The ambiance was calming. However, my scheduled 60-minute massage was set for 3:45, and I arrived in the waiting area at 3:40. I felt a little disappointed when my massage therapist only ushered me in at 3:45, taking about 5 to 7 minutes to return. After the session, it took me around two minutes to get dressed. When I uncovered the hidden clock under a towel, I realized it was already 4:45, indicating that my session was shorter than expected. Paying $160 for an hour-long massage plus a tip, yet receiving only around 50 minutes left me feeling dissatisfied and like I didnt get my moneys worth.Despite this, I found solace in the amazing facial I received. The facialist started two minutes late but offered me the full 45 minutes and was very pleasant. On the other hand, the nail technician remained silent throughout the session, which was okay for me due to exhaustion but might be unusual for others. As someone who gets monthly massages, this visit left me feeling disappointed, and Im likely not to return.Additionally, beyond the service itself, the lack of acknowledgment on social media after I posted about my experience made me feel disregarded. Most establishments at least like or acknowledge such posts, but the absence of any response showcased what I perceived as aloof customer service, further impacting my overall view of the experience.
Tomi really impressed me with my first visit and I am very grateful for her already. This was my first massage in 3 years and just a day later that 60 minute session with her has alleviated my back pain. The ladies at the front were so sweet, I loved the energy in there and I’m looking forward to returning in a month for my second session.
Went there for a massage after a tough week. Zara was my masseuse, she was well experienced and so kind, took care of everything well. Knew exactly what she is doing and the extra enhancement pack of scalp and neck massage was all that I needed to end the week with. Definitely a relaxing place and at the same time nice staff.
I have had a facial and a manicure here and have loved it with both experiences. The locker room area is smaller than the Arboretum location. But the people do a lovely job with the services and are all really friendly. Its definitely relaxing and a great choice to get in some self care.
I have been a client of the Milk + Honey at the Hill Country Galleria since about 2019 and the only reason I would ever go to any other location is because some of them offer services that are not offered at the Galleria location. The atmosphere is comfortable and calming. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. It is always clean in the locker room/shower area and in the waiting room. I have never been kept waiting, either when checking in or while Im waiting for my appointment to begin.I have also never felt as if my technician for whatever service I am getting has rushed through my appointment.I started getting deep muscle massages with Tomi, who is fantastic. She helped to loosen my muscles and work out knots that I had probably had for years. Its not for the faint of heart, because she is a perfectionist at taking care of you and treating the muscles in your body that are not happy.Unfortunately, Tomi is very popular and I was having difficulty getting an appointment with her on the days and times that I was available, so I finally gave in and made an appointment with a different technician, Susie. She was heaven sent! She is absolutely wonderful. I always get the 60 minute massage with CBD oil and treat myself to a back scrub, as well. Susie knows how to work the knots out of my neck, my shoulders, and my back without making me feel like Im walking out bruised. I am treated respectfully from head to toe and leave the salon feeling just as zen as I would have if I had had a signature massage.I just had my first dermaplaning with a facial and oh, my! The technician was Lisa and she explained everything she was doing and every product she was using. My skin at the end of the appointment felt absolutely fabulous and looks great (at least as great as skin can look after 62 years and way too much time in the sun).I highly recommend Milk + Honey at the Galleria and especially Susie, Lisa and Tomi. I cant think of a better place to go for self-care and better people to help.
Treatment I went in for: customized Keratin treatment for long hair.Sadly, I’m pretty disappointed and surprised by the results. I’ve been getting Keratin treatments for years so they’re old hat to me and I’m very familiar with the process and what the results should be. I am also pretty OCD about trying to make the results last as long as possible (keratin - safe hair products, not overwashing, no overexposure to pool/salt water, etc).Pros:-Lovely space and convenient location. -Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was welcoming and professional.-My stylist was experienced and just a delight, which makes this a bummer of a review to write. But given the amount of $$$ and time these take, I wanted to leave a review since I read reviews before choosing where to do this treatment.Cons:-They ask you to come in for a “consultation” which ended up being them making sure you understood what a keratin treatment was— in person, they said they’ve had situations where people expected stick straight hair, which this clearly would not give them. Since this wasn’t even with the stylist (they didn’t even really look at my hair), this was a bit of a time waster and unnecessary inconvenience. Just tell people that caveat over the phone!-the bigger issue: the treatment has been a dud. During the treatment, I asked the stylist to saturate my hair with more product since it felt much less than usual (again: have done this treatment for years at other places). The stylist, who was lovely, did add a little more and so I left feeling confident. However, while on vacation a week later, my hair just did not stand up the way it would after this treatment: it was only a little less frizzy when left to air dry, it didn’t cut down much on styling time, and it also got frizzy post-hairstyling in heat/humidity pretty much the same amount as before the treatment. For $400, this is just so disappointing. I used a gift certificate for this and was so excited to become a Milk + Honey fan for life since I had heard good things and it’s the closest upmarket salon around, but now I’m just left wishing I used it on massages or something else instead since it was honestly quite the waste of money.Just really, really disappointed (and still have frizzy hair and it’s just only the start of the summer 😩)
I am probably milk and honeys #1 fan. Every time I come here, the service is never less than a 6/5 experience. Like 5/5 and bonus. I’ve had massage, facial, nails, and more over a couple years coming. Clay is so amazing at massages - he consistently gives me one of the best massages of my life. And I have had a lot of massages due to a history of neck injury years ago. I have had facials and mani/pedis here and those are also 10/10 amazing. I always feel so cared for by each staff. Yes it is expensive but coming here is worth every penny. If you’re going to treat yourself to relax, just TREAT yourself anf get the best experience possible. I mean, look at this waiting room: comfy couches, a gratitude box, and a high quality snack spread. They don’t skimp. Even the bathroom feels like a spa with high quality organic soap that smells like heaven and feng shui decor. Like I would pay to use that bathroom 🤣
I hate to be writing a negative review because I went to milk+honey earlier this month for a message and had such an amazing experience and left feeling great! I decided to come back after noticing that they did lash treatments online and have been looking forward to it for about a week. When I arrived today, I was told that I scheduled the wrong lash treatment before it had even started, and I did make it clear that a lash tint was not what I wanted, I had meant to book a lash lift. After making that known, the lady doing my lashes told me that she wouldn’t be able to do a lift which is completely understandable, but what was disappointing was that I wasn’t offered to be reimbursed, or to reschedule, or to cancel. She just continued giving me a treatment that I didn’t want. I naturally have black eyelashes so the tint of course didn’t do anything as I figured it wouldn’t. I looked in the mirror and was extremely disappointed, then continued to pay $50 including a tip for a service that I didn’t want. Last time I was there I left feeling amazing, and today was the exact opposite.I should not feel the way I did when I left earlier when spending money on self care. I was very unsatisfied.
Came for a massage and Victor was wonderful! Got the 60min signature and it was perfect. He listened to what I needed, and my back felt so much better after leaving. 4 out of 5 because this location seems a little run down compared to their other salons. The locker room and waiting area were dirty, with cups and trash laying around. This may have been due to it being busy - not sure. Would give it another try since the massage is what was important to me!
Victor was a great massage therapist! His touch was firm and he was able to work on trouble spots just enough to provide relief without pain. I highly recommend him for your next massage. The salon is very serene and peaceful.
I’ve been going to milk and honey for a while and they have been doing a great job. However, last Friday, I needed a deep tissue massage and they did not provide the services I expected they gave me a signature massage and I left exactly how I came in. I notified them that they didn’t give me a deep tissue and instead it was a signature massage and they still charged me $224 which included a higher gratuity than what I had asked for. I called twice, completed a survey and emailed them and I have yet to hear back from them. I will no longer be going there nor recommend.
This is the ONLY day spa I will book with. The atmosphere is amazing and very relaxing. The people are always friendly. When I get a facial, they always give me update on my skin and give suggestions on what my skin needs (not selling their own products, just what will benefit my skin) and they take the time to ask me if I have any questions. Theres no pressure in the retail store area. I feel pampered the moment I step in the door.
Atmosphere is very relaxing, love to get my nails done with Becca here! Prices are a little steep for massages but the massage therapists are excellent.
The spa is very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. I did the hydrating body cocoon. Its a massage but then they wrap you up in warm blankets to let the massage lotion soak in. My skin was soft for days afterward and Miranda is fantastic. Just the right amount of pressure for a relaxing treatment which this is. I highly highly recommend her and this body treatment.
Always treated like a VIP there andErin is an incredible massuese. Treat yourself to an amazing relaxing experience.
Young lady up front very friendly and extremely helpful. Now we see why my daughter loves this place. If u like being pampered then this spa at Hill Country Galleria near Bee Cave/Lakeway, Texas tell them I sent them. Enjoy!!!
So this weekend was a SelfCare weekend. I had high expectations for this spa location. Especially it being located in Westlake from what I’ve heard moving to Texas recently. Anywho, my massage therapist was late but had the audacity to end my appointment at the hour mark. In addition, I had advised that he lessen pressure he did occasionally. I’m less tense yes but it hurt. I never had a massage that hurt. Afterward I got my eyebrows done. My Gawd — I have uneven brows like this is my face !!!! After I had told her what she did. She only cleaned up one brow with tweezers and not the other. Again this is my FACE!!!!! The admin still had me pay for the brows. That was a very jank solution and because I was literally on my way yo dinner I let it be. I’m very displeased that they have someone fresh out of beauty school doing eyebrows and their solution was 35% off.I won’t be coming back here. I’ll be flying back to N. Va for all pampering, wellness and aesthetic needs cause the service in Austin has been disappointing.
I was pleased with the 75 minute massage I received from Erin. She was able to relieve some hip pain that Ive been experiencing as well as provide a great all over massage.
I had a gift card to visit the Milk & Honey spa from a friend and I was thrilled with my first ever visit! The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing throughout the entire process, check-in was a breeze, they have a nice locker room where you change into a robe & sandals (provided), and there’s refreshments in the waiting area while you wait for your masseuse to call you back. Can’t wait to go back!
I saw Giana yesterday for a cut and 2 step color. Ive lived in Austin around 15 years and have been to way, way too many cool/hip salons that disappointed or didnt justify the high price. When Milk & Honey opened a downtown location, I went for a manicure, but wasnt super impressed.A few weeks ago I decided that Id had enough of my pandemic hair (bad at-home highlights, inconsistent cuts from my former stylist who only worked 1 or 2 days a week, low key midnight bang trims in my bathroom...) and booked a random stylist to help me fix things up. Giana is AMAZING!! She hand painted my highlights, which took 2 hours (I have shoulder length hair), gave a relaxing scalp massage, and was super communicative throughout the process. She also let me read my book and was ok that we didnt chat, so I was ultra relaxed. I also like that they dont serve alcohol because Ive been to a lot of gossip-y salons and alcohol makes people so loud! LOL Another thing that I really liked is that I was the only client in the salon most of the 3+ hours I spent there. It felt really COVID safe: everyone was wearing a mask and seemed to be taking health and safety seriously. I will 100% return and already booked a follow-up for later in the year. Reading these reviews makes me think I need to book a massage here after my next haircut, too. :)
I went in today for a hair cut with Julia, for the first time! I was greeted immediately with several smiling faces and then Julia was so sweet and helped me maintain my length but cut it a healthy amount! She was so incredibly sweet and communicated with me throughout the entire time. I had such an amazing experience with my hair cut that I decided to get my eyebrows waxed as well! Rebecca was nothing short of amazing and talked me through my virgin brows. I am so pleased with my overall experience and how everything came out I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Treat Yourself!Milk + Honey is obviously a little $$$ - I had my doubts about the value matching the price! But it really really does. I get facials from Kari and she is INCREDIBLE. Very skilled, professional, and honestly just so sweet! The recommendations she gives me for products and future facial appointments are always in my best interest. Treating myself to a facial every month or even every other month has been a game changer for my skin! So my brighter, more balanced, and all around healthier.Massages - my husband goes to Mario and he can never shut up about how awesome the experience is - every time! Mario also gives my husband great recommendations for continuing healthy habits to correct his posture, etc.We aren’t rolling in $dough$ but I believe it’s important to put health, wellness, and happiness above everything else - especially when you work long hard hours like us.I attached 3 photos - first is prior to my ultrasonic facial, second is directly after said facial, third is 4 days post facial. All are makeup & filter free - you can literally see the spots and discoloration in the first photo disappear by the third photo. I LOVE IT!
Anamarie did amazing!! I received a lux facial today and she was very attentive, nice and thoroughly explained what she was doing. Above all my face feels fantastic and fresh! :)
As a birthday gift, my husband treated me to a Spa day!!! Everybody was very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I was treated like a queen! Special thanks to Sarah for listening to me and getting the hairstyle that I wanted, Lisa Marie and Keara ( nail therapists) for being so sweet and welcoming, and Vicky who took excellent care of my skin. Can’t wait to come back!!!
Veronica absolutely pampered me! She is the best! I had the best facial of my life, and Ive had many. I will be back and I highly recommend! My face has looked and felt wonderful since, and it was struggling beforehand. The massage was top-notch and she was so sweet and comfortable. Thank you!
If your hips are sore, go see Erin! My hips have been sore for a while and she knew how to help them! A whole day later and still feel great. I had a 75 min deep tissue massage.
I love this place. Every time is a five star experience. Elissa was absolutely wonderful. I had a signature massage done. She listened to my needs, took care of them, and made me feel comfortable doing it. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.
I had the best facial I’ve ever had at this location with an aesthetician named Annamarie, it was so relaxing. I was in absolute heaven, and my skin was glowing after.
Beautiful atmosphere. The relaxation room is very serene. The staff is very friendly. The quality of my massage was exceptional. I really loved the facility... It gives a luxurious feel and leaves you wanting to come back again.
*Update: M+H use to be my favorite go to spa for all services, but I now rarely go & if so it was as a last resort. The scheduling is a mess and super stressful, inconvenient and has gotten worse since the multitude of corporate changes along with a downgrade in quality service coupled with increasing pricing that are not worth the service. They add on and have incorrectly charged me for services (ex: long/thick cut - I wish, ha, my hair is fine & around shoulder length). They also now charge a sanitation fee for Covid cleaning. They are always trying to find a way to upcharge the customer. They raise prices $30 one year. Overall, they charge $100 more for my services than other high quality salons in the area. The salon is not that great and not worth it. Theyve lost a lot of great staff and their customer service has been robotic, impersonal and the equivalent to calling your internet service provider. You can tell just by the phone system options. They seem to have a lot of turnover lately which says a lot about the company. Its quite unfortunate. So much lost potential. I use to love this spa and had been going for over 10 years since it was a great local spot to relax and now it seems like an overpriced, trendy & a minimalistic version of Massage Envy.
First, if youre going to get anything done on your hair, see Georgette. Shes awesome and honest and knows how to make a previous bad haircut and color right. She takes her time. Im not impressed with the salon. Maybe, because I was the first customer there in the morning or it was Friday, the ladies were not pleasant. They offered me something to drink, I asked for coffee, they said no coffee, tea or water only. I had never heard of a salon not offering coffee. Later, Georgette offered me a drink and guess what? I got coffee! Also, this is the MOST Ive EVER paid for color/cut. $35 extra charge for toner add on seems way excessive and Ive never encountered such a charge from other high end salons in California, where I am from. The salon has overall nice products for purchase, but I wont go back. Love Georgette, though! Just way over the top expensive. Leaving with only one conditioner and $295 bill total. :-/ (tip included for her time and a great head of hair, she did a fantastic job)
After the painful process of growing out my hair, I thought it was time for a proper haircut. I heard about Milk + Honey from several of my friends, but I was skeptical of the price tag. A standard haircut is $60–a wash, cut, and dry. If you work downtown, I recommend the Guadalupe location. They offer early morning time slots for a quick cut before work. I requested Megan (she refers to herself as Magic Megan, but isnt corny about it) and she did a fantastic job with my hair. She evened-out my layers and was respectful of my request for a trim and abstained from cutting away too much of my hard work while still making my hair look refreshed. I have received many compliments on my hair since the cut, which I consider to be a reinforcement of the quality of Megans work. If you are like me and hesitate to spend moola on beauty treatments, this visit was well worth the price tag. If you are a first-time visitor, ask if there is a discount (I had received a $10 coupon off any salon or spa treatment when attending Le Garage Sale). I was also told by a friend that PayPal offers promotions if you use your phone to pay. Milk + Honey also signs you up for a free points program, which you can use towards future haircuts. My only recommendation for Milk + Honey would be to include a simple neck and/or scalp massage during the visit (adds a little more luxury to the experience).
I would highly recommend not bothering with this place. I actually went there for a few years for my hair. It was good enough on the color for me to keep going and not bother with finding another place further from my home. I also did pedicures and brow wax out of convenience while I was there. I stopped the pedicures after a particularly bad service which was totally not worth the money. I next stopped the brow service because I simply did not have time for their process of scheduling ahead, check in/out and wait in the lounge (their computer system is also tedious). I hung on with the hair service until it became too hard to schedule weeks ahead. I travel for work and sometimes have unexpected trips where I need to cancel or schedule a quick fix. I had to cancel 2 appointments in about a 3 month period for illness then a work trip. I tried to schedule a brow wax after that and found they put me on a pre-payment status so that I would have to pay when I schedule ANY service and if I have to cancel they will charge me the full amount. My doctors do not even do this! They need to get over themselves!!!
I called soon after using a product I bought from them that day. I had an allergic reaction. Its been almost a month now and Im so disappointed from this upscale salon. I sent them an email August 4, 2021.Milk and Honey Spa,I went into the Bee Cave location, this was my first visit and buying a product. I bought the Luk Beautifood Lip Nourish in Peach Melon. I put it on and a couple of mins later my lips were irritated. They started to wrinkle and get inflamed. I called the store and left a voicemail, but they said to email you. I payed cash for the product. Im not sure if the lady with red hair gave me a receipt? I can look for it tomorrow? This is such a huge disappointment but I am wanting a refund if that is possible? I looked at all the products (I have a good hair regimen already) and nothing caught my eye but this product since it was all natural and lipsticks are my fav beauty product to buy. Im looking forward to hearing back from you! 🙂
Mani & PediThe $85 services lasted 40 minutes together and was not thorough. The massage on my legs and arms didn’t last more than 3 minutes. The pedicure station is high of the ground as I watched 3 women to struggle up and down. It is not handicap friendly. I will stick with my $40 pedicure that lasts an entire hour and my $10 manicure. Edited to say that my polish has severely chipped not even 48 hours and I do not work heavily with my hands.
Went for a manicure and pedicure and walked into a very small room with 4 wooden boxes built out against 1 wall and 3 small tables and bench against the other wall. Was very disappointed by this seeing the amount of money I was spending and couldnt even get comfortable. Moved from that box down to the next box, sat down and they slide this small table in front of me. The person doing my nails then slide in between my legs with hers making contact with my legs the whole time. I have been to Many nail salons and never have I ever seen something so uncomfortable. Not sure why this place is not putting a normal comfortable chair and table while you are there to relax and be pampered, chairs only a wooden box with pillows. My service was great and I am happy with the job that was done, but I will never go back for those services because I was completely uncomfortable for over an hr
Go see Georgette! She is amazing! My hair was an absolute wreck before I went to see her. My highlights were growing crazy and my ends were fried from all the damage I had done to them. Georgette put in highlights, lowlights, gave me a gorgeous hair cut and gave me a touch of make up and did it all in two hours! She is by far the best hair stylist I have been to and will continue going to her as long as possible! The salon is also very professional looking and has a great atmosphere, something I think is very important in a spa.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Able to accommodate last minute as well as super nice staff. Erin is the best aesthetician I’ve ever been to!
My hair coloring came out amazing - I got a full highlight done. The service was amazing - so accommodating and always making sure you taken care of from drinks to comfort. Loved my time there - definitely going again! :)
I want to say that I would give Milk and Honey 5 stars for their cut and highlights! They are great with hair, I think! Im giving them 1 star for their nail services though. I had a gift certificate to get a Manicure done and it was the worst manicure Ive ever received. I get my nails done *maybe* once every other year, if that. When I sat down for my Manicure the lady doing my nails asked what do you want done? I didnt know what to say, because I hardly ever get my nails done. I just assumed there was like a normal routine for people that request a Manicure. She started painting my nails but she didnt even paint my whole nail. There were big pieces missing, big globs of nail polish not spread evenly, and she didnt do anything with my cuticles. They are still a mess. I also had picked out two nail colors and she let me try them both on. She said that one of them made my hands look old so I ended up picking the other color because she said that. When it was all over, she didnt put my hands under any type of dryer I just sat there for 5 minutes and then the color ended up getting scratched off anyway when reaching for my keys. Im thankful that I had a gift certificate and didnt pay out of pocket for this. Im not one to usually make a big stink over something like this or complain for that matter. Shoot, I couldnt paint nails to save my own life! Haha! But I was just overall disappointed with the experience and how my nails turned out. I wanted my nails done for my Baby Shower, but now Im getting them redone somewhere else. So, fair warning if ya get your nails done here! But hair color and cut is always great in my experience!
Presley is the BEST! I am so happy that I have finally found a stylist who I can trust to cut my long hair. She is also extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Presley for all your hair needs.
Get a facial with Kim! You will love it. I have been getting monthly facials for about 1 year now and have noticed a dramatic improvement in the appearance of my skin. I cant wait for each appointment. What a special treat and a great way to invest in yourself. :)
The most uppity of the Milk + Honey spas. Still it has a friendly and pleasant design (important for a spa Id say) and a friendly and talented staff. Oh yeah, the whole wall in the main room is filled with great products and local jewelry. I approve. The Bee Caves location is a little beyond me, so I am happy that they have a place downtown as well.
Go 30-40 minutes early if you want to chill and sip tea in the sanctuary area because I felt rushed with filling out paperwork before my therapist called my name. But the services are outstanding, clean facility and nice staff.
This is a peaceful haven with talented massage therapists and an air of complete relaxation. The front desk staff is nice too. I go often and every experience has been great.
This was the most expensive hair appointment of my life and I have to say it was just... ok. For what I paid I would have been a lot happier with outstanding service or a real consultation or a customer-focused atmosphere or even just an outstanding haircut, but I came away with a very “meh” experience. Nothing bad, but I would much rather pay half as much somewhere else and receive essentially the same thing (no-frills service and Kevin Murphy products can be found almost anywhere it seems). I did have products pushed on me toward the end, which I found pretty tacky for a nice place, and I was upcharged a lot beyond my original estimate. But no harm done. Just an expensive lesson learned. I will find another place and I wish this salon the best.
What an awesome experience! I will highly recommend this spa to all my friends and family. There are Professionals who really care for every clients needs. It was worth the long drive to be lavished with skill and patience in an atmosphere of unending relaxation and heavenly scents.
Tried a couple of hair stylists here. Poor results. Then scheduled a partial highlight with request for light brown to dark blond highlights. I came out with orange/copper hair. Questioned the stylist and she told me to give it a few days -- the color would get more blond each day. Six weeks later, I still had orange hair. So embarrassing. I was the laughingstock of the neighborhood. I asked for a refund, but the manager refused. Ill never go back, but Ill be sure to tell everyone where I got my ORANGE hair!!
I love coming here, the reception staff is always friendly and welcoming. I get my eyebrows waxed with Veronika who is so kind and very detail oriented. She also always has great recommendations.
I had the best experience at Milk and honey spa in bee cave. I received the signature massage and Chris was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this spa to my friends.
Although the estheticians have always been nice and competent, the front desk (back when they did appointments there) and now the booking service have always gotten appointments messed up. Rather than hashing over the bad service with the front desk in the past....I tried to use M&H again, but had problems with appointment 1 (didnt book enough time even though I called back to confirm they had) and then a follow up to finish the procedure (at no cost) was double booked. I had to cancel and go elsewhere. Wont be trying again, ever. The booking service is a no go.
I had a pedicure from Keara and it was the best I have ever had. She was so gentle, yet thorough. Completely different experience from those strip mall pedi/mani salons. I would definitely go back!
We agreed to cut my hair to my collar bone, unfortunately it was cut too short and now I have to wait for months until I can wear it loose again. So disappointed. Dye all over my face to add insult to injury. I was not charged for the cut. Everyone here is nice but I cant go back and risk more disappointment.
I have been coming here for years and the customer service and quality is always outstanding. I have to say I have had the best massage service here compared to many places worldwide! I HIGHLY recommend Milk & Honey
I needed a gift for my sister in Austin. She never takes time for her self... I live out of town and kendel was AMAZING at putting together ideas for a really sweet gift. Thank you M+H and an even bigger thanks to Kendel for coming to my rescue. You’re a huge asset to that company
Had a service with Danielle. Shes too dang good! She went above and beyond to really make everything perfect! Definitely cant recommend her enough!
I love this place. The staff is so accommodating and attentive. The place just begs you to relax and its easy to do. Randy is also an excellent massage therapist.
Massage was amazing.. go c Victor..
I highly recommend the Ultimate Facial by Annamarie, it’s the best facial I’ve ever had!
Two cancellations at the very last minute. Stylist had strep throat. Ha! Instagram says she was chasing wild flowers in the Hill Country. Joke!
Very relaxing, great staff. Wife and I did a couples massage. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. Highly recommended
If you’re thinking of getting a new haircut or new hair color ask for Erika. She’s great!
My first experience was amazing. A two hour signature massage is the way to go!
Probably the best massage I’ve ever had! Chris is extremely talented!
I love this spa.I get my hair done here.I love how all the staff is very friendly. This is a great location for a spa.
Clean and neat place. Amazing facial.. highly recommend
I went in for a full highlight and color. It turned out better than I imagined. Peyton truly did an amazing job.
Relaxing lounge area and quality service.
I have been getting massages at the 2nd Street location for 3 years now. I have always had a wonderful experience here!
Have not tried the salon services as of yet, but the products in the storefront are nice. Bought a gift basket as a gift and it was a hit.
Always a great experience. Friendly helpful staff and best stylist ever in Casey Arnold
As you enter, you already start to feel relaxed... the ladies are lovely, the atmosphere is wonderful and calming. Love it!
Service was not quite the standard Im used but Im chalking it up to new Covid guidelines. I prefer the down town location.
Horrible place. They cheated my wife out of $400 worth of services that we paid for. Stay away. Any business that would treat a customer that way is not somewhere anyone should go. Buyer beware!
I think her name was Kristy, shes fabulous, I always request her every time I go to milk&honey
Great haircut and style! Clean and relaxing environment, professional and friendly staff!
My massage was incredible! I look forward to my next one...
Terrible place, worst of them all Aside from the downtown location. Zero stars🤮🤮
Amazing Massage Therapists
Very clean, very nice staff, comfortable robes and good services!
Thank you Tommi for the fantastic deep tissue massage!!
Love the atmosphere, products and staff...EVERYTHING!
Services are good, but way too expensive.
Always a nice spa experience.
Terrible customer service, super aggressive. Would not recommend.
Amazing massage! Keely was super!
Exceptional service from Sandra and even better finished product
Chris did a great job.
Always a pleasure getting my haircut here
Great place for facials!
It was a perfect last minute treat.
Appreciated the courteous staff so much!
Very pricey for massages
Best
Awesome as always!
Great service.
