Fantastic customer service! Truly outstanding, Im grateful I found the place after my last shop closed.

My experience with James was amazing he knew every answer to every question that I had and they got me taken care of in a really easy and comfortable fashion. The owner Andy hes a really nice guy fun to deal with. This place also gives you points and things every time you stop in and buy something. and you can try everything before you purchase it. Its amazing. Go here! if you are looking for vape juice this is the place.

First visit two nice gentlemen super helpful and Polite Second visit a different man was ig helpful at first then I asked more (?s) and wanted to get more insight and he was just, well I don’t want to say rude but... anyways store look great in the inside but they need to display there products better and more instead of giving me a binder of juices with no pictures and just color words. Hope this helped and hope then man can be a better employee to his customers

The owner and some young lady (maybe his daughter?) dont have very good people or sales skills.Product and sample displays were decent but when 2 other customers came in they completely ignored us and became too occupied with others to come back to us and complete the sale, we walked out.At this rate the storefront wont be around long, pass it up and find another place is my recommendation.

Im a fan of QC Vapes! My first trip to QC Vapes was roughly November of 2016 and at first glance it really caught my eye. Its a great shop with a welcoming environment and a knowledgeable staff. The products are top notch, and even offers a good point system for discounts! I gave it a 4 star review due to some inventory problems trying to get the flavors that I prefer. Even with that said they are willing to place special orders for the flavors you would like, and even offer a calling list for when a new shipment of preferred flavors arrive. If you are new to vaping I would recommend QC Vapes simply due to the knowledge of the staff

Not big on reviewing people and places I find it flawed BUT let me just say this place is amazing its great finding a place that will go the extra mile for you like this place. Just left the store wanting to upgrade my vape explained that I was shopping around and was broke till payday and I still got as much attention as someone spending lots of money thank you so much and I WILL BE BACK

Their juice selection cannot be beat!! However, their reward program is sub-par, and their prices are steep. I would suggest purchasing quality, unique juice at QC Vapes. And take advantage of Aqueous’ amazing reward program and lower prices for accessories, coils, devices, batteries, etc.

Ignore all the bad comments, most of em are just saying how the employes are rude and thats impossible iv been in that shop night and day 3-4 times a day and never once have they showed me any bad vibes or an attitude. These dudes rock they most deffintly hands down have the best shop in the QC. They make sure im straight no matter the situation or problem they always replace and or fix whatever theyve sold me. I would highly recommend checkin them out.

They were helpful and knowledgeable! I read the negative reviews and I just dont get the same feeling. When you purchase a new mod and tank they sit down and go over all the settings and the things you should do and not do to get the best experience and longevity out of your mod and tank. I bought a tank three or four months ago and it was leaking. He didnt carry them anymore because of that reason. He let me get a new tank and took the price of the old one off of the new one. Thats carring about your customers and making sure they come back. Most place wouldnt do that!

Love this vape shop! The best one in the QCA that Ive found. Everyone is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to answer any questions one might have about juices, vapes, coils, pods, etc. The last time I was in there, I wanted to make a change in a juice but I wanted it to remain close to the type I was using...just by describing what I was looking for in flavor, they were able to make a suggestion for me to try and they were dead accurate. You cant beat the customer service and the products they have to offer! I also love that they use the Clover app and this has been so easy to use and the discounts with the app are amazing! As someone who is relatively new to vaping, they have taught me so much! Also, I have to say, its nice to have them clean, change the coil and fill my vape if asked! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Definitely a place for your vaping supplies! Keep up the amazing work QC Vapes!!!!

Hands down my favorite vape shop in the QCA. Workers are knowledgeable and friendly. They have assisted me with any question i could come up with and have guided me n the right direction everytime! Have a great variety of ejuice, devices, tanks and rdas, and al other vaping needs. Highly recommend to anyone passing through or in the area. You will not be disappointed!

A warm and welcoming store enviroment with friendly and knowledgeable staff that go above the average vape store to make sure you start and stay satisfied. Have shopped at other vape stores in the QC and personally worked at the one at the mall in the beginning of the ecig era back in 2010, and I have to say that QC Vape has done, and continues to do, thee most outstanding job of any store Ive been to and I will only purchase from there now personally. Highly recommend you try them before others.

QC vapes has always been more than helpful with any question i might have as Im still relatively new to vaping. I have cracked two tanks for my eGo one (my fault), and they have replaced two tanks free of charge. Thanks Guys!

Gave me the wrong juice ,they gave me one of the strongest and I asked for the opposite,wasnt happy with visit at all so cant use vape or juice was a waste of my time and money
