This place is very nice. The hookah and drinks are great.

Was asked to pay for my beer and a hookah in advance - after I had to pay the atm fee that goes to the owner to take cash out of the machine to pay because they only take cash… server told me there is a new pay in advance policy because too many people skip out on their bill. Seems like the owner should accept a card for payment and ask for the card to start a tab like many places do, not ask me to pay in advance. I’ve been here many times, never skipped out. It’s so awkward to pay in advance and if I did want any additional, after being asked to pay upfront I definitely didn’t. I won’t come back again.

This place is a hidden gem! Love the nice low key ambiance, great hookah with reasonable prices. The staff is nice, friendly and very attentive. I believe this place has a lot more potential to host different events to bring more attraction. They have table top games and a liqour bar. On Saturdays they have a DJ. The only downside to this place is that they only take cash but there is an ATM inside the building. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays are the days I enjoy going!

Bassem is an amazing host.We really like the place.The seats need to be more comfy

Good hookah, good bar. Food is super cheap. Mini pizza was good, and my date really likes the grape leaves. Music was ok or little loud. I would have sat outside where its a bit more quieter but there was some bugs, so maybe they could spray the outdoor couches with insect repellents more often?

We threw a baby shower here and it was awesome! Everyone had a great time. Its such a comfortable place. The owner was really a great guy..I didnt even realize its also a hookah lounge.. thats was so cool! Lol anyway Check it out.

Ambiance was nice. Front of building looks a little dated, but the inside is much newer and nicer. Finger foods available. Drinks are good. NEED A BETTER DJ than the one there that night...one that reads the crowd. Staff was nice. Theres a cover at the door that wasnt mentioned online until i got there

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE! WORST LOUNGE EVER.I went for my birthday celebration, booked online through google. There were 7+ people within my reservation. When I first arrived, I noticed the place and seating looked very run down. The ambiance was slightly there but thrown off by literally everything else after we started being serviced. The drinks were expensive in cost & cheap in quality (watered down & very ineffective), poor hookah and hookah service (we had to keep calling someone over to fix it & fit it ourselves), as well as tiny portioned food. The food looked like they just remade freezable snacks you buy from the freezer aisle at Walmart or Bj’s and up-charged us $5+ for it; mind you the portions are extra small… 5” pizza for $5.50 & 5 mini “tacos” that weren’t even two inches big for $5+. The DJ was very bad. He came around 10pm and had a terrible time trying to read the crowd; barely played half of any song (I swear it was like 30 seconds of each song). The first thing our waitress mentioned to us was to write a POSITIVE review on yelp…. Which I have no problem doing if I had a great experience, however, I did not. My waitress constantly asked us if we wanted more drinks or food… only to take 20+ minutes to return with our order of drinks and 30+ minutes to return with the literal FREEZER SNACKS they bought at Walmart or Bj’s. When my friends and I were over the wack DJ, poor hookah, and weak drinks, we decided to leave. I was given the check, and I gave them my card. They took my card & then came back to say they do not take cards. Nowhere on their website, yelp, or google page states that they are a CASH ONLY establishment. Neither me or my guests were aware of this policy. Our waitress did not make us aware of this policy & gladly kept on running up our bill. When the waitress gave me back my card, she just walked away and did not help at all, very rude. I got up and asked her where am I supposed to get cash? She directed me to an ATM in the front of the lounge. I do not use unknown ATM’s. So I had to leave my guests there, to go to the bank, and then to come back and pay them. Overall, my experience here was trash and I feel like they took advantage of the large group and cash only policy. I feel like they should verbally let every customer know about the policy before they even take the first order. I strongly suggest NOT going there. Worst lounge I’ve ever been too. Lastly, I did not feel very welcomed as a black woman in that establishment.If i could give this lounge NEGATIVE 3 stars, I would.

Usually I don’t write reviews but I had one of the bad experience which makes me share it here. Went with friends and we literally sit there for like over 30min and no one seems to come to our table and take order. What really upset me that people who came after us got taken care of, while we were just sitting there and getting ignored. Even went in the front to talk to someone but no one seems to be looking at us. That was really unprofessional and bad customer service. Never will go there and will encourage others to not go. I felt discriminated.

This place is like my hub every week. My favorite server, the turkish lady I guess. Shes so good and cooperative. Hookah is fantastic and ambiance is darn cool. 5 stars for it all. Please go and you wont be upset!

We walked into this place on a date night after dinner. The ambiance was cool and the hookah is ok. My concern was they kept changing the charcoal about 10 times and never asked if we wanted a re fill. Inhaling burnt hookah for that long can’t be good?! The hookah prices are great and anything other then cognac was good. It seems as if this place doesn’t sell real cognac. The henny and the Remy were not real! It had a nasty after taste and taste bitter. A cognac drinker would know this, they switch the liquor inside the bottle and charge you top shelf price! Speaking to other people they experienced the same thing and the owner keeps doing it! On top of the compliant the owner only took off 1 drink!! If you drink beer, rum or vodka you should be ok.

Best hookah bar in long island! It is a charming place, very nice music and friendly staff, best hookah ever, feel safe here even I come at midnight. Will recommend to anyone who likes hookah.

Julie is a gem and has always been so attentive. I absolutely love the hookah and the music. Weekends are packed other it’s usually dead, which is okay anyways cause sometimes I’ll just go and chill with a few friends and enjoy the space. Thanks le caire ❤️

Got the frozen mango margarita tasted nothing like mango. Hookah was just bad. They don’t start it up for you. Had to extra coal to just get some smoke going. Have a feeling some of the reviews are paid for. 5 dollar cover charge too

This place is one of the TOP hookah places in all of the 5 boroughs. Ive been going here for a year now.#1 Ive seen the staff change over a year but the QUALITY stays the same. Definitely top quality hookah which is the number 1 thing I look for in hookah. Hookah lasts long, and flavor is true.#2 the SERVICE is very attentive. No place is perfect but, they attend to your needs in a timely and pleasant manner. Staff is very friendly.#3 the OWNER is very approaching and helpful. He tries to meet whatever you ask of him although he has hired people to do so he makes sure they are always checking on customers & goes out of his way to do so himself.#4 MUSIC is very diverse. They play hip hop, r&b, Arab, French, Indian (Punjab, Desi), Hebrew etc. even if you request something they are willing to play it. This is one of the only places that Ive been to that plays a little bit of everything and I love it.#5 They serve BEVERAGES, alcoholic & nonalcoholic which not a lot of places in Long Island serve alcohol.#6 hookah is reasonable PRICED, especially for the quality.Overall the vibes, hookah, services, and drinks are always on point. Next time you consider trying hookah definitely check this place out!!!! You wont regret it. Ive tried a lot of places in the 5 boroughs and this is one of my go to places, very accommodating. You wont regret it.

I didnt think I would be writing a review like this but I am HIGHLY disappointed. I live in the area and have known about this place for a long time. In fact, my cousins were the previous owners here BEFORE it was a hookah lounge. I come here every now and then with friends who enjoy hookah and dont want to travel far.I came here this past Sunday - Aug 16, 2020 around 11:15 pm. My friend and I both ordered beers along with a hookah. Mine was a Blue Moon and his was a Corona. I took several sips of my beer and noticed a funky taste so asked the bartender to please give me a Corona as a replacement. The Blue Moon tasted old and stale- it was not hard to tell. Now this is the part that got me. A few minutes later, the owner went behind the bar and asked the bartender to fill the Blue Moon with something else, RECAP the bottle and PLACE IT BACK ON THE SHELF TO RESELL!!!!!!!!!!!You can imagine my absolute shock witnessing this! I would have NEVER expected this from Le Caire, ESPECIALLY during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. God forbid someone gets sick from this!?! I am not sure if this is the first time it has happened but I am officially boycotting. I am so BEYOND disgusted. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and have never ever seen anything like this.DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT. DO BETTER, LE CAIRE.

This lounge is exceeds all expectations. The music is PERFECT and the hookahs are great quality and the staff is extremely prompt fun and courteous. Friday night must go!

This place is awesome! Im here all the time. the guys Erdal and Sam are great and real chill dudes.and they let you rent hookahs for the night or extended time. who can ask for better than that?!stop by if youre a hookah fan

Nice lil chill spot...unfortunately its cash only and the employee there failed to mention it when I first got there he claimed theres a small sign..the sign is on the front door but facing the exit side not when you enter...on top of that they change a 16% service charge...how is there a service charge if its cash...I barley had enough cash to pay so beware its cash only

This a cool little spot if one loves Hookah and live belly dancing on weekends. I would want to emphasize on Little here, as this place is actually very tiny considering it is a lounge where they also serve food. During the weekends this place does get very stuffy and uncomfortable unless one has a nice seating spot. I felt the drinks are bit overpriced here. I cant really comment on the food as I did not eat here.

This hookah bar was disgusting 1st of all the liquor was watered down and as a manager of a high end restaurant I can tell you that it was watered down I indulge in McAllen 12 year every Saturday and I could tell you that it was watered down and my wife who does not drink like that also indulges in my scotch she could even tell that it was watered down and it was highly overpriced Never again disgusted

I love the atmosphere, the music ... our waiter Jeremiah was amazingly friendly, suggested a few drinks to me and they all were delightful! I will be going back soon as this shall be my to go place to relax.

Cozy place and only one if its kind in the area really. great prices for drinks too. atmosphere is cool whether it be empty and quiet or crowded with dj playing. good for groups and couples.

World music. Soca, Indian, Arabic, Trap Music, Hip Hop, Reggae, and Dance hall. DJ on Saturday night had a legit playlist, all mixed very well. Hookah was on point, great drink prices. Atmosphere is inviting, perfect place to chill with your girl, smoke hookah, and play dominos.

This place is THE WORST... the service was average but the DJ was absolutely horrible.. he completely ignored our requests for an hour and when we were about to leave he starts playing the songs we requested to get us to stay... We were told the place gets busy on Fridays, but it was pretty much empty. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone....

Great service. Hookah is always tended to or fixed if needed. Slightly overpriced and ambience needs to be worked on. They also need a real menu with more options.

Security charges $10 per person if it is youre first time here. Be prepared for a turnt down event and to spend money from the moment you walk in.

This place is the best to smoke hookah on long island... impotently they wash the hookah every time get use ,The price is fairly good and they have full bar.....very nice music....service is amazzzzziing
