Cool store, called to buy slapwoods and was told they were fresh and kept at the correct humidity just for me to open the package find extremely stale leafs, call to return them, get told to come back and get a new pack for sure! Then arrive and get told it’s illegal to give me another pack to replace the stale ones. Hilarious customer service I know me as one customer is not needed but replacing items you held to a certain standard and not wasting my time should be a normal practice! Also kept the original package without giving it back and left me with nothing lmao (won’t let me comment) Throwing the product at your employer is a crazy comment, genuinely, you have camera footage of me handing them as soon as I walked in and she moved from the front window. Then disclosed they wouldn’t be returned. I am on my way to discuss the issue thank you for inviting me!

This might be one of best smoke shop I’ve found in Austin so far! CRAZY deals on vapes and hemp products!! The staff is also super friendly and actually take time to talk to customers :)

Reasonably informed staff and kind & professional. Plus they have good deals and if you buy a hemp based thc disposable pen or cart, if you buy a second (not necessarily the same brand!) in the same transaction, the less expensive item will be 50% off! Might have to specifically ask, but they do it in the reg. Never declined me, so to me I think its the best headshop in the extremely over saturated West Campus legal weed cohort. Surely not all can survive but Id bet ggod money on Mr Smoke being one of the few that last; see my examples of their exemplar behavior.

If you need to find a smoke shop in Austin, this is the one to go to. The employees are marvelous and the owner is as well. They always remember me and go out of their way to make sure all my smoke and vapor needs are met. Very kind people. Also this one time they helped me out when a rabid homeless person wouldn’t leave me alone. He was trying to buy a weird pipe and kept asking about how Arnold owed him money or something. Then he kept asking me for a cigarette and got aggressive when I told him nah. He pulled out this weird duck thing and kept swinging it randomly, not really even at me but then the smoke shop dude came out of nowhere and ushered him out real smooth and professional.

Best little shop Ive ever been to.Monty and Ben were really kind, helpful, and gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision. Easiest, most laid back experience Ive ever had in a shop that size. Its not the biggest place, and the glass only takes up one half of it, or less, but its perfect if youre looking to spend $20 - $200 for a great piece at a great price or $200 - $400 for a fantastic piece at a very honest, fair price. Im sure theyve got some more expensive stuff, but everything I had my eye on fell in a very reasonable price range for the quality.I dont vape, and didnt really look, but their vape/juice selection seemed to be a pretty good size.Super chill, Ill definitely be back.

My friend Shelby and I decided to randomly walk into Mr. Smoke after eating at Thundercloud right next door. I was skeptical because I had just left Planet K, where they sold me a product as a full body detox that was really just a mask that interfered with medication I am currently taking and would not refund me or give me store credit. When we walked into Mr. Smoke, we were immediately greeted by a charming and handsome man by the name of David. We told him we didnt intend on buying anything and were just checking the shop out. He was super laid back about it and made conversation with us. We were so pleased with their products, prices, and customer service that both Shelby and I walked out of there with purchases. The shop and the staff were amazing and I now have a go to smoke shop. If youre looking for quality products at very reasonable prices/helpful and respectful staff look no further. They are your new neighborhood smoke shop.

I went yesterday for a new mod & tank. The employee was helpful and polite, 4 stars because they noted that the mod had a built in lithium battery, but it turned out that wasnt the case. Fortunately, I had one at home, so it was a minor inconvenience.

Best head shop in Austin! Owner is cool and nice, prices are better than Oat Willies or Planet K nearby. Awesome glass. Non-pretentious atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone with smoking needs!

Skip this place and buy online. I’ve supported these guys since they opened. Bought a vape the other day that was a lemon (paid 40% more than online to support local) and broke after 6 days of light use.Brought it back to see if they’d exchanged for a new one (same model) and was informed I was out of luck.The staff is cool, but ownership is clueless. Lost a loyal customer over a product that probably costs the shop $10-$15 in bulk. Won’t spend another dollar here.

I spend a lot of money in shops like this, and this spot has started to become my go to, even though there are about 4 smoke shops closer to me than this one.Their prices are competitive, if not far lower than the average smoke shop, but what I find most appealing is the selection.They’ve got great water pipes, including some of the recent Grav line, as well as other name brand scientific glass, and some heady glass as well. But I really dig all the accessories and accoutrements of the “counterculture lifestyle” that they have too. Dopest concentrate supplies I’ve seen anywhere, i.e. silicone containers, dabbers, quartz nails, titanium domeless nails, adapter pieces, etc., as well as digital scales, torch lighters, and my personal favorite, the hidden-in-plain-sight stash containers. All of these things for cheaper than I have found anywhere else.Also, upon my last visit, the two cats behind the counter were mad cool and didn’t hit me with the all too familiar elitist, too-cool-for-school attitude so often found in head shops and sneaker boutiques. I think one of them was the owner or general manager or something.I realize upon looking back at this review that it will totally seem like it’s been written by one of their employees, haha, but I assure you, I am just a normal civilian that happens to spend a lot of money in these type spots.Bottom line:Check em out for sure. Five stars.

Honestly this place is amazing. The last few times Ive been in there Clay (who i just happened to meet before he left) helped me find everything I was looking for without ever forcing a purchase on me. He was HANDS DOWN the most knowledgable and down to earth person I have had the pleasure of meeting. Typically my experience in shops like these are barred by the knowledge the tender has. As it usually ends with the product they carry ONLY. Clays knowledge and experience shines through in this area. Pretty sure there is not a single product within the vaping realm that he doesnt know about. That extends from mods to tanks to juices, the man knows it all!Aside from Clays fantastic product knowledge and industry experience he also was able to hook me up with some awesome people in a vape shop down south that could help me set up the new Dead Rabbit RDA I purchased.Overall, supper impressed with the customer service and really happy to have met him before he took off. Five stars all the way.For those of you who arent into vaping, they have a phenomenal selection of glass (water pipes to rigs) as well as a great selection of top end herbal/concentrate devices.

Mr smoke is my favorite Mr in town. Spencer was very helpful with helping me find the right box mod for my vape and answered any questions I had beforehand I am very grateful for such informative service. Will definitely be returning in the future for more juice pods!! Yee haw.

Sold me a bottle of EXPIRED detox drink and refused to give me my money back when i asked for it BEFORE i left that day when i noticed it was expired and they probably still are trying to sell those expired drinks. definitely not a satisfied customer. You guys lied and said you offered to switch it out for a new one cuz they were ALL old. The Detoxify Mega cleans were ALL expired.
