I was feeling rather stressed and needed to relax and my first thought was to book a full body massage with Travis. On my first visit with Travis I was made to feel very welcome and I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere with candles and soft music and the relaxing massage from Travis was great. Travis has an ability of putting his clients at ease and ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage. The hour goes so quickly and that is why I have been back to Travis on a number of occasions. I would recommend to all to book a treatment with Travis.
Just had a massage by Bree at Spa Sway and it was amazing!. Im feeling so relaxed and my pain is gone. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my back. Bree took her time to address every knot she found and stretched my shoulders. Her pressure, technique and professionalism was above par. The Spa is so inviting and always very clean. The staff is always helpful and polite. Ill be returning as soon as I can!
Every service I have had here has been top-notch! Experienced and customer orientated employees that make you feel and look fantastic! Reasonable rates, especially considering all the extras you get, like free aromatherapy and hot towels with massage services. Most places charge extra for that!The atmosphere is quiet, and lovely. This place is first class all the way. Beautiful and relaxing inside. I had a sports massage dealing with chronic knee pain. The next day I walked my dog for the first time in 8 months without limping. The therapist didn’t even touch my knee. She identified the knee pain was coming from my Tight hips, she worked out the stiffness and fineto knee pain gone. Amazing!
I had Cassidy as my massagist, I will be honest and say I was a little skeptical on how strong she would be able to do a deep tissue massage due to her size but man was I wrong. She has some strength to really get into those muscles and make you feel really relaxed! I have a 10-month-old and have been neglecting my self-care and it was really nice to be able to come to this atmosphere and relax. They have in the waiting room, water and tea as well as some snacks. Very happy with the service and it was also nice having conversations while getting a massage. You learn a lot about the people that are giving you this great service ❤️

I was assigned her by chance, but from that moment I didnt want to book with anyone else. Shes friendly, kind, and out of this world talented. I highly recommend going to Spa Sway, from the moment I walked in the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and walked to the back after giving me a quick tour of the front area. I get massages and bodywork weekly, so I went in for a sports massage. To sum it up the masseuse was professional and top notch in the work that she did on my body, that I will definitely be going back to see her. Overall great customer experience and service!

My shoulder felt so much better, and my tension was gone. Wish I would have booked a longer service! I would recommend Massage Sway!

I want to preface this by saying that this review is an objective assessment of my personal experience and outcome of the Spa’s facial expertise, not an angry rant that is targeted at someone. Everyone’s skin type is different.I have something that is called maturation arrest, where the skin becomes clogged and pimples form to make the surface feels “pebbled”. They are a form of closed pore comdones. I went into this spa, and the esthetician performed some what painful extractions, that resulted in the last 3 pictures.Over days, scars formed, and my skin became very swollen and acne became worse. I later learned that you should NEVER perform extractions on closed comdones because these pimples were not fully out of the skin. During the session, the esthetician also explained to me that the best way is to hydrate and exfoliate. However, she added that, I don’t want you to feel like we got nothing done today. I am guessing that this is why my extractions were so forced and painful.I am left wordless as I see photos of myself before and after. Keep in mind that I had smooth but somewhat pebbled skin before as you can see, but after the session, my skin started peeling whatever I used, had scars that hurt even half a week later.My skin is ruined. And I deeply regret my visit. I even thought of becoming their member, but this thought is totally scratched as I waited and waited only to see my skin not being able to recover for days and only worsen throughout the process. I was confident to go out without foundation and makeup before, but now I look like a beat up teenager with a full-face hormonal acne.This spa fails to recognize different skin types of different ages and ethnical background. Asian skin is so supple and soft at an early adolescence that you simply cannot perform the same methods with that of people aged 45, sun-damaged and rough skin! I wish that I could give it 0 stars, but the 2 stars is for 1) their good facilities and internal ambiance and 2) the people’s good attitude and patience.
I couldnt say nicer things about the 50 minute pregnancy massage performed by Cassidy. She took the time to learn about my pain points and proceeded to thoroughly address them with great care and deep attention. It was truly such a relief and Im so grateful for her amazing work.

I found this place pre-pandemic and thought it was great! My mom and I would go together to have a girls day out once a month. However - after 4/5 years of membership I have to say the place has gone continually downhill. They have a high turn-over of massage therapists and just when you find one you like, they leave (that must be a compensation problem). They do have 2 outstanding women who provide facials (Sarah and Samantha) so if you are looking for a facial this is still a great option. The whole membership thing however comes with so many instances where you cant do this or cant apply your credit, that you are probably better off just paying as you go. My mom was loyal throughout the pandemic and continued to pay her monthly membership fee even when they were closed in order to support our local business. But now she has so many credits that she cant possibly ever use (because booking an appointment is a whole other problem) that she too has decided to cancel. They gave her only 30 days to use the 5 credits she has left (impossible because they dont even have 5 openings) and if she wanted to give me one to use (so it isnt wasted) there is a $25 transfer fee! For something she already paid for! This is how they repay her loyalty? The whole membership experience has left us sour and is not designed with the customer in mind. On top of that I had at least 5 different massage therapists in the last 5 months and none of them were good (if you ask for deep tissue they use their elbow and just press down - its not really a massage).
Pleas save your money and do not come here. The workers are rude and the place does not look very sanitary. Ive gone to so many spas in Austin that offer a better experience.
Finding the therapist best for your needs is always a thing, no matter where you go. I appreciate Sway as the caliber of therapists across the board is very high…and their work schedule is clearly managed well given their high employee retention. Their membership is MORE than fair and the place is designed for peace and tranquility. Major snaps!

I love it here! I am always immediately greeted by the exceptional Spa Sway front desk team. Everyone was so friendly and treated as if I were family and ensure that I had set up my appointment for precisely what I was looking for and offered enhancements to make my experience more customized! All of their products are great quality and smell absolutely delightful. The best part was the med spa services they offer! I get peels done regularly, but they introduced dermaplaning to me, which was beyond perfect for what I needed for my skin. The Spa Sway professionals are so knowledgeable and personable that I was ultimately at ease. I am so excited to see my results and show off my bare skin this summer!! ( dont worry, Ill wear my sunscreen ;P ) Highly recommend the memberships or packages to get a taste of every service they offer. I have been searching for a spa to join for a while and was excited about this place after reading so many great reviews. I have been very stressed and tense, so I booked a deep tissue massage with Ted. This was my first time here and I was not impressed. The room was not clean, it smelled musty and the humidifiers were covered in dust. My therapist was okay and seemed to know what he was doing, but didn’t cover all the areas I asked for, and I was disappointed that my massage was not the full 50 minutes.

I got both a facial and massage and I left feeling incredible!Ted gave me a great deep tissue, he was so knowledgeable about pressure points the difference in my shoulders is insane. I went in on Monday and received the best massage I have had in a very long time! The place is gorgeous- it has that wonderful spa aroma, is a very relaxing environment, and is very well decorated! The staff was extremely helpful and worked with me even though I showed up a little late to my appointment. The massage therapist was awesome, and even used reflexology methods, which was new for me! I completely enjoyed my experience and will definitely be going back! I recommend checking it out!
Phenomenal Experience. It was my first time at Massage Sway and it certainly will not be my last. I did the Signature Sway and it was fantastic. I was incredibly impressed by my therapist Vanessa. I could tell she had a vast knowledge of the body & muscle groups because she made the massage extremely dynamic based on where she was noticing tension.The place was immaculate and ambiance was soothing. The table bed and towels were so comfortable I could of slept my entire Sunday there.My only regret on my visit was not booking the longer session! Massage Sway not only gained a satisfied customer but an advocate as well. Give them a call.
My boyfriend bought a gift card for us to get a couples massage & facial. I debated writing this review because the services were good but I wish I would have read a review like this so we could have chosen a spa that fit our needs better. When we arrived we were given some paper work and sent into the waiting area. No one explained what we had signed up for- what the service included or how anything worked. The masseuses came to get us and I had to use the restroom which at that point cut into our time. The massage felt great but it felt really rushed. When she finished they hurried me to get on a robe and get to my facial- it would have been nice to have some down time to get water or use RR. I was super excited to get my first facial because I like to take care of my skin & I was hoping that I would learn a thing or two- unfortunately this was not the case, just another rushed experience. My boyfriend had a 2 hour massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. My conclusion- if you are looking to spend a relaxed time as a couple or are hoping to learn about your skin, probably not the right place. If you want a quick massage with no frills- this is definitely the place for you!Update-We were contacted about this review and were asked to come back for a do over which was nice to hear since we did spend over $500 on services. Unfortunately our experience was worse. I would not recommend this place.
We booked a couples massage and it wasnt great. My massage therapist was way too intense with the pressure. The next day my shoulders and neck were so sore I needed to take advil. My husband had a better experience than I did with his masseuse who actually asked him about the intensity of the massage pressure. Not at all what I expect from a higher-end spa. I dont recommend, nor would I go back again.
Great facial. Great membership. Of all the spas in the area, this one is the best. Very quiet. Very clean. Good staff. If you want a relaxing spa, this should be your go to.
I absolutely loved all of the services that I have received so far from Spa Sway! I had a CBD Deluxe Treatment with Russell and it was heaven. I was so relaxed afterwards that I floated out the front door. I also received a facial from Susie and my skin is still glowing. She is very knowledgeable and addressed all of my skin concerns. I already scheduled more appointments for myself and my husband and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a massage or facial.

Went to Massage Sway on a Groupon and have been a satisfied member ever since. The staff is attentive to each customer and makes me feel special with every visit. The ambiance is very calming and soothing. With a membership, the price vs. value of service cant be beat!Special thanks to Samantha who always takes care of me during my sessions at Massage Sway. She is a blessing. Her easygoing laughter and wonderful personality complement her professional service and expertise. My wife and I enjoyed the couples massage today. The atmosphere at Massage Sway was wonderful, everything was of the highest quality. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne each which was a nice touch. Everything from the quality of the sheets on the beds to the aromatherapy to the warm towels; it was all exceptional and all came standard which is not necessarily the case at most places. We very much enjoyed our time here and will def be coming back! After the massage they gave us each a rose and some chocolates for Valentines Day which we thought was also a nice added thought :)
I was so surprised at what a beautiful spa sat behind the front doors! The ambiance is so alluring and relaxing! They offered complimentary wine or beverages and snacks upon arrival. Which was lovely. My husband and I had a couples massage. It was head to toe an amazing experience. Friendly calm employees, soothing environment with very talented massage therapists. I had such a pleasant experience here. I got a massage and a facial and appreciated how calming and relaxing everyone and everything was. I’d like to brag on my aesthetician for a moment, Rebecca - she really took the time to get information from me on what I thought was problematic about my skin and then she took the care to conduct her own analysis and asked valuable questions about what products I am using while recommending a couple of products that would really take care of the concerns I brought up. I very much appreciated this careful focus and felt so taken care of. I’m looking forward to adding my new products into my daily regime and can’t wait to visit again! Also, the Valentine’s Day goodies they gifted their customers was such a sweet treat, smelling my rose on my walk back to my apartment and snacking on the absolutely divine red velvet cake balls made my day.
My experience with Jessica at Spa Sway was incredibly informative. I know what my goals are, but was having a hard time finding the right products to make my skin vibrant. After a few weeks of following her advice, my face is softer and more hydrated than its ever been. Since I spend hours outside in the Texas heat, this esthetician really proved her professionalism.

I love Massage Sway and the people who work there. Ive had a few different treatments and all of them have been amazing. Susan is a lymphatic drainage massage magician. If you suffer from chronic inflammation or immune system issues, I highly suggest it. The prices here are definitely a little higher - but with a membership it definitely is comparable to most other spa experiences. I also think the quality of the spa itself merits the price difference. Highly recommend.
Have you ever met someone who is so good at what they do that it feels like witnessing art in action? If not, book with Ted. Hes like the secret, massage version of Beau Hightower. After just one session with Ted, he smoothed out some deep fascia issues in my ribs, pec, and lower back. I immediately noticed a difference in my range of motion in my shoulders (which have had chronic issues for 15 years) as well as dexterity while rolling jiu jitsu. While Im working on my computer, I feel my posture is much better, and I dont have to actively tense my core as much to maintain good posture. That said, there is an immense amount of pain that you have to go through for those issues to be fixed, but no pain no gain. I will continue to see him every 2 weeks for a couple of months until the issues need maintenance and not repair.They have a great monthly membership program as well!Thanks Spa Sway!
I recently went to Massage Sway in the Domain and I have to say it was AMAZING! As strange as it may sound, Im not typically a massage person, but the environment at Massage Sway was so comforting and inviting that I was instantly relaxed. My massage therapist Cherie did a fantastic job especially on my neck and shoulder area where I have the most tension. I also did the foot scrub along with my massage and I LOVED it, I dont know that I will ever get another massage without the foot scrub! The staff was so nice and caring, Gabi is extremely helpful in selecting the perfect therapist for what you need, the facility is beautiful, CLEAN, and very relaxing. The location is easy to access and is also great for when you want to make a day of it and go grab some lunch and do a little shopping after your massage! I will definitely be visiting Massage Sway again soon and I cant wait to try more of the options like the hot stones in addition to my foot scrub! Thank you Massage Sway for making me a lover of massages and helping make my experience so wonderful!
Let me tell you why I love Massage Sway!! Ive been there 3 times. And I was invited with a kind smile and an amazing and luxurious decor and ambiance. The candles they have lit smell so comforting and amazing. Gabby is the most helpful receptionist. The waiting area is so soft in lighting and really relaxing. Theres water and tea and snacks and magazines while you wait. The bathroom is very nice and extra clean. I had the most relaxing and the best massages Ive ever had in my life done by Cherie!! She is very skilled but so kind and very down to earth. She can give you the best pressure every time. She can work on my back for a good 30-45 minutes and it just feels like my body is melting underneath her hands. She takes her time and is very intuitive with your body. She is my new favorite massage therapist everrr!!! I would give this place 20 stars if I could. You will not be disappointed!! I highly highly recommend Massage Sway!!!
Ive been here a few times before and really like coming in a little early to sit down and relax before going back in for a facial or massage. Sometimes the pricing can be a little funky. On my most recent visit my wife transferred one of her massages to me and she was told there was only a 25-dollar transfer that I would have to pay. When I was done there were additional charges that we werent aware of. It would be nice if there was more transparency and going over the total amount. While my last experience was terrible, the others have been really good. Hence the four star.
I had a deep tissue massage at Massage Sway on Fri. Ive had lots of massages. The environment is very clean, quiet and serene. Location is easy to get to. The massage was one of the best Ive had. When I called to book Gabby recommended Dianna after asking me a few questions, great recommendation. Dianna is very knowledgeable and skilled, she did a wonderful job. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had Regina and did a Signature Sway massage. She was amazing, most massages I have had people have either done them to rough or not rough at all. She was perfect. It was just what I needed to start my new year. I loved my experience so much I decided to get a membership so that I could treat myself every month.

The care she took to hit every problem area and to make sure I was receiving the best massage was amazing! I didnt want it to end! I swore for a moment that heaven was on earth! I walked away with a smile and as if a weight was lifted! You deserve to be pampered and to chose any other place than Spa Sway, youre wasting your money!

Much like the other reviews mentioned, the price is not justified by the quality. I canceled a membership that I had for years and only used 3 or 4 times maximum. I was charged consistently for several months after, over $500. They just tell you that they have no record of cancel. Told me to check my contract and that I have to get all changes in writing from them. Its not about money for me. Research who you do business with. There are better options.
If youre searching for relaxation and tranquillity, then Massage Sway is the place for you! The front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer you red or white wine or hot tea when you arrive. Then, you are taken back to the serenity room where you can relax, munch on the yummy snacks they provide, refresh yourself with some infused water and enjoy yourself before you are taken back to your massage or facial! I pampered myself and went for a massage with Juan and then a facial with Lisa! Both were fantastic, and I left feeling utterly relaxed and refreshed. Massage Sway offers various styles of facials and massages (they even offer a Gentlemans facial which I thought was neat). They also offer packages! The monthly membership (called the Sway Club) is definitely a must have! The perks of being a member are unbeatable for the price!I have received massages and facials before from other businesses but this beats them all by far! I would definitely recommend Massage Sway to anyone!
I am so disappointed. I was really looking forward to my massage but it fell very short. My husband booked an 80 minute massage for me and the therapist didnt finish. After I flipped over she did my feet and my shoulders and that was it. I dis not get an 80 minute massage. Also I have never had to direct someone so much and she still didnt do what I asked. I kept asking for more pressure many times (I was signed up for deep tissue) and she never gave enough pressure. She stopped at the top of my hip bones on my back even though I specifically asked for attention in my low back/sacral area. There was also a spot light shining on my face making it very difficult to relax. She was unable to turn this off because it was the only light in the room. Ive frankly had better massages at massage schools.
I had a very nice couples massage on 1/10/2022. However, the customer service was poor. After being mis-scheduled by an employee. I was charged $186 , I was understanding of the miscommunication and asked what was to be done since there was a mistake made. I was told by 1 of the 3 total employees I spoke to, that my card would still be charged however their manager would give me a call to inform me of what could be a resolution to this issue. Which I never received. Being that this appointment was a Christmas gift and this establishment was as recommended by a client of mine I chose to reschedule a second time while on the phone.. I proceeded to go to my appointment under the impression that this balance was to be compensated in some way.After receiving the service. I Re-informed the women at the desk of the issue for further clarity and was brought back to the same cycle of their manager not being available and at the moment there was nothing they could do. Thus being charged the full service amount again.Luckily the actual service was great. Although, the poor communication with staff and management has totally been off putting. I don’t mind paying for services but establishments with rigid policies and unseen management doesn’t sit right with me.
My favorite go to spot for facials and massages! The entire experience here is so relaxing. I ended up joining their membership and look forward to my appts. each month! Their massage therapists & estheticians are highly trained and it shows. Ive had numerous massages done in the past and can confidently say none have compared to the level of treatment Ive received here. Juan is the absolute best! If youre in need of some pampering, look no further!
I have been to this spa several times and always had a great experience. I usually go for massages, but most recently visited for a massage and facial. I had the GREATEST facial. Samantha was awesome! I signed up for the membership simply so she can treat my skin monthly. I also had dermaplaning for the first time and will certainly make this a part of my routine. THANK YOU!
As a dental hygienist, regular massage to alleviate occupational stress is KEY! And for the past couple years, I have been on the hunt for a new therapist, as mine moved out of state. I have attempted memberships at multiple places, only to end up canceling. I was beginning to think I needed to severely lower my expectations, until someone recommended Juan at Spa Sway. I am happy to report that I will be looking no further!Juan was very professional and was able to provide me with the type of deep tissue massage required for my specific needs: massage for wellness, not relaxation. I seek massage to feel as though I am 10lbs lighter upon leaving, and Juan provided just that. His efficient technique reminds me so much of the massages I had grown accustomed to, that I had no hesitation in joining the membership at Spa Sway! 80 minutes with Juan every four weeks? YES PLEASE! Looking forward to my next go around! Thankful to have found this place, and Juan!
Spa Sway is absolutely beautiful! You will fall in love from the time you walk through the doors. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and professional. The have professional products for sale as well as posh robes and neck pillows.I had a Signature Sway massage with Juan and it was fabulous. The hot towels and aromatherapy made it really special. I absolutely recommend him. You wont disappointed.
The staff up front is delightful, and the ambiance relaxes you even before the amazing therapists start to do their magic. I suggest Susan or Kim, but I may be biased. I was lucky enough to get my soulmate and I a couples massage on her birthday and I cant wait to go back. Such a wonderful experience and a great way to end the birthday adventure day!
I have had two massages here and enjoyed both of them. The waiting area could be a little nicer (I had to stand to wait once when they were so busy!) but the talented massage therapists I have had make it worth it. The people working at the front desk are always nice and helpful.
Oh. My. God. I just had probably the best massage of my life from Susan at Spa Sway! I’ve had an extremely tough past few weeks mentally, plus I was especially sore in my lower back and just really needed a massage.I’ve been a Spa sway member for over two years, and literally everyone there is fantastic. I usually just book with whoever is available during the time I need because I feel like I can trust every single massage therapist there to do an amazing job. But MAN, Susan just knocked it out of the park today - she was so in tune with what my body needed even though I have trouble expressing what my problems are, it was like she could feel where my trouble spots were and took extra care and time to make sure they were taken care of.This was my first visit since the pandemic started (that’s how badly I needed the massage!) and I was concerned about sanitation obviously, but these guys are absolutely taking every precaution- I had to be let in, so that not too many people are in the lobby at once. Masks everywhere, plus they take your temperature (with a little temp gun, touchless) upon arrival. There is hand sanitizer in the lobby and waiting room (also spaced out.)By the way, if you get massages regularly you should consider their membership- I kept paying dues during the pandemic and the credits (good for one massage or facial) DO roll over if you don’t use them, or they can be gifted to a friend! I thiiiink (might need to double check) that you can use up to three credits in a day for separate services, too. I have like 12 credits built up now!Anyway, this 5 star review is long overdue - if you need spa services from caring, talented professionals in a safe environment, book at Spa Sway!
I came to Massage Sway in desperate need of a massage. I had an awful 10 hour international flight the day before my appointment and left me with knots throughout my whole back. I scheduled the Signature Sway for an hour and added hot stones for the ultimate relaxation.I left the Spa feeling rejuvenated and SO relaxed, I absolutely LOVED my massage.My massage therapist worked magic on me and managed to provide instant relief for me. I had the best experience at Massage Sway. The staff was very courteous and sweet. As I waited for my massage, I got to sip cucumber infused water in the waiting room. I was able to decompress in the waiting room and did not feel rushed what so ever. The Spa alone was very appealing and decorated beautifully.The next time I am in town I will definitely book again! Perhaps next time I will book a Day Spa package including a facial for the ultimate Spa day . :)
I had 50 minute massage with Jenny and she has the hands of an angel, truly gifted at what she does. I also had a facial right after my massage with Samantha who is very knowledgeable and made my skin glow with rejuvenation!
A great spa with great value. If you get their monthly membership, you won’t regret it. From facials to massages, the quality of that service is as good or better than Viva, Away, the Woodhouse, or any other spa I’ve tried in the area.
Had a great experience at Massage Sway. Such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The place is spotless and very soothing. I had the Signature Sway massage with Regina and a Signature facial with Paloma. Right away I could tell I was in great hands (pun intended :) ). Both of them did a phenomenal job. Im definitely coming back, because it has all Im looking for in a spa: Professionalism, great service, and cleanliness.

Kim did my massage and after lots of lower back and hip pain she worked on all the areas and was able to show me stretches to help post massage always a great experience here.Not to mention the facials here are amazing all of the estheticians are sweet and knowledgeable. This is an amazing place to pamper yourself! The ambiance is incredible! It is so easy to get to and close to my favorite stores! Service is impeccable and the receptionist always go above and beyond to make sure I and my guests, are well take care of. I have been a member for almost two years now and the couples escape is our favorite ritual after a long hard week! What a great VALENTINES SURPRISE TO RECEIVE...(Hint hint) The cost is surprisingly inexpensive for the experience. I give this place a well deserved Thumbs up... a bazzilion stars! The sheets make you feel like you are at the most expensive spa! This is truly one of my favorites! I even bought some of their sheets! Oh the therapists are top of the line! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor, go have a time out at Sway!
I have never been so consistently impressed by a group of massage therapists as I have at this place. Every therapist I have been treated by, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about any pain I am feeling. Kim O. is unbelievable. Also Regina and Vanessa have magic hands. Every other staff member is just as great, but the names escape me! Definitely worth the membership cost, and then some.
I have been going there over 1 year because the best facial by Lisa. I have thin sensitive skin, so I am very picky for my facial. Her facial feels so good that I often fall asleep… The next day of the facial is the best - my skin feels so soft and younger. I like their body massages and atmosphere too, but main reason why I go there is for Lisa’s facial.
Oh my goodness! I went here for my first hydrafacial and had an amazing experience. Ask for Gaylynn - she is so wonderful! This is NOT the most relaxing facial as its really meant to resurface your skin (and can be uncomfortable at times if you have any active breakouts). However -Gaylynn made the experience so enjoyable for me with great conversation and giggles. She was also very knowledgeable about the process, explaining to me everything she was doing and why. I came in with a gift card and left with a monthly membership. Love this place!!

Today was my second time getting a massage at Spa Sway. I loved my previous experience so that’s why I decided to get another massage while I was in town. I also wanted a facial since I hadn’t had one in a while. When I booked my appointments I was told I could change the facial I wanted once I got there. Well after my massage ( which was amazing! I would def go back to see Natalie) I was told to put on the wrap and robe that was provided so I could go to a different room for my facial. During the transition I had to go to the bathroom and I was told my stuff ( which was in a basket) would be put elsewhere. Once I came out of the bathroom I was unsure where I was supposed to go due to the masseuse leaving to prepare for the next client. I walked to the front and the girls at the front desk told me I could just wait in the waiting room. Mind you I was in my wrap and robe with my stuff in a basket next to me. I felt super uncomfortable due to the fact that I was waiting in the area with everyone else who was not in a robe and was just waiting for their services. I was under the impression that I would be in a separate area where other people would be in their spa attire! I was very upset and uncomfortable in this situation!!! I was then waiting past my appointment time. The aesthetician finally came in a rush and told me she would be right with me and not to worry I would still get my full appointment time. Once she came back to get me she seemed very rushed and all over the place. Once I entered the room I explained which facial I wanted to go with. She then had to step out to get the machine ( which was understandable due to me just deciding on the type of facial I wanted ) . She was gone for a few minutes then came back and got started again. As she was going through the steps of the facial, she had to once again stop to step out of the room to get something else she needed for my facial. During the facial I felt like she was constantly missing areas on my face. She would focus on one area then move to a different area then to a different area and so forth. I felt like there was so much moving around and she was forgetting what part of my face she hadn’t worked on. As the facial continued I continued to feel like there were many areas that were missed all together!! I was not pleased with my facial at all!! For the amount of money I spent I really wish I would of gone somewhere else! I had very high expectations for Spa Sway since my previous experience was good , but I was very very disappointed today!!!
This is the only place Id go to for spa services. Other places simply dont even come close to the experience here. Ive had various therapists and multiple services from massage to facial at Massage Sway, and each person clearly values the comfort and care of the customer theyre treating. Most recently I had a prenatal massage done by Regina, who just AMAZED me with how concerned she was for my comfort, excited she was for my pregnancy, informative she was regarding my areas of pain and discomfort and the massage itself was incredible.
For me being a first timer to a Spa, it was very pleasurable experience! From the staff at the front desk to the massage therapist, everyone was kind and professional!The atmosphere and decor is very calming. Along with the easy listening music in the background, the tension just starts to melt away!THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT MADEAGE SWAY!!! I WILL be back!
I am in love with this place. If you want an amazing facial by someone who really knows what theyre doing, then Sam is your girl! She is so patient and kind and will answer any questions you have. I have learned so much about my skin from the few times Ive been. The staff is very accommodating and thoughtful as well. I would definitely recommend!! :)
Ive been going to Massage Sway for about 8 months now and Ive got nothing but great things to say about the front office staff, the massage therapists and the facility in general. Everyone here has an excellent demeanor and youre welcomed each time by friendly and helpful people in the front. Complimentary water or wine are available while you wait for your appointment along with a helpful list of extras in case youd like to add anything to your massage.Ive had 5 or 6 different massage therapists work on me, and theyve all given me the exact type of massage I was looking for: sometimes deep tissue, sometimes relaxation, sometimes focusing on a specific ailment or muscle group, without ever using too much or too little pressure based on my request for that particular visit.Also, while they do offer a full line of extras for each visit, no one has ever tried to push or sell me on anything. There arent any high-pressure sales tactics to dodge or worry about, just helpful staff at every turn.I highly recommend signing up for their monthly membership (as I did for me and my wife) as its well worth it. And, considering the location and amenities, the price is definitely fair.
Cant say enough great things about my experience. I called late in my work day, because I was experiencing some significant discomfort with my back. They were so accommodating and got me in that same day after I left work. Not only did my therapist provide me with excellent massage therapy, but she even showed me some useful stretches to perform in my home! Theyve got a customer for life. Beautiful establishment with wonderful staff. Look nowhere else.
I never ever right reviews but I recently came here for a facial and a massage and had the most amazing experience! The facial that I received from Melissa was life changing. I have acne prone skin and didn’t realize how congested my pores were, but thanks to Melissa she was able to extract 90% of the congestions in my pores just from 1 round of facial. My face felt so smooth and the texture was GONE! Came back for another facial 2 weeks after and my skin has never been so clear and so smooth. Melissa is an expert at extractions and I’ll definitely come back every month for as long as she’s there! lol :) - the staff is amazing as well!
It is worth the money.We had a couples massage and a facial to relax.FYI, facials apparently arent relaxing, they do this thing to get out blackheads and it hurts bad. My facial girl told me about it upfront and I couldve opted out but I let her and my face is nicer. It is hard to breathe with the steam on your face and the pain. I recommend asking to turn off the steam during that period.The couples massage, I had a woman, (Sonya?) She was awesome. Very relaxing. My wife had a male, he was gay, he used a little too much pressure but she didnt speak up. I dont blame him, as a patron you need to speak up.Overall they are very professional. I strongly recommend.
Ive gotten a massage here twice and its really nice. Its very quiet as soon as you step in and the whole experience is quiet and relaxing. Their waiting area has snacks and cucumber water, which i love. Both of my massages were great. The only downside is its a bit hard to find in the Domain since parking is so scare. You have to park and walk

Gave it 4 stars just because it is a little pricey but I try to book with them when I can as they give great massages and the zen of this massage place is absolutely relaxing!

I always went for facials. The esthetician I would see frequently was always wonderful and informative. The atmosphere when you first walk in is calming and relaxed. Their memberships were simple and I enjoyed how easy it was. Schedule in advance! They are so great that they get boked up quickly :)
Just had a deep tissue massage with Chris, it was amazing. Extreme pressure. I haven’t felt this loose muscle wise in a long time. I have tried many places in Austin Massage Envy, Milk & Honey. And chris is by far better than anyone anywhere else. I look forward to coming at least once a month!

I just loved Massage Sway! From the moment you walk in the door, to the waiting room with couches, its completely amazing. My prenatal massage was so much more then I expected, it was beyond amazing. Since being pregnant I was finally able to sleep that night after my massage. Thank you Massage Sway!! I have since booked two more appointments with them!
I have had spine surgery and get headaches sometimes when I get massages, so I was nervous to get another massage. My massage was amazing! I got the Signature Sway and couldnt have been more relaxed when I left. Going back next week to try the lymphatic massage. 5-stars for sure!
Ive been looking for a go-to massage therapist since I moved to Austin a couple of years ago and think Ive found her in Regina at Massage Sway. I was more than pleased with her deep-tissue massage; not only was she attentive to all my requests, but she anticipated my comfort needs as well. She was also responsive to my request to mute the usual droning ambient new-agey soundtrack that sets my teeth on edge whenever I enter a spa and replace it with soothing ocean-wave sounds. And the use of multiple hot towels was particularly relaxing. Ill be asking for Regina when I return. Tip: Book a 90-minute massage, which allows the massage therapist time to work on any specific issues you may have and still give the rest of your body the relaxing all-over massage you want.
When a friend recommended this place to me, my initial thought was that the pricing was too good to be true. For the treatment I wanted (chemical peel) the pricing was extremely competitive. Great location and the waiting room is nice, but the service room itself was lacking. I chalked that up to the pricing and didn’t mind- however I did mind when I got 0 results from my treatment. And I mean 0. I understand that everyone’s skin behaves differently and there’s no guarantee when it comes to skincare. However, the technician and I spoke in depth about what I could expect after my treatment, and in the days following my peel I was left disappointed. My skin didn’t even feel tight or dry, not a flake to be seen and certainly no peeling. Upon calling the spa to see what went wrong, I was told that not everyone’s results are the same. Right, I get that. But the expectations I had for the treatment were the expectations set by my technician- I wasn’t expecting a whole new face by any means but a chemical peel should at least have initiated SOME level of turnover. Was told I would receive a call from management- at this point I just want to know what products were used because I can’t understand how the depth-level of peel I chose accomplished nada. Of course, have not received any communication since then, they don’t care. You get what you pay for!Update: Oct 25th- the same day I posted the OG review^ the spa finally got around to contacting me to talk about why my facial flopped! I was told they would send me product information (no one ever did), was scheduled for a free apology facial (they called the same morning of the new appt at 7am to let me know it had to be rescheduled), so I just gave up and canceled altogether. Consistent in their inconsistency I guess. ALSO, was told when I was scheduling the apology facial that they were booking me with their lead esthetician ~wooo~. When I got the call about needing to reschedule it I noted that the only reason I was coming in was to work with that specific esthetician, and the lady on the phone tells me they don’t have a lead esthetician! So, they’re patronizing too, and will just say whatever they think you wanna hear! Which is how this mess started in the first place. Really, what the hell? Could not be that hard to pull it together y’all, I’m offended now too and a lot of my time has been wasted for nothing. The MOST ANNOYING experience I have had with any business in a long time.
I visit Massage Sway when Im in Austin on the weekends. It really is like a mini vacation every time! Massage Sway offers a relaxing atmosphere, great customer service and an even better massage! I usually get the deep tissue massage from Amber which is ideal to alleviate sore muscles from strenuous workouts. I recommend signing up for a membership! Gabi, Rei Leigh, Claire and Ashley will make you feel right at home!
My previous 3 massages were in the Bellagio, the Waldorf Astoria Maui, and Viva Day Spa in the domain -- and the quality of the massage itself was the best here. The waiting room experience is all you really need and more than I would expect for the price, but the therapists themselves are fantastic.
I have seen Amber Boatwright twice now when Ive had pretty significant pain. I will not see anyone else! She has helped me tremendously and I have the most relaxing experience. You can tell she knows what she is doing, takes her time and is focusing on areas that need attention. I recently got a Hydrafacial at Massage Sway and it exceeded all my expectations! My esthetician, Madison was simply amazing... not only did she give one of the best facials I have ever had, but I pretty much got a mini massage with it as well! What a deal! I have extremely sensitive skin but the hydrafacial left my skin glowing! When I got home even my husband complimented how great my skin looked! After that, I knew this would be a monthly skin care routine for me!
I had a deep tissue muscle massage with a hot stone therapy last Saturday. I have suffered some lower back pain recently from sport activity and Juan is a very professional therapist that helped me ease my muscle pain and the tightness of other muscle groups. I felt a lot better and relaxed after the massage. The hot stone therapy is high recommended as well!The front desk staff is very friendly and the place is full of relaxing atmosphere.
My experience at massage sway was wonderful, I had high hopes and all of my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I got the hydrafacial and it did wonders for my skin. The Esti was very thorough and explained a skincare regimen that would work perfectly for me. Afterwards, I went straight into my massage. The massage therapist tended to my specific needs and requests while letting me just relax and enjoy myself. I would highly recommend Sway to anyone looking for that perfect spa getaway experience.
Immediately after receiving a facial a few weeks ago from Gaylynn through a promotional Groupon, I experienced abrasions to the corner of my lips which have transformed into cold sores around my mouth that have been getting progressively worse. The realization that I received exposure to this from my session has been incredibly disappointing, as I have had no history of this ever before prior to my facial. The staff were very friendly, but the end result for me has been disastrous, and I cannot recommend this locations facials.Edit: After being contacted by the manager, it was apparent that my condition was not a concern to them. They refused to accept any level of accountability and lacked sincerity. They also didnt seem to address the fact that I was appointed a different esthetician than the one that had specifically been requested. Having implemented strict protocols to sanitize, avoid social contact, and always wear masks in public over the last four months, I can confidently say that this was where my exposure came from. I am not one to leave scathing or negative reviews, but this is being left to present full transparency of my experience to others.
Got lured into going to The Domain for an afternoon with my girlfriend. Shopping is not my idea of fun! But thought if I could get a massage then I would be a buy-in. Fortunately she found Massage Sway and scheduled a 90 minute massage for me. Me being the skeptic, its new, it wont be any good! BUT, it was AMAZING! The spa is really nice, new and the massage tables were very comfortable. I will be back and next time my girlfriend lures me to go shopping, I will just have to treat myself to a massage. I have gone to Massage Sway a couple of times, and every time I go, I have a fantastic experience. The staff is attentive to every customer and the technicians are willing to answer any questions you have.The services I have done are the hydrafacial and I received a complimentary back facial. Regarding the hydrafacial, you see instant results and your skin feels so amazing. It is honestly the best type of facial you will ever have!!! For the back facial, you do have a little bit of redness and irritated skin afterwards, but the technicians really focus on getting as many blackheads out and making your back clear! For me, the redness when after a couple of hours.
Ive had massages at many different places around Austin, but this place is by FAR my favorite! My husband bought me a membership for Mothers Day, so Ive been going once per month since May. I have been absolutely blown away by the excellent service at Massage Sway! Everyone has been very professional and exceedingly courteous, but my favorite person there is my masseuse, Nathaly Peralta! SHE IS AMAZING!! I wish I could see her every week, because I always leave feeling so relaxed, calm and ready to face my day! She has the perfect amount of pressure and is able to target really tough spots with out making me need Advil afterward, haha. Do yourself a favor and go see Nathaly - you wont be sorry!
Canceled our membership after several years. In addition to having continuing difficulty finding availability, they just canceled my wife’s appointment for a second time, saying only that they’d try to get her in another time with another person. Unacceptable. There are plenty of other spas in Austin, and we will take our business elsewhere.
Wow! I took my wife here for her Fibromyalgia pain and wasnt disappointed, she got relief for once! The space is super clean and well-designed, with staff thatll make you feel like royalty. All of their small touches make-up the perfect spot for a massage. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful massage today (50 min signature) with Maria. She was so nice and professional and I left feeling like a million bucks. The spa itself was nice and chique and the front desk was super nice.
I am a Domain resident and have been waiting for a dedicated massage place to come in. I have now been 3 times and had a great experience every time. The staff is extremely friendly and most importantly very skilled. I decided to sign up for their membership program which was a wise choice given that I have and will be going often. Try them out for sure!!
Im in love with this place - the staff is super friendly and responsive, the atmosphere is very upscale and modern, the massage therapists are very attentive to your needs, and the prices are reasonable! Absolutely incredible! Walking in you instantly feel relaxed with the beautiful decor and hot tea! The extras make the massage so memorable. I loved the warm pillow on my back, warm neck pillow and the super, soft sheets. Forever my go-to massage place! 5 Stars, A++

Hands down best salon in Austin. The waiting room is so cozy, the decor is beautifully designed, and all three times have been heavenly. Teagan gave the best facial was extremely knowledgeable, in her field. I highly recommend visiting this salon, to everyone!
I have been a member for about 4 months now and have only positive things to say about Massage Sway. The staff is always friendly and polite, and the interior is comfortable and relaxing. Every massage I have gotten has been excellent as well. Highly recommended.
I originally rated the spa a 1 per they cancelled on me lasr minute for an appt scheduled 3 weeks prior. I decided to give them a second chance as they comped the facial and I sincerely regret going. The estetician left product on my face so I left with dried face mask around the lining of my forehead and around my ears. I just feel that the quality and level service given was based on the color of my skin which is beyond disappointing. I was even told the amount I was expected to tip........ummmm ok. Definitely not for me or any other person of color. I will stick with Viva day spa which focuses on customer service and satisfaction. The massages were great, both times and both girls. They met or exceeded the expectations one would have for a place that looks like this one.so why the 1 star? because i was gifted a hundred dollar certificate to use there. when it finished they said if you get the membership, this massage is just $65 and the rest of the money can go toward the next massage. I thought, cool, ill be happy to pay $30 for another massage here. and so i got the membership, planning to cancel after the next massage.however, the month rolled around and my credit card was charged for the entire massage. I come in to get it and say i should still have $35 or so on the account. they said thats not possible, we dont even do that. money never holds over to the next month. so that money was pocketed and i felt a little cheated and with no remorse.and the other half of this review is that i called to cancel the membership before being charged again, and they said i have to come in to sign a piece of paper to cancel. they cant do it over the phone. I had to drive from 40 minutes away to walk in, sign a paper, and leave, to avoid being charged the next day.so theres that. take a free massage from them if its offered, but as a conscientious consumer, dont make any deals with them on the membership.nice place, lousy business practices.
I liked the atmosphere and found my therapist to be friendly and skilled. The only thing I didnt like was when I went to check out the receptionist just asked how much of a tip would you like to leave on your card? and presented me with a suggested form. It seems they dont want to leave it for you to write in on your own. Tipping is supposed to be optional. If it isnt then just raise your prices by 15% and dont try and shame someone into tipping. On principle I almost refused to leave a tip but that wouldnt have been fair to the therapist who I did appreciate and was happy to tip.
My girlfriend and I visited massage sway on valentines day. It was the perfect place to start off our romantic day. We were given chocolate covered strawberries and champagne before enjoying a relaxing, beneficial couples massage. We thank the staff at massage sway for being so polite and accommodating and recommend everyone to visit them for one of their services.
I had a volcanic stone massage and facial. Both were amazing and I came away feeling very relaxed and refreshed! The staff is extremely nice and makes sure you have a great spa experience. I would highly recommend going here!
The best spa in all of Austin. Service is beyond amazing and the massages are something to come back for time and again. I personally had Amber as my therapist and she exceeding my expectations. Got the membership and I use it all the time.
The space is beautiful and the therapists are usually pretty good. Ive been a member for over a year and find the online booking experience to be incredibly frustrating. Every time I book an appointment, I receive a call that the appointment is not available due to room space, etc. I will be cancelling my membership this month due to the booking challenges.
So I really wanted to like this place. My first two experiences were great and I love the waiting area and atmosphere. You really feel like youre in a spa and its very relaxing. However, my third trip was less than satisfying. I booked a Member Hydrafacial (thats what its called on the appointment booker) because after reading the description, it sounded like a good type of facial. The actual facial was great. But when I go to pay, Im told I still owe $85 because the price of the Hydrafacial is $150 for members. It does not say that ANYWHERE when booking an appointment. Sure, it may say it on the actual website, but I didnt look at the actual website - I just went straight to book an appointment, which is a separate site altogether (I dont think that is unheard of. I knew what I wanted so didnt waste time browsing their website). I NEVER would have booked a facial that was going to cost me $150 total. My membership to Massage Sway was a birthday gift, so of course I was extremely upset when I still owed $85 for my birthday. I spoke to the manager on the phone and expressed my frustration since the online appointment booker shows no prices and even says Member - Hydrafacial... of course I read that and think that its included in the membership credit. Thankfully she was able to lower the amount I owed to $34, but still. None of this was my fault and yet I still got punished by owing more than what my credit was worth. I was hoping to continue my membership, but I think Ill be cancelling because this was just absurd.***Update: Shortly after posting my 3-star review, the manager contacted me and offered to refund me for the issue I had. Very appreciative of this and shows how a business should be run! Thanks for reaching and making things right. Changing to my rating to 5 stars now.
Due to covid and wearing masks my skin has taken a serious toll. I called and booked an appointment with Misty for the 50 minute signature sway facial, and she was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even suggested and long term skin care to help continue to control and reduce my acne. Already pre booked my next appointment! Can’t wait to come back!
Ive been a member since 2016. This place used to run a lot better. Over the past year Ive run into a number of scheduling mishaps from the wrong therapist/esthetician. A lot of my favorite staff members have left recently so service quality is a bit hit or miss.
I had an amazing super relaxing massage with Regina! The whole place is great. Beautiful calm atmosphere. I had a complementary glass of wine before my massage so that was nice! Looking forward to my next visit!
I specifically asked not to be touched bellow my waist, both in person and in two places on my intake form....what did I get... a PTSD response to having my massage therapist pull back the sheets and begin to massage bellow my waist.Any relaxation experienced up to that point was gone and so was the trust. I do not get massages for relaxation but pain management specifically, after I asked the therapist to stop and return to only my upper body it was clear he was frustrated and the remainder of the massge was a waste of both our time. I would NOT recommend paying more for less at this place. My massage was 199.00 plus gratuity and the only thing I really got was nightmares from the PTSD trigger during the massage. I will not be returning to this business and will not recomend this place to any friends or family. Peruse the internet for a better price and service, there are plenty of swanky massage places that offer better massages and add on services.
I had my first Hydrafacial here with Tegan and it was such a great experience!!! She’s so nice and amazing. Also recommended some products after my facial and instantly I noticed how much my skin really cleared up! I can’t wait for my next visit!!
This place is amazing!!!I live down south but make the drive because of how great the service is!! They have very friendly staff and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I joined their Sway Club and look forward to these massages every month!Regan gives the best massages!
I wish I could post pictures. I went in last night for “The Perfect Day Away” and it’s a pretty location. Nice staff up front.Why I’m leaving one star is because I can’t even touch my face, it’s in so much pain. I have lesions covering my face and I told the esthetician several times I have very sensitive skin. I am so embarrassed I feel like crying, my skin looks terrible. It was pretty clear before as I have a strict skincare regimen. I don’t even wear makeup. Now I look AWFUL and I know I’m going to have scars.Beware of this place if you have sensitive skin.
I have previous experience working in this industry and I can honestly say my massage and facial at Massage Sway is one of the best experiences ive had...I believe my therapists name was Katie both times that I was there and she knew exactly what to do to relive the tension. I also live in the Domain so ive been there several times. Im thinking about joining their Sway Club Its very convenient and on the main road in the Domain. Im also a big skinceuticals junkie and they use that in all of their facials which is a perk!
Ive been going to massage sway for a little over 6 months now. The facility is beautiful and so clean. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I have always been very happy never disappointed. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member of mine.
Went to this place 3 times. All 3 times receptionists were unattentive and it seemed as if my presence was an annoyance to them. Therapists were underwhelming - ended up feeling worse afterwards and tried both the Signature and Deep Tissue work. For the pricepoint, the service is not worth it. Nice place and great aesthetic though if you’re into that.
Exceptional spa! A very luxurious experience. Lovely ladies kindly helped me check in and out. Juan gave the most relaxing massage! And the whole environment was so soothing and beautiful. I will be bringing all my girlfriends here!

I go to Sway for monthly massages and everything about the experience each month is great. The staff is exceptional and can work with you to fix trouble spots. Each time I go in, I get exactly what I expect and always leave refreshed.
This was amazing! I have really needed this for a long time. I will do this again soon. My therapist Aida was great. She asked me questions so she knew exactly what I was looking for. The ambiance is very relaxing , and everyone was very nice. Come in soon and treat yourself. You will be so glad you did.
I received a 50 minute signature sway facial from Misty and she was awesome! She is very knowledgeable on your skins individual needs. I will definitely book with her again!
Not pregnancy friendly. My experience was about 2 months ago but Im still very upset about it. I booked an 80min. massage with an additional service of a foot scrub. Upon entering the establishment (it is beautiful and I love the atmosphere), I was offered a glass of wine, this is a nice gesture and pre-pregnancy, I ALWAYS accepted wine before massages, facials or nail appointments, however, I thanked the lady and said if I wasnt pregnant, Id love a glass. She then responded by, you are pregnant? We didnt know this, we will have to change your appointment. All of a sudden, I was thinking why?. So, she leaves and comes back with a form for me to fill out my information, including how far along in my pregnancy I am. My appt is then changed to a 50min. pre-natal and my foot scrub appt is taken away completely. At that time, I was confused because I immediately went onto their website where they offered pre-natal up to 110 min. when I confronted the lady with this information, she apologized and said they needed to change that on their website as they have a new manager now and the pre-natals would no longer be able to go past 50min. I didnt let the foot scrub being taken away or my massage appt. being shortened alter my expectations of the actual experience. I was looking forward to the warm towels I heard about that come with every service and the soothing herbal face masks. To my dismay, these standard luxuries were also taken away from me because I was pregnant. The massage itself was amazing, my massage therapist was top notch (hence the 2 stars for my overall experience, the therapist deserved 5 stars). At the end of my massage, I paid the same price as everyone else does who gets to enjoy the warm towels and herbal face mask, yet I was stripped of those services because of my pregnancy. I sent an e-mail to Massage Sway, letting them know all of this. They replied back to me and explained that miscarriages could happen because of foot scrubs, longer massages, warm towels, etc.. They were nice and gracious in their response and apologetic for not updating the website since new management had changed these procedures (the website is now updated to reflect these changes, though they still have not stated on their website that pregnant women cannot get a foot scrub service, or that they will not get the warm towels and herbal face treatments on their massages). I have spoken with my Dr.s and other Drs who were confused by their statements. Massages are healthy for pregnant women, and even women in their 9 months of pregnancy get foot scrubs and warm towel leg services (I was only a couple months pregnant at the time of my visit). This is the first time in my life that I have felt discriminated against, as in not being able to receive the same treatment as everyone else, simply because of my condition - pregnancy. I have heard that this is a new policy under new management, and as the website reflected back then, they used to be pregnancy friendly. I recommend Milk and Honey Spa for their 120min. pre-natal massages and foot scrubs, they accommodate pregnant women with the same services as non-pregnant women, as most other spas do. I hope that Massage Sway will either change back to how they were before the new management, or I hope they will list the services that pregnant women can NOT book, such as a foot scrub, on their website.
Asked for a deep tissue/trigger point massage - what can I say, I like it rough when it comes to massages. I swear, when I walked out, I felt several inches taller. The therapist reported that I had very few issues requiring trigger point massage, so he helped to stretch out my neck and back. Will definitely be back again!
Regina gave me a wonderful Swedish Massage today! She is such a caring person, very knowledgable and passionate about what she does. I definitely plan to come back to see her.
Totally loving the experience. Once you enter it feels so good. I was scared a bit but the lady did it very well. She explained everything briefly to me while doing the facial. I bought it from Groupon and it really worked well. I recommend everyone to try this luxury experience. Will definitely go again!
My fiancé and I received a gift certificate for a couples massage as a gift from my employer. It was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Everything about this place is relaxing.... from the warm check in by the front staff to the actual service. It was just perfect! I cant wait to come back!

As soon as you walk In the door you feel immediately relaxed. As you are waiting to go back they put you in this room with the lights dim, aroma of essential oils, and your choice of drink. I could have stayed forever! They also have the friendliest staff.

Well, I hate writing bad reviews but I had a horrible experience with the hiring manager named Nikki Duffie over the phone. Not only am I someone who was applying to a job but I am a long time customer! I had called and asked for information in regards to a part time and full time position. She stated that the job posting was closed which wasnt shown on indeed or glassdoor. I applied through the massage sway website and before I submitted it I called your receptionist and the lady said to submit it to Nikki. Maybe you should make it clear as to where to direct people to because theres a break in yalls communication. However, she cut me off and wouldnt allow me to ask my question. She completely shut it down and thats unacceptable. You definitely lost a customer on that note!
I recently went and visited Tegan for a HydraFacial, she never fails to make everything comfortable and relaxing. I informed her about my problem areas and she made sure to target those needs and help direct me through aftercare to keep up with these issues! Highly recommend Tegan for all facial needs ! Not to mention the vibe throughout the whole spa is amazing.
I go here every month and it’s worth it. Tegan is amazing for deep cleansing facial. She understands your skin and is the best. I feel very relaxing after the facial.
Horrible experience, over priced and would not get another massge here if it was free...also no one likes to have products pushed on them. I wouldnt trust a massge place to do anything to my face or skin in the way of microderm abrasion...leave this to a professional it is not a day spa procedure, when it goes wrong you will know why. Add on purchases being recommended to rack up your bill is also not appreciated. Not at all the feel of austin but the plastic California gentrification creeping its way into our fine city.
Edited Feb 2020: I had to drop a star. I recommend that you go for the facials (5⭐ for Teegan!). I have had a few massages here and they have all been less than stellar. I dont have the time, energy or money to keep trying to find a good fit in this area.

I want to make aware to all of minorites, African American , to please do not spend your money or even buy a groupon. Sadly to say I worked for this employer and wspecificallyas discriminated by the owner , I had 2 interviews to earn the position. The two managers were great and genuine women .. they sent me my schedule a week in advance from accepting the position . Everything was fine, I was hired while the owner was on vacation, her first day back and my first day working I met her and again everything was fine. I then received a call the next day in the afternoon from the owner that she is sorry but she think the managers hired too many people was what she exactly said ,and since I was new (1 day new..but had the job offer over a week before ) I had to be the one they cut . I have never felt this way in Austin and I hated to label it ..but it was sure as day discrimination . Everything I have stated is the honest truth. We can not let businesses like this fester they are part of the problem!!
Went here for an 80 minute couples massage. They have a very relaxing environment and lots of add ons (like hot stones or a scalp massage). Also noticed you can get a membership which reduces fees by ~50%.

I went there the day after the owner was so kind enough to promote a very underrated massage spa experience. I went to other nearby ones and have to say I will keep coming back to Massage Sway as my budget and time allows each month.
I jus received a great facial done by Michelle. She was very attentive and customized it to meet my needs. I also got a massage, it was relaxing. I plan on returning.

Very relaxing and soothing. My favorite place to get a massage. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is just perfect. The parking is not ideal and the prices are on the higher end. Overall still a great place.
