Cannot say enough good about these guys. Just picked up a new mod and tank kit from these guys. And they even took my phone call to tell me how to get the thing to turn on. They were good at their profession. And I hope theyre around for a long time to come.

Great customer service. Always acknowledged when entering. They have a massive selection of mods and juices to choose from. If youre not sure on what juice you want they have digital menus available and a juice bar to sample or if you ask they will offer you insight and recommendations based off what youre looking for.They are up front and honest. No pressure when browsing. Would highly recommend this shop whether youve been vaping for awhile or just get starting. Products range from beginner to vet. Pricing is fair. You can find some items cheaper online but the atmosphere and instant gratification make up for it without a doubt.They also have a lounge area with a television if youre looking to hangout with other customers/friends.All that Ive stated are points that this shop stands out on its own. They carry so much more product and genuine knowledge and passion versus other vape/smoke shops.One thing to note, if youre driving anything low to the ground make sure to cut the wheel when leaving as the exit is a bit on the steep side!

This vape shop exceeded my expectations from start to finish. J.D. was very helpful and explanatory when discussing the vape juices (salt nic for me). I like that they have a bar setup so that you can smell and get a feel for the juice you might want. J.D. was awesome at helping me find exactly what flavor buds I was looking for. They have an excellent selection (lots of juices to choose from). They also have plenty of pods and mods w/ accessories.Overall, this will be the vape shop Im coming to in Allen Park, MI! Friendly people, accommodating hours and great selection of e-juice and coils. They gave me a recommendation for a e-juice similar to one I was using for 5 years (I’m generally pretty picky with it) and I really enjoyed it. May be my go to e juice now. Definitely will be back to this shop.

Jezz im slacking, I should of had a review for this places ages ago, by far the best shop in Detroit Metro period. Hands down, no questions asked, the boys are always on their game, and the selection of products is amazing.

Best vape shop around town! You can find any kind of vape liquid, coil, pod etc... Basically anything for your vape, you can find at this shop! The atmosphere is really calming and really cool. Its literally like a Starbucks for vaping with the furniture and how clean it is. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! First place Ive been to that Ive actually been able to find everything I needed all in one spot. Went there one time and now thats my shop. Its about 5 to 10 minutes away which is further than my old shop but I know that they are going to have the stuff I need every time!

I came to this location for the first time awhile ago after all my friends told me to get away from another store down the street to get my vape stuff, and let me tell you guys, this store has a WIDE selection of stuff, like holy moly it blows other stores away from their selections, and they have a lot of Naked juices (which a lot of other places only have one) and thats refreshing to see, after a few times of coming in I decided to finally give this place a rating, I wanna start off with saying the kinda shorter with a beard dude and the other big bearded kinda bigger, had a naked hat on(only remember cause I want that hat!) dude are very knowledgeable in their products, The first time I came to the store, the shorter bearded guy was beyond helpful, the other guy tho, didnt even greet me, was too busy talking about his jeep with some other other people at the counter while the shorter one was helping people out. the 2nd Time I came in, the bigger bearded dude was with the shorter bearded dude I had previously had help me before, and these dudes helped me out with so much information, stuff I didnt know/was told about from the other shop down the street, beyond grateful of that, the most recent time it was the short dude and the jeep guy again, jeep guy again didnt greet me and was chatting it up with customers sitting at the counter, the shorter dude helped me out again. if it wasnt for the other dudes and their customer service Id give this a lower rating, but a 5 star is perfect just for those two dudes I have mentioned (sorry I didnt get your names!) the stores cleanliness, and their selection. I avoid going to the store when I see a jeep in the parking lot, cause I know it has to be that Jeep dude, he alone makes me not wanna come back, seems to be a know it all and kinda a jerk to other customers.Overall 5/5 for everything, I Highly recommended going to this shop for all your vape needs and to get legit products and knowledge.

These guys are great at what they do. They are extremely helpful especially when you arent too sure on what you want or need. I recently purchased a new mod from them and it was defective. They were able to exchange it for a new one the next day hassle free.

Was having dissatisfaction with the vape shop experiences.. couldnt say why until I walked in Metro Vape. With a great mix of that new and gorgeous flooring and lighting...thrown in with some stunning and cool old school Detroit style art and decor..its a gem. This place was recommended by a friend of mine. My husband and I went about 2 months ago, not sure exactly what we were going to get. These guys were super helpful and so friendly! So glad we went here!!

Super helpful service, best Ive had in local shops. Knowledgeable staff and well stocked shop. Lots of eliquid variety with top brands. Super clean, nice lounge area. Only recommendation for staff: needs some music or something in the background. Was eerily/noticeably quiet when I stopped in.

I didnt actually go here, I went to Dairy Queen across the street, but Google maps thought I went here. Heres what i do know, they recently moved locations. Ive seen inside and its a very cozy and has friendly atmosphere. A gentleman greeted me at the door and asked i he could help me find something. I said I was just looking and was checking the place out. A very comfortable interaction. Couldnt give an accurate assessment on prices or quality of gear sold.

The staff was really friendly, which is new for me. More often than not, I get that, Oh great. look whenever I walk in the door anywhere else. The juice was well priced and the selection was pretty impressive. You can really tell the staff loves their job. My only complaint is how chaotic it was. With the small room being filled with vapor and a gang of guys sitting and mingling in front of the counter, it was a little overwhelming. But thats just me being critical :p. The overall atmosphere is awesome and Ill be coming back whenever Im in town.

Been going here for about 6 months. I like the laid back atmosphere. The employees dont pester you and are there when you need help. Anytime Ive asked a question its always been answered. Ive never felt rushed or unwelcome. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Been to a couple shops in the area but this one is my favorite. Jd was very friendly, offered some really great suggestions for me and listened to my pain points when choosing a mod. Great customer service and the prices are spot on.

Great variety, friendly staff, sub ohm sample bar for better tasting. Place was packed when I walked in, definitely my new one stop shop. If youre using nicotine salts stop in and grab a sourin air for $30 (Best B&M price Ive seen so far!) Lava flow from naked is my new ADV.

My boyfriend and I have been into your business several times and we have never really had a good experience. The customer service is very unpleasant. The staff is rude, they dont greet you when you walk in, they cant make any decisions when there is a problem with any device and they make you feel stupid when you ask a question. Unless you are a girl they are very friendly to the women that come in by them selves. We have been waiting for 30 mins for the owner to respond for a decision about a mod that was purchased. This is ridiculous.Thank youVery upset customer

I have been going to this vape store for well over a year now. The owner and his staff are exceptional and friendly. The shop is clean and has a industrial aethstetic. They carry a ton of product and always have what I need in stock. I have been to most of the vape shops in metro Detroit and this is the one I reccomend the most.

I have visited a lot of places in Taylor and found the selection very limited. Most places are tobacco shops with a very small vape section. Metro Vape had everything I needed. I was worried I would need to order coils online. Metro Vapor had them in stock and in various wattage. Very good service and selection. They are my new vape shop. (I just moved to the area a few months ago from Texas)

This is by far my favorite Vape shop. Im always greeted the second I walk in the door. Any questions I have they have been answered by the knowledgeable staff on hand.When I first started to vape I went to this store and they walked me through everything I needed to know. They were incredibly patient and understanding of the fact that I had no clue what I was doing. My experiences with other shops were absolutely horrible. People were rude and werent willing to help at all.There is no better shop out there (by me) in my opinion than this shop.

Went in tonight looking for something citrusy and inexpensive. I dont know a whole lot about vaping but the staff guided me to a juice - Key Master Lime Frosted Cookie - that was everything I wanted. They were very patient and knowledgeable - they didnt make me feel foolish for not knowing evening. 10/10 would visit again!

I have been to Metro Vapor Plus numerous times, I have also been to other vapor spots. The difference with Metro Vapor is the customer service is very detailed and careful. The owners took time with educating me and the other customers about the different vaping flavors, and etc. I have been to other places after going to them and cant seem to get them out of my head. I will return again soon. Great place great service and you get to try before you buy.

How much you like this store will depend on how you like stores similar to this. If you want to be treated like a client in a professional environment, this is not your place. Its fairly obvious from the moment you wade your way through the dense fog: this is a small club of people who cater to the cloud chasers, carrying largely brand new devices and popular brands of E-liquid. If you want prompt service, be prepared to assert your presence and be the first one to speak, or you will spend 20-30 minutes standing at the counter, making occasional eye contact with the staff before one of them gets curious enough to ask you why you stumbled into their clubhouse. This store is not for new vapers. The shelves are plastered with 300 watt devices and advanced hardware, and not a SINGLE PRICE TAG IN SIGHT, (sketchy practice to me), that appeals to the hobbyist vapers. If youre looking for starter kits, individualized attention and beginner help, check out somewhere else just a few miles away, where they welcome newbies to be taught. This is a hangout for the elites, not a generic store for the average smoker or newer vaper. Dont get me wrong, Im a cloud-chaser who can make good use of most everything in the store, I just prefer it be a more professional environment where it doesnt feel like Im being judged for carrying in a measly 150 watt device from a year ago as if I had just worn a tuxedo t-shirt into princess Dianas wedding.

I will definitely come back for all my vaping needs! I came in bc the bottom of my tank broke where it screws into the mod. Instead of just trying to sell me a new one they fixed it! I did end up buying a new unit so I could have an extra one.

Great staff, always have what I need. Eric, JD and Andrew are awesome. Expect to hang out and chit chat or talk with the regulars, they have food/drinks, couches tv with Netflix or cable tv with air hockey and bathrooms. Lots of things to do and just hang out and have a great time. Also great loyalty program!

They sell expired vape juice with stickers over the expiration date. They tried to tell me the juice i got was very popular and it was on sale, no it wasnt popular it was old and expired so they pushed off on me. Thats horrible business practice. NEVER buying ANYTHING from these guys again. Would not recommend.

I wanted to try an alternative to smoking cigarettes so I stopped in at Metro Vapor Plus. The staff was extremely helpful with explaining everything to me as Im a newbie to vaping. Been going to Rob since the Genny tank days he opened this store front a couple years or so ago and it has evolved ever since. There are a hand full of shops in the area, but I would dare you to find one as clean, reasonably priced, or with the selection. I went to pick up a new mod and left with a vt200 they had three of the four main dna200 mods to choose from even the vaporshark. Staff is also excellent and clearly enjoy their jobs as most are still there from when it opened.

Very helpful Everytime Im in the store and help me on my questions about all of the high nicotine pod mods and even built a coil on an rda tip for my mod. All around very knowledgeable staff and great choices of juice and mods.

They were out of my juice and had 1 coil. I usually get 5 to 10 coils. Maybe later in the week.
