I really liked this place! The employees are friendly and they have a decent variety of products. I managed to find a Micro NC there for much more affordable than I found the same kit online.Its not a very large storefront but its worth the visit imo I ended up getting two NCs there because they were what I was expecting to pay for one!

I love the store until the gray long haired female employee proved that she has zero knowledge about her job...I asked her a simple question that she didnt know the answer too..and all of a sudden shes asking me if Im stressed...completely unprofessional of her and terrible customer service .....otherwise the store is great!!!!

They have the delicious disposables Iike and, I must say, some of the nicest people you could ask for. Get good service from good folks.

My daughter and I was at shop to purchase both of us a electric cigarette and Taylor waited on us both. He was very knowledgeable on all the products which made it easier for us both on our decision of which electric cigarette product would work best. Taylor had so much patience with us and was so friendly and so was the lady working with him. You should feel blessed to have someone like Taylor working for the company so treat him good because hes a valuable employee! We need more Taylors in this world and it would be a happier place to live and work!!!Thank you Taylor for the help today and I hope to have you wait on me again in the near future! ☺️

My boyfriend and I, not 5 minutes ago, purchased a faulty elf bar vape from Cheap Tobacco in Ravenna, Ohio. We were not informed by the sales associate that if we leave the premises, we can not return the faulty vape. we took 2 steps outside to test it (in a post-covid world, we did not know if we were allowed to vape in the store) and realized it didnt work. It did not fire or charge. We requested an exchange for a vape that works, and the associate refused because we left the premises. She did not tell us to test it before leaving the premises, even though she insists that she did. I also bought a vape at the same time, and can confirm that she did not tell either of us to test it, or inform us about the return policy about leaving the premises. If I was informed to test the vape before leaving, I would have. I am not returning to the premises until the issue has been resolved.

Good prices on RYO , vape, glass pieces, etc.. all your smoking needs. They have a very large selection, very clean and organized, well stocked. They even have a frequent shopper card that gives you $5 off every so many points earned. Ive been a return customer since my first visit.

He was very knowledgeable about every product in the store while being nice to us. There are many different items in the store, all of them are in thespace needed to get a good look at selections of so many to choose from, accessories, bag tobacco, you can roll your smokes in stoye, buy a roller for home, smoking devices, rolling papers,anything smokers would ever want.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Prices are higher than everywhere else. Manager is rude and does nothing but sit on a stool and roll cigarettes, even seen her handing them off to the older people from the towers across the street. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Prices are way better up the road

I didnt have much money and I needed cigarettes and they got cheap cigarettes there that tastes pretty decent so it kept me from going into a hizzy without a cigarette so if you need a cheap cigarette I would suggest you go in there

This place sells cigarettes and e-cigarettes and the fluids need for such items the prices are not any better than you get at a regular store but the selection is much bigger when it comes to e-cigarettes I asked for cigarettes and tobacco the price is pretty much the same everywhere
