I spent over $50 on a delta 8 vape and it stopped working when it was still over halfway full, and I took it back to see if they would at least replace it with one that has the amount I had left in it, but they wouldn’t.I’m really disappointed that I spent that much money and I just have to throw it away because it doesn’t work.Edit: I understand about your policy, but I didn’t buy it in April. It was only about a week prior. I’m too poor to afford to throw away $50 lol but I understand

After a long time customer spending approximately $300 month it seems owners pride has got the better of them. Apparently they they dont value customers and think its ok for employee to talk to and treat customers rudely and disrespectfully. I will take my business elsewhere along with several friends and family even if that means spending a bit more for good customer service. Word of mouth will be your demise and put you out of business. Update:: you offered us the discount for being a loyal customer. We never demanded anything? This has nothing to do with whether or not we receive a discount but how your employee treated and talked to me when inquiring about it. Whats sad is apparently she has no respect for co owner saying she has no authority to offer such discounts. Once again your pride is getting in the way of customer service and treating them with respect and your business will suffer because of it. Good luck

Stopped by one day to check them out and I was highly impressed! Super nice couple working here, and their prices are cheaper than other stores. Nice selection of D8 and CBD too! They didn’t carry my brand of coils, but had them in stock on my next visit. I highly recommend Vape Worx!
