I’ve been going here for years. Their prices are the most reasonable in the area. Ninety percent of the time, I’ve gotten someone really good who was an expert at what they did. However, during my last visit I was paired with a woman who seemed to have no clue what she was doing. She did not know where my knots were nor did she ask, unlike the women I’ve met in the past, and her techniques were just lacking. On top of that, she seemed really upset that I “only” left her a $10 tip. I think to ensure you get a good experience here, you’ll have to request only their best massage therapists.

I went here with my Bestie, we had an amazing experience here we did the full body massage in the couples rooms to try it for the first time that way we can bring our partners and omg I can honestly say they did an excellent job with their massages. I left there with not a pain in site and I’m one who is always on her feet so my feet n lumbar region is always hurting but my God they did an excellent job from head to toes

I purchased a Groupon and booked my appointment via the phone. I got a call less than 30 mins prior to the appt that they needed to push my appointment back 30 mins, because they were behind schedule. I told them that I was almost there, as I had just got out of work, and headed over. (This was my first time here)I explained that I couldn’t do that new time and to please cancel my appointment. I then showed up to the business to talk to them about rescheduling. The place smelt like cigarettes and no one was at the front desk. A woman came out covered in massage oil, and asked me if she could help me. I explained who I was and then asked if she was currently doing a massage. She said yes. I asked for a refund, because I realized I didn’t want services here. I was given a business card to call the owner, and the number didn’t work. So I went back in to see if I could find a different number on a brochure or something. I found a second number on a board. And the lady came back out, I emphasized to here that I was fine and that she needed to attend to her paying client on the bed. She ignored me and offered to cut their session down to 30 mins and take me at my scheduled time. I declined and said please go back to your client. I called the second number and got voice mail, I left a massaged asking to talk to the owner. A few mins later the lady doing the massage called me back. I asked her if she was still doing a massage. And she said yes. I told her again, to attend to her client.Later I got a call from the owner, Grace. I didn’t answer, because I had another appointment. In her voicemail she points out that she called me multiple times and I didn’t answer. I called her back 30 mins later. And asked to share my experience. After doing so, so began to blame me for canceling my appointment and then showing up and interrupting a massage (which I didn’t know I would be doing), she continued to talk over me and not listen to my concerns, she told me she runs a small business and when a client is running late, that effects the next’s appointments. I explained to her that it shouldn’t. As a new customer I shouldn’t have been told my appointment was being moved. Someone with an appointment shouldn’t be affected by someone else being late. I was showing up early to mine, which she stated I shouldn’t have done. I told her I was trying to help her business by expressing my experience, and as a first time client it wasn’t a good one. And she didn’t care, she even told me that she didn’t want me as a client. (After reading many reviews, I found that she attacks people who have bad reviews, even if they are valid. And she is quick to tell people to not come back)As a small business you can put a sign on the door, “in session, please don’t enter” (lock the door, don’t have an obnoxious bell on the door. Have a message on your voicemail, “we are not able to answer because we are in session or away from the phone, we will call back when we can” DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE IN A SESSION! You can explain to first time clients when they book how your business works, it’s better to set yourself up for success, than to set yours clients up for disappointment. I called to help you, and all you did was attack and blame me.

Stressed out mother of two here. I booked an impromptu 12pm massage the morning off. It was my first day in town after driving in from Staten Island so I had no idea of the area. I relied on Google reviews and found this location. Easy online booking. Great, clean location with parking. Grace is friendly and made me feel comfortable. This was my first massage in over 15 years. The room is warm, clean and inviting. I had a one hour massage and wished I had booked a longer session. Warm oil was used part of the time. She concentrated on my upper back, shoulders, neck which is what I requested and needed. She found knots I didnt know I had. There was so much tension released. Just the right amount of pressure. Excellent customer service. Dont hesitate. Book. I cant wait to return.

It had been 2 years since my last massage, and it was a welcomed return! I had the Deep Therapeutic Massage from which she worked out so many knots and stiff muscles. The attention to detail was thorough & I recommend at least getting the 1 hr appointment. This will definitely be my semi-regular therapeutic spot.

I love New YongKang massages! They are by far the best for relieving my pain. The therapists know their anatomy and target the sciatic nerve area very well. They are top notch!!!

Awful Customer service I don’t know how they run a business this way!My husband bought me a couples massage but it was a Groupon and these people call me ONE hour before my massage to tell me they only take one Groupon a day and they already had a Groupon for today so to bad for me.I made my appointment online over a week ago and told them I had a Groupon I called and texted the numbers they gave to make a Groupon reservation but they are to getto to answer the phone and no text back to tell me that they only take 1 Groupon per day!This place looks awful I was worried about going in the first place but didn’t want to waste the money my husband spent on it!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Came here for the couples massage with my boyfriend and we both had an amazing experience! Definitely recommend adding on hot stones! Felt so amazing!

Massage therapist placed her phone on the small of my back and texted while massaging me with her other hand. No lotion, no oil, no technique and only one side of my body worked at a time so she could use her phone for 80% of my 50 minute appointment. I couldnt relax at all because I was so irritated about the cell phone use. I still tipped her and feel like a fool for doing so. I could have gotten a better massage from the chairs at the mall.

My fiance and I had our first couples massage at New YongKang Therapy this morning and we were amazed! The staff is friendly and professional and we left feeling light as a feather, definitely will be returning!

This is my third and probably final time to go get a massage from this place, I have been there with my wife for couple massage before and I been there alone, on both occasions the massage was good and the time was accurate. Today I was scheduled for 5: 30pm and I got a text from them asking me if I could come in early at 3:45pm instead. I agreed and got there 3: 35 pm. The massage session started at 3:45 by 5:00 pm the therapist worked out of the room and said we are done and my massage was for 90 MINUTES. I am not great at math but I am capable of calculating time and this case I was denied my last 15 MINUTES on top of a very poor massage. I explained to her the area I wanted more attention on ,but it was like she didn’t care. I was there to relax and have a good massage which I valued in my health regiment but she had ear pieces on and got her audio so laud I could hear First Lady Michelle Obama voice talking to a crowd and getting applause. She barely applied any massage oil, most of time the she was massaging me with the blanket over my body my elbows, my wrists were never touched not to even talk about massaging them my hips likewise. Before I paid I let her understand how much bad experience it was for me this time around, and since this is first time I met her there I let her also knew that I am returning costumer, she acknowledged it and offered me a discount of which declined and instead gave her a tip, half of what I intend to give getting in there, only because I would rather be wrong than me doing wrong to people.Really bad experience this time. In about couple of months I will be going to Massage Envy instead with my wife, thank God she was not with me this time for the bad experience.NBWow!, I just want to add this. Within an hour after I posted this, I got a call from the Owner Grace, BOY she was remorseful and quite generous. She apologized candidly and offered me a full refund or another full 90 minutes massage. Thank you so very much Grace for reaching back , after hearing from you I am definitely coming back. You were my first therapist there and believe me ,you did an excellent job then and here again you are saving the day.

This was my first time getting a couple massages. The lady who did mine was so amazing. i work 6 days a week and do heavy lifting working . she touched every spot i needed . Not only did she know where i was sore and tense at . she was communicating throughout the session and making sure i was comfortable. I WISH I HAD GOT HER NAME AND SHE INTRODUCED HERSELF SO FOR WHEN I COME BACK . ONLY THING I SUGGEST IS FOR THE TIP TO GO TO THEM WHEN VEMOING THE OWNER if even spit, My husband tip 40 and i wanted the other 20 to go to my massage lady . NEXT TIME I KNOW TO BRING CASH ! but OVERALL IT WAS AMAZING AND I WILL BR BACK

Had my first massage here yesterday; the massage, once we got to it, was excellent. Massage therapist was an absolute pro. However, it was 40 minutes after my arrival before the massage started, because the bldg wasnt open when I got there, and they dont heat it when not in use. I have Autism & cold sensitivity is my main sensory discomfort, so had to wait 40 minutes for the bldg to warm up. If this had not happened, 5 stars.Edit:The owner reached out to me after my review, and was so nice and understanding, very professional, especially considering they could have been offended. My goal is to provide an honest review, and I can honestly say that the owner cares very much about their guest experience! I think that they deserve my extra star for their effort to make things better. 🤍

A had a great experience having a reflexology done today. My feet was hurting so bad, and it didnt take long to feel much better. I recomend this place !!!

Went in for foot reflexology. After doing much research on foot reflexology I’ve also learned that some people could be taught and specialize in foot reflexology and others could just give you a really good foot massage. In this instance I believe I just got a really good foot massage. So as far as the massage itself I would say she did well and I probably would’ve had a better experience with a full body massage.As far as my experience? It was freezing in there which makes it hard for me personally to un-tense my body so I didn’t really feel relaxed. The water I soaked my feet in was cool, the “blankets” which were actually just towels that I was given to stay warm were freezing and discomforting because they were towels. I scheduled my massage for 11am she arrived at 1056 as well as myself. I sat w my feet in cool water for 24 minutes while she had to fix her phone and deal w issues at her other business. My massage ended at 12:35 which was inconveniently pushing back the time in my day. Usually when you run a business you have a late or cancellation fee for the customer and I think that should be taken into consideration as well for the person providing the service! If the service provider is late w the service why should I suffer ? my time and money should be valued as well.Fast forward to the end of my 6/10 foot massage… I paid the $60 for the service, I turned around to rush to my next appointment but then I was asked “how I would like to tip”. 😐😐Now I am someone who works in a tip based industry so i’m more than considerate as well as VERY generous when I tip. ANYwhere I go. But I deem it very unfair that I not only had to pay full price but then was insisted to tip when i didn’t have the best experience. I just know that when you make the customer seem like you care by knocking off a few bucks or throwing in something free or offering maybe an additional service or something for inconvenience it makes not only themselves but also their time feel appreciated. I get we all have unexpected things come up but as a business owner but that should not reflect back on the service you give your customer. It’s not my fault somebody quit another location. I would’ve much rather her say hey you know what i’m running behind in time i have a few things i need to take care of would you consider coming back at a later time. THAT. would have been appreciated. But instead my day got pushed pack 35 minutes because of issues that weren’t mine. It seemed more like a situation where you were more interested in getting your money than you were in making sure you had a satisfied customer. I’m very upset at this whole experience, I wouldn’t recommend & I will not be returning!!!!

I asked for a deep tissue sports massage, and it was the best ever. My body felt like dough being kneaded. It was an awesome experience and I feel much better. I will definitely be coming back !

Originally, I was supposed to go on Thursday but the owner let me know they were short-staffed and offered to fit me in at their Mansfield location. It was a little far for me so she put me in for a couple days later in Attleboro, which was no trouble at all. She was very sweet and accommodating. She really seemed to care about her business.The place was conveniently located, small but cozy, clean, and smelled great.The table was comfy except for the headrest cover. It didnt have great ventilation and got pretty stuffy and hot by the end. Not a big deal but a little uncomfortable.My masseuse was very nice and seemed experienced. Massage was great. A nice medium pressure. Definitely helped with my neck pain and knots.Will definitely be back. :)

New Yang Kang- the very best! Been to many places- by far this place is exceptional! I walked in with slight pain- I walked out feeling like light- that is worth it and worthy of a decent 20% or more tip! Just my take! The effort put in by each massage therapist is amazing- The best massage for total body and mind wellness!

I am so happy I found this place. I am so relaxed during the massage I almost fall asleep and afterwards youre in a glow. The massage targets what you need and what you didnt know you need! I couldnt recommend it more. Very conveniently located as well. Going to be going back regularly!

I am not joking when I say Grace is a miracle worker! Both times Ive seen her my pain levels have gone down significantly after the massage. I will be trying to come more often now, thank you Grace!!

They were very very nice but I would definitely not recommend them for a deep tissue massage. She didn’t know how to relieve my knots the proper way maybe because lack of education but I left out feeling extremely sore. She constantly rubbed on my knots in a very fast motion almost felt like I was being rubbed down with rocks! I get deep tissue all the time but since I’m out of state I thought I would try it out! I would recommend if anyone is looking for a relaxation massage but not deep tissue.

The massage was wonderful but I felt really uncomfortable when I left so I won’t be returning sadly. Service was $70, $75 for using my debit card. Fine. when I went to leave a tip she stopped me and pointed to a tip board and said $20-$25 is recommended for an hour massage. I said what? And she repeated her self and pointed to hand made tip board. 20% is standard for tipping so $14 would have been the appropriate tip. I left her $20 because I felt so awkward when she told me how much I should be tipping. Left me feeling annoyed after a relaxing experience.

Came here based on reviews and proximity to my home. Price is comparable to Massage Envy, where I was a past member in another state. Easy to book next day for a 90 minute massage. Website is simple to navigate.Pressure was great, and I was pleastly surprised when I left. I felt like I needed to go home and take a nap!$5 discount for using cash. Tipped in cash.

Was in pain from a car accident and a muscle disease. The chain massage place never has openings so I took a chance here. I dont get massages much but wow, I dont remember ever getting all all this neat treatment: finger massage, scalp, stretching and even though I was scared my neck would be worse since its permanently damaged, I got relief from the pain and can turn it for the first time in a while without issue. Also nice soft skin from the lotion/oil that she used. Im very glad I went and plan to go back and am recommending it to people I know.

Very clean building. Good covid precautions. I booked a 30 minute foot massage for my mom and I. Well I got way more then that. Dani and Anna went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly relaxed. The atmosphere was peaceful, nice relaxing music lights were low couldnt have asked for a better experience. Anna was so strong working out my knots in my neck and shoulders. Our feet were soaking in nice warm water with flower petals. The hot stones were amazing. Awesome way to ring in the New Year!! Thank you so much Anna and Dani for spoiling my mom and I. Wonderful experience! I have so many tight areas and always appreciate sports massages and deep tissue massages. Their 4-Hands Massage was phenomenal. They checked in with me throughout and there wasnt a language barrier as Ive experienced at other massage establishments. I walked out feeling lighter.

I was driving to Mansfield from Attleboro to one of those chain sites then decided to try this place out. Its a completely different experience and you can tell theyre for real. Did it hurt, yes. Was the pressure she used needed, yes! The hot stones at the end was unexpected and well appreciated. For the money spent at the chain locations I got so much more for the price and skills. Definitely my new spot, hands down!

Every once in a while I get so much tension in my left shoulder and in my neck that I cant even tilt my head to the left. I started to feel it coming on this morning and thought Id try to find a spot that might be open. I ended up getting an appointment and let me tell you, the therapist that worked on me at this place was AMAZING! She did some deep tissue work and soothed it all after with some hot stone. On top of that, she was very professional and made me feel at ease the whole time. Definitely going to go back!

Just reopened and following all Covid 19 guidelines. Appointments only. Temperature scan upon entering and asking to please wash hands. Mask are to be worn. Disposable covers (sheets) on the table. All this made me feel at ease, knowing the precautions theyve implemented. This was my 2and visit, 1st was several months agomassage was great, deep tissue without being painful. Knowledgeable therapist. No asking if I wanted to upgrade to aroma therapy etc. Hot stones were included in my massage.Will be going back and recommending

The best massage place in the area! Appointments can be booked online & if they happen to have a double booking they call right away to reschedule! The place is very clean! They offer several different kinds of massages. The deep tissue massage was fantastic! I will be returning soon!

NOTE: I bought this deal through Groupon at $29 instead of $59, 30-Minute Foot Reflexology Massage with Petal Soak, Hot Stone, and a Complimentary Tea Beverage for One.The service itself was good, I have to say. However, my overall experience was not so.This has to do with the following. I pay fairly but I dont like the feeling of being nickeled and dimed.1. No petals in the water and no tea came with this Groupon. A bottle of water was handed off to me as I was leaving.2. There is no $29 30-minute service. The regular service is $60 per hour cash. They offered $29 to get people to try the service. So no discount, really.3. There is a large tabletop menu board that states the suggested gratuity but it starts off with: 30 minutes - $10-$15...what? Mind you, there is no 30-minute service as a standard.4. I enjoyed the foot massage, thankfully, that I asked if I can pay the difference to make it 1 hour. I was told that yes, to pay the difference of $30. I thought having paid $29 + $30 was fair. Then I will tip at least $12. Once I was done and about to pay, I was charged $35 because I was not paying in cash. A detail that was not shared with me when I opted to extend. The lady points to the price board that was so confusing. Then settles on the line that states 60 mins $65 CC (meaning credit card) then above it, 60 mins $60. To top it all, I was told that the real price is $65 but they offer $60 as an incentive discount for cash payments.At this point, I did not argue, paid the $35, gave $12 (feeling embarrassed because of the suggested $10-$15 gratuity for a 30-minute service).Its a shame because I liked the service and I am no stranger to foot massages but this whole pricing scheme left a bad taste in my mouth.

We went for a couples massage and they did such a great job. They were very thorough and did great at isolating the knotted muscles. We left feeling better than before and can’t wait to go back!

I booked an appointment for 10am, they asked me to switch locations to multiple towns over I said no I couldn’t and they confirmed the appointment. Then they said they couldn’t fulfill my appointment at 9pm the night before. This place is so flakey I do not recommend this place. I have screenshots

Got a groupon for foot reflexology and it was so great I’m definitely going back! They start with neck/shoulder/arm massage and finish with foot. I love deep tissue, heavy pressure massage and it was exactly what you can expect here. You’re going to get worked here!

Went today for a couples massage. One therapist was so strong she was painful and one was so light handed it wasn’t therapeutic. As were paying I notice a sign saying to avoid tipping in single digits. The lady asked me if I was going to tip via cashapp, cash or venmo. She didn’t like that I was going to tip on my card, said to bring cash next time and then made a comment about the size of the tip. It was a 10% service and they got a 10% tip. Expecting a tip is disgraceful and then to comment on the size of the tip is disgusting. We will absolutely not be back. Im disappointed I even spent $1 here after the attitude that was received.
