Package NEVER arrived and was sent back to the flawless vape and smoke shop. was not able to get a refund from the shop and had to open a case with my bank to get my money back. when communicating with this scamming business, they claimed they couldnt send a refund until they had received the package. i was so annoyed because tracking number showed package was ready for pick up for like 3 days at one of the many huntington beach post offices. i had to to call the local post office in their area and basically do their job for them and tell them the information the post office employee told me. that they had to go and pick up the package and sign for it. and they were so baffled that they had to go get a package. it was a headache and they are not a good company to do business with!!!!!!!!

Good Prices and Good people! Everyone is super friendly and they helped me with all the different questions I had about their mods.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! I placed an order online and was provided tracking info with an expected delivery date. I was home during the entire delivery window but received a “missed delivery attempt” notice in my mail box. I scheduled a re-delivery for the next day which never happened. The “product” got sent back (if it was ever sent out in the first place) and only 50% of my money was refunded. I reached out several times regarding the remaining 50% and was completely ignored. There isn’t a single policy listed in their terms and conditions that they have the right to keep whatever portion of my money they feel like, nor is there a policy about carrier issues. This is a common scam practice where purchases are made, nothing is shipped, and only partial refund is returned to placate the consumer while the faux business makes a profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING OR ANY HELP FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I only use their website because I live over 40 miles away from the nearest store but their prices are better than ANYONE else and their shipping doesnt take very long at all. Ive literally never had an issue with them and they have an awesome loyalty program too! I no longer go to the shops. I just have it delivered right to my door! Their variety is also incredibly huge! Im a forever customer!

Love the prices and service but unfortunately I will have to stop using Flawless Vape due to the Adult signature requirement. I cannot always be home waiting for my package to arrive and this last shipment I had to go pick up at the post office myself, very inconvenient.

Ive had nothing but great service from flawless vape. Product always comes on time and customer service has been great. Products are priced low and thus is my go to spot for vape juice and accessories.

Terrible service at the shop, rude customer service and the vape juice I asked for was right behind the cashier and he played the part like he didnt now what I was talking about and tried to make me feel dumb for even asking. And I got overcharged for an item, never going there again and wont recommend to anyone.

How can people not understand website pricing versus in-store pricing??!! I was reading reviews and this just baffled me, get a clue people! If u want the website pricing order online and wait to get it shipped to you! If you want the convenience of a brick and mortar and the knowledge of their employees - there is something called rent that the business must pay to have a retail location and I dont know about you but I dont work for free- so the people helping you and teaching you how to use an atomizer get paid- I know its a crazy concept - hence the different pricing.Great Vape Shop! Ordered online from flawless vapes 5 times now. I order disposable vapes from them because they are about half the price of my local shops. Local disposable 1,500 puff vapes are around $20-$28, flawless has em from like $7-$15. Buying a couple from flawless offsets the shipping but if you order enough then there’s free shipping.I used to buy the small 300 puff disposables. Ordered around 30 or so and only ever had 1 that was dead on arrival out of the box. These were around $2-$3.Pretty quick on shipping 3-4 days. Be aware, they don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday. So if you place your order on the weekend it’ll take a couple extra days.Great online store and has been the best place for disposable vapes I’ve found online.

Moved into the area recently and needed a good vape shop. Went to a few before here and my experiences werent great. Came across flawless and I havent been going anywhere else.The guy who has helped me knows his product. Very friendly and professional. Cool guys running a tight little ship.I was looking for cosmic fog milk and honey, which if you smoke it, you know the struggle trying to find it. Not only did flawless have it, they have the 30mls.If I stop in and am in a hurry, theyre so quick, my friend in the car said when I walked out youre done already?Overall: Real cool shop and real cool people.

The owner Anthony and our sales guy Jake are AWESOME! Jake helped educate us on how the coil and juice work together with the vape system we bought (we’re newbies). He took EXTRA steps to ensure that we were all covid safe and sanitized everything EVERY step of the way. He took his time with us and didn’t rush. We truly felt like we were family when we left! I can’t say enough about the owner Anthony Jaramillo- his shop is immaculate, his employees truly enjoy working for him, and he CONTINUALLY supports many charitable causes, especially those within the motorcycle industry. We wish Anthony and his staff, continued success - you have earned a customer for life!

Went in to pick up some juice, and when the guy rang me up he charged a solid 40% over what was listed on the site. When I mentioned that they have it marked cheaper on their own website, he took $5 off the price (still more than it was marked for online) and told me that not every employee would do this for you.Get your prices straight or you wont have a storefront to sell out of for long. No wonder there was no one else in there.

The guy that was helping me had no personality. It was like pulling teeth to get any recommendations from him. I will never go back there again. Go to Savage Vapor in Orange. They are very nice and helpful and take their time with you.

I gave this shop a 5 star because the guy there didnt just give up and send me on my way. I have a joytec mod or as the guys in my office call it a toy. Anyways i needed a new atomizer bad, everything tasted like crap. I get the best juices free because i just went to work for some big juice manufactures in Newport Beach. I am still new to the industry so i figured Flawless would have the part i needed. Well the guy i think the owner did go out of his way to hook me up, the best he could so i could continue to use my mod. I quit smoking a month ago so this thing is kinda critical! And i only live 5 minutes from the new Flawless shop so i figure i am a customer for a while now. Wish i got his name, still just stoked he got me going again.Thanks FlawlessSincerely Rick

Store is very clean and has a more comfortable lounge feel to offer than most vape shops.The workers are incredibly hospitable and friendly in both helping people find a good juice and just general banter. I was surprised with how easy the workers were to talk to just about anything vape related and non-vape related.Overall, great place!

I have been coming to this vape store for a year and a half. All 3 employees are very knowledgeable and they always have some sort of deal going on per day and even monthly so if you are looking to buy a new tank or juice pick the day when there is a discount! They have a huge selection on juices, mods, and tanks.. they also sell clothes. I bought a t-shirt and a jacket both of which I love. Overall I have grown to love this store due to the employees and great prices. I dont get the 1 star reviews. Anywho, check them out :)

Store was about to close and my best friend almost had a seizure and passed out and the mean lady legit told us to get out as we asked for help. Like this was a very dangerous inhumane situation and I wish I caught the girls name. I just cant believe someone could be so mean.

Horrible company! Had sale prices listed Memorial Day Weekend 2017. Wouldnt honor them and blamed it on a glich. What a bunch of BS! They use Spotify you have to manually punch sale prices in. Nice try guys! Ill never trust them with my business!

Went here one time and that is all it took to let me know to never deal with this company ever again. They show certain prices online it wont honor them in store. Was told it was a different owner and he does not care what the online or customer service tells me, he makes his own price. Way over priced for everyrhing anyways

Been going here for 6 months. There are plenty of vape shops around me within 3 miles and ill still drive here to see the guys and get the best prices and juice in the area. And try there house mod with the DNA 250 chip in it love mine from them well built and working flawlessly . pun intended

Quoted one price. Thwn added 19% more when they rang up tax. I noticed, they said it was tax. I said tax is 37ish. Not 39.82. Weird. Then they changed the price he told me. Then he was ringing me up for the big brother of the version I was buying. 1. Shaddy. 2. Selection seems better than it really is. All this crap after they sold me a cap yesterday that didnt fit properly and they didnt offer to exchange it or credit me. Not that I asked, but I shouldnt have had to.

Spent months frequenting this location but after I had one bad experience the “store manager” wouldn’t do anything to remedy the issue I had. The rude level of customer service is not worth the trouble especially when prices are the same everywhere. Good place to stop by if you just need something but don’t expect them to care about the customer.

Company held a memorial day sales which many people participated in. They now refuse to honor the sale and we are playing a game of cat and mouse to get our money back from these crooks. Order from Vapor DNA or eightvape. Dont order from these people unless you like to get scammed

Usually decent but i think theyve got new employeeslady wanted to charge me 50+ for the 2 pack of 60mg melon twist bottles, theyre 25~ for the 2 pack lady not 50 for 2, went here for convenience instead of having to wait for online stuff to ship but now id rather just pay the 18 dollars online for the same product and not get overcharged

Purchased a few items from them online and they were never delivered. Emailed them to ask for a refund and they denied it after a week of not responding. They have ignored any other follow-up emails. Do not buy from this company!

I have never ordered online, but I can confirm that dealing with the people in the store is usually a very good transaction. They have been very helpful and all and all a Vape shop much better than most

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They shipped me a partially filled order and never notified me that the items I purchased were out of stock UNTIL I sent them multiple emails. The items I received were defective and did not work, but they say they cannot do anything about it as there is no warranty from the manufacturer. STAY AWAYYY

Worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to. High prices and untrustworthy staff. Stay away. There are much better options in the area.

If I could this pos company 0 stars I would. Called about an order and was yelled at. Said they have no idea when it will ship. 12 working days and the order still hasnt shipped. Unheard of, save your money and go somewhere else that cares.

Ordered a mystery package from the website and got 240ml of all my favorite flavours! Luck of the draw, but will definitely be there again.

Always have what I need when I need it. I drive all the way from San Diego to go hear. The places down hear are all ways giving me the run around. Not these guys. Would defiantly recomend.

Ordered Monday morning recieved Saturday. Arrived as ordered, all items, no problems.

If I could it give 0 stars I would. They dont have disposable mouth pieces when you want to try juices. Also the juice I bought was 14.22 and the dude gave me 5 dollars and said I dont feel like getting the 78cents. Unprofessional, I would never recommend this vape shop to anybody.

My go to vape shop. Its always a good spot to get some juice. The transition into a smoke shop is slightly embarrassing, seems like they are playing to every smoke shop cliche in an attempt to cling to relevancy.

Staff is always friendly. Good variety, decent prices. But I come back for the staff. Theyre always great.
