The worst costumer service you’ve ever seen in the united states. I booked my available time through her website, she was out of country and rescheduled my time without asking my availability. I tried couple of times to talk to her for new booking time that I can’t make it because of 48 hours policy that she had on her website but she told me she is still out of country and will call me back for rescheduling. She didn’t call me back rescheduled it Saturday for Sunday and when I said I can’t come this time and you supposed to call me back for new schedule she said it can’t change because of 48 hours policy. How you can change something 48 hours before when it booked 24 hours before. And she took my deposit money. Don’t pay deposit. And don’t go to this place

The world needs more people like Laura, a person who genuinely enjoys extracting blackheads. I got a microdermabrasion facial and shoulder, arm, and hand massage. It was relaxing and my skin looks great! Not only did I have a good experience, but Laura is super cool! She gave me suggestions on what I can add to my skincare routine and also let me know what I should stop doing in order to have great skin. She spent extra time after my service chatting with me and recommended products she thought would be good for my skin type and prevent aging.

For my birthday , a family member gifted me a European Facial With Laura! This being my first facial ever , I didn’t know what to expect and I was somewhat nervous. However, I absolutely loved it! The ambiance was amazing & I felt extremely comfortable! Laura was Awesome , she explained all products she used on my face & was overall great! It was definitely relaxing! Very much needed 🫶🏽 If looking to book for a facial , I totally recommend going to Laura! 💗

I know what youre thinking Im a guy. guys dont really do facials. I like to say youre sadly mistaken. I experience a once in a lifetime spa treat of sheer bliss at bed of roses spa. Once you enter you are greeted with positive energy & good vibes coming through the door; as well as beverages & snacks to nourish the body as well as the soul. All your problems and worries goes away when you get the chance to sit in the chair. Everything else is taken care of the by the beautician Laura and do say she has hands of a goddess in my opinion. I will totally go out there again for official or maybe a wax.
