Our first visit here for a couples massage and it was SO dreamy! Was greeted with a clean and calming environment. Once changed into our robes and sandals we had some champagne to sit back and relax before our 60 min Yellow Creek Signature Massage. The massage therapists were attentive to our needs and very professional and courteous. Will definitely be returning for future services!

My sister-in-law gave me a massage package for my birthday. The entire experience was top notch! Staff was very pleasant and attentive to my comfort. Amanda performed a facial massage, a first for me. I could definitely see and feel a difference afterwards. Aaron did the massage. I have never felt more relaxed and rejuvenated after a massage! I will be sure to return in the near future.

Aaron, the massage therapist, was excellent 5 stars, but the waiting room supply was low. The reception didnt let us know to come early. We were not given robes nor slippers. So it seems to be slipping. For such a high price, it should be better

Get a massage from Anthony! I am not usually a big massage person but he is next level. The whole set up of the massage is fun- champagne in the relaxing waiting room, comfy robes, chill music, dark and warm room for the massage. I felt so spoiled! Get there early to enjoy the free snacks and drinks before your massage!

Poor business practices - paid for full package for my wife and daughter to go. Setup a date and everything, scheduled, paid for tips all included, told we are all set. They show up a month later on the day that was scheduled and nothing is scheduled, not on the calendar at all clearly SPAs issue. Put on my wife and daughter, treated like it’s a simple re-schedule. For the money I expected a different level of handling and service.

I recently experienced the Sole Revive by Aaron at the Spa at YC. It was definitely the best foot work I’ve ever experienced. Today I had the Zen Shiatsu by Aaron and will never need any other kind of bodywork! It was superb! I may need to repeat that Sole Revive occasionally. 😂

I had such a special, relaxing day that I will cherish for a very long time. Everyone was so kind to me and made me feel celebrated. I had a facial, manicure, and massage - each therapist was genuine, knowledgable, and really seemed to enjoy and care about what they do. The facility itself is very relaxing - both cozy and clean. Absolutely loved it and will happily return for my next special occasion!

I have come here for several years for massages, pedicures, and manicures. I keep coming back for the massages! While I have always enjoyed my services- I now always request Aaron. From prenatal to deep tissue- he is amazing! His massages are different from others I’ve had, but are very intentional without being overly focused on extreme pressure. If Aaron’s not there, I’m going on a different day!

Morgan was fantastic! Professional and friendly, and quick. She helped me prep for my wedding. This was my third spa Ive tried and dont want to go anywhere else now.

I have been to many spas including Mario’s and the highly regarded Walden and I choose Aaron at Yellow Creek, hands down, every time.

Great customer service - everyone there was so attentive. Services were good. I had the hammam massage and my friend had a deep tissue massage. Therapists are very good. The men’s locker room is being renovated. I enjoyed the steam room in the locker room - a nice added value.

Best spa in the area, I wont go anywhere else now! I highly recommend Aaron for Asian bodywork and reflexology. Very skilled therapist and responds to any concerns you may have. The atmosphere at The Spa is also highly soothing, clean and modern. All staff encountered have been pleasant and helpful. Ive heard the gym is great as well but have not used it myself.

Everyone here is kind, friendly, and caring. Cheri did an AMAZING job at making me feel comfortable as well as getting the skin on my legs and neck to rehydrate and somehow STAY hydrated days later. No matter how much oil or lotion I used all my life to treat re-occurring eczema… that never helped my skin the way Cheri has.Also, Aaron is the cherry on top. His Deep Body Renewal massage made my entire body ALL NEW, where my red inflamed spots in my eczema prone skin are now calm and smooth, and the knots I tend to get all over my body (especially hips, back and neck) melted away. He was also very understanding and considerate of my health conditions (MS and pregnant) and made sure I was comfortable and felt understood.WOW why did I wait so long to try a spa?!? I’m grateful I chose the best one!!!

This was my first spa experience and because of the excellent service from the entire staff that I came in contact with , it wont be my last. The staff was very attentive and very good in the services they provided. The Atmosphere was very clean and sterile , they followed all the current guidelines , to a temperature reader located at the entrance my only regret is that they book up fast , so I was not able to to go the same day with a friend . I shall plan more of these spa days with my girls, cousins and my mother. Great Job Guys! Keep up the good work!!!!

I’ve been here a few times over the years. All the service providers are very pleasant. The lounge is also very relaxing.My only complaint is that it is pricey. To treat yourself, totally understood. But as a routine visit, not so much. I came from living in an expensive city in Florida and the prices here are actually even higher than what they were in Florida.

I’ve been going to Aaron at Yellow Creek Spa for eight months now and when I tell you I’ve NEVER had a better massage… Whew! He is some sort of angelic miracle worker. I count down the days until my appointment, knowing full well I’ll be walking out HEALED. It’s an experience. Book your appointment now and thank me later.

This spa was absolutely gorgeous and had a beautiful minimalist type style. Very relaxing waiting area prior to your treatment. The staff were very nice and welcoming. You can sip on some drinks and enjoy a cozy waiting room area with relaxing music in the background. The changing area/locker room was clean and nice. The robes were super comfy as well. I had Alexandra as my massage therapist and she was seriously awesome! I highly recommend this spa. It is also tucked away in a beautiful and scenic area.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful first time experience at this day spa. Elizabeth went out of her way to accommodate us with our day and time preference. She was fantastic! We both felt like we were at a resort on vacation. Everything was clean and super relaxing. We especially enjoyed the complimentary cheese plate, dessert and mimosas. The Spa at Yellow Creek is the spa to visit! The treatments they offer are very unique. I had the best facial of my life which was customized to my specific needs, and the Carita products are amazing.The entire staff was professional and attentive. I left feeling that I was very well cared for. I will recommend The Spa at Yellow Creek to all of my visiting friends and I look forward to returning soon!

I went in for the wanderlust massage for my birthday and Vanessa did an excellent job! She was also great to talk to, very personable and funny too! The spa was very clean and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back for more services in the future!

The massage and facial were top notch. The facilities, however, were in need of updates and cleaning. Frankly, I was caught off guard given the reputation and cost of the Spa.

I would not recommend going to Yellow Creek Spa. I have an infection in my left big toe from here. Im in pain and this experience has been horrible. Service was not great. My daughters were also disappointed with the services they received from 2 other techs. Stay away from here!

It was my first experience there today and it was just perfect. They had me in for a massage the same day, all the staff members were very friendly and professional, Stephanies deep tissue massage was amazing, all my tensions are gone . They brought me mimosa and snacks after the massage. I highly recommand that place. I will be back for sure within a month.

I hesitate to write a good review for this place because I dont want it to get too busy, but I have to give credit where credit is due. The relaxation room and the staff who provide service to it are wonderful. I would pay just to sit in there. They keep you stocked on mimosas, charcuterie, and tea/coffee. For my birthday, they brought me a piece of cake. :) The room has comfortable loungers, soft music, and plenty to read. I never feel rushed like I did at Spa Walden or Marios. They could definitely get more money out of me if they added a hot tub, but I will be back regardless.

Ive been visiting the Yellow Creek Spa for many years. The employees, therapists and treatments - from the mani / pedi, to facials and massages are top notch. I am there monthly and feel the service is consistently wonderful. I travel to many large cities in the US and in Europe and believe YCS to be as good as most. Its clear that the therapists are well trained and educated in their area of expertise.An area to improve upon is to add small tables by the chairs in the relaxation room and offer a better selection of magazines.Regarding the owner, he is perhaps the most highly-regarded OBGYN surgeon on North East Ohio.Dana Schindlerlong-term client

The Spa at Yellow Creek is the best spa in town. Yes the Spa is known for its impeccable customer service, friendly smiling faces all willing to please and help, and wonderful spa services. But the Spa has something absolutely no one else has. They have Aaron Leff. Aaron is so much more than a masseuse, and you wont understand until he has worked on you also. This man and his ability to make everything feel better are nothing short of miraculous. I mean it. Go in with whatever ails you: neck, back, hip. He will fix you and then youll be writing a review like this!!

We were members and had personal training at the gym for over a year. Lots of promises at first to get locker room, equipment, etc. up and running. Would get something going and then break down. Staff a great disappointment -- no commitment to service or helping clients. In terms of the state of the facility and lack of staff, surprised this place is able to keep going.

Absolutely the worst in the area. I have given this day spa (if that is what you want to call it) many chances. The last is my final. The massage therapist smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I swear she just put out a cigarette before she began my massage. This was disgusting. There is no private place to change unless you want to change in the shower or bathroom stall. What spa has this set up? The hallway is way too open to the public. Not a comfortable environment at all. This is truly a place to avoid! I will only write a review if a place has issues, to warn the public. This is one to warn people.

Overpriced for the level of service we received. Massage was weak and pedis were lackluster. Facial was WAAAAY not worth what it cost.

Personally I love the spa atmosphere is actually tranquil. No hairdryers! Yay! My aesthetician is amazing too.

Most importantly it seems very clean.The nail techs do a wonderful job. A lot of attention to detail and have all been very friendly.Plus, champagne and chocolate?!Worth the price for this experience.

Less then 1 Star if they would allow it. Trying to book a full day for 3 women and Josh had a bad attitude and was extremely rude. Will enjoy our spa day elsewhere.

I got the Deep Release pedicure and found it very lackluster for the price.
