I thought what everyone said about “tipping” is false until I experienced it myself. I paid for 90 minutes, the massage was very nice. In the middle of my massage another customer coming and the masseur said to me “okay you just 1 hour, I’m busy okay”. I was like what kind of service is this? Right away, she asked me for her tipping. I was still lying in bed with oil on my body, even the massage not finished yet but she finished the service very quick to get another customer and asking for tipping. So I’m asking for my change cause it’s only 1 hour service. She gave me back $40 and I gave the tip. The ambience, the massage is very good but the service is needs to be improved.

Insane about tipping. The massage was excellent. My back and neck have been sore for a while and they feel a lot better now. I know the standard for tips is 20% so when the 90 massage was $110 I figured $20 was close enough. I paid $130 before we even got started. At the end I start to leave and the masseuse blocks me from the door and starts telling me I need to tip. I told her i already tipped $20. She said not for 90 minutes and that I needed to pay $50 total for tip. Another woman told me I need to tip 20% so I handed her another $3 to make my tip on $110 $23 which is more than 20%. The masseuse got very angry and push the $3 back into my hand and I left felling like I can clearly never come back.

Bad Practice:Nothing ruins a massage more then halfway through someone tapping you on the shoulder and asking you how much for tip. Stopping the massage to get your credit card receipt...Growth:Stop doing this, its highly unprofessional.Wisdom:The better the experience the better the tip.

Paid for 90 minutes, got 65 minutes and had 2 ladies arguing with me about it. Very poor customer service . I know these ladies work hard and deserve good tips, but dont take money for 90 minutes & then not give the full amount of time. I am so tired of thud negative behavior.

I came there to the address of Aero Wellness Spa in Winston Salem & the place doesntt even exist. Wasted my drive

Best massage I had years.But thats just my opinion, you just need to find that out on your own.These beautiful ladies, I hope they had a wonderful New Year.

Great massage. Pathetic customer service. After I got a massage, the receptionist and the owner were telling me to give a tip. It felt like a ambush.STOP ASKING FOR TIPS!!!Thats so rude.

Great massage………. was working locally and tweaked my back. Saw this place and figured it couldn’t hurt. Great massage, wished I lived locally.
