Excellent selection of primo cigars, I went here 3 times in 2 weeks I was in town. Couldnt get enough!

Mike is the man. He has great knowledge of the cigars they sell and even better stories.

If you want new business don’t do this!!! We have a TV Station that reaches 2million plus people and my husband and I go out and check out places to give great reveiws and sometimes ask them on the show or to give them aheads up on our show. So sorry you werejust rude to my husband!Ignoring New People who Come to the ShopYou shouldn’t ignore new people who come to your home shop. Nobody likes to feel like they aren’t wanted. It is good for your conversation and good for the shop as a whole to greet new people who walk in and make them feel at home. Perception is everything. I have walked into cigar shops before and instantly felt a dark, cold, cliquish mentality and even tried to engage in conversation only to be ignored. You never know who someone knows. Word of mouth travels fast and can ruin a shop! It’s best to show the same level of respect to everyone you meet.

The man was on knowledgeable about cigars and couldn’t answer any of my questions looked at me like I was stupid when I ask him about particular tobacco and cigars

Staff was very rude, refused to let me shop until they scanned my ID; their systems weren’t working well and they would not let me look at product until the computer scanned my ID (I am over 21 and fully tattooed…). Staff questioned my choice of product multiple times, were cold and rude, and generally ignored my attempts at lightening the mood. There was no one else shopping and they took so long to serve me that I was late for work (I had 15 minutes available). Unlikely to ever stop here again for any tobacco products. Just go anywhere else.

I was asked for my physical ID the literal second I walked in the door. I inquired if this was standard for everyone and the lady said yes. And lo and behold the customers that came in after me werent asked for their IDs. Guess what the difference was between me and them? The answer is pretty, ahem, black and white. I always visit this store when I come to Zephyrhills to visit my dad, but today was the last day for that. Never again. The only good thing was that they had some candle scents I cant find in my local Smoker Friendly in PA. Ill order online next time.

This place gets better all the time, now has a cigar lounge and a larger humador. The selection of cigars is one of the best.

Traveled 60 miles to get a special sampler- an example of their very good selection. Getting points on the cigar club is a plus.

The lady that picked up the phone wasnt very knowledgeable about cigars. Was asking for some help to hand pick some cigars so someone would be able to pick them up for me because I wouldnt be available till after closing and I just kept getting pushed into just come to the store and check out what we have not very customer friendly will not be spending money here

Love the cigars and backwoods smokes, nice fresh and not dried out! Also, just plan relaxing and smells sweet 😌

So far I have been over charged by 25.00. and have gotten 2 cartons of cigarettes that have been sliced at top or up the side resulting in one cigarette in one pkg each sliced. This has all happened after the new addition. Not a good average at all. So far I have not had a problem with only one carton and have purchased 4.

I like to look around. Saw different flavors of cigars, and items dedicated to the cigar smokers. A long with vapes and cigs. Pretty awesome place and pleasant atmosphere.

Fantastic little store! The staff is always pleasant, the selection is great (especially considering the small town location) and the prices are the best Ive seen in any B&M store. Ive become a regular customer and will be as long as Im in this area.

Guided by my brother-in-law to this establishment. So glad to find a great knowledgeable courteous person inside! Variety is exceptional and items not found can be ordered! Looking forward to my next visit!!!

Friendly an helpfull very clean. Have gotten a cple bags of dried out tobacco an prices went up a little. Love the glass that they have an the empty cigar box selection you can get too.. Only place me n my man shop!!

Im new to cigar culture.The young man that assisted me was knowledgeable and very nice. I was there 3 times the week that I stayed in Zephyr Hills because he was just a nice guy.

Stopped in this shop a couple of different times. Excellent staff, very large selection of everything from pipe tobacco to cigars and vape supplies. Decent prices on most as well.

Been a customer there for 6 years.I bought a product there.Evidently it was the wrong product as it was for somebody else. And the absolutely refused to return my money even though that the product was never opened.So guess what... I can spend my money somewhere else!

This place has all your tobacco needs. Everyone here is friendly and curtious. They also answer all of your questions to the best of their ability. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well.

He finely gave in and alowed me store credit for half the money I spent on the injector.I would have given 5 stars if he would have allowed me all my money back..

Had fewer choices of pipe tobacco than I would have liked to see. bought one 1.5 oz pouch was dry and stale.

Thus is an outstanding cigar store & bar.

One of the few tobacco shops around where I can actually find some pipe tobacco on the shelves.The people I have met behind the counter have been friendly and knowledgeable.
