I love this store, the owner is so helpful and knowledgeable on everything. There’s other vape stores way closer to me but I travel to this one because they’re so amazing! Keep up the good work guys!

Best vape store around they have a huge selection and always have Reds Apple, which almost no other stores have. Both Josh and Matt are extremely knowledgeable and quick to help with whatever you may need. Lifetime customer here.

Was in the store for my first time today. Had to pick up either a new tank as I broke mine last night but a whole new mod. After talking to Matt for a bit we decided that I will be better off with a new mod. As I am on vacation in Ohio for a couple of more days.Prices are reasonable and customer service is top notch. I cant praise them enough. Please dont change anything in the store.

Store has a wide variety of flavors and devices. I enjoy that they have a very wide selection of salt Nic. The nice young man named Matthew that works behind the counter is very knowledgeable, and he goes out of his way to make me feel accommodated and helped. I enjoy all of the fun flavors I can try, and sometimes there are flavors I didnt even know I wanted. The device selection is very vice selection is very prime.It is a nice family store.

The owner of the shop was very amazing to me and my sister. Quite knowledgeable and willing to work with us on all of our questions, which we were grateful for since another local Vape shop was very rude to us.Would recommend this Vape shop to anyone who needs quality over quantity, also they have the Freemax mesh coils that are superior to other vaping coil brands, in my opinion.

Ive been going to retro for about 3 years now, and i can honestly say i would never take my business anywhere else. Josh and Matt have been extremely helpful since the beginning. They both know what theyre talking about and can easily help the earliest of vapers. The juice selection is always changing but theres always a flavor for everyone. Its a nice clean place where you can come and hangout and talk with the guys and simply have a good time. Check them out; you wont be sorry.

Best shop to try juices. All competitors in the area dont make you feel as welcome and comfortable. Matt goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, where every other shop fall way short; like staring at you waiting . Spend your money here. They have a great selection, best prices, and they appreciate the customer!

Excellent selection and the staff walked me through a more reasonable option for my mod. Previously, I was purchasing from Avail in River. I had no idea how much extra I was paying for everything and that I was using equipment for someone that uses far more watts and voltage than I do. Great experience and the store is sensibly organized.

Passing through the area looking for an open store to purchase some new coils and stumbled upon this great find. Very nice vape store! Met one of the owners, Josh, who introduced me to a few new to me flavors. He is extremely knowledgeable about products, juices, etc. unlike many other stores I have visited whose owners seemed to know little more than how popular vaping has become and desired to jump on the fast-growing trend. Such a pleasure and Ill definitely be back!

Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. i would recommend this place to anyone . i was helped out to find the right juice as the juices i have been buying for the past few weeks has been less than satisfactory. thanks for the battery wraps and stickers also those never hurt lol

Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable. Super friendly. And super patience for those who are new to the vape community. I choose to drive at least half an hour to this shop and pass many other vape stores because the service here is that good. Take my advice and treat yourself to the experience!

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went in for some replacement/spare batteries. Actually learned some stuff about batteries as well! Highly recommend*I dont vape, just came here for batteries and they were still very helpful.

Bought an Aspire PockeX, which I loved, but mine was leaking out of the top unless it was straight up at all times. I understood there wasnt anything that he could do about it after the first replacement. But, the glass chamber cracked yesterday, which is pretty common. I went in for a replacement and Josh said they dont stock them, told me to order one online and was rude when he was telling me this. Never going back.

I’ll never shop at any other vape store as long as retro vape is around. The owner and his staff are such great guys, always so welcoming and willing to answer any questions. Every time I shop I always have rewards I can use to get $ off which is awesome.

Seems to be a good vape store. I didnt get the guys name, but I went in to buy a Smok Prince tank, and ended up buying a Pharoah RTA tank, which I knew nothing about. He took the time to explain everything to me, and even guided me through my first build.An overall excellent experience!

Owner is a good guy their juices are the best prices that you can get pretty close to even online huge selection of Premium juices and they will help you if you are confused every step of the way cant say enough good things about these guys I go back there at least once every couple of weeks
