I am just under 30 days sober and this place is beyond helpful and fun. Pool tables and places to relax . Tables to read, or enjoy company. Even gave me vape knowing I was in recovery and broke. Nicer people couldnt find.

Would rate you guys 10/10 if I could. The owner and the shop is amazing. It is run with care, and by an awesome crew that is going to try to help you find whatever youre looking for. I can only tell you that if you are going to spend your money somewhere, especially for vapes and related products, smoke and cannabis-ish related activities, this is not a spot you want to pass up. Go here yesterday!

Smiley is a great & very informative and helpful employee he helped me get a new chamber for my vape since my maxus50w is discontinued and they no longer sell coiks for it. He was very helpful the juice prices are a little high and they dont seem to have a discount juice section that I could see like most vape shops but still a great place. Im also in recovery and theyre supportive of addicts in recovery they sell club 101 T-shirts which is awesome! Love this place great ambiance too! Got chill sections too and a pool table!

I’m giving this shop 5 stars because I can’t give them 10. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I can buy my vape stuff at any vape store, but you can’t find good people at any vape store. The guys (specifically Smiley) showed they care about people, not just customers. There were a few things I was looking for that they didn’t have and they made sure to help me figure out where to get them. It was my first time walking in the door and they treated me like their favorite regular. This is now my first stop for anything I need, I’m happy to give them my money.

Owners are good folks and operate a handful of small businesses. They put the customer first in everything from design to product. The vape shop is another example of that a fosters a very real sense of community.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Pink Cloud is the place where I always find what I need, where the staff is always so kind & helpful, and where the atmosphere is hella chill🫶🏼 The artwork is dope, you have several places to chill or play pool and they’re inviting as soon as you walk in!

This place is great has many parts needed without the need to go online. Coil, tank glass, local e- liquids. Nice place to chill and vap.

NA/AA based vape shop with meetings directly next door. Extremely spacious inside with ping pong and pool table. Great prices on items too. I will be going back.

Unknowledgeable StaffI liked that the place was nice and organized. The guy that helped me was super friendly. But he didnt know about coils and just installed whatever was on the shelf. The first one was the wrong one. The second one leaked. When he replaced it he didnt even noticed that mine was different than the ones he was installing.The one on the right is what Im supposed to have the one on the left is the one they gave me.

The staff are amazing. They work hard to make sure my particular juice is in and if not they try to recommend good products unfortunately I have a very particular taste and really only one other one has work that I actually loved these guys are very accommodating to as much as they can and even went away from the normal distributor and went straight to the source in order to get the kind of juices that I like I drive 20 miles just to this particular shop because they have my juice and they are very friendly!! A few of the guys not so friendly but theyre not rude either highly highly highly recommend!

I live down off slaughter and manchaca, but my mom live right by here so I always wait to get my stuff from here. It’s the same price and selection for the most part, but the vibe is awesome and what keeps me coming back. I also love the recovery aspect, I’ve had my own struggles in life and it’s always good to see other people turning their lives around AND being there for people trying to do the same. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, they are also knowledgeable and will keep you from spending money on things you don’t need. Great store!

Seriously the best shop you can find in Austin. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have helped me out tremendously twice now. The first time, I arrived and had left my card at home, and as the tap to pay was not working, they told me to not worry about and to just come back whenever I can to settle up. I returned the next day to do so. The second occasion, a vape that I had purchased there malfunctioned, and while they didnt have the same model, they exchanged for a different model and even exchanged the extra pods that I had purchased for the broken one. The inside is so welcoming with sofas and a large tv to hang out and watch Netflix should you so desire, and Ive heard tales of DND on Mondays? Gonna have to check it out. If youve been looking for a new shop, this is the one for you.

Tried to walk into the shop and was turned away. I literally took two steps inside, and was asked to leave because I look homeless. I explained I just got off work, and I work in remodeling. For one of the few times in my life I was at a loss for words. I honestly waited a few seconds just to see if he was joking, but nope he was serious.i explained that I just got off work, and he should look up the Crown Act. Anywho dont waste your time

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Great service, great people, great everything. We had bought two coils here and when we went back to my home town to try them out they happen to be faulty. I called them and they were more than happy to send in some replacements. I just received them today and they worked like a charm. I definitely recommend anyone that lives in Austin or people that are passing through to visit this place and give them the business they so greatly deserve. Thank you Pink Cloud!!!

The selection is amazing! I only went once, but I do plan on returning in hopes of a better experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the customer service. It wasnt horrible, but it wasnt good either. Even being the only person in the store I felt rushed. They have an amazing selection of products, yet I was shown one recommendation and offered nothing else. However, when a regular face to them arrived; that is when you saw what good customer service looks like. Just a tip guys. I dont expect special treatment. Just a smile and the typical customer service. You have amazing products, so sell them!

This is, hands down, the best vape shop in the Austin area. Not only are the employees kind, polite, and inviting, they are exceptionally knowledgeable as well. Their prices are better than most; their house juices are incredible (I recommend Blue Cake, as its a personal favorite); and their employees are nearly all in recovery, which is part of why some of their proceeds are donated to the local outpatient rehabilitation center (also, those of us in recovery get a %10 discount!). Basically, great employees, great products, and a great cause! This is, has, and will be my go-to shop for as long as they and I are in Austin. Check them out!

Some of the people there are great! Some are not so great. Last time I went in there I bought two coils and was having trouble putting it in. One of them helped me and forced the coil in and to test it he dry fired my cig without any oil on the coil. You could literally smell the cotton burn. I told him “dude you just dry fired my coil”. At my amazement he just looked at me. I had already had enough by this time so I just left shocked that he would burn my coil and not give me another. Thank god I bought two and I just changed it to the other one in the car. Because of this incident I will not be going back to this place. All of the employees need to get on the same page as well. Some would sell me the nicotine additives and others wouldn’t. Or they would lie and say they were out. Some would look at me with disdain and make comments like they only use them for customers that buy their oils. Like they were mad because I’m not buying my oils from there. Look, I always bought all my coils from there. I’m the customer and a little bit of my money should be valuable to you. You can’t get upset that I’m ordering my oil online for half the price. Anyways. Sorry to the cool dude that works there. I think he’s he owner. The young one with tattoos. He told me they opened another store. You need to get your employees and sit them down and explain how to treat a customer. Y’all were getting 20 a month from me and now you’re not all because a dude wanted to be like that and not fix his mistake over the coil.

I exclusively buy all vape related products from the pink cloud for a number of reasons. Their staff is amazing, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and always looking to meet the consumer’s needs instead of pushing product. They have the largest and best selection of any other shop and are also the most reasonably priced. They are a locally owned business who support other locally owned businesses. They are active in the Austin recovery community - holding fundraisers, organizing events, making generous donations to clubhouses and have consistently shown support to individuals who are rebuilding their lives. Cant say enough good things about this shop.

In my opinion, a great salesperson is one who places value over cost. Tyler (I believe was his name) represented just that. The stores selection and more importantly the customer service was extremely impressive; it was my first time visiting, but it certainly wont be the last!

The shop has slowly lost its luster, the reasons we used to love this shop has died. The owner is great and personable but there is new employees every week we go in. With new employees comes new policies and changes to the deals. The consistency is gone. Still a good place with good deals and good flavors but nothing stands out.

Only shop I go to now. I regular this place and the staff is always friendly and they know everything about anything in the shop.They hire some really great people in this store. Everything they carry is top shelf but affordable. They have no problem making good advisements on their products even if its not the option that will turn them the most money for the store(They arent going to shove the most expensive item down your throat which to be honest, Ive walked out if any place that tried that). The house juices are made there in the shop and all the staff seems to be extremely well trained on how to make the juices. They have regular sales and deals and a merit system for returning customers (point based, you just give them your number)Go in here and support your local business!If Google let me give them more stars I would.I hope this place keeps up the great example of how a business should be run and how a business should treat their customers.

Its a great atmosphere, with quality products. If you cant find what you need here you wont find it elsewhere. Employees are considerate, helpful and inciteful. The lounge is unlike any other shop in Austin. A must for beginners or elitists!!

Best vape shop around. The guys always take very good care of me, and carry awesome brands and flavors of juices. Cool MODs, and the atmosphere is always a pleasant place to hang out, and enjoy good company. I recommend them to anyone who vapes, or just likes to be around good people. Tyelur was very helpful with helping me choose a upgrade. Wasn’t too pushy like some shops are and was also a cheaper one too. Answered all the questions I had even compared the one I was looking at buying with the competitors. Highly recommend this shop and plan to be back soon.

Only have SMOKE for a Google keyword search so dont search with VAPE store. It wont show up. Prices were generally consistent with what youll find at other stores. Staff doesnt like to chit chat. They seemed more interested with the cash register. Large supply of glassware.

I went in with broken glass on my tank, they did not have the replacement glass but Bo was able to find me a tank that fit and actually hit much better than my original tank and he gave me an incredible deal. Both him and the other guy working were extremely knowledgeable and told me all the information i needed to know, things I wouldnt have even known I needed to know. I enjoy shopping here, point system is cool. I think they have a sufficient selection, however the biggest draw is the experience and energy the place offers, only Vape shop where I purposefully come to not just shop but also hang out for a bit. Id define it as a community fixture.

Best vape shop ever!!

From the moment you walk through the doors your presence is met with knowledgeable helpful staff. I was new to vaping and as any fad/culture it can feel awkward asking experts in the field simple questions. I found the staff eager to get to know me on a personal bases and showed me the variety of methods, mods and vape juice. I bought a 100$ mod from them and after it broke twice the owner insisted i picked out a new mod that was actually more expensive and sent all of his mods of my original type back to the manufacturer. His employees personally apologized for the inconvenience. The other part of this vape shop experience is every employee is in recovery with multiple years sober and are centered next to infinite recovery treatment center allowing the opportunity for them to create a positive environment for young adults in recovery. There is an xbox1, Netflix, free wifi, and a nice ping-pong table providing a lounge for anywalk of life who wants to meet positive upbeat people with solution based ideologies in recovery.

Best vape shop in Austin. Looked around forever since I moved here and finally found this amazing place! Great chill atmosphere, knowledgeable team, can custom make your ejuice unlike most places, 5 star card accepted, sells drinks, has a few booths to chill in and even a pong table:). I only go here now!Despite what Clay says on that 1 star rating, I feel the staff is well aware of the intricacies of a fine silken robe. The many types of silk robes for different occasions...such as; drinking coffee before you dress for work, perhaps a silk robe aka smoking jacket worn in your study, or the regionally acceptable silk robes of Asia aka the kimono or ryokan (which is full length). All of which are considered outer garments... not an actual clothing option. I believe the staff, knowing it is taboo to ONLY wear a silk robe without undergarments in a public place of business made the right call.Dont worry Clay, silk robe impropriety is a road of obscurity that Im sure youll figure out ;).P.s. I just bought my first vape and I was ignorant on the subject before I walked into the Pink Cloud. I still have much to learn but all my questions about vapes were answered and even if I asked the same question 3 times they were patient and courteous.

Guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. I can return my vape for store credit if needed so thats helpful. A little spendy but thats to be expected at vape shops.
