Bloomington Smoke Time

I recently visited Bloomington Smoke Time. I had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. They had a huge selection of products, from glassware to vaping supplies and everything in between. The prices were very reasonable too!

Great products and huge selection! Prices well absorbent!! Customer service not visible with a Hubble telescope!!! Sometimes it appears that certain staff are literally in pain to have to deal with you wait on you answer a question or sell you something

This is my favorite place ever

I called to inquire about their products and the person I talked to was very rude. When I called and someone picked up, there was no greetings nothing! There was silence and i was so confused why no one was talking. when I talked that’s when someone finally responded. I inquired if they have a certain product and got told “no”. I again asked if they have any similar product and just got a “no” as a response and nothing else. It felt like I was bothering him when i called the store to make an inquiry. so i thanked him and was saying goodbye and again there was silence and no greetings then I hang up. What an extremely unfriendly staff! I wish i have asked for his name cuz that was truly appalling how I was treated.

After going to this shop for almost 2 years with nearly every paycheck I get and buying well over 2k in glass alone I write this review. Their glass is always fantastic and have a wide range rather it be for concentrates or flower. The integrity of the pieces has always been wonderful. They always try to work on price as well.They recently have had slight staffing issues (who hasnt) and have had some less knowledgeable staff. Rest assured their managers are all super friendly and will help you with everything you need. We had an issue with a broken piece and less than 24 hours later Brayton contacted us directly to make it way more than right.Thank you Brayton and the regular staff weve dealt with for everything you do. We would never consider going to another shop in town and would just order online if this shop wasnt like a 2nd home to us.See you next paycheck:)

Man this place is hands down the best place in town, they got everything you could think ofplus the people there are super helpful i mean one of them even took my grandma to the doctor when she slipped on the ramp outside and they waited for her in the ER and everything it was mad nice of themhighly recommend this place if i could give them 1000 stars i would

Best prices in town and not to mention the employees at this place. They all have always done their most by calling other stores, checking back stock, calling their on employees just to make sure I had what I needed to be a happy customer as I left their store with my purchase. Give Smoke Time a try and it won’t disappoint hands down.

The lovely woman working was extremely helpful with helping me find what I was looking for as well and very polite and didn’t rush when I had questions about the merchandise.

Amazing staff always friendly and ready to help been shopping here for about 4 years now they have great selections on products in every price range and are always finding a way to make your experience better

Place is a 50/50 . 50 percent of the time you get a decent person who may not be the most knowledgeable about their products but is atleast kind and ushally will throw you a little deal or somthing which always brings people back IMO. But then you get the other 50 percent of the time (which if im being honest is prolly closer to 70% of the time nowadays) you get some rude thief.you have to watch it when you go in here for that very reason, because ive caught workers here tryna over charge me for things, try to sell me broken items and even try to sell me only part of items for the full price of the whole thing. Ive been going here since they opened the doors and have easily spent 2-3 grand on glass outta this store but I dont recommend shopping here unless you know alot about what your buying and pay close attention when you arr paying.

You can get same vapes, including Lost Mary, Fog Switch and MANY others for quite literally $8 cheaper at Wild Side or even most Marathon gas stations. I stopped by once and never even completed my purchase because they overcharge for everything - vapes that should be more like $20-25 cost $28-35 here, why? I guess because theyre a big chain and feel they have the right to; support Wild Side, 420 or even Marathon gas stations and lets run Smoke Times out of town.

Recently switched to vaping to help quit smoking. The staff here have been phenomenal! The kit they recommended for someone new to vaping was spot on. When I was learning to change out the cartridge they were incredibly patient and did their best to educate me on the specifics of how the cartridges work with my kit. I will absolutely be giving them my repeat business. Not many business do right by their customers these days the way Smoke Time has with me.

I mainly go here for wax melts and burners because they last for super long and smell great, but their other inventory is a decent price for what you get

This store has always always always given me discounts always been so cordial to me have gotten items in when they didnt have it... Staff is lovely I will always return :-)

I come here to get all my disposable vapes- there’s dowse a of stores in town but the customer service and attention I get from Red who works at their stores keeps me loyal to smoke time!

Do you ever think about those lucky few who walked through Sam Walton’s first store? Do you think they knew they were shopping in what would become Walmart someday?I ponder these questions as I shop at Bloomington smoketime. They seem to have something for every kind of smoker. One is reminded of what the first Walmart might have looked like.It’s homegrown and cozy, but provides for all needs. I don’t see why you’d need to go to another smoke shop, I sure don’t anymore.Plus its always a good day when I get to see my pal, Scrappy

Theres alot of Smoke Shops in Bloomington but none take the name like Bloomington SmokeTime does.This Smoke shop has everything I could ever want for my smoking needs, from my disposable vapes to my Waterpipes and everything in between.The staff there has always been so friendly and helps me with anything I need and waits patiently, especially one worker named Saggy, he showed outstanding care and attention.

Awesome vape store

Stopped in today around 3 pm to buy a couple things and when entering, an employee was vacuuming the carpet and turned the vacuum off and asked us “what do you want?” as we approached the glass cases to shop. Super rude and was not appreciated. We didn’t respond to him and continued shopping. He was the only employee in at the time and never once attempted to be helpful in any way and was texting on his phone the whole time. We selected an item and he asked us rudely if that was it and checked us out then went back to vacuuming before we exited the store. Will not be returning due to this horrible customer service experience.

They have all different varieties and a store and stuff that I havent seen in a minute it a lot of good things Define more things Daddy and Candy Warehouse in Bloomington which look a lot of them the same but I just felt more different stuff

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. i’ve gotten faulty bottles of vape juice twice now. the first time the guy called me a liar, and said it was my fault. this time i opened the bottle in the store, and it was broken. the guy looked at me and said “sales are final”, and walked away. i’m able to fix it, but would appreciate to buy my vape juice properly put together. for obvious reasons, i will no longer support this business as their staff is rude, and they have faulty products. they also have a very cheap selection of glass. dingy all around.

Come here all the time and spend a lot so if you’re gonna nickel and dime me over some pocket change you can lose business. I’ll go to the other shops which sell the same disposables for significantly cheaper, like 420 or Wildside.

Can anyone tell me if the illadelphs they have are fake or real? They seem fake just wanted to make sure. Heard many differnt things. Boxes don’t seem to have bar code to confirm legitimacy.

This place is huge and has freakin everything. The staff is courteous and give quality information about products when they are asked questions. That is important to me.

Honestly amazing shop. Went in for some papers and left with many more things because of the quality and deals. Staff was helpful and quick. Will be returning.

Great service

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I called to ask if they sold dokha and what the price was. The guy said we have a lot of different kinds. You would have to come in. I asked him to just give me a rough idea and he said he had too many kinds and that wasnt possible and that i needed to come in. So i told him I wasnt driving all the way out there if he cant give me a price, and he hung up the phone on me! I cant believe a business is run like this!

Great selection. Like the store. But i bought a torch recently and when i got home and Took it out of the box it didnt work. Never used one so wasnt sure if it was me or the product. No instructions in the box. Take it back. The guy tells me i broke it. Kept saying i broke it. Im like uh i was just in here 10 mins ago. You think i broke it this fast lol. He finally reluctantly exchanged it but then gave me a display model. Thing lasted like a week and ran out of butane. Pretty petty service if you ask me.

I had a very good experience the customer service was helpful and very friendly. They even have snacks!

Bought a cbd cart that started leaking the night we bought it. Took it back to bloomington smoke shop with proof of purchase on phone. The sales associate fiddled with the cart and ended up pouring out half of the contents in the process, then tried to sell us an empty cart and syringe to transfer the rest of the still-leaking cart into. We ultimately got a free empty cart, but after the process 2/3 of the tank had depleted. Definitely would not recommend for quality service.

This place is by far the most consistent shop of its kind in the Bloomington area. Friendly, fast, and overall great customer service. I highly recommend visiting smoke time for any/all of your needs.

Find somewhere else to go. Employee sold my partner some terrible menthol vape juice and they refused to make up for their error (he cannot tolerate menthol). Terrible customer service and inept management, They will take your money and screw you over.

Purchased 2 Juul Pod packs there for $32. One pack of pods were defective so I took them back for an exchange. I was told that they cannot do that and was turned away. I am pretty sure they are fake Juul pods being sold in Juul pod packs. I have contacted Juul.

Customer service is hit or miss, and multiple glass pieces that I bought here broke. Not good quality and overpriced. 420 is down the street, if youre looking for glassware, Id go there.

Dont buy anything from this place, unless packaged tobacco. All of the hookahs and hookah hoses caught the ugly smell of the store. I bought a hookah and smoked using it 10 times and I couldnt enjoy it because the flavor is like the ugly smell of the store.
