I come to this vape shop on the 1st of every month! I love love it! I love the staff, I love the variety of vapes. Such a welcoming environment!

Well every time I come back to Tyler county I almost ALWAYS stop at vape nation and buy a thc/cbd disposable pen and have never been unsatisfied!! Unfortunately after buying a disposable happy device from your vape nation location in WOODVILLE Texas yesterday 10-14-23 and it worked when I left late yesterday evening and it flashed five time like it was dead and I charged it to find out it’s a defective device and I wasn’t even 24 hours later I tried returning it right after y’all opened this am! to have the employee tell me they cannot exchange it or return it or give me back my refund!!! This will be the FIRST and the LAST time your company rob’s me of my money ever AGAIN! I will not recommend and or send anyone to your vape shop EVER!

They sold me a defective vape and refused to refund or replace it after 2 days. Very poor management. Take your money somewhere that wont sell you defective products and will fix their mistakes to loyal customers.

Lady helped me out and explained to me about some of their products and was so helpful she helped me get my 7 year old mod back up and running and helped me find a tank that would work for it as well

Buyer tewards.Ive always been treated very well here by the staff no matter who was working. But I do prefer the Jasper location simply because they have more inventory.

Despite not being a verified buyer,when you mistreat consumers by being unprofessional in regards to knowledge of products and below par customer service attitude can lead to unwanted reviews.

Sam is a total B. She lacks in customer service and very rude. Would rather go down the road.
