Their prices made me check to make sure I was still in California. That is not sarcasm. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.I was able to pick up a Smok V2 Vape pen with a glass canister and some rolling papers for under 30 dollars. Overcharges for vape products & no discount for cash payment plus dude will “call his boss” have conversation in foreign language and chime in periodically about the killer deal he’s gonna cut you which ends up being only slightly more expensive than literally every other smoke shop in town. The ladies that work here however are awesome, honest, great vibes and cute!

Fantastic serviceLove having this shop as my go to, from the friendly faces to the amazing selection of glass tools and accessories, it is definitely one of the best. An employee named Daniel helped me find exactly what I needed and really made shopping easy and cheap!

Came in on Sunday and the lady working there was on the phone until another customer came in. She was very nice but the conversation she was having on the phone was very unprofessional. She also didn’t ID me which could’ve been very bad if an undercover worker was sent in there. UPDATE: I believe her ethnicity was Mexican, and she seemed to be a younger gal. It was Sunday September 3rd between 5-6pm I was there.

Claimed days ago to have refunded me after double charging our cards. Im now owed $65 from this store. I was charged over $120... I came in and he swore it would drop off.. well it went from pending to a full charge..never dropped off. Now I had to reorder new cards and everything........ and still where is my money? My bank filed dispute. This is a mess. No number to call? Terrible customer service. 😑

Ive bought two very good itemthere that were within the same price I was hoping for which was very great! The cashier -i never caught her name- but she was very helpful for my first time in there. Also nice little set up for the shop I think 👍🏾💯

So I bought an item over here a while back. The item was defective, so I decided to return it and asked for a refund. The person that was present at that time asked the owner (maybe)or manager, if I can get a refund. The store owner/manager (not sure who he is) told the person that was helping me to give me a 14.99 store credit. The guy who helped me gave a business card and wrote the amount and signed it himself. I came back today, and they did not honor it because there was no date. How will that person know what to write if the Manger or owner did not tell him what info to write to prevent future issues in the first place? So basically I was just robbed by this store. Anyway he (the person on the other line) told the man whos working is for me to come back tomorrow at noon, thinking that I dont have a job to go to. I will never come back here. I have no problem with the store workers at all, they are super friendly, thats why I was calm when I presented my problem. Im just very disappointed. I rarely go to this store, but if I do I was always satisfied, until today.

Pricey.Ive been here probably ten times in the past few years.Everything Ive bought here is incredibly marked up. Expensive. If youve got the cash to burn, the store looks nice and the staff are friendly enough.

I wouldnt waste your time or money. The prices of their juice constantly changes. One day its $12.99, then $15.99, then $17.99, then $14.99. Cant keep up! And yes, its the same brand, same flavor(s), and same ml size on each visit.The two older gentlemen and the lady are pleasant to deal with. Theres a younger employee thats rude and is only moderately helpful. Asked him questions about a product, he didnt answer the questions even after asking him numerous times, and his product knowledge was lacking.Theres a lot of competition out there and with that in mind, youd think they would want to please their customers and bend over backwards to help.

I would not recommend this place I bought a elf bar got it home it didnt work went back with the receipt they would not do an exchange. the man was rude. I would recommend going some where else

Went in last night to buy vape juice mistakenly gave him a $50 bill thought it was a $20 bill called them today they say they do not accept anything over $20 spoke to owner wont even look at the camera wouldnt help out for nothing didnt care was very rude bad shop do not go there. The staff there are very accommodating!! They take the time to assist you in whatever it is that you are looking for. Prices are average but its worth every dime when you can appreciate a good clean professional establishment.

Do not shop here, I spent over 15 dollars. Got home found that one of my items were not in the bag. I went back to get the item or refund with receipt the cashier called im guessing the owner manager, he tells me i have to come back when the cashier who sold me the items comes back. I asked when does she come back he states he wasnt sure. No alternative just money spent no solution. Bad customer service, no solution and they get my money. Guessing cause Im BLACK or its a bad business. Wont shop here again.

Bought papers there. The are clearly marked 2 for $.99, or 1 for $.69.The girl charged me $3.20. for 3. I asked her about it and she said theyre $.99 each!!

Buyer beware, this shop sold me a fake elf bar vape. Scan the QR code on the item before you buy it. Learned my lesson.

Update: Funny how they have time to reply to my review after midnight but said I have to wait 3 days to possibly get a refund because the boss wont be there until Monday. And for the record, yes their employee lied to me saying that my cartridge was bad when clearly the battery they sold me was the problem. I threw out a perfectly good cartridge because I was dumb enough to believe the people who work here. Wont be making that mistake againTerrible seevice. I bought a mini volt that read no atomizer so I brought it back and was told my cartridge was the problem. So I bought a new cartridge and it still didnt work. I brought it back to them today and they said they couldnt return it even though I have proof and its only been 6 days since I purchased it. Save your money for a place that has some dignity.

Bad customer service; overpriced; stale tobacco, customer is not always right if you have any issues. They will tell you to come back later. I guess your money is good but your time has no value.

Great selection of smoking products and accessories. But careful paying with debit or credit card. Always ask for a receipt. Very important you can be over charged and they just say it didnt happen

My fiance bought a puff bar and the next day it quit working so he went in to ask them about it and the woman stated he never came in and bought one because she was there all day long... Then continued to argue with him, and called him confused. Very rude and unprofessional!!Side note : this was not the first defective puff bar we purchased from this shop...

Well so it seems tobacco at the fair price dont know about the other merchandise in the store but from what I see maybe a little bit higher than the others not a place where you want to leave your car door open and experience the inner Vibe of the store you will lose that car quicker than you can say Jiminy Cricket but overall good place to get a pack of smokes and have specials every now and then that are quite astonishing

Best smoke shops ever man I went the other day the have so many goods and all the things you are looking for is there the puffs aren’t expensive and all the other products are not expensive also the workers were supper helpful and supper nice and I ran into the owner and he’s a super nice guy.
