This is second time there. Ive enjoyed both my visits. Tara did my nails both times and she is the BOMB! Erica did my friends nails and shes freaking awesome too! Id recommend this salon and both these ladies.

Rushed job ! Didn’t even double check to make sure the nails were file properly and the lady took a tip without asking me. Not sure if I’ll come back here ! When a customer pays good amount money to have nails done they should be done right

They can’t do nails here I got my nails done two days ago one broke and one whole hand is already lifting my nails already two weeks old because she didn’t bring the acrylic all way down the nail just a waste of $100 a messssss

Going for 10 yrs. Good service,my nails last 1 month until its time for fill- ins. They do great with wax eyebrows arching.

I received terrible service at this salon. The guy working there was coughing up a lung without a mask on. And I mean non-stop coughing. It was disgusting. I wanted regular polish and they told me if I wanted designs I had to get gel and gave me some b.s. excuse. Ive been getting mani pedis for decades and have always gotten designs with regular polish and acrylic paint (duh).. Then, when he goes to do my design, he pulls out a sticker sheet... stickers..... then proceeded to overcharge my credit card. I will never return to this salon nor do I recommend it.

I came in today they were open. I came in on time at 10 o’clock. The lady at the front desk said that if I don’t take the aggressive man that she cannot do me he’s aggressive and I am calling the Better Business Bureau. Pulling your hand hard as hell. They open at 10am it’s 10:18 nasty attitude

The man kept sticking my toes with his equipment because he was cutting too close. I told him I wanna designs on my fingernails his response to me is I will pick out a design for you I told him no I will pick up my own design. So we went back and forth about this. It has not been a week yet and two days after I got my nails done my polish was already chipping off and one nail had already broke. Now I know why I stopped going there this is my first time there is several years the customer service is horrible do not waste your time or your money

Ive never had a bad experience until today, probably because the manager was not there. I signed in and waited 45 minutes for a fill in by Kenny only to find out the person I requested was not coming in. Gee thanks! 3 women walked in for pedicures and full sets after me. By the time they were done pedicures, I was still waiting for my fill in. They sat in the chair for full sets before me! Of course by now Im pissed because Im being skipped over. I asked if I could pick my color from the color wheel while I was waiting and the guy passed the gel color samples around to everyone except me. Next 3 rude chicks walk in claiming they called ahead of time, but they had no appointment. They quickly left out. So the managers wife walks in at noon asking if anyone had been waiting. I raised my hand and she told me to come to her station. As soon as I sat down, in walks the 3 chicks who claimed to have an appointment. I was asked to get up so she could do their nails. When I asked her how long would the wait be now since Ive been waiting 45 minutes, she said she didnt know. Now thats truly poor customer service. Today, they lost a loyal customer because of their inability to accommodate a customer while who was patiently waiting.

Unsanitary they don’t clean their tools between clients…the owner is rude he fussed out two women and banned them from the store because they stated their pedicure was being done not to their satisfaction ..dawn is rude and she does a rush job. Don’t go here

They do the best nails. They’re gel polish lasts and they’re manicures are smooth. Great massage chairs. I visited 5 weeks post knee replacement and they were very helpful and patient with me. Dory did my nails and she’s amazing.

I asked for stiletto nails and he gave me oval when I said something about it he told me he couldn’t file it more because it would break. He was also hurting me with the tools as well and being rough as he was doing my nails. I got up and left after he continued to be rough with my hands and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

A but overpriced for nails; the lady that did my lashes needs to practice enhancing her lash skill. My lashes were shaped two different ways, my eyes hurt AND burned. This was my first time and it made me Not want lashes again. She blamed me for closing my eyes when she never told me what/what not to do. I like the eyebrows. I like the fact that my gel pedi still lasting after a month or so. Your own discretion is advised.

Very unhappy with service. Asked for mood gel polish was charged for it and it never changed color, was very sloppy and unevenly painted. All i asked was to change the polish to an actual mood polish. I was very polite and well mannered, hell i even waited an hr patiently and they were very nasty and insisted i pay again. Id recommend skipping this location and give your money to places who wont try to rip you off.

Kenny the owner was doing my nails. I told him that my gel polish was lifting and its going to eventually lift up. Which it did once I left. When I told him that he said no it wont and if it do come back. I told him I know that it will lift because its already lifting so can you just fix it now. He did not fix it and told me to come back if it does and no one ever get chip nails with him. I showed another employee and he saw what I was talking about and tried to fix the OWNER KENNY MISTAKE. The staff proceeded to tell me that no one will see the small lift and I should be fine. I asked Kenny one last time could he fix my nail but what he did was so unprofessional when I asked. He threw his hands up with a angry voice saying its nothing wrong with your nails frowned his face and walked away from me while I was talking to him. He started speaking in his foreign language out loud as if I didnt know he was talking about me. My nail wasnt fixed and it peeled terribly. He think people want to come back to get their nails done as if customer time isnt valuable. I dont have time to come back when the problem couldve been fixed from the start. I wanted to give a zero star because he have a bad attitude along with poor service.

I’ve been coming here for many years but today will be my last. First off they only had 4 PEOPLE WORKING ON A SUNDAY. Three on nails and one on pedicures. Dory rushed threw my nails, I’ve never Had a fill-in done so fast in My life. She barely took all of my red polish off and shipped a couple buffing steps. Made me changed my color to something darker because she didnt bother to take all of my red polish off. All just to get me out my chair quicker and then move on to the next set of nails. Then I wanted 20 mins for my pedicure because remember they only had 1 person. Dawn was doing my pedicure. She rushed through it, stopped halfway to accommodate her scheduled appointment and picked up where she left off with me. It was subpar. I paid more than I normally do for a fillin and a pedicure and the service was horrible. The only person worth mentioning is ROSE (who of course was not working when I needed her). She is the best person working there and I hope she realized her skills and leaves ASAP because they have no respect for their customers or the service they provide.

I went to get a fill-in. Asked about one picture I had they told me no only if I get a new set. So I showed a picture with a design they said no we dont do designs here. So I said ok then just a fill-in an color. 2 days later not one but two of my nails popped right off. Didnt break just came right off. They werent very friendly and clearly the quality sucks. I should not of had 2 nails come right off after a fill in. An I had to wait for the lady beside me to have her nails dried because they were sharing the dryer. Should of went elsewhere and now I definitely will! Id give no stars if it was possible.

I just let this location at 5:08 today and I was told they were closed. However this location closes at 6 p.m. Upon walking in, I was asked what I needed, and I replied a fill in with gel nails. The lady asked the guy something in their language and he smiled and nodded No. She then looked at me and said we are closed. If you check Google it clearly says they close at 6 p.m. I said ok thank you and kindly left that location. I walked by the food court and there is a nail spa that operates the same time as each store does with the mall hours with the exception of Burlington. I was asked what I needed, signed in on the computer and waited until my turn came about. Needless to say if you want great customer service this location would not be the place to receive it! I would have respected them more if they said that they had other people and no time for me, however it was not the case. I do feel that if you live and make a living in American; you should be required to know our culture. Mainly when you entire life is being supported by us Americans. I have nothing against anyone on earth but in my experiences Im learning that being polite and good customer service is not what some are accustom to in any way. What is ok in their country is not how we operate here. Im not sure if they know that poor customer service can be the end of a business.

Been coming here for a minute and this the 2nd time the service been bad. The 1st the man did a bad pedicure. And this time the usual lady I get really got upset because I told her she can let someone else do my pedicure because she got a usual in front of me mind you I been sitting here a hour and 20 minutes now. Guess its safe to say I wont be back

Went in today to get my nails done and the nail tech kept cutting. When I said something he acted like I was making a big deal out of nothing. It’s me getting cut not him. He offered no apology. I won’t be returning. Quality is sub par.

Been here a few time for Tara (she is the best with designs etc). I happen to come on Friday she was not in so I asked for a full set and pedi ... after my pedi I was told to wait for the full set. The woman begins my nail in a rush filing them down extremely aggressive I asked her not to make them to thin. She proceeded last to get ready to pull out the nails. I asked if she could cut my cuticles.. she snipped the air a little over each nail and continued rushing. I stopped her and asked if she could clip my cuticles again. She told me I would need a manicure for that, I was ok with paying for the manicure she then said she can’t do both (clip my cuticles and full set). Again I told her I don’t care the price but you can’t put nails on ugly cuticles it looks crazy. She basically said oh well we don’t take people after 8:30 when I informed her been there since 7 she dismissed me and started speaking another language. The manager KENNY stood there and literally said nothing I told him she was extremely rude and he just stared at me with a blank looks . I’m used to spending at least $100 on my nails but I refuse to ever give them my business ago

Hated the job done on My nails looked nothing like what I asked for and by the looks of it didnt look like they could even accomplish what I wanted. Got a pedicure and was not allowed to sit and soak before it was done so I went home still having dead skin on my heels

I normally come here every 2 weeks, lately my visits have been horrible! They have hired a lot of new people who barely know what they are doing. No need to sign in they dont monitor who is next and if your not watching someone else could get serviced before you. And please do not go after 6:30 PM because you will get a rushed job being that they close at 9 PM! I am disappointed but I will be searching for a new salon. Any suggestions???

Never again will I go here. There is no way a gel manicure should be chipping after 4 days. When I called they told me they would only fix the nail after 3 days. Thats what I get for not going to my regular nail tech.

Very unprofessional , i went to get my nails done and they were open. Arrived at 7:30 pm and they dont close until 9 .ask could i get them done chinese man had an attuide saying no . ? why is yall open if yall aint doing no nails. I Just didnt like his attitude they way how he said no and facial expression. I will not be coming back to this place ever again .

I use to love this place but after last night... Not so much. Im going in there on my next day off asking them to remove the nails they out on me. It looks TERRIBLE!!! They rushed me out of there and I spent 100$ on all my services. That I was pressured into thanks to Lee Lee. Yeah I want a refund and them to remove this horrible hack job off my nails.

I love the salon. Always have. Ive seen people come and go, but every nail tech that takes me as a client, never disappoints. I went to another salon and was upset with the results but they deserve their tips.

They deserve zero stars!!! I sat in there for an hour and got skipped over multiple times. And when I said something to someone they acted as if they didnt care whether I sTaye or left. I tried them twice before today and the men are rough and the women have attitudes. Will never go back!!!!

I’ve never experienced anything like it there I got my nails done 3 days before my wedding because I figured my nails should last 2 weeks , a day later 4 of my nails broke off & my husband paid 75 dollars on my nails . Well I was told if anything happened to my nails ( which it did ) before the wedding he’ll fix them for free . When I went there the owner disrespect me infront of everyone because his wife asked me what happened to my nails and I was telling her and he felt like I was tryin to make him “ look bad” . Even after I got my nails redone 3 of them came off a day later .. I will not be going there anymore .. 80 dollars spent& they didn’t even last 1 WEEK !

Kenny is the only one who does my nails and i have never had a problem with cjipping or anything as long as he did my nails

Love how the lady takes her time and the leg massage and hot towel is the best.! just leave hot towel on alittle bit longer ok its the best.!! love my toes when I leave there the lady who did mine knows what shes doing.

It was my first time coming here there was a lady ahead of me she was asked what she wanted I STOOD THERE in my RED shirt and no one says NOTHING a nail tech comes to the register I ask her is anyone going to serve me she spoke her language to the guy nail tech NO ONE SAYS NOTHING TO ME a young lady then enters and another tech politely asks what she needs... WHY WAS I IGNORED I’m in such a rush to get my nails feet and brows done but WILL NOT give this my money

Best pedicure of my life. Wanted to try somewhere different than my usual place. Sarra I think her name is.. did an amazing job... I also liked that the other gentleman helped an elderly lady onto the platform in the pedicure station & helped her get comfortable .. Kuddos.. I will be returning.

This is the 4th time I’ve been here and today after a long day at work I came in for a much needed pedicure and who did I get Mr. Scrooge himself aka MR. PETER. His attitude really sucks first he make the foot bath warm and when I asked for some hotter water 💦 he came over flip the switch for 6 sec literally so after about 10 minutes more he came over to start and I ask again for more hot water (if looks could kill I would be Dead) and he proceeded to turn on cold water so when I informed him of the temp he sucked his teeth and stated that’s all they have now. Smh the vibe was so negative I apologized to him for anything I may have done and I asked if he could just please do my feet right Sir this was the worst ever I literally paid $33.00 to get my feet washed my polish is so lumpy really unsatisfied this is a really nice salon but please stay away from Mr peter and his wanna be 20 yrs of experience.

I always go here to get my toes and nails done I love the way the lady does my feet and my nails always get hooked up by my nail tech and the place is pretty neat.

One of the cleanest, FASTEST, and cheapest salons around town. Inside the mall (bad for me, I despise malls), however very close to the entrance/ exit on the West wing, so easy to get in and out of. Considering this is a mall salon I was not expecting such high quality. Staff was prompt and efficient. Will certainly return.

This used to be my favorite nail salon until I went there and got a pedicure lashesand waxing when it was time to do my nails I was told that the person doing them was tired and nobody else could do them I will never go there again and my total was $130.00. They couldnt even give and explination

I was getting my feet done when the nail tech did a rush job so I told her I did not want her to touch my feet I wanted someone else so the manager came over did not do anything was not helpful at all then they had me sitting in the chair as if someone else was coming to finish my toes for 30 mins instead of telling me that no one wanted to finish my toes worst experience ever would not recommend I would give zero stars if I could

After several months in quarantine, it was amazing to finally have a mani/pedi. Decided to treat myself and it was a very relaxing experience. Loved it and going back again.

Been going here for over 10 yrs. Dori is the best with the nails and rosa and dawn are the best with the feet. I always make an appointment. No wait time for me 😆

This place does a great job on feet. But my nails are horrible. They are uneven and sloppy. I will be getting my nails done somewhere else

I thought I would come in for the second time and try to see if service is better for the second go round rushing because it is Mothers day the next day...Came into the nail place noone spoke or even acknowledge that I was there it was like I didnt come in...For about 5 mins silence after I had signed in..A man then came to the front and said who is next not hello how may I help you but who is next...then I said I would like a pedicure then he sent me towards the back.. the water came on then I sat down and waited for about 15 to 20 mins for someone then I asked is anyone doing my nails...they called for someone he said no...then I called the nail place on the phone ask to speak to manager then he came back and said someone will be doing my nails...then it took 8 mins after that for someone to start on my feet...he was in the phone first then started didnt engage me at all no speaking just gave me a book and ask me which one I wanted....then started my nails...he was very all business like I was another ticket or animal up next to be picked....it was a unfriendly atmosphere and I will never go back again ever....

Im upset didnt get nails done in a while so the owner did my nails black a glitter acrylic which I didnt know I thought that was the gel and end result and he messed up on the rhinestones they are different sizes not the same look on both of ring nails and now Im stuck with glitter an black when I get fill ins either I want a new free set when I go back cause its horribleOr a discount never again Ill let him tell me just let me do my job n he rushed

Paid $160 for lashes pedi and full set three days ago my lashes hurt for the last three days and now it’s lifting in the corner my acrylic on my pedicure is lifting up after only three days one of my feet have dryness on the hill from him scrubbing too hard and my toe has dried up blood around my cuticle from him cutting me never again 😡😡😡😡

Been going here for years. And went to get a pedicure horrible. I let someone else do my feet. I got cut 4 time on my toe.

Rust and did not do a good job on my nails at all they were crooked when I asked to fix it they wouldnt do it spent $210 there and I will never go back again

I always have a great experience when I come here. I get a different technician everytime and I am never disappointed. They are friendly and very accomodating of your needs. I highly reccomend them.

My finger started bleeding from the man filing my nail he acted as if he didnt see it. I just had a bad experience being my first time here they are a rude staff.

They have a lot of technicians so there wasnt a wait but they rush, so my gel polish peeled off of a couple of nails.

Been coming for two years to a woman named dory she had become very nasty unprofessional and i got their late only five minutes she started arguing in front of customers I told her I’m the customer you will not scream at me i can go somewhere else after all there’s a million nail shops in Essex and this shop has no customer service she is very rude and no nail colors don’t go here run to another nail shop they use no liners for pedicures very unprofessional and rude especially her

My daughter got her nails done and like them so Im happy 😊💅

Horrible..i sat in the chair for pedicure for 40 mins with cold water then waited another 20 mins for them to figure out who wanted to do my toes and they act like they dont understand english

My second time attending this nail salon was horrible the guy that was doing my nails kept cutting my skin when he was trying to get around my cuticle I told him that he was hurting me he kept saying my nails was going last longer by him hurting me when he was polishing my feet the polish was running out the nail technician polished my feet like he was painting on paper my toes looked terrible I did get 10$ off but that wasnt enough never will I attend this nail salon again

I went there this morning Tom did my nails when you go into the shop he sit in the back he did an outstanding job on my nails he is very friendly and professional go check him out

Cut my nails down so short he couldnt even shape them . They actually hurt they are so short
