I was recommended this place by multiple people and finally decided to try it out. Im not joking this is the highest quality THC supplier you will find in the city. The prices are a little higher than what I get at the smoke shop in my area but its worth spending extra on quality. I was blown away!

Worked in this area for many years and didnt know they were here. I recently turned to alternative medicine since it is legal and ready available to help with an inflammatory problem I have. This store is great, very clean and so many different options for how you can intake their products. I got a CBN cart, sweet tea, lemonade, and gummy sample. Will definitely be back, or ordering online since they have local delivery!2 months later update. Placed an online order for local delivery. Be aware they do deliver themselves and they dont use a courier service, so they will pull up to your home in a big branded van. Not an issue for me, but may be for some people. If you get vapes here, the CBD and CBN are pretty good, subtle terpene flavors IMO. The THCA vape is the creme de la creme and I have tried a LOT and this stuff is definitely one of the best I have ever had. Smells and tastes like some very strong bud. Federally legal of course!

I seriously love RESTART. There hasnt been a single product that disappointed or made me question if I was getting solid value for my money. The store is bright and welcoming, the budtenders (sorry, names havent stuck yet) are ALL knowledgeable, friendly and know the product lines enough that if an item is sold out, they know what night substitute. Is that the job of a customer sales agent? Absolutely, and they do it without making me feel pressured.I started here by getting a CBD salve to replace a compounded prescription topical. This is less expensive. It smells better. It works better -the Relief salve is a miracle in a jar. As is the Recovery salve. Ive expanded into some edibles - not only are they great for migraines, you can dose up to kidney stone pain without drooling on yourself or needing narcotics. The Pomegranate gummy is my favorite, theres no dank taste in any of the edibles Ive tried so far. The brownies will knock you down if you dont listen to your budtender and think a 50mg dose of Delta 9 is low dosing. You would be wrong.So, local business, with smart local owners, a fantastic YouTube Channel, and a product that can ease pain or let you get your buzz on. If you havent checked this place out, you are not being kind to yourself, (And fair reminder - this is a NO cash business, take your plastic for purchases.) Im older and having difficulty sleeping due to PTSD. Id purchased several products from two different national entities with zero luck - slight buzz but nothing more. Bought this Brownie Scout the other day, some of the best grown bud Ive come across. Worth the price.I do wish they would take pictures of their bud to put online rather than Leafly stock photos. Because restarts bud looks better! So I purchased their broad spectrum cbd cartridge online, this has zero thc and I trust them that it does, I had a baby puff and it taste amazing, you can taste the whole plant it’s a very sweet aroma, I am one who can’t have any level of thc, I got ahold of some bad stuff years ago that was a horrible experience and changed me forever especially when it comes to cannabis, restart seems to be the only ones who has anything like this and is completely honest about their products, thank you because you help many people like me who can’t handle deltas and get extreme anxiety.

I was passing through town on business from California and saw such great reviews so thought I had to check it out for myself. I wanted to see how Texas does cannabis and their store made me feel like I was in a high class dispensary! They can only sell CBD with low levels of THC in Texas, but this store sells everything from oils, topicals, vape, and even CBD flower which I thought was cool. And the owners are really knowledgable on cannabis— had fun talking with the owner about her experience. Anyways, I got a preroll to go, some gummies and the super strong repair oil to help me go to sleep while traveling. I would say it was cool to see such a neat store like this in Texas! Go Restart!

This place used to be good, I feel like they just dont care anymore. Quality went down drastically. The flower they carry (cbd,cbg,thca) is not well taken care of. Its all brown and looks outdoor grown but claim it is indoor. We bought some pre rolls and none of them burned correctly and I kid you not one of the pre rolls about .7 fell out of the pre roll while smoking it. Would not recommend this place anymore. They let the employees just vape in front of customers and while they are checking you out which I personally think is unprofessional. I do not know who is paying these high prices for some mid grade flower. I will pass. Disappointing because this place used to be more professional and took care of the products really well. I really love their products and trust them. I have been buying since they opened up. The only complaint is they sometimes have very rude people working. There is one tall, heavyset, brunette, long hair that is always in such a bad mood. I have seen people come and go, hopefully its her time next. She is extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills. I sometimes avoid going, just so I won’t see her. I don’t know her name, I think she’s some type of manager. She has a serious attitude problem not sure why they’re keeping her around. She must be a friend of the owners or something.

I’m an older trail runner, and use the 1:2 CBD/delta9 edibles to help combat joint inflammation from long miles on the trails. When the brand I used to buy went out of business, I went to Restart to see what they had available. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, very nice. I don’t remember the name of the young lady that helped me, but she took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, and gave me several options from their brand. The amount of passion she has to explain the products, which I had next to no knowledge of, was like taking a masterclass. She was so helpful and patient with me. My 1st experience was great! Didnt know what to really expect, but everyone was so kind and friendly, Dog CBD was got me in there but seeing the verity flower among everything they have to offer. Ordered the flower variety pack online with no expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. It didn’t contain the specific strain that I wanted try the most so I will be back for sure. This place is the best. When I moved to Austin a few months back, I needed a new place to buy Delta 8 carts. I quickly stumbled upon Restart CBD just a few miles from my house, and after shopping with there for the last few months, I can confidently say I’ve never been disappointed. The carts, gummies, and chocolate bars (my particular favorite) are all very high quality and tasty. The girls are always super helpful and friendly when I walk in, and they’ve always got badass stickers for anyone needing to dress up their laptop or yeti cooler.

I went in looking for pain relief and anxiety solutions for my dog. A friendly and well informed staffer told me all I needed to know in a patient fashion. She even looked up allergy information on certain products to steer me to the right options. Very professional and knowledgable. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place, the staff and the sisters. I usually get all my tinctures and flower here because they’re so professional and knowledgeable of their products. And everything I’ve tried there has been the best quality, out of every other cbd stores I’ve been to in the area.This time I decided to try out a cartridge and battery. Bought the strongest wax cartridge alongside the rapidheat battery. I was having some trouble with the device heating up properly and reached out for some advice. They responded quickly and gave me some great tips to try. After trying everything and not getting any results, they offered to help me troubleshoot the problem at the store and try to fix it. We tried a different battery, and they even called the manufacturer to ensure thorough troubleshooting. We were able to resolve it by swapping out the battery with one that was functioning properly, and it worked great!Even before it was fixed they offered to replace the items, no problem. She even gave me a store credit for the inconvenience. That was the sweetest thing. I completely understand weird defunct things can happen with both of these devices, but the level of care they gave during this situation blew me away. That’s the entire reason I will always come back to Restart. The level of professionalism, quality of products and attention to detail raises this place far above the others. Thank you again! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their business. A friend said it was be hard to find but when I have been there it was clearly marked, see attached photos. Their products are fantastic for the pain and swelling I had from an injury and much better for the body than most other drugs. CBD being available here is amazing especially if you are interested in keeping a clear head.

Update 10/09/23:Decided to give this place another go. Had the THCa flower, Bordeaux. Potent and very fresh just as advertised. The prices are a few dollars too high, but, its good quality stuff. I will return!OG review:The service was friendly and prompt. The store was clean and well organized. Im giving three stars bcs of the quality of the flowers themselves. I had the Bubba Kush in a preroll and just the flower itself. Ive had this particular strain many times, this was not Bubba Kush. The flower was old and over dried. I bought multiple jars but they all seemed this way. This strain is one of my favorites with a pretty obvious flavor profile. Sadly this didnt have it.However it did have an effect, the flavor was unpleasant for sure. Smoking the preroll was like smoking a cigarette, just a different effect.Overall the experience was good. However the main reason for this store is the herb and if the herb is dry and old its pretty unpleasant to consume. But, I appreciate the store and prices so I will probably return. Maybe I just need to buy the premium stuff.

The workers here are very very helpful and attentive. They were super patient with my noob questions about CBD and strains. The buds were very flower heavy, and not super stemmy. I bought some from a place closer to me but it was super dry and has lots of big stems. The buds from Restart CBD are perfect. Not dry, not too moist. There is NOTHING bad I can say about this place.

RESTART CBD has lab tested CBD. You can look at the lab tests. Its sourced properly and all their products are high quality. Ive tried a few places for CBD products. This one is different. Its not like those other places trying to make a quick buck. The hemp bud they sell is awesome. Their wax is excellent. Many products are full spectrum with 0.3% or less of THC. I use their products for a chronic condition and it really does help. They have my business.

Girl with curly hair kept hitting her pen literally while talking to customers. When there is a line at that. I feel like that looks very unprofessional doing that in the middle of checking people out. Just let alone doing it on your shift in general. Go to the back and hit it. Usually never have issues but seemed like she was there to play and not work.

I was looking for a locally owned/made CBD tincture and came across them - and they are women-owned and operated! Over the years, Ive purchased CBD from several highly recommended companies and I think RESTART has been the highest quality.I have mild anxiety, as well as pain/inflammation in my hands and arms from work. I use the 40mg Zero-THC once a day as needed and it really does make a huge difference. I recently tried a vape cartridge and loved the quality. It helped immensely and quickly with pain! They also give you very clear instruction on how to use their cartridges - they dont use fillers so the liquid is thicker than e-cigs and other cbd brands.I had originally planned to use their products in massage oils; Im a massage therapist. I emailed to ask about the best way to do that, the owners were extremely helpful and offered several options.

I recently visited Austin to go on a foodie hunt of my own. I saw something about delta 8 being legal and available near where I was, so I ended up stumbling on Restart Cbd. I plugged the address into my gps and was on my way! I forgot to check their hours, and when I got there, they were closed! I missed it by 30 minutes. We talked a bit about delta 8 and she recommended a couple of flavors and a battery for them. I got them last week and love them. The store is very clean, the staff is very knowledgeable, and the product explanation is made simple. I purchased CBD treats for my dog’s anxiety and over the last three days we gave him one chew each day. Within 10 minutes, he was relaxed, and remained so for 5 hours. He was not drowsy or listless but calm. I also purchased CBD drops for my insomnia to which 10 mg melatonin had been previously ineffective. I took the recommended dosage, got to sleep right away and slept for a solid five hours, woke up briefly and returned to sleep. I am glad I started out with the right vendor who carefully controls the quality of its product.

I began my CBD journey only recently as a last resort for attempting to handle my anxiety. I didn’t know much about it, and I wasn’t really sure if it would work. This has made the biggest difference in my lifestyle where I thought nothing could. I can drink coffee now without worrying about the wrenching anxiety that comes with it. UPDATED!OK so I’ve been going to this place for over a year and unfortunately after requesting updated COAs on their website since the COAs were only potency test for the Delta 8 flower, they tried to send me another test that didn’t even test for heavy metals, impurities or pesticides. Needless to say if she basically told me there’s going to be impurities in the flower, so for me I could go to other CBD shops in Austin that full panel and make sure that all of the flower passes for all of those different purities. Nobody wants to be ingesting heavy metals or pesticides every day even though they claim they come from an organic farm.

RESTART makes you feel comfortable wether you’ve been a cannabis user for years or if this is your first experience with it. Im always nervous to try a new CBD brand, so Im very happy restart ended up being a hit! I have arthritis which is particularly worse in my hands, causing swelling, pain, and tenderness. Ive been using the 300mg salve and yall... I was a little apprehensive, but was very very pleasantly surprised. While the swelling and pain isnt entirely gone (I dont think it will ever be) realistically it helps keep the pain manageable and the swelling low.

Ok it’s about time I write a review for the CBD sisters! I suffer from an auto-immune disease/Chronic illness and some of the symptoms I have are chronic nausea in the morning, joint pain, and this feeling of waking up tired and defeated. I can tell you I have been using Cannabis and Hemp for quite some time to help. Hemp (CBD) alone in the morning knocks my symptoms out so I can be more productive. I use to sleep and to wake up. I have been to all CBD shops in town and Restart is by far my favorite. Shayda and Sydney aka The CBD sisters are a fountain of knowledge on HEMP/CBD/Cannabis culture. They 100% know what they are doing in there and are happy to answer questions! I use the ZERO THC and absolutely love it. I also use Pet CBD for my senior dog and she seems to be aging a bit more gracefully. If you haven’t discovered Legal HEMP/CBD and the many fun ways to consume you really should do your body a favor and put some good stuff in it! Restart is here to help and I’m so happy I found them.
