I have had 4 massages from this place. The first 2 were with a therapist named Wendy. She massaged my neck and upper back like I wanted but she does not speak English so it was difficult for her to understand exactly where I wanted her to focus. I pointed to my L neck since this is where I have knots and she did an amazing job providing a deep tissue massage. The 3rd time I thought I was getting Wendy but I got the woman who answers the phone. She speaks English and was excellent. Really focused on my L neck. I was extremely happy. I made an appointment for the same time the next week. She doesnt do massages often so I requested Wendy. She told me she would talk to Wendy about my L neck issue so she would focus mostly in this area. When I came back I had a therapist Ive never seen. She was horrible. Didnt speak much English either. She massaged my back like my boyfriend does. When I tried to get her to push harder and use more force she laughed. Idk what was funny about that. I showed her where the knots are in my neck but she didnt focus on this area. THIS is why I have been getting massages every week to try to break up these painful knots and relieve the stiffness. She hardly pushed on any trigger points or the knots. I paid for a deep tissue massage but sure didnt get one. The worst massage I have ever had. I wasted my money with that massage. Obviously it makes a huge difference who your therapist is.

Amazing! First time and admit was a little skeptical but within minutes of my treatment I knew this was going to be awesome. My friend & I both had massages with hot stone treatments and we came out feeling refreshed. Bring cash to pay even though they take credit cards with a convenience fee. Easy to get an appointment. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

My wife went for whole body massage.The therapist was wonderful .She really did great deep tissue .Debbie was very happy with it The place is very clean and relaxing She would give it a 10 ,

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I cant say enough great, wonderful things about this establishment. The ladies working are just wonderful and make you feel comfortable. Their hands will work magic no matter the issue. From deep tissue to a gentle . massage. 30 minutes is 50 bucks and an hour is 70. Definitely go with the hour. Youll regret only doing 30 minutes. Its more cost effective.

Going back and reading reviews I wish I saw before I had my appointment. I dont ever leave reviews but this was terrible. She assumed of my areas that I wanted to be worked on, also exposed me even though I clearly had on undergarments. She removed them repeatedly and would place them back when done. Massage was poor at best and when I went to pay you have to tell her what you want to do for a tip. You cant punch it in yourself.Worst massage of my life and never felt so exposed in my entire life. I will never go back.

Had a great massage at a very reasonable price.

The absolute worst massage. There was no blanket to cover up- a small bath towel is all they provided. The therapist exposed my private body parts multiple times. She also did dangerous things like press on my spine and dug her finger nails into me. I was a massage therapist myself and have never experienced such a terrible massage. I could not finish the session, I had to stop her. Very concerning.

We had an amazing couples massage. After sitting at our desks for work every day our necks and lower backs ache, and now shoveling snow hurts a bunch! The massage was great! We loved the hot stones and hot towel too! Wonderful very experienced massage therapists know where all the muscle knots are, we highly reccomend!

Booked a one hour deep tissue massage for the same day and to be honest, was pretty disappointed. As another review mentioned, if this was a relaxation massage, it would have been. . . acceptable I guess. She had to leave the room to greet a walk in and you can hear everything in the other rooms. But most importantly, the pressure was not what I was expecting based on many other deep tissue massages I’ve had. My neck, shoulders and back are my problem areas and usually the therapist really digs in there to loosen up the muscles. I did ask her to return to that area after she started on my legs and to increase pressure but it still left a lot to be desired. Uncomfortable face rest, especially for being on your stomach for an hour. Again, not what I’ve experienced with other deep tissue massages.Life and learn. I won’t be back.

I went for a couples massage with my wife and we had an enjoyable experience. Staff were patient, kind, attentive, caring, and listened well. They knew what they were doing and were good at it. Id recommend this place to anyone and we will likely return here. Thank you Dani and Mia! 🙂

The staff was friendly and if I requested a relaxation massage then I would be giving the experience the 5 stars. I will say I was able to get a last minute appointment. I have a background in massage therapy. my problem areas are my neck and back of shoulder, which makes it difficult to treat myself.I requested a deep tissue massage to upper back and neck for an hour. I understand that working the same area for that duration will get repetitive. the strokes were rough vs smooth with deep pressure. hard to relax the muscles to get the intended effect of the massage. the entire 60 minutes I was on my stomach. the front portion of my neck & shoulders were not worked on. occipital release has the best results when laying on your back, what I think was occipital release was perform laying on my stomach. some of the effects are accomplished but not the full benefit. there are signs all over the facility requesting tip. after doing the math, the suggested tip rate is 30%. I feel that is a bit much, where is it customary to tip 30%. I tipped 20%. will I be returning for a deep tissue massage... no. maybe a Swedish massage.

Treat yourself to an escape. If you live in the area or just visiting. This place is by far the best for massages. Very clean, warm, and inviting while being extremely affordable. I highly recommend the couple’s massage. Great gift idea too. This is absolutely a real review from Q in Antioch. Enjoy! You will love them like us. ✌️

I have received massages for about 20 years. I have one main massage person but she was unavailable. To be honest, I was a little hesitant about going to Healing Hands, BUT they were amazing! This lady did deep tissue and has the bars to walk on your back (I’ve also never done this)- have I said amazing? They were reasonably priced and I’d recommend them to anyone. I feel like a million bucks!

Got my mom a 90min massage for Christmas. She can back and said it was the most horrible experience she has had. The girl kept talking/screaming to the other girl outside of the room. My mom asked for medium and she said she was in pain the whole time. She only used her elbow and 4arm. Not relaxing at all. And at the end she asked my mom for a $30 tip.

Massage was okay. I really like the the part of the massage when she stood on my back. I like the fact I was able to get in the same day. What ruined the experience was when I was paying. I gave her a 25% tip and she would not accept it. She put down 30%. I’m sorry, it’s my decision on the tip amount and 25% was appropriate. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Just rude!

I have spinal stenosis and two herniated disks, and the massage made me feel exceptional better. I recommend the full body massage!

Absolutely LOVE this place. They are extremely accommodating and very friendly. I went there with an extremely sore neck and back and after the Tech (Shaw Shaw, sounds like that, im sure spelling is wrong) was finished i felt better than I had in years! Not only that, she listened to me and MY NEEDS and created a massage that was great for ME! WILL GO BACK AGAIN & AGAIN!! AWESOME PEOPLE, PLACE & TECHNIQUE! Thank you so much for the healing!!

We both enjoyed the massage. The cover is nice and thin as well as extra layers if you prefer and they massage everywhere properly!! Me and the wife enjoyed that. Not for most conservative Americans.Prices are reasonable but the suggested tip is 30% we gave a little bit more, but we wanted to. It can be off putting. As asking for tips, or putting signs up isnt nice. I suggest increase the price and pay your therapists more.We both loved the part where they start putting oil and all the things after that, like kneeding, power stone. They did so many different styles of massage in one 2 hour setting, it was really new. My therapist kept asking me the pressure, and we both came out relaxed and with no pain. Great job!

Idk if this is normal or not. So hoping for a response, went for an hour massage, it was deep by the way it looks... Shoulders are pretty tense still after ten hours..any response to this if it is normal or no, even in healing hands can reply to this . Thank you

They are really frugal to say the least. Paper thin sheets to cover you up, paper towel on the opening for your face when you are face down, and it is evident in every part of the business. The massage was okay, but the masseuse spent all the time on my legs for a 60 minute massage, and then asked if I wanted 90 minutes to get my neck and shoulders. She also left the room several times to answer the phone and yelled out the door a couple times as well. Needless to say it was hard to relax.

I completely forgot to ask her name, but she was not afraid to dig into my very tense shoulders, but was genuinely able to tell prior to me validating. Honestly a better massage than one I have received at a high end facility.Very welcoming and accommodating people.Don’t let its looks deceive you. It is a hidden gem in my opinion.

I have had other massages and this was NOT A QUALITY OR RELAXING MASSAGE! Poor communication between her and myself. Was very rough with my massage! After the agony finished and I tipped her she asked for more tip was not grateful Will never go back again!

This is a no frills place meaning there are no essential oil or heated blankets. They do have heated towels and hot stones which felt great. Lisa and Xiao Xiao did an excellent job asking if the pressure was ok and they smiled a lot which was calming. I would highly recommend them and will be back. They were also able to accommodate me on short notice when my go to place was booked. They also gave us bottled water on the way out and encouraged us to drink up!

I walked in and asked for a 30min Swedish massage. The massage was excellent and the amount of pressure applied was spot on. I definitely recommend this business!

Bad experience. Made appointment for a couples massage and when we showed up they wanted do give us one at a time massage. No thanks! Strongly recommend trying someplace else!

Mediocre massage. Over priced for quality. Massage table lacks padding, they use a skimpy sheet for dressing, use cheap paper towel to wipe off oil, room was a little cold. Only real redeeming quality is that they do that type of massage where they walk on your back.
