What an absolute terrific experience! My daughter gave me a gift certificate for Mothers Day, and she couldnt have picked a better treat. G did a fantastic job with my relaxing facial, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I biked there and was able to store my bike in the salon, while I was indulged, which was incredibly kind of them.The facility is an updated row house down in Fells Point, tastefully designed with a modern yet comfy edge.I highly recommend the Healing Path.

So on June 1,2024 my husband had the pleasure of experiencing a Just because I love you day..The healing path was apart of it.Marie performed his custom therapeutic massage & G gave his an awesome 1st time facial.The customer service,warm welcome,& quality of service was excellent from start to finish.I would definitely recommend the healing path to anyone. James was fantastic! After a thorough intake conversation he gave me a fabulous massage that was clearly directed at my areas of concern. I found James to be extremely attentive to how I felt throughout the session, and his overall manner was both refreshingly professional and personable.

Terrible. My massage therapist was wonderful however I had a very disagreeable interaction with the owner Marie. I was confused regarding a charge to hold my appointment after I paid with a gift card and requested an explanation and she was incredibly rude. I was also unhappy I could not use the balance on my gift card to tip. Marie’s behavior was personally unreasonably disrespectful and I will not patronize her business again.In response to Maria- We spoke on the phone so please do not try to claim ignorance. I did get Krista’s message in which she directly referenced our conversation and I chose not to respond. Your post has attempted to paint me as dishonest- which aligns with the impression I already have of you and your business practice. Kelly and James were excellent! We both felt well taken care of and really helped with the issues we had. They were very experienced and great at what they did, made us both feel very comfortable, and helped us really enjoy the experience. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely local spot for a great massage! I’ve seen multiple therapists but Sha Quan has been the best - deep tissue and amazing work! Street parking across the way and down the block is sometimes challenging but doable.

This was my first facial ever, and I could not have had a better experience. G was knowledgeable, professional, and gentle. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. G explained each step but also gave me plenty of quiet time to just relax and listen to the gentle music that was on. The treatments were customized to my own skin, and I left feeling refreshed and glowing. I will definitely be back.

Best massage I’ve ever had!! My neck and shoulders are always sore. I explained my needs in the beginning and we worked on all the areas of concern. I had a functional massage with Will and it was perfect. It combined stretching and moving to relieve tension and tightness and it completely worked. Will is very talented! I left w more mobility in my neck than I’ve had in years! The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Very cute store and charming part of town. I walked so didn’t have to worry about parking. Booked a follow up appointment for me and my partner when I checked out. Can’t wait to go back!

The Healing Path is my favorite place to get a massage in the city. Well priced and extremely knowledgeable and skilled staff. I fall asleep almost instantly 😂 noise machine, great lighting, post massage lemon water and right downtown in fells for an after massage glass of red wine a few steps away.

Ive had massages and facials at this location, and highly recommend for both. Its always a great experience.

My experience was awesome! I had Molly as my message therapist, and she was very good. I am extremely tight, and she gave me the massage that I needed. She listened to my request and tailored her service to my needs. I left feeling more relaxed and looser than I had been in a very long time. Will definitely be returning regularly.

Kyle was very attentive during my reflexology appointment. He used an appropriate amount of pressure on my feet, and the hot stone massage was relaxing. Really enjoyed my experience!

Kyle is a total wizard, I got a massage from him first 3 years ago and never was able to find a masseuse who is able to make me feel as relaxed as he does. Glad I found him again and will be coming back regularly!

I have had nothing but wonderful, spirit lifting experiences here. After three incredible 60 minute signature massages, I knew I had to leave a review. I mean, it’s only fair.I’ve had 3 different massage therapists (John, Christa and another woman whose name I cannot remember). All three were fantastic. John was a bit more talkative than the others and asked great questions to get to know how to help my body. I asked him for high pressure and he delivered. Christa was such a treat. I went to her asking for a more relaxing experience and she went above and beyond, wrapping hot towels around my feet with essential oils, and a hot towel over my eyes. Her touch was soothing and healing. 10/10 recommend going here, it’s worth the price!! Thank you Healing Path!! ❤️

Its nice when a massage therapist listens to my areas of concern and targets those areas. I have found a lot of therapists will ask about problem areas, and still not alter their technique to address the problem but rather just spend more time on an area without targeted intention.

James was amazing. Introduced me to cupping and I couldn’t believe how much it relieved my lower back in just one hour. Provided me a lot of great education and walked out of there feeling brand new!

A friend of mine gifted me a massage here, so when I called to schedule my appointment with the receptionist, she suggested that I book with John based on my needs. Thank God I did because he did a phenomenal job! This was my first visit and wont be my last. I will definitely be back to see John in the future. I left feeling so refreshed and recharged.

Excellent massageUPDATE: I had booked a massage as a birthday gift to myself with my favorite therapist, Zamiea. Two days before my appointment I got an email that my appointment was changed. I called to ask what exactly changed and was told that because John (another therapist) had called out, I was switched to Maria (I think), who is apparently also the owner. Granted that Maria may possibly be the best massage therapist in the world, SHE WAS NOT THE ONE I WANTED. I had to point out that since MY therapist had not called out, I should not be the one affected, in order to get my therapist back. A massage is a very personal thing. It would have been better if they had called me in advance and asked me. You know, do me the courtesy of acknowledging me as a client and as a person. I might have even agreed. As it happened, they are never going to see me again (I know it is not going to hurt them, I was not their best client) and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

My prenatal massage was everything I wanted and more. Kyle’s knowledge and ability to predict what areas needed attention was apparent and he gave a fantastic massage. He was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the facility was very clean and friendly!

Had an amazing massage here for my birthday. They were right on time, provided very hot stones and hot towels throughout the massage and great pressure.The temperature was amazing too.Would definitely come back! Made me feel right at home!

Very awkward strange experience here. Either the therapist (Jeff) was extremely green and new, or tired from a long day, or simply not interested in giving a good massage which wasn’t even a full body massage ( only included my my upper back and back of legs). Never did the front nor did he touch my arms. And it was a strange rub with no technique. I’ve gotten tons of massages and this was a first. The girl that checked me out seemed shocked when I told her it wasn’t a full body massage. She said it “normally” includes your arms as well as the front and back (full body). She did take 20 % off. Either way you couldn’t pay me to come back to this place.

Sha’Quan is amazing! I have shoulder and neck issues from hunching over phone/computer and stress. She addressed all my issues and I feel amazing afterwards.Healing Paths front desk is super friendly and helped me find the right masseuse to meet my needs. Easy to schedule online or over the phone.

I did a 60 min sports massage with Will and it was amazing. Very relaxing, even though I had to move around during (nature of a sports massage). I’ll definitely be back

Ive have two amazing massages here. Its a clean, calming environment and everyone here is extremely professional. Excellent customer service! Also, for less mobile patients there is only one step required to enter the building and you can request a massage downstairs rather than walking up the steps inside the building.The downside is that the massages are expensive and it seems that the massage therapists arent paid an appropriate percentage of the money you pay for a massage, so the tip is really where they make their money. Which would be fine, if the base price of the massage wasnt so high.Also, you can only tip in cash or via PayPal. Its strange. They also only accept Visa or Mastercard.I was thinking about getting a membership to lower the price of future massages, but was told that the prices were going up and they wouldnt allow me to sign up using the prices currentlry listed on their website.

Amanda, at the front desk, was so sweet and helpful! The massage was wonderful and relaxing. The massage therapist kept their mask on for the entire massage and they were great at asking for my input during the massage. Lots of cute gifts and candles to buy at the front as well.

Came for a quick visit from out of town. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She gave us a nice discount. Lori (not sure of spelling, but the male therapist) was excellent Ive been massaging for over 18 years and Im picky about who gives me a massage. He paid very close attention and focused on all of my problem areas. Even did some great psoas stretches. If Im ever in B-more again I will definitely return.

We could not have been more pleased with our services at The Healing Path! My husband and I visited during our stay at the Sagamore Pendry. We were visiting the city on our babymoon and I desperately wanted a prenatal massage. Marie was truly wonderful and made me feel incredibly comfortable before, during and after my treatment. She even went out of her way to spend time with me after my massage to provide tips for alleviating pain I had been experiencing/prevent future aches and pains. We cant wait to go back!

Each and every MT makes sure they do a thorough interview to find out what you are looking for in your session, checking in throughout the appointment to keep meeting those goals that you have set for the session. Whether you need a therapeutic massage or just one for relaxation, each therapist is going to work with you to achieve that goal. I have been going to Healing Path for over three years and have seen several of their therapists, I have never been disappointed. I plan on being a lifelong client.

My first massage with John was superb but my second massage with kelly last night was horrible and as a person who has gotten massages every month for 15 years now I would say her technique was good but she put in zero effort. It was a very sad experience, I tried to inform her many times and I still tipped when I left but it was horrible, her lack of effort. I have a monthly membership and this was only my second month so hopefully this improves.

Went here for my first time today. I saw Aisha and was extremely, extremely satisfied. If youre an athlete or you hold a good amount of muscle mass, she will certainly get the job done by hitting trigger points and loosening any knots that exist. Highly recommend her service here or any other location she may work at. Looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first visit to a massage and wellness center and Im glad The Healing Path was the one I tried.The Healing Path environment was clean, cozy, calm, and comforting. The background music was amazing.I was surprised when my masseuse (is that the correct title?) turned out to be so young. (But Alex may also have been surprised that his new client was so old. Lol!!)Im very glad I chose Alex. He is calm and focused, although my nervous chatter was probably a distraction.Through touch, Alex seemed to transmit an energy that soothed and healed.That sensation of soothing/healing energy combined with the increasing warmth of Alexs hands, the lavendar fragrance, and the background music made this a deeply relaxing experience.I left The Healing Path feeling relaxed and renewed. It was a wonderful experience.Kudos to Alex for his skill and to The Healing Path for having him on staff.

Dillyn and G were amazing!! Dillyn paid attention to every detail of my massage. I feel like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. I’m not sure what massage technique G uses, but I remember dosing off several times. Receptionist was sweet and friendly. Can’t wait to book again.

I bought my girlfriend a gift card and when she went to use it they messed up her massage. She was supposed to get a deep tissue massage and they ended up giving her a prenatal massage (girlfriend didnt take that very well). She didnt realize that until about half way through that she was getting a prenatal massage and both her and the masseuse realized they had confused her with the next client.She thought no big deal and it was just a simple mix up and they would refund her. Well they decided they wouldnt refund her but would give her a 30% discount on her next massage or see if the masseuse would give her a free massage. That made the girlfriend upset because she didnt want the masseuse to have to work for free because of a simple mistake but still wanted to get what she paid for. We thought the business would cover the mix-up not the masseuse. She wanted to go to the other location and with a new masseuse to avoid the awkward and embarrassing situation. But they were not very understanding of the situation and made the simple mistake into a big ordeal.Update: They did refund us. They mentioned seeing this review so I am not sure if they refunded us just because of the review or because they actually came to their senses. Either way, I would be concerned about the customer service.TLDL: they messed up my girlfriends massage and made things extremely difficult on my girlfriend when trying to fix their mistake.

Saying this place was amazing is an understatement. It has the cutest little shop in the front and the massage rooms in the back. I’m absolutely in love with this place and I will for sure be booking again. Also, Great customer service and Kelly & Minta were outstanding!

I was very pleased with the 75-min therapeutic stretch. I had the opportunity to explain my situation in-depth and communication was ongoing, I learned something new about pain vs. tension, and he acknowledged my pain and was able to relate in a way that made me feel like I was talking to a peer who understood what I was dealing with.

John was amazing! So nice, incredibly professional and I felt so much better after seeing him. Overall, the facility was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Will definitely be returning!

Love the staff, it’s clean with all the COVID standards, easy to schedule and pay.  Have definitely recommended to many people and will keep doing so! I go regularly to see Kyle and Minta- amazing, you will not be disappointed!

Let me preface by saying the deep tissue massage from Alex was phenomenal.They called me the day prior to my massage to confirm, and during that conversation assured me I could use a gift card as a payment method. When I went to pay, they told me their system doesn’t process gift cards (It’s 2018?) and that I would have to use another payment method. The only thing worse than a bad massage is having the high from a good massage ruined at the end by an unaccommodating business. I was looking forward to my next massage there, but now I will not be a repeat customer. Unfortunate, as I was moments away from inquiring about a monthly membership.

Had a massage last evening with a Kelly. She was great. The 60 mins was well balanced and her pressure was prefect. The spa was clean and soothing. I can’t wait to book Kelly again!

I was disappointed the last two days with the customer service in The Healing Path. I am normally not one to write negative reviews but I thought it was necessary. I attempted to call to inquire about prenatal massages yesterday evening and a woman at the front desk told me that if I could hold for a moment, shed be right with me. After ten minutes on hold, I heard the phone be taken off hold and then it was disconnected. I attempted to call back 4-5 times, listening to many rings, no answer and their answer machine each time. This was 25 minutes before their closing time. I then called this morning again multiple times from the time they opened until an hour after they were supposed to be opened and again, received no answer. I decided to try again around 4:30 pm and did get an answer and talked to someone. As soon as I said that I was an interested client and was hoping to come in tomorrow to try out the facility after purchasing a Groupon, they were quick to tell me that tomorrow would not work at all for any of their locations. However, when going on their online site to their Booking Online section, each of their locations are accepting appointments for prenatal massages with multiple massage therapists available at many different times. I was disappointed as it seemed as if the Groupon (that you need to call to make an appointment if you have one--instead of booking online) is the reason that she said there were no appointments. I would rather pay another establishment an extra 50$ for prompt and exemplar customer service and who are eager for my business.

Excellent service, well priced. As the name implies, they are more focused on health than relaxation. They gave good long term advice, and the masseur used just enough pressure for some discomfort but no pain. My back felt much better a couple days later.

The environment in the spa is relaxing from the moment you step in. My therapist was so responsive to my needs. Nothing like a wonderful massage to make this mama-to-be feel her best!

Fabulous therapeutic massage by John, truly gifted therapist! Much needed and long overdue because of Covid. The Healing Path has got safety covered. So glad took the leap back to this much needed therapy!!

Minta did a wonderful job as usual. She always checks to see what areas she should focus on and whether I am pleased with the amount of pressure she is applying I always feel great after a massage with Minta.

Horrible experience. We ended up leaving without our massages. The Sagamore Pendry should not associate itself with this kind of two bit spa. Thanks for ruining my anniversary gift that we were giving to each other. And to the receptionist, I heard what you said under your breath as we were leaving . I let the concierge know it, too.

I bought a facial for my girlfriend. The next morning she woke up with a bunch of pimples and red scratch marks all over her face. She called the healing path to ask if there was anything she could do to calm the irritation and treat the breakout. The person on the phone said she believed the aesthetician didnt properly exfoliate and extract and that she would speak to the owner and aesthetician and call back with a solution. We never heard back from them - disappointed with the quality of the facial and the lack of care shown by the healing path. Will not be returning.

Great spa! I went here for a weekend staycation at the Sagamore Pendry. This spa was recommended by the hotel. The owner was very friendly and my facial was wonderful and very relaxing! G was a great esthetician and everything about the facial was explained to me in detail.

The massage therapist Christine that works there is a miracle worker with divine hands. Awesome staff! Awesome experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Baltimore area.

Very expensive for the services and quality of service provided; rooms were freezing. I should have ended the massage after 15 minutes, so partly my issue, but left rather unhappy after paying the bill. I think this place could do better, its a beautiful spot.

Healing Path Sports Rehab massage fixed my persistent pain from a sprain, and the massage was spectacularly relaxing. My only complaint is that the Fells location is a little more expensive than their others.

Carol is the best ....not only was my massage great but the layout and environment were as well. The staff members were polite and courteous as well.
