Everything was great! Front staff is nice and helpful! Doug was my massage therapist, and he was amazing! I like a deep tissue massage, which is not as relaxing, but really helps to work out the knots and stiffness. Doug will be my #1 choice when I come back next time.

Im a veteran with some general aches and pains from my time in the military, and I made my first massage appointment in many years here. I booked a deep tissue massage with Shannon D, and I could not be more impressed. She was kind, attentive, and receptive to my needs. The massage was excellent, just intense enough to work on my troublesome areas without being too painful. Cant wait to come back!

Heather is the best! From start to finish she delivers the perfect experience that should come when you go to get a massage.I first saw her after I had been in a bad car accident. This lady is slowly putting my humpty dumpty self back together again. The pain I had in my shoulder is completely gone. She focuses on the exact areas Im having problems with. The environment is calming and the music is so relaxing I almost fall asleep. Her vibe is so chill and you can feel her heart through her hands. With every touch she uses her healing energy to make it an unforgettable massage. I will always come back and will definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone who is suffering like I was. Oak Haven is the best! I have been getting massages here for almost a decade now. If you have any pain or dysfunction, Drue can work his magic and fix it. He has saved me countless times! I’ve been going to Oak Haven for years and have always had a great experience. My last experience with Carmen was truly exceptional. I tweaked my back last week very badly. This week I went to see Carmen and told her about my back. Forgetting that my neck and ankle were also bothering me because my back hurt so bad. She was able to work out so much of the tightness. My neck and ankle don’t hurt at all anymore and my back is almost 100% back to normal. I am amazed! I highly recommend Oak Haven, whether you’re just looking to relax or have a problem area that needs to be addressed, they will take care of you.

Excellent massage by Stephanie. At 74, I have certain areas that needed specific treatment. Cramping calves, stiff neck, etc from travel day from H !??? Plus the usual areas of previous injury, current tenderness. When I go back, Stephanie will be my choice. She was awesome!!!!

My boyfriend and I each booked 80 minute Deep tissue massages here in the Austin, Pecan Park location. Melody was his therapist and Austin was mine. My boyfriend raved about how therapeutic his massage was and said it was definitely one of the best massages hes had. Austin was intuitive and took note of any areas that needed more care. I typically favor a heavy hand, the stronger the pressure the better. This was the first time I asked for lighter pressure in one area! Ive had some massages that were super painful before which left me feeling better in the end but Austin was able to take care of everything and make it feel both relaxing and helpful. This is a little bit of a trek for us and about 45min-1 hour away but its well worth it. We will definitely be back!

O M G! I went here for the first time and it was fantastic! The set up is so nice and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I had Katie for my massage therapist when I went and she was very accommodating and knowledgable about how to handle the target areas (shoulders and neck) I needed some extra care with. I am looking forward to being able to go back again and highly recommend scheduling a visit here!

I came here for a massage because my back was so tight. The massage therapist worked only my upper back, then told me it was normal that my lower back started having muscle spasms because I only had my upper back done. She was rushing me out of the room while I could barely even stand up. I left barefoot because I couldn’t get my shoes on while she was practically pushing me out of the room.

Hannah was my massage therapist and she was AWESOME. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas we discussed. She was also really nice and easy to talk to (I dont mind conversation especially for deep tissue to help get my mind off the pressure). I highly recommend Hannah - my husband and I both see her at Oak Haven.

Easy to see profiles of providers & book times. The 1st person didnt do my arms but the 2nd person did a better job. What I dont like is not being allowed to add the amount of tip myself and being forced to say it out loud so the customer service people at the counter and other clients in the lobby can hear it--Not classy. :(

I have had many massages over the years but today was the first time I applauded my massage therapist at the end. Carmen was amazing! I had a tight neck and she used such great unique technique that was so effective! ❤️

Service. Miranda was amazing, very knowledgeable, and professional. He communicated at every time what she was going to be working on and why. I left in less pain than when I walked in, and I will definitely be back to keep addressing the issues with my left arm and lower back.

I’ve seen 3 different massage therapists at this location and they were all fantastic. All of them have been extremely knowledgeable and spent time listening to my issue before deploying pointed techniques to try and address the core issue. I don’t often need to go more than a few times in a row because they usually fix any issue I’m dealing with in a few sessions. The people at the front desk are always really kind and helpful in helping my fiancé and I with scheduling. All the rooms are clean with comfortable tables and good vibes overall, even the front waiting area has cozy seating and great natural light. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and they have all thanked me later for doing so.

I had Shannon S. and she was great! So easy going and nice, and my massage was amazing! I feel like a relaxed bowl of pudding 😁 lol

I dont get massages all the time but when asked what I wanted for Christmas I picked a massage with Glenn. He really knows the body and can loosen anything Im having trouble with. Hes the best experience Ive had in massage but its not for the faint of heart. I always leave with my issues feeling better than they have for months after a massage with him. Hes a huge asset to Oak Haven! Im moving and I wish I could find more massage therapists like him.

Just getting home from the perfect massage from Jesus! This was my first massage from him and let me tell you, you will not regret booking with him! Oak Haven has always been my FAVORITE place to get massages. They are always professional, welcoming, and friendly! Jen Jacob is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever been to. She has many different techniques under her belt, and really listens to what works best for you. She is a warm, caring person, and I always look forward to seeing her. I highly recommend her, and have had great experiences with other therapists here, too.

Clean.As with any establishment or individual you definitely need to let them know you want to relax or they will chat through the whole massage. :/ The younger massage therapist’s haven’t been taught the 80/20 rule. With that said,I prefer the women over the men. They seem more comfortable. I look forward to coming in and it’s easy to get an appointment.

I was traveling for work and noted this massage office right next to my hotel. I called and was able to schedule a 90 minute massage the same day. Randy was an amazing therapist!!! I explained my issues and Randy was able to apply trigger point release to my areas for almost immediate relief. The facility is clean and nice. I highly recommend!!!.

It’s everything… I like that I can book on short notice. From the facility to the checkin in/out process/staff to the great treatment (even from tier 1). I even like the choices of smell.

At the last minute, I decided to schedule massages for myself and four other family members as a gift. Katy & Makenna assisted me on the phone to get all of the appointments scheduled and to find the most economical way to purchase the massages (presenting a special that was going on at the time). They were pleasant and very patient in organizing the timing and gathering information for the appointments. Each of my family came out of their massage looking refreshed and full of compliments for their masseuse (per the receipt these were Kelsey Judge, Hannah Gregory, Lauren Pritchett, Miranda Chacon, and Alex Manulik). I want to thank all staff members for making this experience absolutely perfect. My family raved about it the whole way home. Highly recommend Oak Haven Massage!

This place is a well-oiled MACHINE! Front desk is incredible - they greet you with a smile and so much care/empathy. Making appointments online, over the phone, or in person is always as smooth and easy as can be. I came here originally because I followed an old masseuse who joined here, but I needed a prenatal masseuse and found Stephanie W. who is a miracle worker!! I go routinely to see her to help get rid of my pregnancy aches and pains. I also schedule an appointment for my mom EVERY time she is in town visiting because she loves Stephanie and shes normally tough to convince to do any sort of self care. My husband sees Travis here who he says is the absolute best he has ever had as well. He gets into spots my husband thinks are untreatable and been there for too long. We all do deep tissue and its extremely therapeutic/helpful! We try to do massages everywhere we travel and this place has had both of our favorite massages/masseuses ever. I will continue to refer anyone and everyone I know!

It is still a 5.0-star place going downhill, so I would do something quick here before my favorite place becomes a 4 star. High Empaths would feel this and see much earlier a decline when on surface everything looks fine. That is the time you act quickly.Therapists, communication, and fair treatment remain good. The problem is that morale has gone down. There used to be so much energy, and now it is more fakeness. Try reducing prices, fill up the front desk, and have some good songs in the front desk. However, focus more on spiritual music in the massage rooms. People who even hate spiritual music when gone deep in massage would appreciate it on a subconscious level.Massage should always be associated with sacred mind-body connection. If the therapists are not in that mindset, they can not produce their better or best work, so finding their issues is more important rather than giving them lectures on this review or other disciplinary actions.Try to offer free yoga classes for members. Celebrate member appreciation day, advertise aggressively. If you read the book 10X sales, you can learn a heck load about selling and marketing.Combine eastern and western fusion of massage and have your best therapists get additional training different from contemporary local methods. They work really well, but human nature is all about surprise me and different things. Create that novelty. Also, introduce the concepts of lead therapists, giving them autonomy to train and teach others as a part of jumping to tier programs. I would also change tier 1, 2, and 3 to make it more meaningful: Master Therapist, Lead Therapist, and Therapist, but get creative. This is just a suggestion. People will get a more humane nature of therapists extertise reward therapists as individual score metrics surveys. Also, if you have master or lead hypothetical therapists, others will be eager to ask them questions. The owner should experience this first along with their best Therapists and then execute the ideas that are deemed fit and are within their budget constraints.Also, waiting front desk area should have TV screens touting massage benefits and treatment of various ailments. The front desk wall should have artwork of nature or heavenly pictures, giving a refreshing experience.You definitely do these things when business slows down, but you keep doing it when business picks up and maintains this with more noval ideas.Best of luckUpdated 6/25/24: Things looking amazing again.

I had an amazing experience. I chose Alex because she mentioned being body positive. I felt completely comfortable and not judged at all. Alex was very welcoming and kind. I left feeling super relaxed & definitely recommend.

Online chat bot was helpful in getting a convenient appointment time. When I checked in, the bot had assigned me to a level 2 therapist and the coupon I had was for level 1. I found this out when checkin staff told me they were waiving the upgrade charge because what the bot did was “sketchy” (their word). Much appreciate the customer service.My free 25 minute trial massage was to address positional numbness and minor pain from being confined to bed/chair most of the day after two weeks. Level 2 therapist, Deb, was absolutely fantastic about improving that in 25 minutes. Feeling much better. Definitely going back.

Travis is the best! I went in with a herniated disc and fear around it getting agitated by massage. Travis listened to me, offered his suggestions, and let me decide how to proceed. He does a truly therapeutic massage and is among the best Ive ever been to. I also always had friendly and efficient encounters with the ladies at the desk. All around great experience.

I have a chronic pain due to fibromyalgia, and finding someone who knows what I need doesn’t happen easily .But, Blanca was amazing and knowledgeable as well as very professional and sweet person. Oak Haven has been my provider for many years and Im not quite sure why I have waited so long to give this review. Drue is my preferred therapist and I rely on his vast knowledge and experience to help me live a pain-free and active life. Sarah and Stephanie are also amazing and with a focus on healing and therapy. Oak Haven provides ongoing professional development for their therapists which results in a team, with different styles, but the same effectiveness. Whether a treat or a need, Oak Haven is the very best.

Have had a lot of massages in my life, but this place just hit differently. The energy here was amazing, the massage therapist followed my preference (which previously Ive found very rare).Really felt like everyone cared and put so much effort into their work.Couldnt be happier with the service.Thank you!

They really treat you right! I have seen a few different therapists and each seems to specialize in a particular part of the body. My advice for new clients is to ask the staff which therapist to choose based on where you would like to focus. I really appreciate Glenn, Jerry, and Mary as each focus complements the other for a complete therapy

My wife and I went in and were both so impressed. My shoulder is what usually sends me in and I always tell a therapist the priority is my shoulder. Mary is incredible. I have been dealing with a recurring muscle injury for 4+ years that has significantly limited my exercise routine and overall quality of life. I have been going to Oak Haven for years and have always appreciated the service. They are professional, friendly and they have so many great therapists.Specifically, Lora is amazing at making my body right after I abuse it like the weekend warrior I am. I use her for deep tissue work and workout recovery which she excels at. When I have minor injuries, I ask her to treat me with cupping and its a key part to my recovery.I am no stranger to massage therapy. In a former life, I was a Division 1 college athlete and a 1996 Olympian. Massage therapy was a way of life in those days and I would put Lora right at the top of the list of all the massage therapists I have had through the decades.

Managing the membership program is not designed with client in mind. This review is specific to the Membership program.Here is my feedback based on my experiences with other membership programs from local gyms to food delivery. They have set the standard and Oak is falling short.1. 30-day notice: Requiring a 30-day notice to cancel is ridiculous. This seems to benefit Oak rather than the client. The local Y needs only 5-day notice.2. Renewal notice: There is no notice (email, text, etc.) that a membership is about to renew.3. Membership status online: On a client’s portal it is not clear about membership status. You need to look at a few tabs to figure out membership status. It’s buried.Outside of the membership program, the service and customer service is great. The reception to the massage therapists are wonderful and I would highly recommend them and would give 5 stars.

Theresa did a phenomenal job on my massage. She was very in tune to where problem areas were and applied just the right pressure to help relieve the tension while providing a very relaxing massage. I will definitely be coming back to see her again!

I visited Oak Haven Massage several times in the past, but my recent experience was the best of all. I had a lot of tensions on my shoulder, neck and lower back. My therapist, Jesus did a wonderful job of gave me a deep tissue massage to release the tension of those areas. Thank you very much Jesus, I highly recommend him and Oak Haven Massage!

The availability of appointments is great because so many times I keep putting it off and Im able to schedule one if I find myself with an open afternoon. The therapists have always listened and focused on what I went in for and the pressure is always just right. I dont always get to see the same therapist, but I havent had a bad one yet!

Ive been coming here off and on for years i am a chronic pain patient and, this place has gotten me through the darkest of times. I recently started seeing Jerry, what a kind man. He is also very skilled, with something like 30 years experience. I didnt understand the membership process and being a new member I scheduled a massage for the weekend without realizing it wouldnt be covered under the membership. Arica took the time to explain in detail and put me at ease, she even made an exception since I just signed up. Truly wonderful people and excellent service. Good hospitality is so refreshing.

Ive gone to oak haven massage in San Antonio for years but I’ve been disappointed by the one in Austin.I’ve saw two different therapists here.The first therapist I saw didn’t work out the areas I was struggling with. When I asked her at the end to work on that area more before the end of the session, she seemed offended. To “solve” the issue, she proceeded to go too deep into the issue too quickly, to the point where I was in pain and honestly anxious.The second therapist was nice but after a session with her, there was prolonged pain. I had sciatica and lower back pain for days following the massage. To be fair, I probably should have given better feedback during the massage that the pressure was too much.

Brooke was PHENOMENAL! She was kind, friendly & respectful. I am in pain and came in for a therapeutic massage and she made me feel so much better. She made sure the pressure was okay, listened to my concerns and responded to make me comfortable and leave with muscle relief. She’s amazing.

Honestly, I know there are better value places to go for a massage. It is a little pricey to go to Oak Haven to the point that I give 4 stars and not 5. But, the other very solid 4 stars are for everything else. From start to finish, its a nice experience. Everything there feels calm and with an aura of healing. Their front desk people and massage therapists are as friendly, professional, and helpful as could be. So, even though I get most of my massages at a cheaper place where the facilities are barely decorated and not nearly as private, I still return to Oak Haven at least every birthday :)

This is an incredible place. I’ve been going here for probably 10+ years. They have incredible therapists and staff, and they have something for everyone. They treat their employees well and have a continuing education program!! While it’s on the far north side, it’s worth the drive. No memberships or sales gimmicks- just straight up amazing services at fair prices. The front staff also can make fantastic recommendations, so don’t hesitate to ask!

I have been a regular client since past 3 years. Recently noticed that the therapists do not honor the total duration that was booked. I booked a 50 min massage on June 1 2023 and only got 40 min inspite of arriving on time. I came back on June 12 for a 50 min massage and noticed a similar trend. The massage is never started on time but ends before the end time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mark did a phenomenal job with the deep tissue massage. It was as if every press were made with good intentions to heal your body and boost blood flow. Highly recommend!

Totally depends on the massage therapist. Every time has been great, except my last time.I was so uncomfortable, in so much pain I was in shock. I was almost in tears for most of my session and almost ended it - but I was too embarrassed and I’m the kind of person that hates offending others.I didn’t ask for a intense hard pressure deep tissue massage, but that’s what I got. I feel like I got kicked by a horse. My body is in more pain than prior to my massage. The complete opposite of relaxing.Will never go to that therapist again (she clearly was inexperienced, dangerous and didn’t read my massage preferences). Will stick to the ones I had a good experience with.

The building itself is so peaceful. I immediately felt relaxed when I walked in. My massage with Sarah C. was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage by adjusting the pressure or heat of the table if needed. She also made sure to hit all my problem areas and a general overall massage. Plus, she had great conversation. I really enjoyed my massage with her. 10/10 would recommend. I cannot wait to see her again!

I called Oak Haven and specifically asked for a deep tissue massage therapist. Well, they came through with Austin!! Austin is a kind and professional therapist that listens to your needs. I struggle with chronic low back and hip pain and Austin’s massage techniques definitely help alleviate the pain. I highly recommend Austin!!

Great therapists! Friendly efficient office staff. Clean relaxing environment. A company that cares about customer experiences and seeks to resolve any issues that come up. It also seems like the therapists are treated well as employees which is important when we’re paying close to $100/hr for service. I have tried 4 therapists in 3 different locations and always had an awesome massage. The only thing I don’t like is that as soon as a therapist gets really popular it costs more to see him or her - wish the company wasn’t passing on that cost to customers. Nevertheless this is my go to place now because of guaranteed quality experience and convenience to me geographically.

I loved my therapist Nathaniel. He was very professional and was able to address areas of my lower back that Ive struggled with for years. Ive seen many therapists and no one has been able to release the knots in my back. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately told my best friend about him and scheduled an appointment the next day for my husband. I have found my new favorite therapist! Massage Haven is always clean and everyone there is friendly. It is our go-to place any time we are in need of a little TLC!

I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment at Oak Haven. The front desk staff are quick to check you in and out and very accommodating. I was there this week and got an 80 minute massage with Loretta, who is amazing at her craft. As most people do, I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I feel so much better after my visit and will definitely be back!

Booked a 2 hour therapeutic massage with Melody. Booking was easy and seamless - all of which can be done online. Paperwork was also done online so you don’t really need to come in early just to do paperwork. My session with Melody was excellent. I have major neck, shoulder, and TMJ pain. Felt like she was able to work through the knots and I was able to leave feeling superb. I’ll definitely be seeing her again

Stephanie was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell she enjoys helping people like me that are tied up in knots. This made my experience by far the best one Ive had which is saying a lot because before the pandemic I was getting massages regularly. The front staff was friendly and inviting. The space is well decorated, comfortable, and calming. The room was clean. Everything was perfect, there just isnt anything to complain about.

The best massage of my life. It was my first time getting a prenatal massage & I was thrilled to know they have a wedge with a hole so you can safely lay face down with no pressure on the bump. Doug was great! As someone in the service industry, I always am caring for others and making sure theyre comfortable. This was the first massage I have had where I truly felt cared for, as he directed conversation back to me and my self care. He listened, and followed through, covering all my trouble areas (some twice) and showed me stretches to help. Ive been here more than any other massage place and I love it. There are always a bunch of friendly front desk staff, so you never have to wait to check in or out. Ive also tried quite a few different massage therapists and theyve all been fantastic. My last massage, I had Shayne, and I was honestly getting concerned that I was going over my time because it felt like such a long and relaxing massage. They customize the temperature and pressure to exactly what you need, and focus anywhere you ask. Everyone is just super attentive. I love it there.

My husband got me a gift card for massage services, but from what he told me, he liked the ease of scheduling and paying in advance compared to other places. He said everyone was very friendly and helpful. When I went in for my service, I agreed that everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I didnt have to wait all to be called back. I have only had one other massage ever, so I wasnt exactly sure what to expect. What I liked it that my therapist Michelle, talked with me about any areas that I need focus on or areas to avoid. After our discussion, we got started and the whole session was amazing! I mostly requested just a relaxation massage and that was what I received, and felt super content. I was even half asleep for some of it I think. Michelle was very friendly and great at what she does! The atmosphere, temperature, music, and smell was all perfect. I will definitely go back!

Came in for a massage due to neck pain, and Im leaving feeling much better and with an improved range of motion! The front staff was friendly, and my massage therapist was Sarah C.; she was excellent! Very knowledgeable and effective, and she checked in often regarding level of pressure (but not too often). She also shared tips on how to manage localized pain. Ive only had massages a handful of times before, because they were more painful than anything else. I called several massage therapy places before choosing Oak Haven. I travel often and I know how hard it is to find the right person to give a great massage. No mask required but optional if you want that type of treatment. The telephone staff was amazing when I called. The young lady asked me a few questions then recommended a therapist. I liked the fact that the questionnaire asked if you want your therapist to talk. I am a talker so I like a quiet massage. I was richly blessed to have be paired with Dawn. I have issues with my muscles. Within 3 minutes I was in a trance. The room was darkened so that was new for me. I know this, I could barely speak after that amazing massage. I was hungover for 3 hours until I had a good meal. Dawn may not know how talented she is when it comes to massage. If I lived in Austin I would go see her on a regular basis. If you are reading this because you are looking for a spa experience massage, book at this Oak Haven. Dawn, thank you for the best massage I have had since 2007. I usually book at high end resorts. I found this gem of place for $85 for 1 hour. That is an amazing price for the service I received. Let me say this readers, I had a massage therapist for 15 years and she left this earth too soon. The one thing I regret about our relationship was I did not tip her enough. I highly recommend tipping at least $50 for a good massage. The therapist just saved you a trip to the other therapist LOL. I scheduled a tier three ninety minute massage at my moms recommendation after she had a similar service several months back, and now I have a new favorite go-to massage place. This is the best massage Ive ever had by far. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck, and upper back. Previous massages Ive had provided immediate but not lasting relief. My experience with Oak Haven was very different. Travis was my massage therapist, and it felt like he really took the time to both understand and address my concerns. There was only so much that could be realistically done in ninety minutes, but I left feeling like this massage actually made a difference. Other massages Ive had at other places felt more like the therapists were running through a cookie-cutter routine, but at Oak Haven I felt like the massage was specifically catered to me and my bodys needs. Im greatly looking forward to my next and future visits.Ill also mention that my mom scheduled a massage the same day (tier one, also ninety minutes). I didnt catch the name of her massage therapist, but she also had a great experience.

2022 Update: This entire place exudes relaxation and welcome. Front desk staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The facility looks new, and is always sparklingly clean without any heavy masking scents. The staff are all highly skilled, and care about the clients needs and comfort. One of their massage therapists unfroze my left shoulder through massage and manipulations over several sessions - no shots or surgery required! Ive been a client at the 620 Oak Haven campus literally since they opened. There is nothing more I could want from a massage provider (except to build a new location next door to my house!). Highly recommend Oak Haven Massage for everything from relaxation to physical therapy. // Still the BEST Massage Therapists and facility in the Austin area!!! It was exceptional. I felt so much better as I always have problems with my right side being super tight and achy. It was very therapeutic and I could tell a LOT of lactic acid buildup, which was causing me so much discomfort got released. Shannon was great! Really listened to me to know what needed to be worked on and asked for feedback throughout the session on pressure level and to make sure she was addressing my concerns. I usually get medical/therapeutic massages at the chiropractor. Those can be really rough, but I still like getting the more deep tissue massages. It can be hard finding a massage therapist that is a good inbetween. Had my first appointment here with Yanjie and she did a phenomenal job. She got all the spots that usually bother me but in ways Ive never had them worked on before. That was probably one of the best massages Ive had. Definitely coming back again.

First off, Im not a huge write a review person, but I feel like I must take a minute and rave about Oak Haven and my favorite massage therapist, Shelbi. I have been coming to Oak Haven for nearly 4 years now and Im always greeted warmly by the front desk team. They are always very helpful and polite. Its very refreshing!The reason Oak Haven is now my only go to place for massages is the therapists. In the years Ive been coming theyve all been great. However, once I found a therapist as talented and gifted as Shelbi I made it a point only book sessions with her. Up until I received a massage from Shelbi I would go long periods of time between 50 minute sessions and only sporadically make appointments for the future sessions, but now Im receiving 80 minute sessions monthly and my body is loving it.Each massage session is spectacular - Shelbi always asks me about any problem areas that might be particularly sore or knotted and she will give a little more attention to those areas. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about relieving my bodys tension and pain. She succeeds every single time! Shelbi has a friendly and amazing bedside manner. She makes the room atmosphere perfectly comfortable and relaxing with the music she chooses. Her massage technique is by far the best I have experienced in all the years Ive been getting massages. She knows exactly how to dial in the pressure the way I like it and is cognizant of the pressure throughout the entire massage.I always leave Oak Haven so relaxed and looking forward to my next scheduled visit with Shelbi.

My therapist was amazing!! Rarely have I had a bad therapist at Oak Haven. As a therapist myself, I am extremely picky and critical about therapy I receive. I came to Oak Haven for my 50th birthday for my first massage since Covid started. My therapist, Mandie was incredible! First, she asked a question that no one has ever asked me. She asked if there was anything other therapists have done that I disliked so she could make sure she didnt do the same thing. Very smart question to ask. Second, she respected my need for total quiet and relaxation. Therapists usually start talking even when asked for quiet. Everything from her approach to technique to professionalism was spot on. I have kept my secret too long. Its time to tell the world about my massage therapist. First of all, Ive been getting regular massages since the late 1980s. Ive had some amazing therapists. My neck and back were destroyed by years of working on aircraft. Until I met Glenn, Ive only gotten some relief. Enough to keep the pain at a manageable level. Glenn has skills that others have not had. He can feel where my issue root cause is located and follows it to relieve the discomfort. Neck, hands, arms, hips (periformis), legs, and feet. He is a whole body specialist. Thanks Glenn !!

Id like to share with everyone that my experience at Oak Haven and Kaitlyn the therapist was phenomenal. She was excellent at communicating with with me what I wanted out of the massage . She got rid of a knott on my back and I thank her for that. Also for the time I was In there, which was only a 25 minute massage, she nailed it , great deep tissue pressure on my back ! Book with Kaitlyn shes good.

My therapist was April and it was a wonderful experience. I had pain in my mid-back and it was gone within 36 hours after one session. The only thing that was bad was the music – both the choice of the playlist (hold music / jazz at Macys type of tunes) and the quality of the speakers. In my experience, great music (something like East Forest) makes a huge difference when getting healing of any kind. Would love to see it improved!

Ive been numerous times, having bought 2 sets of 6 sessions. I went almost weekly during my third trimester. Ive seen numerous therapists here. I have never been disappointed with a massage. Just make sure to be clear of your expectations. Be honest with how firm you want them to go. Dont be a hero, man. Be honest where you want them to focus and if youre looking for deep tissue or just need to relax. Ill keep coming back for their expertise and professionalism. Customer service is great and they definitely work around your schedule. I called late one Friday afternoon asking for any availability after 5 PM due to an onset migraine and they got me in at 5:30 for a 25 minute session which definitely helped my migraine.I have been going here since 2014 and have never had a bad session. I have formed my own team that help me when in pain or just in need of an 80 minute escape. I personally recommend Stacey as she has been my go to therapist. She explains to me about what’s happening with my muscles and how to do what I can to help prevent said pains.The front desk is full of amazing people! I spend a lot of time talking to them because it’s just nice to chat with everyone there.I can’t say enough about this place. It’s great!

I often go to Oak Heaven Massage now that my time of Physical Therapy has ended as I still have issues with my right shoulder. The staff at Oak Haven are knowledgeable, professional and caring. I have been here twice, so far, and have enjoyed my massages each time. I like massages, but I cant have a really long massage, personally. So its great that they have options like 25-minute appointments. The prices arent bad, they have better hours than a lot of other places, and there are a lot of massage therapists so you can frequently book an appointment whenever you want. I am very happy with the results that I have had with getting a 80 min deep tissue massage for the past six weeks. My first was a 50 min deep tissue, but I felt so rejuvenated that I decided to go every week. Michelle is my therapist. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and especially professional. My massage therapist Robi does a great job every single time. She remembers what kind of pressure I like and is consistent throughout the session. Very friendly and efficient staff. Massage therapists have all been timely and very attentive. They do a good job of mirroring me by talking/not talking depending on my lead. And the massages have been significantly more consistent than the other establishments Ive used.

Dawn exceeded my expectations. I was experiencing intense low back and hip pain when I came for my initial appointment (I was struggling to walk) and after discussing my symptoms for a couple of minutes, she was quickly able to localize the source of the pain and address it. I was a little late and had the last appointment time the most recent time I went in for a massage, but they were so gracious and let me in. The massage therapist even gave me an extra 10 minutes for free because I was in so much pain! While thats not the norm, they are amazing here. Always incredibly nice as soon as you walk in the door and I have not had a disappointing massage. My mom loved her massage here, too! They do prenatal massages and chiropractic sessions as well. I love that they have 25 minutes sessions available because I often cant make a time commitment longer than that. But they do have the options for longer massages. And I especially like that I can book my appointment online!

They have standard covid safety protocols (text when you arrive to avoid waiting in the lobby, face masks in public areas, temperature screening, contactless payment) and they are always courteous and communicative. Booking appointments is easy and I appreciate the staff bios on their website. I used to search for appointments based on time (after 5pm on weeknights or weekends) but I recently found my new favorite masseuse and she is worth changing my schedule around! Tina C. gave a perfect massage to help get tension out of my upper back and shoulders (tension from working from home the past 5 months with bad ergonomics).

The Oak Haven facility is attractive, comfortable and clean. Staff at the front entrance area are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I have had an injury from a fall. The therapist I go to (Jerry) does an excellent job both in giving me information and in helping with my muscle pain so I not only feel better after each massage, I learn a lot from him!

Oak Haven was recommended to me by a family member. Based on previous experience with other chiropractors I was skeptical. I was quickly put at ease with Dr. Billys professionalism. After several years of suffering from recurring neck & hip pain, I was able to see immediate results and was back doing physical work on the ranch within a couple visits. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. sometimes front desk gets very crowded and busy so make eye contact with someone so youre noticed. Therapist are all skilled and do amazing work. Ive been a regular customer of Oak Haven for about 2 years for therapeutic massage for my back pain. Ive received treatment from several massage therapists at Oak Haven, and have always been very satisfied. Most therapists treat my tight back and pelvic muscles with deep massage, so Ive gotten accustomed to some discomfort during the therapy. Kelli, however, has been able to help me find the relief without much discomfort! She is amazing. On my most recent visits, she has used guided stretching with massage. This is a much gentler technique that has also been successful in relieving my back pain for several days.Kelli is great, and I look forward to my next appointment. Oak haven is great! I’ve only ever had positive experiences there. I love that the my are open 7 days a week and always have last minute and after hours appointments. The therapists I’ve seen have been attentive to my needs and really great. Highly recommend.

Variety of therapists, convenience and ease of making an appointment, and good customer service (if I have a less than ideal experience they have always gone the extra mile in providing a solution). It can take a few tries to find the ideal therapist for you, but the front desk staff knows whos who- third time was the charm for me and now Im a loyal customer!

I decided to finish this dumpster fire of a year with some pampering. I’ve seen Melina my last few times there, and I’ve also seen several of the other massage therapists, and all are amazing! I love that this place isn’t a huge corporate chain, and I don’t get pressured to purchase an upgrade or membership. What I get is an amazing massage.

I have never had a single lackluster experience at Oak Haven. Each therapist Ive had the pleasure of working with (and theres been a few over the years) - has been knowledgeable about body work and knew where to work to get things back on track. I appreciate being able to book appointments one at a time for a decent price, rather than being forced to buy packages for multiple sessions ahead of time. I also love the fact that you have a chiropractor on site with decent fees as well. Your therapists are professional and do a great job. I like the fact that Tom explains things when I have questions about sore spots, and he teaches me things that I can do at home to reduce tenderness and release tightness in my problem areas. He is very sweet!

I have had multiple massages at other Spas until coming to Oak Haven. The staff are efficient and friendly and the therapists do an amazing job. The value that you get far surpasses the fancy Day Spa experience. This place is all about great massage therapy, which is what I need.

I had a 90 minute massage with Steven to help alleviate some serious neck/shoulder pain as well as tension headaches. This was the best intense and specific area massage Ive had. Steven knew what needed to be done and got in there and got to work! I will return to Oak Haven for any special needs as well as just a relaxing massage next time I need it!

I was blown away by the competence of the massage therapists, as well as the large variety of professionals to choose from. It actually makes the process really fun, where we can pick and choose from different specialists in different tiers. They also have excellent deals for new customers, and even for regulars. I was very pleased with my massage therapist, Blanca. She did everything I asked for, communicated very well, and she applied the right amount of pressure and worked on areas that needed it. I love Oak Haven massage! My favorites are Jerry (deep tissue, concentration to detail in shoulders, ribs and upper back area) and Teddy (good pressure all around, easy going and can pinpoint where work is needed quickly). Since my ankle sprain in June of 2020, Mark B. has always taken great care of me and my ankle needs. He is amazing at what he does and educates me a little more about muscles and the body. I wont see anyone else. I always enjoy our conversations while visiting, and when I dont feel like talking, he respects that. I feel like my ankle hadnt have healed as well without his help. Whenever I am in Austin visiting friends, I make sure to try to make an appointment with Oak Haven. I always elect to get the two hour massage. It costs more but if totally worth it.The front staff are friendly and every massage has been great. Their massage therapists are professional.

Awesome massage therapists, affordable pricing, and always one of my go-tos. Ive been going here for 4+ years. In the times of covid, Oak Haven is doing a fantastic job creating a safe environment. Upon pulling up outside, you send text message confirming your arrival and youre notified once your therapist is ready to see you which minimizes traffic in the lobby area. Would definitely recommend!

This place is great , had an awesome experience my 2nd time and definitely will be coming back again , I only give it 4 stars cause it was from my first experience which wasn’t so great , but after leaving a bad review I was given a free massage and a refund to take it down , it was very nice of them , so for anyone who wants a free try at this place I definitely recommend doing that cause the owners are willing to pay you for a good review , but yes I will definitely be coming back , great atmosphere, great service , easy to book and your moneys worth , will definitely book soon again

The therapist Mary G. was great. Prior to the session, I gave her information related to focus areas. She did a wonderful job in not only covering all the focus areas with correct pressure but also exceeded my expectation. This was one of the best relaxation session I ever had in a long time. Hands down the best massage studio in the Austin area. I am an avid athlete and I find myself overtraining more than I should. After my body told me no more, I checked out Oak Haven. Their check-in procedure is seamless and their front desk workers are knowledgeable and polite. Now on to their unmatched massage therapy. I have had two different therapists and both were amazing. Miguel was a hybrid massage of deep tissue and relaxation. His massage is perfect after a long stressful week of work and exercising. Today I found Matthew! Hands down the best sports massage I have ever had! I walked in with an aching back and tightness hips and he worked magic! While there were times I had to breathe through some discomfort the release of my muscle tension in back and legs was truly remarkable! I have found my new massage studio! Ive gone to many different therapists here over the years, and can say that it is always a great visit. A big thing for me is their education. I am always so tight from working a desk job, and they always work out my problem areas, but provide guidance on how I can maintain my health at home. Front desk staff always on point, as well.
