Amazing professional massage. Came in with a very sore back and came out relaxed and literally ready to take a nap. Candy is friendly and very conversational.

I’m honestly shocked this place has any 5 star reviews. $130 for 1 hour couples massage and you are forced to tip $20. They ended our massage a full 10 mins early and the gal had to leave the massage at least 3 times so realistically my SO received 40 mins. I’ve had so many massages that I wouldn’t even call it a massage, more of a rub down and I can get that at home! They were nice but I’m not paying for you to be nice. I wouldnt waste your money here.

I believe this place need more help . My first time there and the owner took 3 brakes. And when I decided not to tip her I see a total of 3charges on my card. (It should. Only be 1))))And the extra time she gave me was 9 minutes. I was really looking forward to a nice massage and it kept being interrupted. Never again will I go back.

Very relaxing, but gosh it didnt seem like a full 30 minutes... Unfortunately I didnt check the time when I got there, but it felt more like a 15 minute MAYBE 20 minute massage. Nonetheless I will be back and ask for a 1 hour and check the time when I walk in to make sure I dont get shorted. 😎🕑Thank you balance Massage!

They were so good and nice it was very relaxing. I got couple massages with my sister and it wasn’t that expensive. I called one place before and they were trying charge me and her $130each and when I called balance it was $120 together and that was way better and I enjoyed it a lot. I’ll be going back

This is by far the best massage Ive ever had! And the price just made it even better! I came out feeling wonderfully relaxed. The hot towel at the end was a nice touch too. BEWARE!!! if I can give zero star I would. I don’t know if this place is under a new owner but the ladies who gave massage to us doesn’t speak english which already made it hard to understand them to start with. The moment we stepped in, they already asked us to pay ( in a rudely manner ), won’t take credit card coz they wants us to pay in CASH. mind you I asked for a receipt but they didn’t give any. Secondly, both of them seem not to really know how to give a massage. the old lady was already hurting me the first 2 minutes because she was pinching my neck without even putting oil. she wasn’t even gentle in repositioning you. The 60 minutes massage was utterly hell, the worse ever massage me and my wife ever had. Oh lastly when they were done the very first thing they asked is for the tip!!! am like speechless of the audacity for them to ask for the tip eventhough they knew we weren’t satisfied. My wife gave them the tip ( just enough coz again they didn’t do a great job anyway ) and they even complained! LOL. Will never come and will definitely not recommend.

Just left from our first visit, couples massage. Quite a different style of massage from your typical chains or American-trained therapists, but they did a great job. My one complaint is that they dont incorporate hand/foot work, which I really enjoy in my massages. Well definitely be back.

Last spring, my husband bought me a $60 gift certificate for a 60 min massage at Balance Massage. Yesterday, I finally got some time to go get it done. When I went in to Balance Massage and presented them with the gift certificate to get the massage they REFUSED to give it to me and said they needed to talk to their boss. I thought it was so strange and to be honest I was completely put off by it. What we found out today is that theyve changed owners. Exact same massage place (same signs, same location, SAME GIFT CERTIFICATES!).....just new owners. When my husband went in to see what the problem is they informed him that they WONT HONOR THE GIFT CERTIFICATE. Theres nothing stating that theyre under new ownership and that all gift certificates sold under the previous owner arent valid. And to be honest, in my opinion, when they bought the business they bought the obligations that were promised with services that were ALREADY SOLD! One more thing, they said that if he wants a refund that he needs to find the previous owner and get it from them!! So here I sit...unmassaged and my husband is out 60 bucks! Does this seem right?! Am I missing something here? (Other then a nice relaxed massaged neck and body)

The price they charge for a massage is extremely cheap for what you get. I got a 30 minute massage because my lower back was killing me and the masseuse did a great job of working all the tightness out of my back. Clean and new building highly recommended

This place has great groupon deals! The ladies that work there are incredibly nice and accomodating! I bought a couples massage and it was very relaxing. A nice full body massage. They have a good variety of massage options from hot stone to basic chair massages and accupressure. Not the most luxurious spa in the world but it is clean and relaxing.

I wish there was enough time for him to work on my front side. It was way too much attention on my backside. When you work on one side of the body the other side gets jealous and it craves attention.

Friendly and professional employees. Easy scheduling. They are always on time or less than 10 minutes wait. I used them for a workman’s comp claim and my back is feeling much better.

Very nice friendly service, I did an hour full body and the massuese therapist adjusted my back helping relieve most the tension and knots. I left feeling relieved and just pure bliss. Its one of my first massage since ive been to okc, I recommend this place definately a 5 star for me.

We booked a massage a month ago... they called this morning to tell us they needed to cancel our appointment for today & they would call on Friday to confirm our time for next Saturday! Very poor communication, very poor business structure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & $$$. Praying we can get a refund.
