It use to be a really good place to buy your vape supplies from, but over the last few months the shelves are empty and J the owner got seemingly irritated with me when I came in to buy coils because I wanted to make sure the coils I was given were the right ones since it’s about a 30 min drive for me. Ben is awesome who works there and like I said it’s a great store until here recently in the past couple of months and mainly bc of inventory.

Jays personnel and owner are very knowledgeable about vape products and very customer oriented. They also have a big array of teas. Have been going there for years. HIGHLY recommend for all vape products. They also have a selection of replacement products such as coils and pods.

BEST STAFF IN MASSACHUSETTS....All the guys are super knowledgeable, no pressure,cool atmosphere and prices arent to bad. Its also connected to an part of the store that sells incenses and botanicals, lotions , toad warts and eye of Blue. ....

This is a go-to place for your vape, tea, essential oil, Boyds Bears and other things. This is the only shop I buy my vape equipment and juice at. The staff are awesome and so is the store. Its newest location has a very nice, country store feel to it. They have all sorts of different herbal teas as well for a very good price.

This is my all time FAVORITE vape shop, the owners are the sweetest most heartwarming people you will ever meet! i’ve been coming here for a few years, i’ll occasionally go elsewhere and it’s a miss every time, but never here, they know me by name and order… that’s always a good feeling, anyways now that i’ve written a book, i just want to say i cannot recommend this place enough! they also have a pretty cool tea selection too(:

Love this store and its people!! Although Js has been hit hard these past couple of years, they somehow keep it going! Hands down the best Vape Shop in the area!!! Very knowledgeable staff and always friendly and ready to help. And they have more too!! There is a Tea shop and they have all sorts of trinkets and treasures! And some bears and crafts too! During this pandemic they are taking pick up orders and pick up curb side. Thank You to Js Vapor Den crew!!!

Yet another amazing experience at Jays. Went in to look for a new mod after my old one died. Any question I had was answered with confidence and I left extremely satisfied. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great and selection is even better. Highly recommend for any and all of your vaping needs.

Nice place, people are awesome. Lots of different mods and tanks to choose from. Space jam is one of their top selling juices and Hulk Tears is by far the best in my opinion. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.

I only get my vape juices and products here. Employees are always helpful in picking out what you need. Would give them 6 stars

Cant recommend this store enough. I wish I knew the guys name that helped me, because Ive never had customer service as good as this. I bought a mod and the milling was faulty, brought it back and the issue was obviously out of both of our control. He was more than happy to help and it wasnt him telling me to pound sand or it was my fault. Really good guy and a very professional person.Other than the people working there, house juices are second to none and reasonably priced. Store is clean, organized, and comfortable. Can honestly say this store without a doubt replaced my old local shopIf you stop by there try their CTONA Watermelon, dragons blood, or 555 Tobacco flavors, some of my favorites

The manager Brionna is GREAT! Very sweet and helpful, always willing to help. Kory, (I think) is one of the most helpful associates! Almost all the employees are super helpful, a few of the guys (mainly men there) dont seem to want to help as much as a few of the guys but overall customer service is great. They have a wide variety of vapes, coils, atomizers, mods, and e-juice. They also have their own brand of juice, as well as many others. I like Jays and I am becoming a frequent customer.

I come here for all my vape needs and I have never been stared wrong by any of the associates. Best place I have found so far very knowledgeable and great service. Plus I always feel very welcomed if you havent been give him a try you wont be disappointed.

First time getting into vaping and the woman working there was more than helpful about it. She showed me everything walked me through everything gave me her best opinions and was a delight to have interacted with. Very friendly wide selection of pieces and most important they have cbd oil which is why I got into it. Overall great visit great place.

I found these guys just before they moved. The new location is really chill and the environment is real welcoming and friendly. The staff actually know more about vape stuff than I do. The lady that works there knows tanks really well and is really good with recommendations

Brianna and Corey are so awesome!!! Always greet me and my husband when we come in for out vape necessities with a smile and are so pleasant! The store is so nice and has everything you can think of. Never have to make a trip anywhere else. Not to mention they have never had any trouble answering any of my queation... and I ask alot 😊 I highly recommend this place over any other!!!

I had to put a second review up for Js . Once again they went above and beyond my expectations. I wont get into a lenghty story about the issue. So with that being said here goes. I was have a wicked coil issue and without hesitations the crew at Js blew my mind and went above and beyond once again. If you go any place else for your vape supplies and juice you are insane! They have customer service and customer happiness as their #1 propriety with out a doubt. Im still in shock and aww at how awesome they are and the values they have in that store. This place is a MUST for anyone from the novice to the expert. They are amazing and I personally will NEVER shop anywhere else. Thank you so much to Js and the staff their you all are amazing.

My wife and I were getting gas next door at Cumberland Farms and I seen a sign for Js Vapor Den across the plaza and thought we should check this place out since my wife and I are both fairly new to vaping. We have been checking out different vape shops and I have to say this one is by far the best one weve checked out! They have a huge selection of juices, mods and more at decent prices! We was greeted by Shawn who I have to say has excellent customer service skills! Most vape shops weve been into pretty much rushed us to get what we wanted but Shawn was extremely patient and answered all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner! We also asked for what we was looking for and Shawn did not up-sell us at all! Shawn is definitely customer oriented and professional and runs an awesome clean looking vape shop! You definitely have to check this place out! I highly recommend Js Vapor Den for all your vaping needs! We will be back!

Not a hipster hang out you can see what your looking at when you walk through the door and you dont walk into a vape competition...keep it up guys!

Best selection of juices, mods, tanks, and coils. My absolute go to for my Juul replacement the Sol. If you havent tried one go to Jays to get one. Bigger battery and better pull. Plus charges with a USB. Breonna is the best ask her to show you flavors she is the juice guru!

Made few mistakes more due to helping me get out of store fast. Was quick to correct, remembered helping me almost a month ago. Coil issues. Staff is very helpful

I walked in pretty clueless but at the same time I knew what I was getting and trying to do and the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful! I wish I caught his name but he was pretty tall and skinny.

If you been in the vape world long enough to taste the best out there then u wont find it there I promise. They are pricy and their selection is weak. Been there three times two times I got crappy juice made by companys that dont make high quality product for premium price. And the other time I didnt get anything cuz i found something better at the store next door. Thanks

Love their variety of juices, mods and tanks. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because it was difficult to get my favorite juice due to being out of stock.

I’ve been shopping here a long time and every time I come by the prices are skyrocketing. The mod I went to purchase today was on the shelf at $68 but I got rung up for $92 plus tax.. Way too expensive and is unacceptable to have a product listed as one price but ring up an inflated amount.

They just admitted the vaping illness is related to Vitamin E found in cannabis that is sold on the streets...Not from the vaping stores.Massachusetts and Rhode Island should be ashamed of themselves because they probably knew all along.
