Sold me a Geek vape that didnt work. Went back a couple of times so they could fix, but instead they blamed my batteries that they sold me 2 months ago. Went to another vape shop and they confirmed that Geek vape they sold me was not a working device. The batteries that I bought from this vape store were bad quality and last only 2 months. So it was confirmed that up town smoke shop does not sell quality vapes. They have no problem taking your money. They wont get any more of mine.

First off Big shout out to the fine Gentlemen at Uptown and if u get the pleasure of meeting the owner the cats top shelf!!! Weve been going there for a cool minute now and every time its a pleasure. The whole crew is friendly and will never stir you wrong just to make a sale. But today was the cherry on top we recently (like yesterday)bought a fatty bong and the side blew out and they went out of there way to make things coo. Amazing place, never have any issues with anyone. As a matter of fact, I go at least once a month, and every month they go above and beyond. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my vaping supplies, and neither should you.Most places Ive been too dont really care about the service they provide. Even had places sell me the wrong coils. This place will take care of you, no matter what. If they make a mistake, they own it and make sure you leave beyond satisfied.

Stopped in to check prices and look at some mods, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, handled multiple customers efficiently and quickly. Prices were very reasonable and hours of operation are perfect for people with all kinds of jobs. Definitely well recommended.

This is one of the greatest smoke shops in the HD. He has a great selection and always takes care of you with exemplary service and prices. Got an Aegis mod set-up for a steal. Awesome quality the tank glass can even withstand some pretty hefty falls.

Came in an hour or so before closing on the night prior to this.Upon entry, I was immediately greeted with a smile and inquiry to my visit. T (man at counter) was extremely personable, helpful, & knew exactly what i was after.If you know anything about the smoke/vape ecosystem of the desert, then you know it primarily consists of people unintelligible to the products and only want to sell off their wholesale. : Not here.T knew exactly everything he needed to know about the whole scope of my inquiry, and I was entirely impressed with how far he was willing to go for the customer.The store its-self is immaculately beautiful and fully clean. (Another perk of the desert, most shops feel like a trap house. :Not Here.) If anything, its a pleasure just to walk around in, and I promise plenty to look at.Prices thus far: Very good. Far cheaper than OG Vape and far more consistent than the various cigmarts.I could go on for a while, but i feel you get the scope of the place. Its 5 stars, and earns every single one. I had an amazing experience at UpTown Smoke and Vape. The shop owner, Tamer, helped me pick from a wide variety of vapes and later of hookah tobacco flavors when I was having a hard time deciding. Tamer is the guy to go to when you need a nice selection of good quality tobacco. Stop by for all you vape, hookah, and smoke needs.

This is an awesome shop! My mod wasnt working, so I brought it in and one of the owners helped me trouble shoot it and get it working again. Excellent customer service! This is my new place to shop.
