anywhere else in town you’re missing out recommend to all my coworkers every flavor every brand can’t say enough good things about this place owner always helps us out. Thankyou

The first time I visited this store, there was a girl working and she was very nice and helpful. Every time I went in after that, I never saw her again. So that was a bummer. Now, there’s multiple guys that work there. I assume it’s a family owned business, because most of them look the same. Regardless, all of them need some education in customer service. They’re not very personable at all. Not to mention it also reeks of marijuana every time I go in. Even when I’m the only customer in the store. I get it, you sell glass hardware too, but some customers come there strictly for vape products, and don’t wanna smell your nasty weed. Basically, the only reason I continue to come here is because their juice is cheaper than competitors. That’s it.

Cheapest prices on elfbar disposable vapes I have found in wichita. Friendly and helpful staff. I dont give 5 stars easily but these guys earned it.

Walked in as a 1st time customer to an amazing selection of products. But the customer service was less than expected. I tried to ask the sales associate questions about products that I was thinking about purchasing and the response to every question was I dont know.Felt rushed to make a purchase and leave.

Let me say this the young lady working Out at the tyler store Danielle doesnt know what she is doing. Had an attitude acting like it was an inconvenience to Answer any questions. Originally, we started at the 360 store on Pawnee & broadway but was sent to Tyler because the coils that we needed where at that location. I ended up buying $300 plus dollars worth of stuff just to end up with a leaking mod. Took it up to 360 on Pawnee since it is closer to me to see whats the problem with it and was pretty much dismissed andTold to drive all the way back to Tyler. 🤦‍♀️Ya my friend yall just lost a good Customer because I was looking to make yall my permanent location for my vaping needs but again after dealing with your rude Service on Tyler road and now the sending me back and forth just to see why the mod I purchased is leaking. I will not be returning, and I will let everybody I know to avoid your shops.

Huge selection of disposable vapes and so many flavors its hard to choose just 1 or 2. They have many different kinds and types of kits, lots of ejuice brands and flavors to choose from along with Kratom and other items

Info says they are open on Google when looked them up and went all the way out there and they arent even open! Sounds like they need to update their info!

Great selection and prices, but it is quite clear that serving customers is a great inconvenience to most of the kids that work there who would rather be playing on their phones. I advise you just know what you need when you go, get it, and get out to make it painless for all involved.

So I go in there a lot probably once a week and I always purchase the same thing a Hyde vape. The last time I went in I got the same flavor as always but it didn’t taste right. I thought well maybe it just needs to settle or something hell idk. By the time the next morning it wasn’t any better but the wouldn’t allow me to exchange it because it wasn’t the same day. So even though I spend so much money in there they wouldn’t allow a simple exchange. So $30 down the drain and I’m unemployed so every dollar counts. I never leave reviews but I just had to cuz I think I’m more hurt then anything.

We dont usually have a problem here but we got the mike Tyson vape and it started to smoke in our pockets, randomly. If vapes are going off by themselves, in your pocket, that could lead to something more dangerous. Nothing with a live battery should be going off by itself. Please be wary and careful. I would not recommend buying this vape.

Prices are little high. But Im used to online ordering but as far as local vape stores and this one here exceeds the limits. They got lots to choose from the only reason for a four-star they dont carry very many dessert flavors custard flavors those are my favorite. But I mean this store has everything more than any other vape shop Ive ever seen for sure check out the video link below.

You got to watch this guy. This morning I went in there needing a Delta 8 joint, because the Delta 10 quarter he sold me for 24.99 didnt really do what I needed it to do. So he picks one out for me. I dont look before I leave the store. Any pics out a Delta 10 joint. Exactly what I didnt want! So the past $35 I spent at this store was a waste of money. You would think since Ive spent $250 there previously hed want to take care of that. Now Im never going back. I think Im going to find an American store.

This is definitely my go to spot on the west side for all my vaping needs, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to try and help you with any questions that you need answered plus they have some really cool merchandise to go check out!!!

Great selection of products for whatever your fix. As of right now, most of my coworkers, myself included, have gotten off the cancer sticks and switched to rechargeable disposals thanks to this place. After 15 years of smoking, Im saving money, and my lungs feel so much better.

Great store with lots of variety. The sales staff is always helpful and friendly. Do double check your vape juices though, they have given me the wrong nic a time or two but Ive always caught it before leaving.

It has a very large inventory of things so probably will be carrying the thing youre looking for, from bongs to e-cigs, but prices are all probably double what you could find it online for and I dont know, 50% more than other local places, so. To top that off, every time I have gone in there the price of things have changed based on who was selling it to me, and Ive had a few suspected counterfeit items from there as well. If you can at all avoid it I highly recommend doing elsewhere and saving some money or just ordering online.
