Heather was PHENOMENAL! I had my very 1st facial here and she made it worth while. I had a few minor hiccups trying to schedule my facial with Class Pass, and I was supposed to have my facial back in March, but with some inconvenience, the manager, John was able to accommodate me and get me an hour facial. It was so worth the wait. Will definitely be coming back!!

I am pleasantly impressed and satisfied with Spavia and Bobbie my massage therapist. Great service. Recommend the membership. Make Spavia a part of your wellness routine not just a pampering treat. I fully understand going to 5 Star hotel and getting the business but if you live in the area, it’s a slice of the good life at a very affordable price and worth every single penny mate. 9 1/2 out of 10. The only thing missing was champagne 😉

Based on recommendations, I visitedGood service and customer care, everything was detailed and to the point.The place is bit pricey but is worth the money.Best choice for the birthday or the anniversary gift. Loved the facial and the massage. Suggest to try the entry pack and you would surely like the experience

Went for the first time here for a 60min signature massage. Overall good experience, from setting up the appointment, getting there and the spa itself. Spa has nice locker rooms, shower and waiting room with hot tea. Everything was clean and nice. Massage itself was great and definitely will come back here.

Ive been a member here for YEARS. Ive generally enjoyed it until recently. They are under new management and its been horrible service. I call and leave messages, no one ever returns my calls. My last massage was shorted 15 minutes! So I decided to cancel my membership. I was told I needed to come in and sign papers in person. So I did. And guess what? They are still charging my card! What a joke. Stay far far away! Do NOT become a member here.

Faith was amazing and attentive to my massage needs. As she was massaging me, I couldnt help but notice just how knowledgeable she was by just how she positioned her hands or elbows to give just the perfect amount of pressure. Was also very kind. Thank you Faith.

I had a really great experience here. Angel did a great job with my massage. This was a very relaxing experience from the vibes in the massage room to the tea right after on my way out. 4 stars because the two 60 minute massages we paid for were not 60 minutes more like 45-50.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. After being a loyal customer for several years I realized my account was being charged for a larger amount than what was agreed upon for the auto draft each month. I had gone in person to address the issue and was assured it would be fixed. It wasn’t. I was also starting to realize that all of the employees were quitting. My massage therapists one by one quit. The front desk person was different every time. Clearly not a great place to work or for clients that like to see the same therapist each time. I canceled my membership and continued to be charged for my membership each month for 3 months. Calling over and over again and each time no one getting back to me as promised. Finally, I got a manager to email me. It was a battle to get that reimbursement even though I went through the proper steps. Beware that this business is a sinking ship and has zero customer service. John the latest manager to come along refused to reimburse me for the over charges they drafted for 11 months. He couldn’t be bothered to return my calls. He hid behind his computer and simply said no he would not honor my request and that the contract I signed didn’t matter. Do yourself a favor and avoid a major headache by going to a different spa.

Went in for a couples massage for my birthday. It was a HORRIBLE experience, massage oil was stone cold, room was freezing. The massage therapist clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She kept pushing down on the places she should have been massaging. She kept using her nails during the massage and was continuously digging into my skin. I should have walked out half way through. Terrible job, there wasnt any relaxation or soothing massage motions. She would use her nails then just stop and stand there. I shouldn’t have to continuously ask to stop pushing so hard. There was nothing relaxing about this place. I would really like the owner to please contact me.

Booked a facial with Heather and I was definitely impressed. Fantastic experience. She told me what products she was using every step and what benefit it has for the skin. Will definitely request Heather for all my facials.

Went in for a couples massage I bought off Groupon for our 35th Anniversary to surprise my hubby. Jewel & Keith were both amazing. I had Jewel, and she melted away all the tension and knots I had in my neck and shoulders, and my hubby said that he loved having his hands worked on since he’s a guitar player. We both left feeling simply amazing and floated the rest of our day away. We will be back. I highly recommend! The whole atmosphere from front desk to dressing room to massages was on point!

TLDR: I waited over 2 hours for an appointment, was given at least 4 different excuse and in the end, was told they couldnt fit me in at all. I was charged for the appointment and had to reschedule for a different day.--I booked a couples massage for my husbands birthday. We came in early, waited for the front desk to serve other couples, and then once checked in waited another 30 minutes only for the front desk to tell us that they had a no show and wouldnt be able to do a couples massage, but needed to do it back-to-back. So Id have to wait another hour, and then my husband would need to wait an hour after me.After some back and forth with the front desk, she said -- oh actually the masseuse had the wrong time and we have someone coming in 20 minutes. With that, after another 40 minute wait, I asked the front desk, what the deal was and she said shed get back to me. After another 20 minutes and a whole set of 5 ADDITIONAL people coming in, and who all got pulled back by their masseuse, the front desk, said that the masseuse who came in, actually, got claimed by class pass and so she couldnt fit me in at ALL during the day.Honestly, it was such a mess and the excuses changed every time I went to visit the front desk that I feel like I was being lied to and taking the hit for the mess of scheduling that was happening up front.I spent over two hours waiting for NOTHING, no service, anything! and she couldnt even offer me a refund because I bought a package off of Groupon. We drove from South Austin which was already the longest drive to get to Spavia.In the end, I rescheduled my appointment since I was already charged for the service and will come back with an update on whether or not Ill recommend Spavia for their actual massage, bc Id give their customer service zero stars.

Manny is a fabulous massage therapist. I’ve been getting massages for 4 decades and he’s definitely in the top 5% of therapists I’ve used.He’s skilled, relaxed, knowledgeable and (important for me) stays quiet. I fall asleep every time he gives me a massage. There’s a reason he’s often booked.

Very disappointed— I get migraines and would go for two back to back oil scalp treatments to help alleviate them. Evidently they have change policy and only allow you to use that service as an “add-on”. Very frustrating how a business decides to dictating how clients can receive their services for their specific and individualized body/health needs that they pay for.

I’ve been really trying to give this place a chance as I love the ambiance and quality of services I’ve received. I was looking to sign up for a membership but I’ve ran into way too many booking issues to move forward. For the 3 services I’ve had, there’s been 9 cancellations/reschedules for various reasons. I understand the occasional emergency comes up but so far there’s been a variety of system booking issues or aesthetician needing to cancel or no longer working there. The amount of cancellations I’ve had has made it extremely difficult to have a reliable service and I have no confidence when booking an apt here that it will happen.

Joe asked me what parts of the body he should definitely address. He also questioned my preference in the smell of the oil he was to use. I’m 73 yrs. of age and I’ve had many massage all over the USA this message was one of my best. Thank you Joe..

Joe is fantastic!! He gives the best full body massage-head to foot. My back and neck were really hurting and now my entire body is relaxed and pain-free. If you have an opportunity to book an appointment with Joe, do it. Your body will thank you. He’s a genius!!

We booked for 80 minutes couple massage and only got a little over 60 minutes. I told the front desk and they didn’t offer anythjng, still charged us the full price. Massage therapists we had were mediocre.

This is the only place I go for massage and facials. Every masseuse they have is amazing. Today I had Nathan and I feel like a new woman. I enjoy the relaxation room with the quiet music and neck wraps and tea. Thank you for a lovely relaxing experience every time! I smell like a peach!Edit: I got a facial with Nancy today and it was so relaxing! She was caring and kind and gentle and I never wanted it to end. Spavia is truly the perfect spot for relaxation and serenity. The mens side was very clean. The locker was already prepared for me and had my robe and sandals ready for my use. The receptionist was very attentive and gave boyh me and my gf drinks. I recommend the blueberry lavender tea. It was awesome! When the couples massage started, I was nervous because I had never gotten a massage before. Nathan, my massage therapist, knew exactly what he was doing. He told me that i didnt have to move or anything. To just lay there and relax. And i did exactly that haha. Nathan gave me a full body massage with highlights on my neck, back, and shoulders. The massage was freaking amazing. I fell asleep multiple times. He hit all the right spots with the perfect amount of pressure. I left that room in a daze. Never before had it felt so loose and at ease. Nathan was the perfect person to walk me through my massage. He was fantastic and when I got back to spavia, I will be requesting him. He was courteous and professional. Spavia is the place to go if you wanna get away from life for awhile.

Faith was my massage specialist and to ensure that I had an amazing experience, she asked me the right probing questions about my needs for the session. I opted for a deep tissue massage that focused on some old injuries and scar tissue. I give Faith 5 stars. I was visiting from Pittsburgh,PA , but will be back at Spavia Day Spa the next time I am in Austin.

I received a massage as a present from my husband and called to schedule.From scheduling to the end of my massage, everything was great.The receptionist is extremely courteous and attentive. The process to register is very easy.Keith was the person who I had and everything I asked for as far as preferences for massage was accommodated.The place is very beautiful, pleasant and comfortable. I had a great experience.

Manager, JOHN, is the worst customer service i’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing.he messed up 3 appointment that were made months in advance. promise “custom gift baskets” that were chapstick and expired samples.i have never in my life been so disappointed with a business

Wonderful massage this afternoon with Faith! I loved her firm but gentle massage and the warm stones on my back and muscles as an extra help to relax the sore spots, was sublime. I feel so much better!

I purchased a Valentine’s Day gift card for $250 (with “free signature facial”) from their website through a vendor called “MyHownd”. My first pass was unsuccessful, as front office staff were unaware of this. I shrugged this off after spending $300+ on a facial for myself and a friend, thinking I would get to use this later. I then booked a couples massage for my husband and myself, confirming with staff I would be able to use the gift card. The day of our appointment, I was emailed/texted that there were “building issues” and the appointment was cancelled. Of course, I assumed both were cancelled, but then received a call on behalf of my husband asking why he didn’t show up. This issue was cleared up entirely at that time, but communication between front office staff and management were clearly disjointed. I rebooked our couples massage with the hope of using my $250 gift card. I received multiple text and email messages confirming the date and time. Showed up today to find that only MY appointment was confirmed (not a couples massage). This was quickly resolved and we were both brought back in a timely manner and received great service, only to be told “the system was down” at check out and waited 15 minutes after providing my gift card code. We were then told we were “free to go”. Three hours later, I saw the charge on my credit card for the full price of the service. Had a quick call to the location and was kindly told there was a mistake and I will be refunded. This is yet to happen, of course. I say all this to warn of the poor management of this place. The front office staff are overwhelmed by technical issues and poor communication. The team actually providing the services are great, but unaware and not in control of the goings-on of the business. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am taken aback by the poor management. I’m supposed to have a free facial with my $250 gift card, but am hesitant to book it given how disjointed the booking process has been in addition to front office staff not being aware of the inner workings of the offers/gift cards that are purchased through the Spavia Burnet website. Please beware of the general operations of this place. Again, front office staff and specialized workers are great. Management is a huge negative and it shows.

Bree is my go-to massage therapist. I’ve been rotating spas for years trying to find the best massage therapist and I found her! I’ve been going to her for over 2 years now. She is very knowledgeable and constantly educating herself. I love her bedside manner and stretch recommendations. I highly recommend her.

Completely ruined this Mother’s Day. We had booked a couple’s massage weeks in advance and now, 3 hours before our appointment we are being told we have to reschedule because an employee bailed on their shift.Made no effort to find a replacement, just called us and said “sorry, reschedule or only one of you can come in”They have zero consideration for their customers. Do not book here, especially if you need a dependable service for special occasions.

Nancy did an amazing job with my facial. She was informative and made sure my questions were answered. Would definitely use her again for these services.

As a member of Spavia for several years, I recommend them highly. Pleasant staff, calming atmosphere, and excellent massage therapists. (Keith is especially good, but I have never had a bad treatment). I’ve also had terrific facials there as well.

I chose the facial premium package at your recommendation and bought the 3 months package for $139/ month , which gives a $30/- discount / month .It lists premium services for 80 minutes on your brochure and I received only 60 minutes … this is misleading on your brochure and it needs to be corrected ! I will not get the premium facial anymore as it did not feel much different from a regular facial !

The massages and staff are excellent here. Unfortunately, I would advise anyone looking at their memberships to be very careful about signing up. They dont make it very easy to cancel. You have to reach out by phone or email, fill out a very random form, and then if you dont cancel 30 days before your next billing cycle, youre SOL and you will have to owe one more payment. Im sure its somewhere in the fine print but very sneaky to customers.

Tried to call multiple times and left messages to schedule an appointment. There were appointments online but for some reason the website was glitching. By time I finally got ahold of someone (after 3 days of trying) the appointments were booked up. Just think they could work on their customer service a little more.

I’ve been coming here for some time now. I absolutely love the place. You’re always greeted with a smile and warmth. Establishment is always clean and smells good. Absolutely love the mints and there scented candles. Happy candles(wild wood) is my favorite.

Loved it. Came for a couples massage and had a cozy, relaxing experience. We arrived at 10am, when they open, and it was early enough that we got the amenities all to ourselves. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. We got yummy robes, hot hibiscus tea, and warm compresses for our necks while we waited. Definitely recommend going early before it gets crowded. Miguel and Manny gave SPECTACULAR massages. Overall, super impressed with the experience from scheduling to leaving the spa.

I have been going to Spavia for over a year and have yet to have a bad experience or massage therapist. I am a very frugal person and have the second tier subscription because it is affordable compared to other places and a deep tissue massage is worth its weight in gold. You are able to roll over one credit with the subscription as well as let someone else use your monthly massage. Highly recommend. You cant go wrong. Elizabeth, Brynna and Manny have been amazing to my husband and I.

LOVED the ambience, the ladies in the front were amazingly sweet. Just about everything was amazing up until the massage itself. I regularly get massages so I have a certain expectation especially if I’m paying anything over $250. (Couples massage)I reserved for my man to get a deep tissue massage and that is the opposite of what he got. “Light touches” is how he defined it. On top of that, the poor girl was starving so her tummy was making noises the whole time she was massaging him. I told my lady “soft/medium”, since I wasn’t sure what medium meant to her but I also got light touches. I wouldn’t have defined that as anywhere close to soft or medium. Not sure if this place massages arms/hands or feet but I did not experience that here and it was supposed to be a full body.Overall, I would’ve loved to make this place a regular even if I am driving from Fort Cavazos, perhaps with other ladies but not willing to pay the price to find out if it could be better.

Really lovely! They have a separate lounge plus a changing area with lockers. The experience is personalized, all the way down to your preferred scent and whether or not you want to make conversation. They make you feel really special. Plus, the robes are really soft. Very relaxing experience!

My first trip to Spavia and a received the classical facial. Samantha, my esthetician, was excellent did a thorough job and made me feel like a queen. I’ll definitely return.

Date- 12/10/23I enjoyed my Birthday massage last year (12/8/22) with M-brynna. I scheduled another one for this year w/ M-brynna again. My massage was just as good as last year. Ive decided to schedule my massages annually and/ or perhaps twice a year at Spavia Day Spa w/ M-brynna. Shes Awesome! The Spa is very clean and smells wonderful. Spavia goes above and beyond to take care of their clients. I’m warmly greeted every time from the front desk to the massage table. I love the quiet serene lounge area where you can begin your spa experience in the robe and slippers they provide. You can grab a warm neck wrap and/or tea/water and relax until your massage therapist comes to get you. It make you feel like you’re in a luxurious spa getaway. Manny is my therapist and he’s the best!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was really looking forward to trying Spavia, and while the massage from Aurora was fantastic, the overall experience was less than ideal. The locker room and waiting areas are very small. There were at least 8 of us shuffling around to change and wait for services. It wasnt relaxing or quiet. The massage was great, but once I returned to the locker-room, I found a dead cockroach amongst my clothes in the locker. I question the cleanliness of the facility and wont be returning.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing retreat area. Lush robes. Brenna was great at listening what my needs and areas of focus were before starting the massage session. Tried the salt hot stone massage for detoxification. She did an amazing job! Peaceful music and delicious assortment of teas to enjoy. Thank you.

Tommy was outstanding. I had an issue with my hip and my shoulderHe worked on both with firm, comfortable pressure. I almost drifted off to sleep. It was a great session.The next morning I was up and out of bed without a pain. Fantastic.

Their massage quality have definitely gone down, I felt as if someone just touched and rubbed my skin instead of massage. I asked multiple times to apply pressure the masseuse didnt hear me. My friend also had a similar masseuse and he also didnt listen to her. It was a very strange experience in comparison to about a year ago when I used to come off to him and fantastic and relaxing.

0 stars wasnt an option. My wife and I scheduled a couples massage here. We kept having to re schedule because the therapists were not available for the assigned times despite being scheduled. We purchased this couples massage on groupon. After finally rescheduling several times they called to say they cant accept the groupon now, but we could pay the groupon price and request a refund. Groupon doenst offer refunds and will only offer groupon credits. This place is clearly run by slime balls who dont want to pay groupon for the business they bring in. Dont go to Spavia if you care about integrity.

Came here for the first time during my vacation; wanted to end it with some relaxation. Spavia and its staff are very welcoming. The waiting room was peaceful and has warm neck wraps, tea, and water while you wait.My massage was with BREE who was most excellent! She worked on the areas that are affected by my job and I walked out feeling light as a cloud!SAM did my facial. Her fingers are light as a feather. I enjoyed the arm/hand massage that came with the facial as well. She gave me product recommendations to make sure my home routine is just as great as her facial.

Wow. I am leaving feeling 40lbs lighter.i was so tense in my shoulders and neck and my massage therapist, Keith, worked his magic. Seriously one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He was very intuitive and gave me just the right amount of pressure. I got deep tissue. Also some stretching exercises to try at home. I would compare Dpavia to a much higher end spa that you might see at a resort yet its affordable. So happy i found this place. 💜

We had the couples massage it was very very nice. Very clean, very professional, very safe and it was very enjoyable. If you want to do something for your significant other I highly recommend spavia day spa for a couples retreat. And surprisingly it wasnt very expensive.

I’ve been coming to Spavia since 2018, and have never once had a negative experience. I’m pretty sure there’s another review from me somewhere on here where I talk about walking out there “walking on sunshine” lol everyone is ALWAYS so kind and genuine. I have horrible social anxiety and I have never once felt uncomfortable at Spavia. Becoming a member has been the best decision I have ever made! I recommend Spavia to everyone I know, to my clients moving to the area, and to anyone looking for world class relaxation (: See y’all in June!!

I scheduled a massage as a gift for my mom and she had a wonderful experience! She said it was very calming and Aurora did a great a job. My first time visiting, Sam gave me a facial and was so knowledgeable on giving me advice on my skincare! I highly recommend Spavia!!

I would definitely come here again and I certainly plan on it! Bree was amazing as our massage therapist and we had great facials too! Everyone was very welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxing with plenty of warm neck pillows and hot tea. We had two relax packages to celebrate my birthday. They unexpectedly gave me a birthday gift too. Would have loved if a sauna was here so we could spend more time! Wouldnt mind going back tomorrow but I will just have to wait for a few weeks until the next birthday in my familys birthday season!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. I recently had the pleasure of hosting a Spalebration for my sisters bachelorette party and all I can say about my experience was WONDERFUL. From start to finish the staff was professional, timely, HELPFUL, and went above and beyond for each and every one of us.The massages were great and the relaxation area was well kept with tea, water, and activities to relax while we waited. All of us left happy and refreshed-- exactly what we all needed after the stress of planning a wedding. If you are in town and want a fun/relaxing activity (especially in this summer heat!!) I highlyyyy recommend paying a visit to SpaVia. The pricing was great, staff was great, and overall experience was GREAT.Thank you all for making our day so special and next time Im in Austin I will be back :)

Incredible facility! I felt so safe and well taken care of.

This place has a great atmosphere. Everything is so tranquil and relaxing. They offer you a choice of a variety of teas and a heated neck wrap while waiting for your service. The tables in the rooms can be heated to your perfect temperature and they let you select what calming music you would like to listen to. The employees are top notch as well. The massage from John was one of the best I’ve had and I’m sure I’ll be back.

I love coming to Spavia. full disclosure I am a monthly member but the benefits are great.

Had an 11 am couples massage scheduled for several months. I woke up that morning with a 102 degree fever and told my parter I didn’t want to expose anyone or get them sick. She called to cancel the appointment as soon as they opened but was told we would be charged the full price because of the late notice. I can understand there being a fee charge for late notice but to take $200 from a responsible customer for nothing in return is just bad business policy. I understand the fact the employees need to be paid but I definitely will not be giving this place another chance. I am also not someone who gives bad reviews but feels like it is necessary in this situation.I don’t really understand or appreciate the disrespectful comments by the owner. If you upset 2 customers they both have a right to review.

My son purchased a 60 minute massage for my birthday via groupon I was so excited for the day. Unfortunately I had an accident that morning and wasnt able to make it. I called and emailed the business to let them know about my situation. The next day there was a charge on my credit so I called them and was told that because I didnt provide them a 24 notice I was charged. When I tried to reschedule for a different date I was told I would need to pay an additional fee. Life happens but this seems heartless.

I just had a 100 minute massage with John after one of the most stressful work weeks, and can I just say, WOW! He took such care and was so thoughtful. I feel like a whole new woman.I really love this spot. Upon arrival, take a few minutes (come early) and get your robe and sandals. Enjoy a hot neck wrap and cup of tea before your treatment. Very professional staff. Thankful for them!

Had a pretty disappointing experience here. We had a couples massage scheduled and my partner woke up the day of and tested positive for COVID, so I called to reschedule, but was told they had to still redeem the Groupon I had even though we weren’t able to go. That’s a pretty terrible policy considering the reason we can canceled was so no one else, including their staff, was exposed to COVID….

Went today to celebrate our anniversary!! I bought a Groupon to treat us to our special day, very reasonably priced, staff was very professional and helpful when it came to scheduling our appointment! I LOVED our couples massage, the staff did a fantastic job!! Definitely one of the best massages Ive ever had! The staff genuinely seems to care for our well-being. I would definitely go back without hesitation! They offer other services as well, I would definitely recommend!!

I love this spa so much, it is my go-to! Always excellent guest service. Great amenities, I love the warm neck wraps! The therapists are always great as well, I’ve never been dissatisfied with a massage here. You can also choose your music and lotion scent which makes things very personable! It’s very affordable compared to some of the other spas in the areas. Highly recommend!

The lockers were 💯 omg n you get the softest robe everrrr with sandals in your size even! Let me start by saying the best massage Ive ever had was here. My massage therapist could sense areas where I held onto stress and encouraged me to breathe and relax throughout the session. However, based on how the reception and staff treated us, it felt like their customer service and hospitality left a lot to be desired. I felt less like I was personally being cared for, instead more like a walking dollar sign.

I went into Spavia the other day to get some information. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and fresh smelling the Spa was. I immediately had a good feeling. After discussing the different services, I decided to schedule an 80 minute massage.When I went in today for my appointment, I was greeted by name by Carole. She was very nice and helpful. We visited for a few minutes until it was time for my experience to begin.Jen took me into the mens relaxation area and explained everything about the amenities. I relaxed for a while intil Jen took me to get my massage. She asked me some questions about areas of need and other questions before she started. When my massage was done, I was completely relaxed and refreshed. I was so happy I signed my wife and myself to get monthly services. I suggest you do the same if you are looking for a great Spa experience for a reasonable price.

Disappointed in the flexibility. My wife was looking forward to this place as a gift. But she got sick the morning of her appointment. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which I understand. I was just hoping for some flexibility since it was unforeseen event. Plus we called and left a message before the appointment and no one called us back until after the scheduled time. We were still charged. We won’t worry about rescheduling if that’s the kind of service to expect.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend and decided to do a couples massage. This was our first massage ever. Lexi and Nathan were Awesome! This place is so beautifully decorated and the vibe is so relaxing. This was honestly a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend 100%

Growing up in normal Texas it’s kinda weird for guys to get massages, but my girlfriend got me one for a Christmas present this year because my back has had some real issues lately. John did a great job, was super professional and I can feel so much stress lifted off my shoulders. It’s a very calming atmosphere and I will be back, I never thought I’d enjoy it as much as I did and it was a great experience overall

This spa is amazing!!!! I had decided to spoil myself and have a pampering day. I picked the perfect place for it.The energy is so calming and relaxing from the Himalayan salt lamps and waterfall sounds in the retreat room. Robin was awesome at doing my facial. This was a first time having one Robin explained the process to me and was knowledgeable with any questions I had. I felt so rejuvenated and beautiful when she was done. I also had my eyebrows waxed no pain and let me tell you they look phenomenal. Great conversation also through out my treatment. Then I went on to have a massage with Kathleen. She was great her pressure was just perfect. I was so relaxed it was hard not to fall asleep during the massage. A day here is something EVERY ONE deserves. I will definitely be back. I always get a great massage at spavia. I love the little touches like the warm neck wraps and the selection of teas. This place is both affordable and luxurious. And there are never any high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell you at the last minute.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Spavia. My five star rating goes out to Michael. He was professional, considerate and informative. The massage was one of the best Ive ever received. I get tension headaches and suffer intermittent back aches-- after a long flight, working with Michael was exactly what I needed. I wish I could afford to fly down monthly to see him!The Womens retreat was a very relaxing place to gather myself both before and after my service. The space is clean and tidy (although I couldve done without the gift card advertisements in the ladies retreat). I loved their selection of product, and wish the coordinator couldve told me more about the selection as many of the brands they carry are unique to their location. I was STOKED they carried Jane Iredale as her product line is super hard to find! If I didnt live out of town, I wouldve signed up for membership in a heartbeat as I think the value, customer service, and expertise are well worth it. With a membership you get a discounted monthly service (massage, facial or body treatment!) as well as membership pricing on products! I cant wait to visit them again when back in Austin. If you want high end luxury at real world prices, I highly, highly recommend :-)

Wow. My wife bought the membership at Spavia and I can see why she thought it was worth it. I had a facial with Ashley and a massage with Michael. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I felt welcomed, taken care of, and relaxed. My massage had me feeling like I was floating when it was over...Michael has healing hands, and his wonderful energy is felt even after you leave. Very kind people. :)

I had such a great experience coming here for the first time! Very upscale spa at great prices, the front desk manager Kaila was very kind and my masseuse Kathleen was amazing. Was extremely disappointed in our massages. Was expecting a deep tissue. Told them where my problem areas were and they didn’t even do my feet. It was better than nothing but still left very disappointed. Especially for the price.

Wish I was by myself in the relaxing room but it is what it is! I am very sensitive to energy and others energy....being forced to wait in a small room with others and not having enough setting is not tasteful! Not enough neck heat packs too! I did enjoy the coloring books. Of course my massage was wonderful! My facial was amazing relaxing and healing too!

I went for a massage with my mask on as a safe guard for both myself and the staff. Upon entering I felt better seeing that the staff was taking the proper precautions as well by wearing masks and sanitizing the spa facilities. I was able to relax and enjoy the body work knowing that everyone was doing their part to assure a safe environment. Genevee applied the perfect pressure since I tend to tense up with deep kneading. She checked in with me to make sure I was feeling okay and that she was applying the “just right” pressure. Can’t wait to get back there.

Great place and affordable! However, the reason for only 4 stars is that the retreat room is fairly small and only offers a diffuser filled with essential oils and some music. I wish there was more offered since it is advertised as a retreat room. Other than that, its super affordable, the staff is very professional and friendly, and they are still offering couples massages during covid.

My partner and I loved this place! The Spavia team were sweet and welcoming and the relaxing waiting area was nice. The spa is clean and serene, we liked our therapists and the massages, however, I wish they had the option to use oil instead of lotion. :)

Small relaxation room is available while waiting, or after massage (no sauna, etc.). Would definitely recommend for regular facial appointments; Ill be going back for a massage. First time guests receive $30 off their service, which I really appreciated!

This place is that sweet spot between luxury and bare bones. I go once a month (have a membership). Great attentive front office staff and very good masseuses. Feels clean and calm.

However, I found the actual service itself to be somewhat disappointing.I bought a Groupon for their signature massage and their signature facial. I was provided with a robe and sandals upon my arrival. My masseuse was about 10 min late, which would have been fine if I still got my full 60 minute massage, but she cut that short as well. Overall, it was less than a 50 min massage. Also, while I asked for a “lighter pressure” massage as I did not want a deep tissue massage, it felt like she spent more time applying lotion to my body than anything else. I was not satisfied with my signature massage.Then, I was brought back for my signature facial. My aesthetician applied several masks and lotions and performed extractions. She explained the entire process to me. I was even given a complimentary lip treatment. I definitely enjoyed my facial a lot more.

I have been going to this places for a few months. It used to be so great initially but slowly the quality just kept dropping.The staff keeps changing and very inexperienced professionals without proper training may be?Front desk doesnt answer phones and always short staffed.However, the owner is very respectful and heard all the feedback I have for the place and the staff. She tried to make it up for the bad experience we had but I guess I am not going back there again, unless they fix staffing and maintenance issues.One tip, I would give is do not go with any new staff, look into the past reviews and request the one based on reviews or word of mouth.

I was very skeptical about going to get individual lashes for the first time because the cost. I came across a groupon for spavia and ended up getting the natural look. This place is really nice, well the parts I was able to see. Ashley (I believe that’s her name, sorry if that’s incorrect, you did great!) did my eyelashes, I didn’t give her much to work with because majority of my eyelashes were gone on one side. She was still able to go in and make a masterpiece out of what she had, I love them. They are still in after 10 days and still look amazing. I will definitely be back for a fill and once that fill runs its course, I’ll be back for a full set.

Robes are worn down, nothing like the picture, slippers hard rubber thought it would be more plush. The relaxation room was hot and super dark which I get but I literally couldnt see where I was stepping.The massage started off ok but my therapist wasnt consistent throughout the session. Didnt give each area enough time so left dissatisfied. There was one time it was great during my upper body but it went down hill from there.

Ive been a member ever since I got a Groupon from them last year. I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the front lobby to the waiting room, you already feel relaxed with all of these amenities (i.e. water, tea, neck wraps, books on self love). The masseuses are great and take feedback well. You can choose the music, lotion, and firmness beforehand. The body wraps are amazing.Even through COVID, they have been extremely sanitary and safe while giving the best service.

Needed a facial and they were able to squeeze me in within an hour. Everyone is so so sweet and it makes the total experience incredibly relaxing. I’ve been to many spas in Austin, but loved this one so much that I got the membership. Sarah was great!

They have a womens and mens lounging area too with complimentary tea, heated neck pillows, robes, sandals, shower, locker room, etc. Also, they ask you how firm you want it, what scented lotion you want, what music, etc. Very accommodating and customizable

An affordable treasure just opened near me with amazing massage and skincare. Gorgeous retreat area and super kind staff. I had an antioxidant body treatment that was so relaxing -- my skin feels so soft and glowing after the sugar scrub! I am definitely making this spavia my home for monthly self care. What attention to detail from my hot tea to my warm cozy neck wrap. I was able to really unwind!

Scheduled a couples massage for our 26th wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked in, we felt the stress slip away. There is a lovely scent as you walk through the door that is calming. A beautiful receptionist greeted us with a sincere smile and we signed our paperwork. the various teas offered is wonderful, a nice collection of which we chose the Strawberry hibiscus. Im now a fan of tea. The ladies locker room is clean, lots of toiletries available, and some chocolate mints too. There is a clean robe and sandals waiting inside your locker. The sitting area is a comfortable place to wait before you are whisked away to heaven. Bri was my masseuse and is a master in her craft. Her magic hands helped melt away the aches and pain from hiit in my shoulderblades and back. I cannot tell you how much she helped me. You will not be disappointed scheduling her. My husbands masseuse was Nathan and he did a wonderful job. My husband is a man of few words but I can tell he was highly satisfied with Nathans work. We highly recommend Spavia.

Absolutely worse service I have ever experienced. 3 out 4 appointments I made and arrived on time for were canceled One appointment, I came during rush hour traffic and was five minutes late and the ladies at the front desk did not even care. They canceled appointments on me that were not even on call with no notice on the spot while I was ready in my robe to receive my treatment.They canceled a 10 min appointment I spent a half an hour driving to just like that. But still charged me half of the price of the appointment. Terrible customer service. The ladies at the front desk need a different job than the one they have currently. I promptly cancelled my ultimate membership third visit. No one should be set up for failure like this company does to people.

Change into a robe and sandals (provided), then relax in a small retreat area (separate male and female, but I was able to join my boyfriend in the male section).We relaxed with warm neck wraps and a cup of water (which was brought to us), while waiting for our couples massage. The full body massage felt fantastic, and both masseurs, Eno Flurry and Katarah Barge, were very attentive to our individual needs.Prices were reasonable. They honored the Groupon even though we hadnt purchased it yet, but also have a first time client discount. Definitely recommend.

I use to go twice a month for lashes and facials, also had the membership with them the employees where awesome and mostly Ashly which was my eyelash stylist. The reason I’m giving them one star is because I had to cancel my appointment last min which I did thru the app and it let me cancel and reschedule with out a problem didn’t Mention anything about getting charged for full service or no one called me to advice me that since I Had cancelled last min I was getting charged! The manager Preferred losing a customer then actually trying to work something out.

Even though I called a week in advanced they were busy already, but Leigh was able to squeeze us in. Upon arrival my wife was greeted with a happy birthday and a huge welcome. It didnt stop there. We were treated so special it was just Amazing. Nathan and Zeel were our massage experts. Took time to listen and also explained everything. Again just AWESOME. Only improvement I can offer is after the massage my wife and I were guided to separate rooms to relax. I didnt know how long she was wanting to relax, so I changed and waited in the reception area. Wife already wants to schedule another visit. We are both very thankful for the AWESOME experience. Thank you Spavia.

Ive been here a few times before and it has always been great. However, this last time was absolutely AMAZING! Micheal was incredible and helped me with every ache and pain I had. If you’re going for eyelash extensions, both of the Ashley’s do a great job BUT the whole reason I’m writing this review is for the massage i just received from Jacob. I don’t think I’ve been this relaxed since infancy, on god. He gave me a head massage and honestly I think I might hear better now. If you’re shopping around to see where you want to relax next, GET A MASSAGE FROM JACOB. He’s attentive, respectful, cultured and honestly I will never question the benefits of massage ever again because damn lol I feel great

Went there for lash extensions. Not good experience. Lashes fell off quickly after the service. When I went there the second time for a refill. The refill was bad. I was told since i only booked for 40 mins. I was not able to have a fuller look. However, when I went to other places for refill, they always trying to make my lashes fuller regardless of the time. Plus, I was even told my lashes are not good enough for extensions by the aesthetician. Will not going back for lash extensions.

Our appointment got canceled an hour before our treatment (therapist was poorly) which I hope she feels better soon. However very disappointed with the way the lead receptionist would not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. It was my mothers 80 birthday surprise and we drove to Austin for the treatment. Very disappointed.

Found this place from Groupon at a great deal. Place is very relaxing, accommodating, and on point. The therapist was very professional and seemed to have a lot of experience in the field. The only direction which was needed is what you put down on their forms. Perfect massage, will return.

The facial was good - products were good, girls really kind and welcoming! I do wish all the estheticians were required to wear a medical mask so you didnt feel any breathing on your face 🤣 the steam felt a little stifling as well.

My eyelashes we placed a week ago process lasted 2 hours I was planning to have a eyelash fill for my wedding this weekend. Instead my eyelashes fell out immediately and when I called to question they said I’d have a refill done in 49 mins ?? Sorry but I’ve got to have another full set and 40 mins is no time. I’m very disappointed with this establishment. Luckily another local lash place will give me a full time slot and set ... I do not recommend this place for lashes ..

Cannot say enough good things. Teresa was perfect. Asked questions but allowed me to relax without carrying on conversation (introverts preference). Relaxation room was very pleasant. Front desk staff were very friendly and gave a recommendation for this out of towner looking for a mani/pedi place. Will definitely plan to return.

The word SPA gets tossed around pretty frequently. But this place delivers on the spa experience without insane prices. Let me tell you how they do it: you can customize the scent that is in the treatment, you can provide your own playlist, & you can choose your beverage. They also provide a tranquil second waiting area after you change into a comfy bathrobe and shoes. You can also chill in the waiting area after your treatment to unwind and wake up a bit. + my massage treatment was lovely.

Nowhere when you book an “on-call” appointment does it say that it has any percent chance of being canceled. Not as a pop up window when you select it nor does it say it conforming to the person when you are about to check out. I had decided to arrive early and had just almost arrived to spavia for this appointment and got a call almost 25 minutes before my appointment saying it was canceled. Beware of the on-call slots. I spent my patience in traffic and driving the distance for this nonsense. Not happy.
