My husband and I are here from Michigan to celebrate his birthday. I goggle places for massages and amended l selected this location. From the beginning everything was very welcoming. The staff was polite, professional and friendly. We started with an couples hour of reflexology and it was AWESOME!! Followed by an couples hour massage, sink was also AWESOME!! The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and a lighted up birthday sign. We feel GREAT and scheduled to go back tomorrow for a couples facial. Looking forward to it!!Thank you so much for a great experience!!

We booked a couples getaway package to celebrate our anniversary. We asked if they could decorate the room with rose petals and they did. It was our first time going to a couple massage so we were a little awkward but they were amazing. If you want them to use more pressure or less you just ask and they adjust. Overall great experience, super relaxing. We can’t wait to go again.

Don’t question it, just come. From the moment we walked in, the experience was grand. The receptionist (a beautiful young black woman but I forgot her name) was so kind and accommodating as we did not have appointments. She made the check in/ check out very smooth. It’s always good to walk in and see a friendly face. I received the 60 minute couples massage. It was worth every penny. I love that they ask you in advance about pressure and areas of concern before the session. I also loved that I instantly felt a release of tension. My whole body feels so much lighter. My man loved his therapist’s attention to detail, which I agree. I was unsure about what my problem areas were but both of our therapists seemed to realize them and focused on them. We both agree that they are so talented and professional. The chocolates, the Fiji water, and champagne was amazing. Such an amazing touch. It was worth every penny plus more !

I just finished my CBD massage and it was beyond amazing ! I walked in super tense, tight, stressed and left feeling loose and so relieved. I love the champagne, water and chocolate. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place. I will be back next month!

Went to Massage Etoile for my first massage and I loved it. The place was clean, my massage was soothing and relaxing. The lady I had was gentle & always checked in to make sure the pressure was okay with me. I even loved the complimentary champagne, water, and chocolate. Nothing but good vibes!

He was attentive and listened to exactly what I asked for. It’s awesome that they offer you champagne, chocolate, and water as a departing gift. The receptionist was sweet and very helpful. I loved the atmosphere here at Massage Eloite! I walked in and everyone was welcoming! I received the Swedish message. My favorite part of the massage was the hot oil and the hot rocks 🙌🏽! Then I and my friend were accompanied by complimentary champagne afterward Chefs kiss😘

If you only want an aesthetically pleasing place then this nice. If you want to relax then I wouldn’t recommend. The messages were unrelaxing. The motions that the man used to massage me felt rushed and they were painful. I got the couples spa package and we did not leave relaxed.

My girlfriend and I got a couples massage and would highly recommend it! The receptionist was lovely, we arrived a little early for our apartment and we sat in the foot massage room while waiting for our scheduled time…. And let me tell you those chairs and the fabric they have on them are magical. I really liked filling out the focus area sheet for my massage, once in the massage room conversation was minimal(which I love) and they were able to hit every spot I wanted extra focus on. Everything smelled clean and looked well kept!!!

GO NOW! You will be hooked. This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and the place is so beautiful. The whole vibe of the place is relaxing. The rooms are really nice as well. We got a couples massage and it was AWESOME straight up best one I’ve ever had! The hot stones felt great. The massage was so good that I didn’t want it to end. 60 minutes full body and it was only $178. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning. Also we received champagne, water, and chocolate after the massage which was a really cute touch. The owner is a real sweetheart who cares about her customers. They can even accommodate last minute bookings if they have someone available.

Very relaxing Swedish massage. The pre-massage prep is the secret sauce as they actually follow what you put on. My massage therapist Keke was absolutely amazing! Top it off with a complementary glass of champagne, piece of Ferraro Rocher and water.Will be back again for sure.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!! Everyone needs to go here and get this experience! I work out a lot and my massage therapist got all of my knots out that a lot of other places I’ve been to didn’t and I’m so grateful! I initially was going to skip this place because of the negative reviews but decided to give them a chance. I was close by so I called them at 1030 and was given an 1100 appt. I arrived right at 11 because of traffic. Upon entrance it gives a very calm and clean ambiance. I was greeted by the manager who was very nice and told me about the specials going on and offered me water and the restroom. Once she got me checked in she walked me to my room which was clean and calming. There’s plenty of space for your personal items which I loved. I love that they have a clock in the room to ensure you receive your full time. I had a 90 min hot stone with Jack and let me tell you!!!! I will definitely be back. Whenever the pressure got a little too deep I let him know and he adjusted immediately and listened to my concerns. The pressure was just how I like it and the stones were the perfect temperature. After I was done they offer you water, champagne and chocolate. I will definitely be returning and Jack will always be my go to!

Worst massage and experience ever. I booked a 60 minute stone massage online which the spa sent me a confirmation email for. When I arrived, the receptionist suggested a regular massage because it was cheaper and would be a more beneficial massage. I should have never agreed to it because it was the most painful, rough experience. The attendant never introduced herself or confirmed the service I was getting. She removed the heavier blanket so only a sheet was covering me. She used extreme pressure from start to finish when I listed I wanted light/medium. The service only lasted 45 minutes and ended with her chopping my legs with her hands like she was fluffing a pillow. The spa only offered a $20 credit when I voiced my concerns and said it was only supposed to be 50 minutes. I was in town visiting so will never use it an wouldn’t spend anymore money there. I guess I got exactly what I paid for. Ended up going to Spa Signia at Hilton the next day to relieve myself from the soreness and had a beautiful experience there. Check elsewhere and spend a little more if you can before you go here for a massage.

Did not receive my whole body massage like advertised. They Never did my stomach, chest or front shoulders. Barely touched my feet. When i asked about my front thighs, which i originally came for, i got 5 minutes with no oil. The place is nice and relaxing, but be clear upfront what you want, and how are they going to provide the service. I paid for it, but im not going back!

After a 1 hour foot rub and 1 hour massage, my husband and I bathed in the finest of oils. While the aromas took us to a place far away. I reflected on how I performed 10 perfects squats in the shower 2 days ago and my thighs, neck, and back have been killing me ever since. But right now, I feel like a tuned up Ferrari right! Brand new! These aged muscles and soft bones feel vibrant and youthful. Rest assured; I will return! And soon. You people are the best!BTW, Im writing this from the parking lot while listening to Jhene Aiko. I feel so evolved. :)

First time here and won’t be the last! I made at 10:30am appt and they were prompt and ready even with me arriving early! The inside is very clean and the decor was amazing! My room was a perfect temperature and it came with a robe as well. I chose a 90 min CBD massage and it was worth every penny! Afterwards they give you a complimentary glass of wine, a bottle of Fiji water and a Ferrero chocolate. I would recommend this to any and everyone!

In town visiting and decided to get a massage here. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, once you get inside, it’s so elegant and peaceful. The owners I assume were so kind. I’ve always gotten massages from women just because it’s what I’m comfortable with but they paired me with a male massage therapist and I was originally not sure I’d be comfortable but Jack was so amazing and careful. He was really thorough with the Swedish massage! 10/10 recommend! At the end they give you a complimentary champagne glass, water and chocolate. So sweet!

I was looking for a massage last minute because I had a bad headache. I stumbled upon this place and booked immediately because they had so many open time slots (rare for a place near Atlanta on short notice). The massage ended up being on of the best massages I’ve ever had! The environment was relaxing and welcoming and they went out of their way to provide small added touches to make the experience feel even more luxurious. I will definitely be back.

We did the couples rejuvenation package. The massage was okay & my partner mentioned they felt their massage was rushed like they were trying to keep up with the masseuse that was doing my massage.The facial tho was amazing !!! 10/10 if you do anything get a facial. The facial was so relaxing that I fell asleep 20 minutes into the hour. Best part of the entire package.The champagne at the end was kind of awkward because we had to sit in the lobby w/ other guests who were sitting right on top of us waiting to be taken back. I wish we could have did the champagne in the room where it was more private and romantic.

Went on my birthday! My massage was great and my facial was okay. (the lady hands smelled of food so we had to stop) But I could not fully relax during my massage because of the sound of people talking. I could fully hear the employees and another guests whole convo over the spa music playing. The private rooms are close to the entrance so there should be a divider to block out noise and light. I have been to spas where they have signs in the hallway to be quiet. My facial lady also had to keep leaving. The doors shut loudly so again the noise and the bright sun would come in. I wont be back for that reason, I like to fully relax during my services. But if you dont mind that, the treatments were great!

Horrible experience. We had a couple massage and it left bruises on my back and masseuse was very rough. Not my first massage but was definitely the worst. We were rushed and they stopped the massage before time. They did not do full body only back, arms, and feet. Not legs. When going to the spa I expect spa relaxation not rushed harsh experience. We will never come back here.

I came here on a whim with my fiancé for a 2hr Rejuvenation pkg and arrived 10min late due to rainy weather. We received friendly service upon arrival, and quickly got started. We were constantly asked about pressure preferences throughout the massage and given time to ourselves in between services. We were even given our full session time although we had a late start. The facial was the most relaxing part for me, and the champagne +chocolate topped off the experience. Overall would recommend!

This place was amazing! Making an appointment was super easy, they had plenty of availability. I got checked in and taken back to the massage room very quickly. The room was luxurious, warm, inviting, and very clean. After getting ready for the masseuse, she came in and introduced herself, confirmed my preferences, and got to work quickly but very thoroughly. I could sleep an entire night on the massage bed it was so comfortable and the linens were incredibly soft. I got the full 60 minutes massage with hot stones and she delivered every second of the 60 minutes. She worked very diligently but quietly, occasionally asking if I was comfortable and if the pressure was ok. Upon exiting I was given an adorable plate setting of chocolate, champagne, and water. Could not ask for a better experience. I will be returning!

I called to schedule a couples massage for my fiancé and I for her birthday on 3/14. Staff was very nice and very friendly. I ended up needed to change the appointment for the 13th because we had some plans that come up. They were very helpful and easy to change the appointment to my requested day and time. when we arrive were greeted by the friendly staff, they got our information and took us in the back and we had one of the best massages we’ve ever had. It was a relaxing warm atmosphere very clean and they were attentive. I booked for two and I really enjoyed it. I have been to a few different ones and this one was decent. No complaints.

We came for a romantic spa package which included bath soak at the end of the massage. As i was getting out of the bathtub the door opened where one of the employees peeked her head through… My husband and I were completely naked. No knock, no warning, no alarm, nothing. About 5 minutes later, another employee came straight in, opens the door THEN knocks. He then proceeds to tell us that the room is needed for another guest and he has to clean right now. He then proceeds to start cleaning and gathering everything out…. While we were still in the room! We leave the room and the manager tells us that they have people waiting for the room and since it’s the weekend, their schedule gets very hectic, so we have to leave right away. She tried to “smooth things” by offering a bottle of water. Not even an apology was given by their scheduling conflict.I was truly disappointed at the unprofessionalism displayed by the employees. The service and massage were phenomenal, but the fact that we were seen naked and we were practically kicked out of their establishment cannot be hidden which brings the score down to a 2.I hope this review helps.

To begin with I loved everyone here they were all very sweet, the place looked amazing and very clean. Although I booked an appointment here as a valentines gift to my boyfriend and got the 60 min couples massage. We went into our room and were looking forward to an amazing time. The ladies walked in and about to start with the massage and while we where there for the hour, whole time we were getting more of a body rub then a massage. We were very disappointed with the massage its self. She was rubbing my spine bone the entire time and it began to start hurting, and begin to go towards my lower back bone which isnt the best feeling. My boyfriend said the same thing to me and was very disappointed, he woke up the next day very sore and in pain from the massage. Very disappointed and will probably not come again. Definitely not worth the 200.

I was recommended to this place by a coworker. Had been going back and forth on what I wanted. I called before hand to make sure they took walk-ins. I got a hot stone massage and a rejuvenation facial. I did want a hydra facial, but I think the lady who does them wasn’t there. It was totally my fault. I should’ve booked ahead of time, but I was just very indecisive. Came on my birthday. The receptionist was very very, very sweet. She was so kind. It made my birthday much more special. My masseuse was also very sweet. The massage was great. The facial was great. I have no complaints.The champagne and chocolates at the end were 10 out of 10. The romance package was AMAZING from the reflexology massage to the full body massage to the facial to the 30min jacuzzi. They definitely got all the kinks and knots out and focused on everything we wanted. Also the pressure from the masseuses were out of this world. Everything was 100 if I had to rate it

This was my first time and for a hour a good price 80 dollars. For a deep tissue and hot stones in towels and she gave me a extra 5 minutes.I really recommend that you go here. For now on I set me a weekly appointment with them. Thanks 😊

This was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had! I requested an appointment online and was able to get one for the same day. From the moment I walked in I felt more relaxed. I got the individual rejuvenation package which included a massage and a facial. Both were fantastic and absolutely worth the price. What I really appreciated was how kind the owner was. At the end of my visit, a man came in to ask questions about the services, and it was clear he wasnt familiar with any of the offerings but had specific pains he wanted to ease. The owner was patient and kind, thoroughly explaining each option to him and recommending something that might help. I felt amazing after my spa day and felt even better knowing I was supporting such nice people.

This place is wonderful. I dont get massages often since its a splurge item for me and I prioritize other things. I have fibromyalgia and am in pain all the time so I do break down and book one. Let me tell you, massages are worth it, even if for me they are super painful, but after a few days of soreness I feel so much better.Ive had 2 different massage therapists the times I went. Both were very polite and kept asking how I was doing and if pressure was ok. Their English wasnt the best, but they put so much effort into making you comfortable and getting the pressure right. The place is very clean, smells nice, and of course plays soothing music. The foot massage is with it too!I recommend this place for sure!TLDR: I highly recommend, more than one therapist was awesome, soothing environment

The whole experience from the front desk to the massage room was excellent. I liked that she asked me if I comfortable with a male masseur, which I do. Lee does magic with his hands! I felt comfortable the whole time he was massaging me. The ambiance was 10/10. I was able to make a same day appointment with ease. Very clean environment. If you’re reading this and are curious about this place use this as your sign to visit them!! You won’t regret it!

Our massage was okay; definitely not what were accustomed to, but we are frequent spa-goers. Our appointment was originally for 3:30pm; they rescheduled it to 4pm, and when we got there we had to wait an additional 15minutes, so 45min later than our original time. The walls are extremely thin so you could hear all conversation in the lobby throughout the entire service and the face cradles were extremely uncomfortable (they are sized for a childs head.) The price point suggested that it would be a luxury experience, but it wasnt that. It was my fiances bday so I didnt want to interrupt his day by complaining, but we more than likely wont be returning.

The experience at this spa was top tier from start to finish. I scheduled a 60 minute Swedish massage and the room was warm and inviting when I arrived, the staff were professional and my therapist was amazing. I ended the day with a reflexology foot massage and their reflexology lounge was so relaxing; beautiful sounds of water trickling, dim lighting, warm foot bath, champagne and chocolates. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place. I found them on tiktok and the reviews and videos matched the experience.

I absolutely love this place. Today was my second time going and it was amazing. As you enter, the staff were so kind & welcoming. I didn’t have a reservation but they quickly got me back in a room. My massage therapist was absolutely amazing. They asked what were my problem areas and he focused on those and everything else. I live with severe neck & spine pain and for once in years I felt little to no pain afterwards for a few hours. I loved it! I will have a standing monthly appointment from now on! Oh and they give you a glass of champagne, a chocolate and bottle water as you’re leaving .. that was so nice! Please make your reservation today!

Came here this am, and although this is not your “Spa” type spot (no sauna, steam, etc) it’s very clean and very peaceful. Service was friendly and professional.My massage was great. One hour deep tissue on “medium” level because I didn’t know if I could have more pressure. It was great.I will absolutely return and share with friends!*Edit* I didn’t give “5” just because it wasn’t a full spa type experience, but for what they provide and are, it’s great. Found this spa on TikTok! Was a little apprehensive but my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 90min massage , mini facial and jacuzzi bath in the massage room with champagne/water. The deep tissue massage was impeccable, the therapist did not use his forearms and elbows:)The spa is clean, atmosphere is relaxing and most importantly the staff was professional and accomodating .

The location isn’t worth the price, all you hear during the massage is the sound of metal chairs clanking. the customer service is great and the girls were well presented and professional but location isn’t it. also, the massage itself.. if you ask for deep tissue.. don’t expect it. they go pretty light and towards the end of the massage they start to yank on your arm in three different ways, I’d honestly just go somewhere else, this isn’t worth $170.00+

Came here with my boyfriend for his birthday and Massage Etoile did not disappoint! We got a couples massage and finished off with a 30 min soak in the jacuzzi. The room was clean and they set the mood with candles, rose petals and soothing music. Our therapists were so attentive to our bodies and asked throughout if the pressure was good. The couples CBD romantic package was worth every dollar spent. We checked in and we’re taken to the spa room with recliners were we had a foot soak and the 60 minute reflexology. We then transitioned to the massage room for the 60 minute massage and 30 minute jacuzzi soak. Outstanding customer service with great therapist. The water, champagne and chocolates were icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend for an amazing massage experience.

Literally one of the best massage’s I’ve had EVER. The perfect amount of pressure, the next time I’m booking ninety minutes.The signature facial was nice, it was more of a deep cleansing facial. I was hoping to get extractions but they didn’t do that, that’s ok I still enjoyed it. My lady was very attentive and accommodating.At the end we were provided water, champagne and chocolate (the good kind lol).I definitely plan to go back next month.

Atmosphere is really good, clean and well renovated. However, price for the type of massage was not worth the variance compared to similar establishments. Therapist was probably not licensed which is ok when the work is good, but it was really basic. Filled out a questionnaire and selected a type of massage and literally none of the requests to focus on certain areas were acknowledged- probably due to language barriers. I was disappointed because I paid about $20 more .. but not sure why. It was very nice ambiance and had a nice touch of add ons with a peice of chocolate at the end but choose wisely if ambiance and less experienced therapists are the priority over a good therapeutic massage!
