Flex Spas Atlanta

I always visit Flex when Im in Atlanta for MLK weekend and Labor Day weekend. Ive always had a good time. Theres a large sauna and a large steam room, plus a play room. I like the fact theyve invested money to improve the place over the years. The staff has been always courteous to me, and they keep the place clean. And I love the fact its predominantly Black men who patronize the facility. Ill definitely visit on my next visit to Atlanta.

I go to bath houses a lot and this was a very forgettable experience.Pros: lots of space to walk around. Lots of amenities, relatively cheaper rooms compared to other places.Cons: rude staff up front. The younger fat black guy that worked 5/12/24 on Friday night around midnight acted like he didnt want to be there and took his minimum wage job too serious, as referenced by other reviews. He was rude and condescending towards guest. The others acted like they were doing to a favor by speaking to you.Staff shouldnt close down portions of the facility to clean during rush hour, (Fri/Sat night), this should be done during off peak hours. Weird. The saunas and another room were both closed for random scrubbing. People pay to have access to these areas, not smell bleach while they mop.Our standard $35 room was too small for anything fun. Prolly the smallest we ever had. The only TV network that was available in our room, was the cable network and no adult movies. Watching Judge Judy and Pawn Stars was our entertainment while we cuddled. 🙄We had to ask for towels, they werent provided.We wont be back. 😕

Flex needs to do better at the timing of their “shift change”. Ppl who able to count, type, and multi-task need to be at the door. I know that good help is hard to fine these days but there needs to be some stronger ppl working the window. This is the longest process for entry and typing and counting should your strong points when working the window, or somehow get two windows.

Flex is by far the cleanest spa that Ive been to. And if you know anything about spas or bath houses thats a rarity in itself. Secondly, they have immediate & welcoming customer service. I actually go quite often & this is why I give Flex 5 stars. Definitely recommend you come check it out for yourself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On offense but there are too many middle age to older unattractive white guys there. You know the awkward ugly guys who stalk you at the gym.Places like Flex are only as good as the cliental. If the guys suck then no one will continue to go there. Meaning Flex is loosing money. Im not sure if the owner cares or maybe they prefer the gym stalker guys as their dominate cliental.There needs to be an effort to change this trend and get better looking guys in that place before its too late. It may already be too late.

This is an excellent well-run facility. Its kept very clean and everything is kept in working order or fixed promptly when necessary.

My wallet seemed to have gone missing on my way out of the bathhouse. Either someone took it from my locker or I dropped it on my way out and someone grabbed it, never showed up in lost and found. Posting one star just so you make sure to keep your wits about you when coming here. Great experience otherwise.

I love flex! Clean and the staff is beyond great and sweet to me. They are super friendly and the place is always clean. I come every weekend and get the deluxe sweet with bathroom and shower and it is always clean. Idk why people say the staff is unfriendly here that is not true at all! If you’re shy or nervous please come be yourself at flex it’s a great place for everyone. 💕💕💕

Remodeled. Clean. Swimming Pool. Jaquzzi. Dry Sauna. Steam Room. Showers. Dungeon. Just need more rooms & maybe a gay bar & grill next door & perfect! 💋

Slowly but surly the place is getting remodeled. I hear people say things about the staff but what people need to remember is what the place is and what the employees have unfortunately been through with some inappropriate customers. It may not be an excuse. But still be calm and respectful. Everyone has a diferent experience there. Some people might have a blast. Some may not. When i say trust me its not because of the place. Thats when people need to sit back and check themselves. This place may face challenges with employees and customers. But in the end its a fun place thats going to be around a long time with many new and exciting changes to come. Thank you Flex Atlanta and staff

Today I decided to treat myself to a little relaxing and was not sure of what the place would be like with some recent changes its hard to say. To my pleasant surprise the front desk employees were more than happy to check me in. What is going on, so I decided to tip them.( I highly recommend tipping always,no matter where you are). The room was so clean and the towels and linens were folded in a nice almost hotel style and the new mattresses are super thick and comfy. Continuing through there were so many new and nice additions, flower beds freshly planted, new showers and the employees are all shockingly, nice and smiling. I highly recommend going here and take a look at the hard work the new management team is doing. I am surprised at the amazing progress. Great job guys. This is the difference in management and leadership.

Went to Flex Spas for the first time while on a quick Atlanta visit. When I paid my money to get on a cab here I was greeted with half a line. I got on line and waited for 40 minutes. The line kept getting longer without any progression. During the first 50 minutes no one from the staff bothered to walk outside and explain/communicate what was going on. After a billion years someone came out asking for first timers to sign the waiver. Still no explanation or line movement. The staff was unresponsive and the wait without communication just turned me off!! There were people getting off the line as well as peopleComing out of the spa. Till this day it is a mystery to me why it took that long to get us in. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and they don’t care about your time!!!!

I will say this, if you have dignity and morals along with respectful expectations DO NOT spend your hard earned money on this establishment. There are root issues with management that has made many peoples experience horrible. There have been lies and retaliation against some who have been nothing but respectful customers and never caused an issue within the business. Just look at more reviews as well. Do your research and support businesses with owners who actually treat their customers with the up most respect and do their best to provide a great experience. This place is not the only place to go to and have a great time. A lot stuff is also by word of mouth at private locations and sometimes you can get the text info. Ive gone here a few times to give it a chance and that was enough. The MAJORITY of guys are very dusty and just seem down right nasty. The building to me always has a nasty old odor and feel.Understand, not everyone is clean and not everyone including management probably knows what FRESHNESS is. Rooms, Sauna, pool area are just not attractive at all. Also, a lot of people are right about the check in experience and with the owner constantly saying plan ahead of time, shows the lack of empathy and respect along with directly showing you no sign of improvement. There should be a line for new members and one for current. Upgrade your systems and create more room for faster check in. Atlanta is a major city in the US now, one of the top and being one of the major cities for gay men, this place should be top notch but it is truly a rats hole. I recently went to a private semi-dark and dark room event saw some of the best looking guys with hot bodies and it was massive hot sessions going on like you would never believe. Flex is not it. Think twice customers if you hold yourself to a higher standard and want to hopefully see the best of the best, search some where else.

The spa is clean and nice. The staff was respectful and had a good attitude so I don’t know what all the bad reviews about the staff is about. BUT…. The clientele was TRASH!! All the dudes were messy fem types. Walked into the sauna and it was a crowd of gossiping and bashing all the dudes coming and going. That completely killed my mood to get into things…..

Such a nice and huge place... I really loved it and had so much funAlthough the front desk staff is not friendly at all, and they look at u like u asking for a favor no for a service... Anyways no neg vibes... Hope they find the job they can enjoy ...

My buddy and I went on New Year’s Eve and we were disappointed with our experience. We waited in line for over 2 and a half hours and was told they had no suites or rooms available. So we decided to get 2 lockers with the hope a suite would open up. We literally paid our money walked in and walked out. Money down the drain! I just felt like this information could have been communicated by one of the many employees they had walking around. I can’t say I’m planning on going back anytime soon. Money is hard to come by and this experience really made me upset. Then after the review was posted a manager at flex messaged back just to remind me it was a holiday. No competition or discounted tickets for a next visit. Not good!

The pool and a couple other rooms are actually pretty nice, but the place is literally under construction everywhere. Seemed pretty dirty, and not very many people there. But otherwise was alright!

My last experience overall was ok went Monday night ,A new young guy that works there around 4am is of an African American decent who wears glasses always has a very nasty demeanor his customer service sucks. He definitely downgrades this establishment 💯 Like why work at Flex if you dont want to be there ?

I was visiting ATL from London & went on two occasions. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional ….all smiley and friendly. Thank you for making me experience southern hospitality & generally fall in love with Atlanta.All facilities worked perfectly & are well maintained. Friday night and Sunday morning are the busiest. I’d definitely visit again.

I visited flex for the first time ever in my life last night so lets start off by the guy at the front door the young black guy you have your ID no hello how are you doing welcome to flex very unprofessional talking to his coworkers while hes trying to check me in just very very unprofessional. Get inside its so cold inside there maybe they dont have anything to do with that but it was too cold to enjoy the place the employees annoying I cant really get into trying to do anything because of their moving around cleaning up so much all in the way looking around it was just annoying then telling people or we dont have any rooms just to sale the most expensive room that they have I mean I understand thats a business but you shouldnt lie to the customers just because youre trying to make more money maybe theyre putting that in their pockets Ill never know but anyway my first time itll be my last time I never go back there again ever all them unprofessional black employees will eventually shut the place down unless they change it 😞

Been coming here for over a year, I have to say I FREAKING LOVE IT. Sure, you can hookup and have fun, fund daddies and all that. But the amount of connections you can make from simply striking up a conversation and enjoying yourself is priceless. ☻️❤️

What’s the Best Way to Apply To Work Here .?

Recently went there for a short visit, in spite of all the negative comments. I truthfully saw Flex as a great place, constantly renovsting and fixing things, impeccable clean, very friendly professional personnel, and very helpful. I am thinking about going back again. There were lots of guys from out of state, which made it very nice to see new faces, new fresh blood. I guess the owners should know better that they should make this place a sanctuary for gay males in Atlanta. I will definitely recommend it and i hope it gets better. Just dont forget to practice safe sex, as Atlanta is now a hot spot for syphilis, HIV and other STDs. Its better to prevent than to be sorry later on. Lets give a big applaud to Flex.

This is the 3rd bath house Ive visited and it was the dirtiest one. The outdoor pool area smelled strongly of BO and sweat. There were people on their cell phones everywhere and security standing right next to them, so obviously cell phones are allowed here. Ive caught several guys trying to film me in the past, so this made me completely uncomfortable. How can you fully let loose and walk around naked when there are 6 guys sitting outside on their phones? A lot of the customers here gave off heavy drug vibes. I probably wont be back here unfortunately.

My partner and I have been coming here for a while and at first it seemed ok. Next thing we know the system apparently doesn’t know who has a membership or not even if you know for certain you have one. As far as customer service goes, a good portion of them aren’t bad but whoever the supervisor is doesn’t have good customer service. His attitude feels passive aggressive and not really welcoming. When he’s there he always says there’s no suite rooms available when there are plenty of keys to the suites right behind him. Once he said that before but another employee stopped and said that they in fact do have one. So the lying is unnecessary. No issue with the place itself and what it offers but mainly with the customer service.

I have been coming here for years well yall just lost my business I drove over an hour and they would not let me in because I had 18 dollars on my card and was trying to give them 2.00 Dollars I will not be back

I visited here on my most recent trip, and the first thing I should say is that this place is bigger than it looks it has 2 floors, but the main action happens on the bottom floor. It cost me $20 because it was a thursday and not a wendsday. The first floor has your lockers and some rooms and a pool plus a smoking room next to the pool and used to have a private shower. However, it was out of order when I visited. The bottom floor has a sauna right off the stairs, then a main pool with a dismal drinking fountain and some greens around the pool. There are some chairs, and as you continue, there is a steam room on the right and 4 or 5 open showers. The water does not stay on. You have to push the button over and over to stay wet. The steam room is kinda small but does its job. If you continue, you find an outside patio that has some lounge chairs and a nice relaxing area. Then you have the play room in the back with GH and a terrible movie playing with more lockers and premium rooms. Positives: The size is nice, plus the towels are a good size. Thats really it Negitives: The staff decided to smoke where I wanted to relax, The movie selection was terrible and old, The place was not very clean, the private shower didnt work, They didnt have water for the guest only the terrible drinking fountain down stairs. The water in the shower does not stay on, and last but not least, the guys there were not really to my taste.

I have been trying not to leave Flex Spa Atlanta a review like this for literally years, but enough is enough. The staff is pleasant, but inhospitable. If you ask questions such as: can we see a different movie on the projector in the playroom, or why is there so many people walking around fully dressed when your rules say otherwise, or why is there a naked trans-woman in here, when you advertise for men, or why is the main restroom on the main level out of order (while we pay elevated entrance fees), the reps here give you the equivalent of a brick wall or a blank stare. You get the feeling of you are bugging me, leave me alone.This is Labor day weekend.... a big holiday for SGL (same gender loving) men in ATL, especially for black SGL men, however, theres no music, elevated prices, an ALL white (at least a decade old) couple of movies in the playroom. This is clearly not how a holiday should feel... I am afraid to ask for music. This is absolutely not feeling like a celebration of any sort and its clear that this club does not value my hard earned dollars. What a shame!

This was my first experience with a gay sauna. I’m still not out as gay officially and slowly coming out of my comfort zone and this place really made me feel f at I comfortable. I met a guy who invited me to join him here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind to me and made feel welcome and needless to say it was an amazing night. It’s clean and they even provide condoms for you : ) and a towel. It was fantastic

I have been a customer for years and love it. There seems to be a huge issue with drugs and smoking inside the building. I was there this week ( Thursday ) and there was a man who fell unconscious 2 times within 30 minutes and the staff refused to call 911. After the second time the man fell to the floor, I called myself. The staff REFUSED, they claimed everyone in there signed a liability waiver and Flex isn’t liable. What about doing the right thing? I asked the staff that and they did not respond. They just kept saying WE AREN’T LIABLE. So to anyone who goes to Flex pray you never have a medical emergency there. I will never set foot back in that establishment again and I caution anyone else from going either. This staff needs to be retrained. I am so disappointed, I liked going there. SMH

I and my partner have been going to flex probably every other Thursday for about 3months now. The experience itself is always nice enough, not including the rude attitude from some of the employees. It was always easy to look past because we don’t come for them. This past Thursday 2/9/23 we attempted to patronize and i and only I was refused and very rudely told I was “banned or barred” and refused to tell me why. Us being familiar faces one of the nicer employees decided to tell me I hadn’t returned a key and that’s why and I need to speak with management! That was not only ridiculous but an outright lie! I not only know I turned in both our keys like any other visit but I even remembered our lockers from that night! Based on the attitude from the two employees who initially spoke to me they seemed to not only get enjoyment out of such a humiliating moment but also racially motivated, I can’t say for sure but I’m speaking on what it felt like! Not only that but I was told the manager would be there the following morning and to call and speak with a JOSH and called twice that following day and then I was told “idk why they told u that because he’s not normally here on fridays” and to try tomorrow, then I call today and I’m told “he doesn’t really show up on weekends” so at this point I feel disrespected and gaslighted. And that feeling of being “targeted” is becoming much more apparent. Our time and MONEY was wasted we live in Marietta so to travel by Lyft just to enjoy what was supposed to be a regular Thursday night as we always do has turned into something very embarrassing, unnecessary and all based on something that is rooted in untruth!!! Again, I feel this is racially motivated or rooted in something else sinister. I have yet to speak to management to have this issue resolved, an issue I know for a fact isn’t my own. U check your cameras you will see I turned in BOTH OUR KEYS MYSELF! So this excuse falls extremely flat! Wouldn’t a person ask me about both our keys when we left? Wouldn’t a dialogue have happened? This is a joke, to my knowledge they don’t even let you leave without turning in your keys, and if you don’t then I’d think someone would say something…if it’s an oversight or mistake then fine, but as a loyal patron I don’t deserve this treatment and need to be compensated in some way because this is incredibly wrong and unfair and with getting what is a clear “run around” with management and the dismissing attitudes of certain employees, this isn’t something I’d recommend to anyone!Updated: RESPONSE TO OWNER…to answer your question, Yes I did and was told to speak to a “Josh” the following day in which I’ve been told for two days now I’m unavailable, if it’s a situation that can be easily fixed I’d appreciate you do exactly that. What I was told was exactly what I said and have yet to be able to speak to who I was told to speak to to tell me different. Clearly there’s not any real attention being paid to the matter as I stated very clearly the many times I’ve attempted to speak with management, including on the night of said incident.Update: just call called and asked to speak with management and was refused and hung up on! After calling back I was told I would have to have a “private meeting with “JOSH” the manager who “barred me”…this sounds extremely suspect! Is this actually how you all conduct business??? WOW

5 stars for action - attractive black men even on a dead weekday evening. The staff were very nice to me checking in. If you’re sexy you will find sexy here. If you’re average, you might get lucky. I’d you’re ugly, idk what to tell ya, perhaps start working out?

Worst bath/spa experience Ive had in the US.To those considering visiting FlexAtlanta, look at the 11 most recent reviews on here, and notice 9 out of the 11 are 1-star. To the owners of this business, we have never met, and I dont live in Atlanta. But in reading your responses to other criticism, Its apparent where the issues stem from here.I suggest you visit Steamworks in Chicago (or any other location), or Club Fort Lauderdale in Florida, and experience what FlexAtlanta is missing.Arrived and there was no line, just one person in front of me (not on a wait). Still took 20+ minutes to get checked in. The overall vibe is dirty, not well maintained, and stuck in the 1980s from an overall design aesthetic. Asbestos Chic would be a way to describe the vibe here. The steam room isnt steamy (moderately luke-warm would be a better way to describe it). Worst of all, not sure what was going on in the room next to (or across from mine) but the stench of rancid human fecal matter was so overwhelming, it was difficult to breath, and I felt like I needed to be decontaminated just by being exposed to the air. The website is horrendous without explaining what the full amenities are, or arent. Click on the instagram link on their site, it takes you to the Wix (web providers instagram). The crowd is unattractive and troll-esque. There arent any lounges, or dark-rooms. 3 days have passed since my visit, and Im still upset at the waste of money and time. Shame.

Its amazing how all the black men treat the white paying customers with so much respect and LESS ATTITUDE IN THEIR VOICE as to dealing with any black man.if u ask a question...u ARE BOTHERING THEM WHILE AT WORK. Awesome place. Women are not allowed in any form, unless ID says male and they have to cover up. Which is a shame but hey its a mens club and they have the right.

We been there on a saturday afternoon and again saturday night. Nothing really going on here. The athmospere and music was horrible. Sorry but playing 80s trash music in a bathhouse is a no go. Its not even allowdd to kiss on the pool. No alcoholic drinks available or allowed. Sorry European Bathhouses are much better.What the point of all the restrictions if you wanna go there and have fun.

A friend and I went a couple of weeks ago and both got rooms. After being there 20 min the power went out and we waited for over a hour before leaving due to it getting hot. The guy at the desk said he could refund us or give us a credit. We asked for the manager and he said he wasn’t there and would have him call. After not hearing from the manager a week later my friend called and was told the manager will call us ASAP. Now another week as almost last and still no call from the manager. I hate doing reviews like this but if the manager is not getting the messages. I hope he gets this one.Update: Just called today 7/23/22 at 1:15pm to try to speak to the manager/owner. The guy who answered the phone was so rude and said apparently I wasn’t calling M-F between 10-5 and I said I actually did call then. He said “well one is out of town and the other has a family emergency so what do you expect me to do?” I asked why was he being hostile when I was only responding to the message I received and he simply hung up.

I recently visited the club and was not that impressed. Even though the facility is rather large, it has a very strange layout with not much to do (in terms of fun play areas) and in my opinion a lot of wasted space. The one main area being the GH room. It kind of defeats the purpose of the room when you have multiple and I mean multiple holes and doors you can’t even shut (literally looks like someone went crazy with a hole saw). Kind of annoying when everyone is creeping and lurking around when you’re trying to have that type of anon fun.Ohh and for the people going for their first time smile while you’re walking around because you’ll notice there are cameras everywhere and you’re being watched by the employees at the front desk ... and god knows who else. If I would have seen them watching images of the parking lot to try and keep these areas somewhat safe/ secure it would have been much better since it’s park at your own risk.On the upside I did find it to be very reasonably priced. The staff members were super nice compared to other establishments and the single private bathrooms are an awesome plus!

You know when its going to be busy can the line take any longer. Its almost like the door staff is going as slow as possible. Also l poor communication on if rooms are available, sheets always stained from the silicon lube. Staff says that’s just the way it is. Being the only establishment in Atlanta of this variety I can see how you stop giving a care. But where is the pride in your business.

Went to Flex spa ATL this Saturday and it was my first time ever going to a bathhouse. Needless to say my first experience was horrible. Music and atmosphere was not a turn on. The bathhouse is definitely not big boy friendly either. Went in for only 20 mins and left it was a waste of money.

The black staff ARE ALWAYS impolite to guests who they don’t find an “interest” in! They constantly walk the floors and flirt with the guests whom they take a liking to and I have spotted them attempting to engage in intercourse! Need I also mention that I’ve seen them extend patrons visit and not even charge them!!! How fair is that!!!??? I only frequent this establishment because there are a few patrons that I can enjoy! Of course I don’t get physical- but I enjoy watching them! And of course- the environment is always cool until someone comes and they want to try and make you feel inferior to them- so they make it appear that you are making them uncomfortable- and then it throws the mood off! The staff excites this behavior further! It’s so sad- the gay community is already frowned upon! Smh

I have been going there years. Recently I have noticed it has really gone down. No hot water, no paper towel or toilet paper. There was no lock on the bathroom door. It smelled like s%$$ and the bathrooms were dirty. The paint on the walls looked like much had peeled off. The hooks in the rooms are missing, sheet had a hole in it, and the light switch didnt work properly. I wont be back for a while and unless they redo it I wont be back at all.

Very clean, great staff, management makes sure that its a safe place. At slow times its great place to relax, most of the guests are friendly and respectful. No drugs or alcohol allowed so there are no crazy people in there. I have always had a great time and I never want to leave.

Three months ago went for the first time and had an enjoyable experience. Met some good looking guys and had fun. If you are looking for younger guys to try and go on the weekends.

Place is dismal. The staff is nice and despite what you may read the place is clean. The clientele is woeful. EVERYBODY was just circling around the whole place acting uninterested. Whites and Blacks, good looking men and average looking, young and older, heavy men and slim men. No energy. For a place with such good looking men they were just sitting around waiting for some prince to come in so they could just look at him. Will never go back

Just recently visited Flex. It was a great experience for my first bathhouse. I really enjoyed myself with a few of the guys there.However one of the staff Darren wouldnt stop following me around. He even asked for my number and was texting me about who he saw me hooking up with. That made things a bit awkward.At any rate, I would go back again.

Just seems like they trying to go out of business. Thedark areas theyve yawn to bright lighting, the hot tub was Luke warm at best. The play area theyve take down partitions which made no sense! The steam room smells horrible AND no steam. Or almost feels like me management, who just doesnt care.

Im just a country boy 🍑 who drove three hours to get to this place and let me tell you once I was there I was in heaven 🍆I had my jockstrap on trying to show off my bubble butt and let me tell you it worked I caught the attention of three really awesome guys who I am now friends with....there was a lot of BBC there which I love and my only regret was not hanging out longer with some of the sexy staff members. If i could Id give it a minus the people who are staffed are rude, the place was dirty smelled like mold. Most say oh its because its old that is no excuse if it was cleaned better I even felt and saw roaches in the steam room when I asked a staff he said they come from outside its not their fault, like really they wouldnt come if you cleaned using real cleaner not just water.

They finally resolved the urine smell in the wet sauna but at the expense of privacy. Very little steam now and there are bright glaring lights inside along with a staff member who paces the room watching people. All because people were having golden showers in there. YUCK!

It is what it is and will be until its torn down for another stack of trailers in the sky. I am not a fan of the place and never have been. Its dirty... Stinky... Just as you would expect. You can only clean up so much in a place like that and expect it to ever not reek of urine. Now if you dont care about that lets talk about the real problems. First if all its in a very dead section of midtown and your safely is literally in your hands. The idiot staff will storm through the parking lot if they see you sitting in your car but pay no attention to the homeless and rift raff that lurk on the shadows by foot. Do not take anything... Even in your car, that you dont wont stolen. Dont take anything into Flex that you dont wont stolen. This is Atlanta and not really a Flex specific issue but theft is Atlantas dirty sin. Black white red yellow you never know who will steal from you so if you can stand the smell and the creepy people you meet in any bath house. Then go for it. Some people love the place. To each his on.

The guy that check you in at the door.seem drunk all the time always take forever to check in ppl . They need to open a new register or something to shorten the line. Plus I checked out yesterday came back the next day they talking about 20$ late fee for checking out 5min late and no manager not available till Monday Im like what. I went down there about a month ago and got one of the rooms. I had a great time staff was nice and I met several guys and we had fun all over the place. I say several because after the first two I was in heaven and it was so much fun. I definitely recommend this place if you go let me know 😘😈👉👈👬👬

I enjoyed myself during my visit there. The staff was VERY kind and courteous to me. The prices were awesome too. My only regret was that I didnt get a membership. Otherwise, Ill be sure to visit on my next trip to Atlanta.

👀Never been in such a huge place full of rooms and lockers, Yes was empty when I was there but ask the best days and they recommended to try $5 dollar lockers wednesdays from 2 to 8pm and F, S & sundays. will be back.

I really had a good time this Saturday from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00. My only advice to the young men in their 20s is to stop coming with packs of friends to socialize. It is a bathhouse not a social club. This place is suppose to be your guilty pleasure.. Have some X rated fun guys.....

Been to “spas” across the country. FLEX Atlanta is my fav. Guys of all types, positions, endowments, etc.Mild to wild. Anything from 1-to-1 fun in private rooms to wild, hot multiple participant fun in public spaces. I’ll be driving from mid-TN yet again this weekend. You can always come after having fun. When I first checked in they took my AMEX, when I renewed they claimed they didnt take that type of card. I explained to the dude that he could and that was my original payment. He looked at my receipt, went to go talk to another staff member and confirmed that they are capable of taking it, they just dont. I am not happy about how unsanitary the shower was, they obviously have a tiny hot water heater. The steam room stunk like balls, not in a good way 😣. What really peeves me is the drinking water situation. They have an old school drinking fountain next to the sauna with barely any water pressure. The 80s style fountain itself can be scary enough to get your mouth near at an amusment park but at that bathhouse, biohazard nightmare! The owners can take all that money they are saving/making from CC transaction fees/ATM fees and invest in a tankless hot water system and a water dispenser, they are like $199 on Amazon! They have water for sale in a vending machine, I did take that into account in this review. It is my final opinion that with all the strenuous and dehydrating activities that go on at the club, lack of warm water to bathe or clean drinking water in the USA in the year 2019 is beyond unacceptable. Shysters!!

Worst baths Ive seen in the whole USA. Small space, few rooms, run down, and nowhere to hang out. No large common area, no chairs/couches, no real lobby even.

This place is truly beautiful however its beauty does not match its hospitality. Im an active member and come to this spa to often BUT!!! Never had I experiences such rudeness and unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect from the manager of this establishment. Over the lounging area where you look at TV to take a break from whatever it is that you are doing. At the time I was looking at a main stream TV show that me and some others was looking at that they always play on Wednesday so I ask to about contacting the manger because there is no need to argue with the staff over something simple as the volume (they kelp turning it down) so I ask for an email to just email the manger. They said he does not have one, so the staff called and I gave him an option to call my phone so he’s not inconvenience (he live at the venue) so instead he came to the front. I greeted him but at this point he’s already up set for some reason and no form of hospitality was shown and no type of greeting. manger:” your calling me up here for the volume to the Tv. Do you have a home? , Do you have a home? , you’re not here to look at Tv (in the lounge area) and I work a 8 hour shift, and turn and walk to the desk then Tv off “. As if we the adults, both members and gust are some child of his. I was taken back by this so I went to my room then to swim and thought on this the people that saw and heard the heated manger took the time to talked to me some was regular other a visitor from another state they said I handle it well so here is my response: The venue is 4star but the manger and some of his staff is 2star. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST AND RECOMMEND NEW MANAGEMENT!!

This place is a hit or miss don’t get me wrong it’s a fun spot but it flops sometimes and if your going to run specials on your website it should also be going on when you get to the building lol

People working there were helpful and friendly. The clientele were very unfriendly to us from out of town. Clientele showed none of the so called Southern Hospitality. Wont be back. We are from StLouis area.

It has its good days and bad days. Busiest from 3AM to 5:30 AM when everyone is out being sinful. Last Friday was over the top. Pornstar Atlanta Grey and his sugar daddy showed up and they went to the wet spa and got in an argument with the other people in there. The sugar daddy passed by the swimming people huffing no one understands the Patriarchy Lifestyle. The comment about the twinks is true. They come in packs to socialize, wasting available rooms and cock-teasing everyone as their ass sticks out the back of a jockstrap. They even sat in the wet spa yacking it up. And yes... on the weekends there are people with drug problems trying to sweat the poisons out, this one dude sat by the pool like a zombie for like 3 hours straight. Best day for 1st timers is Tuesday night.

Had an amazing time on 7/8/22, unfortunately the power went out for some time and was told we would be compensated for that time lost. But have yet to hear back from management.

With turnover, staff has gotten a lot friendlier since we first went there in February 2018.They try their hardest to keep the place clean and orderly, and compared to most places like this they do a great job.
