Did this lady roll her eyes at me when I didn’t tip PRIOR to her providing the service?!? Yes, and I see why she takes payments up front because her massages are HORRIBLE!!! It felt like I was fighting with a 2 year old that was constantly pushing me. It was horrible and I suggest to visit the mall where they give great massages. If this is a happy ending place, they need to just say that because they aren’t giving out massages. -1/5 stars! My expectations were already low but dayum, this service was horrid.

Come here if you want to leave how you arrived. Worst massage ever. I wanted to get up after the first ten minutes. Checked in around thirty. Left at 50 minutes out of my hour. Horrible. Worst massage in ten years of getting massages. I think her hands were broken. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. At first I resisted, but then I figured she could use the extra money to help the stem cell foundation grow her some new arms. Wreck. Clearly they only do one type of pressure here.

They don’t even bother asking when you want to come in automatically tell you they are too busy.

I’ve been to more than a handful of reflexology places throughout the year so I’d like to think I have enough experience with what to expect on average. I walked in to Golden Massage and was able to get a one hour foot massage. Often in other massage parlors a foot massage comes with a quick back and neck rub but mostly foot. This place was 100% foot and lower leg. During my massage, the therapist had to interrupt multiple times to answer the phone and the door. This was a bit disruptive to the experience. Another disruptive thing is the massage therapist talked to other colleagues for quite some time. A comment here and there is fine but this was more than that. Finally and probably the thing that made the massage not so great was the therapist used gloves. I’ve never had this happen before even during Covid. Even using oil the repetitive moment on the feet and legs with the gloves really started to hurt and irritate my skin.

Had a one hour massage which was excellent and we will be back

Their website clearly advertises two coupons right on the home screen, one for $10 bucks off any $60 minute massage and another for $99 for two people; however, when I called to confirm, they suddenly dont speak English and dont understand what Im saying and just keep saying no coupon. Absolutely ridiculous.

Price online & on the door stated $50/hour. Upon arrival we were charged $70/hr and had to pay up front... Very unusual. Massage was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Still tipped each girl $20, would not recommend or return again though.

The most terrible massage I ever had. I walked in the lady was sitting on the couch and looked at me like what do you want. I kept pointing to the sign (because she didnt understand me) I want the combo $40 for 60 minutes.She kept saying $45 for body massage and said better. I should have walked out.It was late I didnt want to go somewhere else so I agreed.The moment we walked in the room , she asked me to pay right there. At this point I feel stuck and decided to pay her $45 since I agreed that amount.She was basically rubbing oil on me. It was not a massage. I was nice enough to give $10 tip.Dont waste your money here.

The sign on the door says $29 for 60 mins for new customers. I went in as a new customer and they could only accommodate 30 minutes which was fine and worked better for my schedule. However it was $45 and the massage was barely 15 minutes. I’m giving it 2 stars as the 15 minute massage I did receive was very good.

Amazing massage, the staff was friendly and I felt so relaxed. I will definitely come back and I recommend this to anybody with a tight back 👍Updating my Review,Quality of Massages : 10/10Customer service : is still very friendly and accommodating.Price : it’s just about right; higher then some and cheaper than others. Quality is the deciding factor.If you are going to to go I recommend calling to set up appointment, so you don’t experience a long wait time.

This place is AWFUL. Dont know why Ive been twice when it was horrible both times. On top of the fact that the massages werent good, the staff is RUDE as all get out. They make you pay before the service. I told them I would tip them on the way out and they had HUGE attitudes and didnt want to be working on me. Dont do it!

The sign says $29.99 for 60 minutes! False advertisement. Once my fiancé and had gotten our massages the ladies left out of our rooms 4 separate times for at least 3-5 minutes. This completely interrupted our relaxation and we didn’t receive the full time we paid for.I would not recommend coming here.Very sneaky & misleading.

Sign just says Golden Massage so it was confusing to even find them on the web to leave a review! Maybe theres a reason...The atmosphere: Typical entry area; three massage areas, all were empty when I arrived. Once the massage began I had to ask them to turn on some music and then during the massage, the two employees talked loudly to each other as they were arguing about someone who had come in the front door. One star.The massage: The foot massage was a mediocre version of getting a pedicure, no deep tissue or reflexology at all. The neck massage was very rough in the beginning (no warm up) and not relaxing in the least. One star.The pricing: They agreed to a modified package because of my time, but insisted on charging me for the full package anyway. I paid them, and as I left she yelled NO TIP?. Zero stars.There are lots of terrific places to go for a great experience. Dont pick this one!

Walked and asked for an hour foot massage and the lady looked me up and down and told me No. No explanation, didnt advise that maybe they were busy, although I didnt see anyone there. Maybe its because I am black. But she looked me up and down and said No.

One of the massages Ive ever gotten!!! Jenny provides the perfect combination of soft touch and firm pressure. Her relaxation techniques are unmatched. Ive found my new regular spa to visit.

Unfriendly unfriendly unfriendly. I just went in there to ask for a flyer etc. to see how the prices and services are. That one lady who came up to the desk shushhhed me...apparently i was speaking to loud!? Like whattttt??? Will never go there! VERY poor customer service!

Wont tell me if a certain masseuse is there just come in and someone will help you

Been to a few of these, this one is by far the best one. Staff was friendly place was clean and organized, message was awesome. The workers were very experienced and very intelligent.

This place does not dissapoint, today was my 3rd visit in the last two months and the girl who helped me today was superb. They really know their bussiness, felt very relaxing
