Received clarification and thorough information on different products. They took the extra step to call the manufacturer to make sure a product I wanted to buy was safe for my current situation. Great shop, the kid with the tattoos and glasses is very nice and attentive. I could’ve stayed in there and chatted with him the rest of the day. He helped me and my girlfriend figure out what type of water pipe we wanted within 15 minutes and I went in there having no clue what a down stem even was in the first place. Very clean shop and it even smells great. Best and most friendly shop ive been to in Austin by far.

I was looking for a cigar. Called the Smoke ATX shop that was near me and was told, yes they have some cigars and yes they’re in a humidor - but if I wanted a nicer selection and a walk-in humidor, I’ve got to go to this location. Score! Beautiful walk-in humidor. A really nice selection. Outside of the humidor they also have some great cutters & lighters. I was looking for more of a throw away lighter (in Austin on business) and the young man behind the counter directed me to those. Friendly service, a nice selection of cigars in a walk-in humidor - you can’t go wrong. So if you’re looking for a cigar - and I noticed a few signs that said they’d match prices on them! - this is a great spot to find one. And I highly recommend the Perdomo Fresco with a glass of mezcal!

I literally love this place, they care about their clients, they only sell the best products, and their employees are warm, welcoming, and helpful! ALWAYS TIP!!!! They also care about maintaining clientele and have given me free samples of vapes. Chris specifically helped me so much today, but all of the employees I’ve ever met are stellar

Amazing smoke shop! I went in for a new cartridge battery and one associate (who I did not get their name) helped me pick one out and made the process extremely quick and easy. A week later I ran into a problem with the battery, but I went back and they were able to help me out and resolve the problem for me. Link and the other associate who helped me both days were amazing and I will be coming back to the shop for my future needs.

Overpriced products, vapes don’t even last as long as ones from other smoke shops. Customer service is the worst at night, employees act like I’m wasting their time as a customer. Been here several times due to convenience but I will not be returning - several other smoke shops in Austin to choose from to be dealing with the poor service, pricing, and quality.

Link was the gentleman that was assisting me, wonderful man. The knowledge he had on the products within the store was astounding, I went in with multiple questions; mainly dealing with switching from disposables to mods. Every concern and question I had he was able to answer and made sure the product fit my needs, was not looking to make a profit off of me, but rather that I was actually satisfied with what I was purchasing

I had a great experience stopping into Smoke ATX on Burnet. I was on the hunt for some good cigars but not lacking knowledge of what to get. I asked for advice and a beautifully articulated breakdown of not only the option that were available but the history behind the cigar industry. JAVI made all of the information very digestible. I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops in Austin and have always felt like I was an inconvenience or “bothering” the employees if I had any questions. At Smoke ATX, Javi, Link, and Jake are not only happy to answer any questions but they make you feel welcome - like you’ve been friends for years. There are a few smoke shops in Austin that stand out not just in stuff but in people and sadly many of them are gone today. Smoke ATX on Burnet is one I would and do drive across town for my THCa flower and edibles mainly because they are by far some of the coolest people in Austin and carry the best glass too from local artists. I have visited a number of smoke shops. The shop at 5310 Burnett road is the best I have found, and continue to return to. Mgt and staff are the best. Always friendly and very knowledgeable and honest.I am 68 and needless to say not easily impressed but I am very impressed with Eddie (ch3d).Reminds me of me when I was a young man. :-)

Knowledge is an ever fleeting commodity regardless of topic, so when I met Ch3d and he was not only informative but helpful I was motivated to write this review. I believe every industry is a service industry and the service i received was 2nd to none. People are our economy and I choose to spend money where i feel welcomed and wanted, you should too!

I have only good things to say about these folks. All the guys here have been kind and welcoming, patient with me when I ask tons of questions, informative, and helpful. I always have a great customer experience, and in the rare instance that Ive encountered problems with anything Ive purchased there, Torris especially has been beyond generous in ensuring that my problem is addressed and I feel well taken care of. While they dont necessarily carry every brand you might find at other places, Ive been happy to migrate over to what they do carry so as to bring my business to them whenever possible.

Just recently discovered this spot. Its super close and convenient for me. They have an immense collection of unique and unusual glass work. They have ejuice, accessories and the like. The best part is every single associate Ive worked with has been so polite and helpful, and seem to really value customer care.

I knew I wanted a vaporizer, but I had no idea about the differences between them. The 2 guys in the shop were knowledgeable of every product, and answered all the questions I had. Just went for pods and juice. Ch3d gave me a recommendation for a strong menthol juice. so far am very pleased with it. unfortunately they didn’t carry pods for my caliburn. so i have to give it 4 stars. really wish they stocked these devices because it’s the best flavor from a pod system you can get.

Ive been shopping with Smoke Atx for nearly a Decade and so has my Family. Dalton is pretty much always at the store and one of the most helpful gentleman Ive met at any Tobacco shop. He always makes sure I get what Im looking for, and that I get the best deal for what Im buying!

I just moved down the road and saw the great reviews and was excited to stock up and get some holiday gifts. I walked in on a Sunday morning and noticed, what seemed to be the only employee working, over at the e-cig side of the store. My friend and I took our time looking at all the products to wait until he was done. He didn’t acknowledge us at all or greet us even when he was helping his only customer with her issues with her e-cig. No problem, not a big deal. However, now 10 minutes have gone by and still no, “hey guys I’m sorry I’ll be right with you” nothing. Then we heard the customer he was helping, “hey you can totally help them first I’ll be here for a little bit” and he blatantly said “no it’s fine” and still didn’t even acknowledge our existence in the store. This rubbed us such the wrong way I immediately looked up another shop somewhere close and left. I will never be coming back.

Had one of the worst experiences in retail ever. Watched the owner of the company try to fight a customer in the parking lot. Then his employees tried to join in over a dispute of the guidelines the company organized and would not uphold themselves. I would suggest any other company after this. In times such as these for the owner to resort to violence is just shameful. Police were called and charges were filed. Boycott this type of business if given the chance I won’t support a company that promotes violence.

Went in looking for an ash catcher. Didnt initially see what I wanted but Hudson helped me find some other alternatives that would work for the description I brought to them. I didnt find what I was accustomed to so decided to go online. The experience was even slimmer than going to Smoke ATX.
