Marchells Spa

/7/2018Marchells is the only place to go to get a top-notch relaxation massage in the Akron-Canton area. I have been a regular customer for over 3 years and have never been less than completely satisfied. The salon is beautifully decorated with a welcoming reception room/waiting area, complete with a super comfy leather power recliner. Marlayna, the owner, is such a sweet lady. She immediately puts you at ease, and her massage touch is truly a gift. I would also recommend Tina, who is new to the salon but has been a massage therapist for several years. I would suggest trying both, as each has their own style. Both ladies are highly professional and experts at what they do.

Definitely would have been a 5 star if the masseuse would not have talked the entire time and then start crying. I felt really bad about her circumstances and found myself trying to console her instead of getting to enjoy my relaxation massage. The sad part was she was really good so I would have enjoyed it otherwise. I just wanted to relax and enjoy. Instead I felt like I was playing therapist. I feel bad saying that because she was so sad, but I was so looking forward to some relaxing me time. I do wish her the best, but will not be going back.

Great place to get a massage! I now see Tina once a month and always look forward to getting a massage to help relax and feel better! Definitely worth the time and money.

Small spa with good management but girls had phone in room and rang a few times which loses you relaxation.

Are they still open? I bought a session for my girlfriend as a gift but she reported their door is all taped up and no one answered.
