If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! More than DISGUSTING 🀒. We only stayed bc we were tired of driving and we needed a place to sleep. We booked these online and pictures looked like this was a decent place (big mistake! It wasn’t) and was one of the cheapest options but we paid almost the same in San Antonio and SPI for hotels and they were more then decent and super clean with pool and breakfast included!I will never stay in an OYΓ“ place again! Like its name says it’s an hoyo/hole 😑

Would give 0 stars if I could. Booked 2 nights online. Arrived for. Checkin and their office if closed. Called number and they refuse to come to office and check me in until 8am. What hotels are not available for late night check ins. Now I get to argue with customer service to try to get a refund since I wont be staying

To start they gave me the lowest rate out of all the hotels in Alice for 2 weeks. Everyone was Very friendly and housekeeping was always making sure I had everything. Loved the room I was in. Definitely recommend to anyone who might be budgeted. This was way more nice than what I paid for.

If I could give no stars I would but can not. I will never stay here again.The room I was given smelled musty upon arrival like there was mold inside the walls. And had cigarette smoke smell so terrible through the stay like thin walls of others smoking nearby. Then I called and I let the representative know on the phone this place has mold, I’m feeling pretty bad now with sinus congestion and cough because of the exposure and all he kept saying was sorry for the inconvenience and if you need anything let us know when you call back. So ridiculous to call that customer service experts. Then I had to keep calling back several times for 5 hours to then be told if you have any another inconveniences please call us back and let us know so I let the representative on the phone then know I am inconvenienced and would like a refund for the hours spent on the phone after having paid online and your systems were down and they couldn’t get in touch with the manager at the hotel to confirm the reservation because their phone and system was down. The agent put me on hold to come back and say the same thing we can not refund you because you stayed here and shows the booking was used and if you have any inconveniences please call us back. After asking for his manager and being on hold the customer service representative disconnected my call after being on the phone for so long. So unprofessional. This was my first and last time here. I will never stay here again.

Horrible place, horrible customer service, horrible smell, horrible parking lot, horrible do not stay here. Musty smell as soon as you opened the door to the room. Paid online but systems were down at front office and staff wouldnt honor my booking even with proof and wanted to charge me again but over what I paid online by an additional $11 and said I needed to call to ask for a refund for what I already paid online. Terrible customer service, was told you can do whatever you want it is up to you but you have to talk to manager in front office, to then be told by staff in front office I have to call and pay them in front office and manager not available in person or on phone, but both staff on phone and in person kept saying call and ask for manager, and on phone told ask for manager and show them your booking to no resolution. Other than your simple in a bad situation and cant stay unless you pay for the room again in person even with a proof of a paid booking done online. No common sense, customer service agents online are from another country which was a vicious cycle of delay after delay of a horrible experience here. DO NOT DO IT unless you want a terrible experience as well.

This is by far the worst place i have ever tried to stay at. I would say you get what you pay for, but i went down the street to the hampton and paid the same $64 i paid for this dump. Between the rats and the roaches, and the people tapping on the windows and doors freaking my wife out, we could not even stay here past 9pm. Dont waste your money on this dump. Oyo, i have stayed in one of your other hotels and was satisfied. Id be ashamed to have my name associated with such a dump.

Giving one star is too much to say the least. Pay extra and go else where. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET SICK. I made my booking online to avoid being inconvenience to come to have to make multiple calls because the front office would not honor my booking number because their system was down. Then after several hours and multiple calls to be told we are not going to refund you or reimburse you and then be hung up on by the reimbursement agent. UNPROFESSIONAL. Multiple times I asked to speak to a manager to be told call back if youre inconvenienced.

This is by far the nastiest place I have ever seen . We ended up staying at another hotel because my kids would not even touch the bed. Roaches all over the room, on top of the microwave was dirty and disgusting, it smelled soooo bad, the walls were dirty and had cob webs everywhere, the parking lot sucks, I just cannot believe they charge people to stay here, I would be so embarrassed. The pictures must have been taken when this place was first built. I would never book a room here or at any OYO hotel because of this!

I rarely complain about hotel stays, but unfortunately this hotel ranks as one of the 3 worst hotels that I have stayed at. Some of the problems included the following:1. No wifi - The Hotels.com website advertised the place as having guest wifi, but within minutes after checking in, the desk clerk informed me that there was no wifi and seemed to display an attitude like she thought it was no big deal. If they normally have wifi, but it was down for the day, that is something that I would expect to be disclosed upon check-in.2. When turning on the bath tub water, an orange or red liquid briefly came in through the water pipe, making me wonder if the water was safe there.3. The sink had a pipe which would leak water on the floor profusely after using the sink to wash my hands.4. The parking lot did not have good pavement and can be hard on a cars struts when driving through it.These are a sum up of the main issues I had. If the hotel owners are reading this, I would suggest fixing these issues as soon as they can.

Changed rooms 3 times first room had pee on the seat, a dirty foot print in the tub and dirt in the sheets under a perfectly made bed. The 2nd had dirty toilet seats and rim, a used towel hanging from the ahower and dirty sink counter. The last room we ended up in was the last straw! We noticed dirt stained toilet seat, used bar of soap on the sink, no working remote and no toilet paper and some blood looking chunky stains on the lamp shade, an interior wall panle used to cover the whole missing window and lastly a stain on the floor which i thought was permanent but wnded up being a spill with growing mold! I called the front desk and demanded a refund. She had the audacity to offer me a cleaner and better room for an extra cost.I got my refund and got out of there really fast.

Horrible is not even the word for this place. Rude no consideration ac worked like a fan face towel was a rag its unbelievable that they want a deposit Hampton in is so much more better for 20$ u get wat u paid for. And I get face towels extra at that with no dam deposit some places need to be addressed especially with co vid and ppl down from I need to feel safe and not get a room thats suppose to be clean its dirty beds in done tv on staff said they were there yesterday they were clean so unprofessional key didnt work there fore had to go back for the 3rd time!

It was an okay stay. The room was clean but the bathroom floors were a bit nasty. The outside and location aren’t the best either. I didn’t feel safe outside. But the front desk lady was nice.

Well we are here since we got the room and still waiting for someone to come fix the TV cause we can not watch it. Thank God we have our phones to watch something. Then I the guy comes and he dont know how to even program the tv. Then he does that and he says when its done it should work. And Im like ok well never gets going nothing to watch. Then I call them and they dont answer. I called actually a few times and they dont pick up. I even told the lady do we need to move to another room and real quick she said no. That the maintenance guy was coming well still no guy smhi dont think Ill stay here again

Definitely not recommend. Room was dirty, blankets were made up on top of dirt and trash in the beds. Cable didn’t not work. One of the worst stays in quite some time!

This place was the worst was there 10 mins in that time there were issues with the safety one of the rooms well the one we were able to get into and the other room was not any better well from what we could tell from the outside especially with the guy next door (asking what set we calm) i highly recommend that you stay somewhere else anywhere else only good part was the nice front desk lady

I would give 5 stars for the reason that the room is wide, high ceiling and with comfortable and clean sheets ( clean coz even the comforter is newly washed and smells good and towels are clean and conditioned).The tables we’rent so clean when we arrived but as a traveler,i always have my cleaning stuft so it’s not a big deal for me as long as the toilet is clean,il consider it all.Price is right.Also good for a long stay since it’s close to the resto and gas station.

Looks old from outside but surprisingly new and remodeled on the inside. The floor had some dirt and the restroom didnt look remodeled much but very minor details for the price we payed.
