UPDATE: within an hour of my original review, both Kelly and Anna called me very apologetic for my experience. They explained that with their system, they are used to customers explicitly stating who their appointment is with on check in (not always my experience at other salons), so this was obviously a miscommunication. They asked me to come back, and Kelly did my nails today. She did a phenomenal job and was very kind throughout. And re: my original nail tech, she was also very kind and I acknowledge that everyone has to practice and build their skills from somewhere. I really appreciated how thoughtful the owners were, so I will definitely be going back. Thanks Kelly and Anna!Original review: I always read reviews of nail salons before going so that I know which tech I should book an appointment with. I booked an appointment with Anna last Saturday, but instead they put me with someone who was brand new. I did not know it was not Anna until I was leaving, when another client asked the tech who did her nails for her name and that tech replied that her name was Anna. I should have known my tech was not Anna because I asked my tech to shape my nails in a coffin shape and she immediately gave me rounded nails. I did not want tips, so there was no way to fix this. The dipping powder I asked for (emerald green) was also a different color than the one she put on (blue/gray), but she assured me with a few coats the color would be the one I requested. It was not. And to top all of this off, I am now 1 week out from this service and 2 of my nails are almost completely lifted off.This is just really unfortunate because I’m new to Baltimore and was hoping this would be my new nail salon. I think it is poor management for a client to be placed with a new tech when they clearly booked an appointment with a specific tech. I’m not sure that I will return again.

The staff is super friendly, the salon is spotless, and my nails have never looked better. They really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Visiting Spoil U Nails and Spa Salon was a 5-star experience, thanks largely to Kelly. Her skill and attention to detail was nothing short of astounding, I wanted a simple natural short dip and my nails are truly exceptional, I haven’t been this pleased in a long time. Everything was perfect the shape the color the length everything!!! Kelly’s warm and personalized approach makes you feel uniquely pampered. We had great conversation complemented with genuine laughter I left feeling rejuvenated and beautifully cared for. Highly recommend Kelly and the salon for a top-notch beauty experience.

I came every few weeks for gel manicure with Gisela and she was always precise and patient.Unfortunately,Yesterday I was like let me try their acrylic and lashes.Kely did my acrylic nails so quick she was rushing it, it was messy bumpy thick broken edges and when I asked her to fix it she started talking in a foreign language with a mad tone to her peer which made me feel uncomfortable to ask her to fix it.I went home and felt so bad because it was so cheap looking and bumpy and dirty underneath no matter how many times I washed it.So today I went back to them and asked them to remove it and they charged me removing it saying “ it’s not our problem you didn’t like it”👀🤯so I ended up paying $200 for nothing.To top it off lashes was so hard like plastic not soft also cheap material with glue making painful nits but I felt intimidated to ask them to fix/remove it given how they responded to my request to remove the acrylic nails in less than 24 hrs.Was worried they will also charge for that too.I went home and cut the lashes myself and now they are sharp like needles. Worst experience in my life.I am never getting anything other than gel by Gisela.I spent around $300 now with sharp ugly plastic lashes and just hand gel manicure.If you don’t like the results you will be charged to fix it. So be aware.

I love this salon. The vibes are amazing. It’s so neat and clean. Service is impeccable!!! I got my lashes and eyebrows done also I got the luxury pedicure… simply amazing 🤩

I loved my experience here. Got a manicure and pedicure. Gel and regular coat and design. Shelly and Anna were amazing. I will definitely be returning. It was so relaxing I forgot how much time had passed :) also got my eyebrows waxed. Very accommodating.

Love going to Kelly! She does a great job with my fill-ins. She’s also quick. My nails frequently last up to 4 weeks.

My first visit to Spoil U, but it definitely won’t be my last. I had a fantastic experience getting a dip manicure from Kelly. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The nail salon, as a whole, is very welcoming and comfortable.

I love this place! I been here 3 times and every time is just fabulous! This is my type of establishment (Bougie)..... The first time i came there was a really warm feeling and nice greetings by Ms.Kelly ( Shes great too she does my sister nails). The pedicure with vibrator chairs and that sugar scrub is amazing finished with a hot towel. Ms.Annas hands are amazing & so soft. Ive been coming back for Ms.Anna after she did my pedicure the first time I was hooked. The second time I got the Mani/ Pedi by Anna of course I also added the full face wax, the room made me feel comfortable she understood how I wanted my eyebrows & I looked good.My last experience was awesome as per usual but I was feeling bold so Mani/Pedi, full face wax and BRAZILIAN!!! Ms Ana knew i wanted to try it for awhile and basically built up my confidence & talked me into it, I was nervous, It was my first time but she made me laugh the whole time and the pain was tolerable, My kitty never looked better lol. I definitely will be coming back and adding more services to my list. I literally feel understand why they are named Spoil U!Full Warning: You do pay for the best experience so be prepared.

I came to get my nails done and was so pleased that I couldn’t resist a pedicure as well. Spending time here has been very enjoyable and Kelly is just the loveliest lady.I have found my new place.

I’ve been getting dip nails, pedicures, and eyebrow wax at Spoil U Nails for about two years and I cannot recommend highly enough. It is a fantastic woman-owned business; incredibly clean and relaxing and provides gorgeous results. Anna and Kelly run a tight ship and if you call ahead will let you know the best time to come to avoid a wait. The massaging pedicure chairs are super comfy and the eyebrow waxing services are top notch. After trying a number of different nail establishments in the area - I would never go anywhere else.

Today, August 19, 2023 was my first time at this salon. The young lady Kelly serviced me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered. My issue is I haven’t had my nails done for 24 hours and I’ve had to apply glue to keep my design down. I have small hands and fingers and looking at my nails in the light of day the nails aren’t proportionate to my fingers & hands. I will be reaching out to her tomorrow, August 20, 2023 to see if this issue can be rectified. I would recommend this salon because the atmosphere is very chill, and all of the nail techs were very nice and cordial. I would say take your time with your clients, there’s no need to rush.

Used to love this place but unfortunately had a terrible experience today. I asked for a regular pedicure no additions and they charged me $6 for a callous removal I did not ask for. If I had known it was extra I would not allow my tech to do that. Then when I was paying with cash the worker gave me incorrect amount of change FOUR times after I kept asking for the correct change - whether or not that was intentional that really rubbed me the wrong way.

Worst nail salon in the city!! Made my wife bleed while getting her nails done and the Asian staff is rude to the Hispanic/Indian staff and yell at them while people are getting their nails done. Terrible experience don’t ever go to this spot!!! Way better spots elsewhere in the city!

I love this place. I was visiting Baltimore I had strained my in the gym and it had been bothering me. A family member recommended Spoil U Nail and Spa. Making the appointment was easy to do online and when I arrived they were waiting for me. Ping was my masseuse.No waiting and she was extremely professional and very nice. She asked me if any areas were bothering me or if I had any surgeries or previous injuries. She was very thorough and listened carefully to me.After I got my massage, I felt so amazing. My back pain was gone, and I felt so relaxed. She created an escape and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I cant say enough good things about my experience at Spoil U Nails and Spa. Now every time I come to Baltimore, its a must have to schedule a massage there and I would recommend you doing the same.

I got my best acrylic set done here. I got dip, but my technician was so skilled that the layers were thin enough to look and weigh as much as gel. She made a goregous look! This is truly a skilled place, and I 100% recommend.

I have been here SO many times and I have never had a bad experience, especially when I was serviced by Kayla. This time, I came to get a pedicure on a Sunday, there were 3 people working and one was available, I came and was sat down in the back. I have acrylic on all my toes and I just came for a fill-in. I get sat down and when she’s working on my feet two people walk in and in the middle of me getting my feet done she calls them and sits them down, she starts rushing, and leaves my acrylic all clumpy, didn’t clean my toes (cuticles), oh and I asked for square but they were all different shapes, and to finish off she cut my toe. When I stopped her to tell her about my acrylic she starts going back and forth saying it’s because I have acrylic, which isn’t true. As soon as she finishes, she leaves me on my chair, doesn’t ask for my payment, didn’t even drain the water just to rush to the other lady. The worst service EVER. I won’t be coming back, I am so disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon before it was Spoil you. Good location with parking. Prices are moderate. They did a lot of nice updates to it. They have happy hour prices before 3pm during the week. It’s clean and they have nice music.

I went to this salon after seeing an ad on facebook. I saw the reviews and gave them a shot. I was NOT disappointed at all! I am soooo grateful for my experience. I got a gel manicure with thee prettiest purple sparkle polish. Then i got a back massage and i was in heaven! I only did a half hour just to try out the experience and i will come back and do an hour each time, every time. This is such a great salon and i definitely recommend them! I look forward to spending alot of money here and spoiling myself because i work hard and i deserve it 😁

I hate to share a negative experience, but unfortunately I will not go back to Babylon nails. I went to get a dip manicure. I sat down and there was a disagreement between some other customers and the staff. The customers had accidentally spilled polish on the floor AFTER getting their manicures. The staff refused to help clean it up since it was the customers fault. As a business owner myself, I would 100% help the customer clean up a spill even if it was their fault. After that, the customer left angrily and left their items in the middle of the floor. One of the employees started screaming at the customers to leave and never come back! I understand leaving their items was rude, but I found the screaming at the customer to be unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I then had to pick out 3-4 different polishes as they did not have the polishes I chose. There was NO hand massage. They used UV light which I thought was a bit weird since it was dip not gel. They charged me $53 in cash because their credit card machine was not working. One of the most expensive manicures I have had. 7 days later, the dip polish is lifting off my nails from the back and the polish on one entire nail popped off.

Lovely team and they can do unique designs! Their prices are fair and this is the first salon that’s made me want to come back consistently. Can’t wait for my next set!

Update: the salon reached out to me and apologized and is giving me my next nail appointment for free which I appreciate very much, so I updated the rating.I have been to this salon 3 times and have had a decent experience the first two times. However, I just went back to re-do my dip nails and had a very bad experience with Tracy. I had an appointment in the evening and had to wait at least 20 minutes. Which caused my appointment to end past closing. The nail tech Tracy was clearly annoyed to take on another customer this late in the day and rolled her eyes. She barely talked to me, and left with her phone to sit in another location to be on her phone throughout the session. She glued new tips on top of old tips even-though they were lifting because she couldn’t be bothered to file the old ones down properly. While She was doing my nails, I asked her to fix some of my nails because the shape did not look good, as It was very uneven. She said she will do it later... She ended up going in with the files so hard that my fingertips and finger beds are still hurting and are raw two days later. My nails are still uneven, parts of my nail bed is exposed, and she even missed areas with the dip. She also ended up cutting my cuticles, which I did not ask for, and they charge extra for, and she even made me bleed during this process to which she said nothing. Before I even got up she already had her purse ready to go and rushed me to check out. She clearly just wanted to get out of there and rushed doing my nails and therefore did a pretty horrible job. I’m considering going somewhere else to get my nails fixed but it is ridiculous to spend $60 and then having to go somewhere else to pay more money to get them fixed. Very disappointed to say the least.

Went to Spoil U for the first time tonight at the suggestion of a friend. I met her there and I had the best experience. I was going to get my nails done only, and then come back to have my eyebrows and eyelash extensions done on the following Monday. She said they could do the eyelashs and eyebrows all at the same time. I was shocked!!I then booked my husband and myself for our pedicures the following week! I’m sure we’ll have a great experience with that as well!If your looking for a place to go that’s really not overly expensive I would recommend trying Spoil U!!!

After my diagnosis of breast cancer while 6 months pregnant, I hadn’t done anything special for myself in a long time. Chemotherapy was very hard on me & always caring for a small baby didn’t allow my a lot of time to heal.I stopped into spoilU today for my first gel pedicure in almost a year. It was so special! Min took his time & really pampered me. Kelly at the desk is so kind & attentive. I am so thankful to the team here for making me feel well taken care of. Thank you!!!

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. They overcharged us for long nails. We didnt get long nails but my daughter didnt notice the overcharge until we got home. I do not know if it was done on purpose or not

Terrible. I went for waxing recently, and it was a dreadful experience. My skin is itching, and I have rashes all over my hands and legs. They’re unprofessional, extremely shabby, and rushed to finish the job. Never going there again.

I went in to Spoil U nail salon last minute because I was in the area. I called before I went in to make sure they could accommodate me. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Salon is very clean and there are nice/thoughtful details everywhere. I waited a little while soaking my feet and the gentleman who did my pedicure was very appreciative. Pedicure/toes came out great. He shaped them super well and even tested out the color when I couldn’t decide between red or yellow. Overall great experience and I will be back when I’m in the area again!

I went for the first time on saturday & had an amazing experience! the wait wasn’t long at all, prices are reasonable, and the space is beautiful. the absolute best part of it all was my nail tech, may! she was AMAZING! i got a full set of acrylic nails & she did them perfectly. her attention to detail & the care that she puts into perfecting the nails is immaculate. i can’t wait to come back for my next set!

Such a great salon! The ladies that work there are all really good and so friendly.The salon is sort of hidden so it’s not overly crowded— which I love! It’s more peaceful.They offer a bunch of different pedicures so you can really pamper yourself or just get a good standard one.I’ve never tried their spa services but they have ‘happy hour’ specials during the week and it’s on my list to try.

Only thing could make this place better is if they offered wine ! Ill definitely be returning! Soooo I turned into a regular client, but noticed I was getting pushed off by certain nail techs . It was fine to use debit at first, now they charge you extra for anything but cash. && then they started charging me different prices every time I came back .. seems more money hungry the more I went. So I think I wont be back !

I came in one day looking for an esthetician. Since Covid had happened I was at lost for someone that could do that for me. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Anna (owner) and she was very nice and knowledgeable she helped me breathe better. Then I got a vitamin C facial as well. I look 19 years old again. She was very informative and nice. I would definitely recommend everyone to come and check this place out!

I have only been here twice so far but they now have a lifelong customer! The place is so cozy and everyone is so nice and welcoming. They all do an amazing job as well. Kelly is my favorite ! She is very sweet and makes sure you are comfortable and happy during the entire visit.

I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience! Also one of the few places in the area that actually follow their online booking system. I can definitively say the staff, atmosphere, manis, pedis, and massages are great!

My fiance and I came in for mani pedis. We ended up getting full body massages too! A complete spa experience. The staff was amazing and attentive to our needs during our entire experience. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere relaxing. We will definitely be back!

It’s a hit or miss when I come here but today I had the greatest experience with TY! He completed both my pedi and new dip and I was beyond impressed with his attention to detail. The salon is immaculate and beautiful all of the staff are so welcoming and polite. I just feel one of the lady’s needs to learn some respect and to not stereotype,Lots of variety and services also colors , I was serviced by Ty who was so gentle my pedicure was amazing , however after getting home and preparing myself to go to a family member’s birthday party I noticed the ends of my nails the dip powder is chipping off I called the salon and asked if I could return Monday after work a staff member asked me to send pictures which I found insulting and inconvenient as I’m getting ready to go to a party it’s ok is what I responded because I was alsoGetting my daughter prepared as well , I’m a very busy person I don’t have time to run back and forth to nail salons I need it done right the first time I won’t return also the lady who did my checkout process insulted me by insinuating I needed false eyelashes and I’m the only biracial woman aka woman of color she said it too nothing to the white ladies also that same woman spoke to a coworker about my “hyperpigmentation “ I didn’t pay it any mind because I have lupus it affects your skin and I’m also drop dead gorgeous and unbothered so 4 stars for Ty I took off one for the dip fading or chipping whatever it is around the bottom of just about every nail also because that lady has to remember not to prejudge all ethnic woman don’t want ghetto lashes I’m a state Government employee I beg her pardon and be mindful when speaking on people skin when she had pimples herself

This is my favorite nail salon in Canton! Everyone is so friendly and the salon is very nice/clean. Anna does an amazing job on my nails. She takes her time, is very thorough. Cannot recommend enough!

Anna and Kelly were amazing along with the rest of the staff, I came her to get a wax, pedi, mani, snd nail extensions. My birthday is coming up and I’m also going on vacation with my family so I thought this place would be great to have everything done!This place was by far the best Nail Salon I have ever been to, upon arriving they asked me and my family if we would like anything refreshments, they took their time in cater to our hands and feet, we did not feel rushed, they were so professional and I felt like we got five star service.My son started to cry because he wanted to be held, before I could pick him up Salon employees to call my son and shield him as I got my nails and feet done.At this point I felt so floored and overly bless to have such kind people help me.Their facial was by far amazing experience she went above and beyond to cater to the needs of everything that I needed.I would totally recommend this place especially if you want everything doneAlso the Brazilian wax was great, i felt like I was in a safe space and it was very clean. I satisficed the service. I enjoyed the time while the staff was doing their jobs. They dont talk too much which I like. I dont like talky technicians. I prefer to be quiet. Doing business during this crazy time is not easy, I am not judgmental, as long as the service has quality. Plus, the shop is clean with nice decoration and background music.

I’m going to call this place out and the nail tech. I came in asking to have tips taken off and to just get dip nails… your employee, PING, RIPPED off everything instead of soaking? Let me say that again. MY ACRYLICS WERE RIPPED OFF BY YOUR EMPLOYEE. It was torture and I’m sitting there pretending it’s normal because I’m too trusting of “professionals”. She totally damaged my natural nails and pulled off layers of my real nail. Then told me I should get acrylics again because she damaged them so bad. Please don’t give this business your money.

I had a wonderful experience with my family, everyone at the nail salon treated me with great hospitality. They did amazing job on my hands, feet, and waxing treatment. I would highly recommend you to bring you your family or anyone here. Iwill definitely be back!

Overall my nails turned out really cute! Kayla did my nails and made my coffin shape sharp and everything was perfect! When I first got there most of the nail techs were lying around waiting dor customers so I was waited on almost instantly! The girl who did my pedicure was very cautious and asked me constantly if anything was hurting me. This is a really nice salon with great quality! I paid $88 for a medium length Coffin shaped full set with gel polish, and a normal pedicure with regular nail polish.

I been going here since it was the other nail shop. I liked everything ! It was great !Except the last time I was there I felt as they were pushing to get money.I always get a pedicure and I usually get one that should include a bit longer massage. Instead I get told I only have a minute or two of massage time, would you like to purchase more time ?Like WOW ! Really ? How ?I felt completely ripped off ! I’ve never had to purchase more time because I picked the one that should include time, actually it should be a little extra massage time because of the ones I pick !Also the lady pushed me to use the small callus remover when I was telling her no ! Just use the stone ! (All I Usually need is a stone, my feet are not that ruff) But she used it anyways and added another 5 bucks to the bill !Like if that’s how yah gonna be I’m good !I liked the services before it changed. Now they just push to try to get whatever they can get out of you. No way it takes 45/50mins to do my feet without a massage in it ! No where else does that ! Within that 45/50 there should be at least, AT LEAST a 10/15 minute massage.I was gonna go back for skin care but I think I’m take it elsewhere now.It kinda made me sad.

Spoil U is the best kept secret in Baltimore. It is in the old babylon nail space in Canton. The service is better than I have received in area spas where the same service is much more expensive. They take walk ins right away. Anna is the owner and greets you with a happy smile every time I am in there. The technicians are very skilled- great foot and leg massage with my pedicure. They expanded their services and I can’t wait to go back. Greatest place to get your nails done.

This is the best spot to get a pedicure in the canton/fells point/Patterson park neighborhoods. The shop is clean, the employees are friendly, the massage chairs for the pedicures are excellent, the cost is reasonable and the ambiance is pleasant. I’ve seen Ty twice for a classic pedicure and will keep coming back. Add on 10 + minutes of foot/leg massage for an additional treat!

I came on a early Saturday. I really enjoyed my experience. Nice calm atmosphere. Gel Manicure done wonderfully by Jade she actually took time out to help me find the perfect color. Will definitely be returning.

My first time attending this shop after a bad experience by a salon by my job and I must say I found a new home. The place was amazingly gorgeous. It was not overly crowded or felt stuffy. The staff was amazing and patient! I will definitely becoming back here regularly!!

Beautiful & immaculate salon; brilliantly decorated. Very friendly and professional technicians. She used hand filing primarily, versus the Dremel. I felt very relaxed and pampered. There is off-street parking which is a definite bonus. They use nitrile gloves which is great for those with a latex-allergy like myself. My nails look spectacular 😍! This is my new spa!

I regularly go here and they are always great. Friendly, clean, and every person I’ve ever worked with has made my nails look great. I didn’t get a manicure, but they have safety shields up and, obviously, masks are required. Highly recommend.

Would rate 0 stars if possible I have fungus growing inside of my nail bed from this salon they do not change tools or follow proper sanitation🤢

I moved to the area almost a year ago so I am still getting acclimated in finding places. I decided to give this place a try but I will not go a 2nd time. 60.00 for a basic gel Pedicure that began chipping in less than a week. Im glad I didnt upgrade to anything else they will keep asking you to add to the service that was another turn off since I was given a list of the services and I clearly choose the one I wanted.

I walked in without an appointment. They took my right away. They were very friendly and professional. They were concerned about how they were assisting my needs. They were very helpful. I really felt like I had a mani / pedi. There was an assortment of colors to choose from. I have made my appointment for next time already.

Clean and friendly.Staff throughly cleaned stations and supplies in between clients. The service was amazing with polite techs that checked on all customers not just their own. I was overdue for a pedicure now my feet feel light and smooth. Thanks again

At the time of the service, I wouldve said SpoilU did a great job, but 2 weeks after my mani/pedi, the tech who did my nails tried to venmo herself $1,500. from my venmo account that Id used to tip her. Please be careful with this business.Edit: They can venmo themselves if they attempt to change your account, which is what happened in this case. I was made aware by Venmo calling me to confirm the new information assigned to my account, which I confirmed was not me. I had not used nor logged into Venmo, this was your employees actions, not mine. Also, I would never pay someone $1,500 for housecleaning, its a ridiculous story.

I have been to many salons in the Baltimore area, trying to find the right one. One that does good nails, feet, and eyebrows. My daughter and I finally found it here. They were able to fix the ugly nails I came in with, from another salon. Minh fixed them, made them beautiful, and talked me out of wasting extra money to have the ugly ones removed and a whole new set put on. Kayla also does amazing work. Best pedi I have had in a long time. They constantly ask if you are ok, and make you feel comfortable asking for exactly what you want. They dont rush but are super fast. It doesnt matter who takes care of you here, you will get excellent service. My daughter and I are definitely new, but loyal customers.

Called Saturday to make 10:00 appointment for Sunday. Showed up Sunday at 10:00 and no one was there (website says they open at 9:30 AND I made appt). I called and the woman who answered said they didn’t open until 10:30. She said she would see if a technician who lived nearby could come in. Someone arrived 20 minutes later and informed me that they don’t open until 11:00. Very confusing and frustrating experience. Also, not happy with the quality. Don’t plan on going back.

Ping was very welcoming . My wife goes here and I received a massage and pedicure for Fathers day and it was very niceShe took pride in what she was doing and made sure everything was just perfect.

Called ahead to get pricing on a new set and polish, once I got there the tech was very reluctant to take off my nails and tried to get me to keep the in broken ones on (all but 3 were gone). I had to show her that the remaining were lifting and cracked and did need to be taken off. After that she processed to cut me 4 times. One was very deep and bleed for a bit. Once my new acrylics were on I went to pick out a gel color and they told me that that would be another $20 even though they quoted me less on the phone. There were 5 nail techs in the salon and the 3 women in the front proceeded to talk about me and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by being there. After my nails were completed I was pressured into paying cash. One nail broke less than 24 hrs later. (They did fix this for free.) I am a week out and the same nail just broke and all my others are lifting. Never going back and would not recommend.

Not a bad atmosphere, I choose not to return because of the paint job on my toes and the gel polish on my nails chipping in less than a week .. I have not experienced this before...

Since I have moved back to Baltimore, it has taken three years for me to find a salon that I like as well as OC Nails. Kayla does an amazing wax (private) & acrylics. Her husband Minh does an awesome pedicure. The place always smells fresh, and is very clean. I never wait for my appointment-very thorough and professional!

Okay so I paid $78 for a regular pedicure with gel polish and my natural nails. The break they gave was $30 for the pedicure itself,$20 for the gel polish on my toes, $25 for gel polish on my natural nails without a manicure and a $3 COVID cost, which they didn’t provide me with a mask or anything else so I will not be going back to this nail salon nor recommending it to anyone. They’re are over price for no reason because they did NOTHING SPECIAL to over charge for services. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and went somewhere else. THIS SALON IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF...

Came in for the first and last time!! They did a horrible job...none of my nails are even, they were lumpy like he was in a rush, and the designs look like a 10 year old did them. When asked to fix it, I was told there was nothing to fix. I went bc it was closest to my job and I couldnt go to my normal salon. Never again!! Thank God my normal place knows me well enough to fix my nails and make them look the way they are supposed to for free after being charged $62 on a crappy job.

Went yesterday for mani/pedi. The gentleman who did my nails must do this as a side hobby, no way he has any professional training. My pedicure water was cold and the job was quick and sloppy. I noticed the paint was streaky but once I went outside it was so apparent I went back in and retouched it myself. If I went to another salon today they wouldnt know I just received a pedicure yesterday. My manicure consists of tons of bubbles in the paint from going too fast, uneven lines at the cuticles, and lifted edges after one day. As he went I did try to ask him to do certain things like actually paint the sides of my finger nails, etc, but it was just such a poor job that I pretty much gave up because nothing would have saved it except getting another technician and starting over. $71 dollars down the drain.

I really wanted to like Babylon since I live close by, but I could not believe their blatant disregard for their customers well-being. I walked in on a weekend and a few of the technicians were asleep, without masks, in the waiting area on the couch. One technician checked me in while the rest went back to sleep, again without masks. I received an awfully lumpy dip manicure by a technician who used USED cuticle tools (these were pulled out of a drawer, not out of a sterilization packet). I was then pressured to pay in cash when I had a credit card in hand. All in all, a very uncomfortable experience and not worth the $43.

Anna is great with waxing. Anna accommodated my add on service with no hesitation. Ms. Anna offered other services which I wll do.

I got my nails done there , and I am happy with their service. The ladies were very friendly as well. I will be back!

The lady who did my nails did not listen to anything I told her I wanted and I paid my money and she still wouldnt fix it. This is waste of a place to go to. If you are an African American woman please dont go here and give them any of our hard earned money.
