Sylvan is an awesome salesman. It is always nice when a salesman has tried the product. Our 1st time in a smoke shop here in indiana. Nice experience

Employees were super nice and helpful. I went to purchase an item I’ve been paying $6 and their regular price was $2. I asked for 3 and he said he’d throw in 3 for free. With the sale price I paid $5.26 for 6 of them. That’s less than I’ve been paying for one. They had a sale going that enticed me to spend $40, but the items would have been well over $100 elsewhere. Parking is a little inconvenient because the city made a bike lane on the whole block, removing all car parking, but it’s worth walking 1/2 block. I will definitely be a regular patron from now on.

Yes they have products on the counter that are clearly marked a price and then you take it to them and they increase the price by three times as much and say that that wasnt a price that was a product code after they already charged your credit card $28 or something you thought was going to be around $7 and probably only worth around $5. The total scam about so ripped off but I bought wasnt worth not even 1/5 of what I paid for it. Never go back there again ridiculous rip off

Greedy and inconsiderate. They made me drive through a blizzard just to find out the price on something. We never give prices over the phone because we dont like competing with the other head shopsPure greed, zero love.

Have bought several batteries from them all broke do not buy yocan or any of their other pens they will stop working after a few weeks

Apparently buying from wild side smoke shop is a gamble. If they sell you products that are defective, they will not refund or give you in store credit. I have the product still...originally packaging and receipt from the product I purchased less than 24 hr ago. The guy I spoke to on the phone was trying to tell me they didnt even sell this product in 3grams or carry the product in store. Ive attached a picture of said product he tried to tell me they dont carry. Ive recommended people coming here for years but I will no longer be doing that. I wish this issue could be resolved, especially being a long time loyal customer. Very disappointing.

And I called out two items so the second item they had that nobody else had so Im also very thankful for that. I come here a lot, heavy smoker and I care about what I smoke so it’s nice comin in here to browse and maybe try something new or get the brands I always do.

Sold junk twice now with no refund. First I bought a cart that had crooked threads that wouldnt go onto a battery. It ended up in the trash with a refused refund. Last night I bought a 3 gram disposable vape with a bad coil. I called the store to ask for a refund and was denied. I asked to speak with the owner and the manager told me that they are corporate so there is no owner therefore there are no refunds and its actually a buisiness law that you cant refund a hemp product. Ok smokeshop boi Im not a 23 year old kid like you who doesnt know anything. You can refund, youve just been trained not to. Here I am looking like a Karen complaining, but I can tell you this. If 10 years ago I was sold 4 grams of bunk wax you better believe someone is refunding me. I will never be back. gfys wild side

The staff is seriously the coolest. I love tie dye t-shirts and this is a great place to find them. Best staff ever. Only one Ill go to 420 female staff member i talked to in Aug of 2017 is so rude and awful, I cant believe she has a job.

Shady business practices!!! Had to remind the clerk several times we did not want products they tried to ring up and charged us full price after offering a 50% discount. Check your receipts!!!!

I used to work at Wildside. They disrespect their employees. They allow harassment and assault in there stores. I quit working here after a year due to these reasonings. I will never shop there again cause of this and there cheap products they lie about.

This place sucks. I’ve bought two different water pipes from here. The first once broke after about a month and I noticed it broke in the same shape of the base. So it wasn’t just a crack. I bought a second one to give them a second chance, hoping this was just a defective item. However the same thing happened with this one after about 5 uses. This leads me to believe these items were broken before purchase which is entirely unaccceptable. Don’t shop here, it’ll be a waste of money.

Went in with my son, so he could check out vapes, I had seen a specific item online and asked the clerk and was told they no longer carry the items. I like Kure Vape better, more personal and better selection.

I wish you could give negative stars.Staff is hurried and rude, and pretty sure they lie about the origin of what they sell.They dont stand by their products.They might negotiate their prices, as some folks have said, but try getting an exchange or refund on a defective item. If this is how Local treats locals, might as well shop online!

They are nice and friendly and understand when you got a different language for the product like me I got specials called unicorn they know what Im talking about and thats very nice

Great prices, great sales, great stock. They have everything you could possibly need and they have the most competitive prices in town. The more you buy, the more flexible they will be with the price. I highly recommend Wild Side for all of your glass needs.

HORRID new management.The new manager will lie to your face, take your money and refuse to stand by his products. It cost me $400 to find out just how dishonest he is. Shop at your own risk.

What can I say? Poor quality, overpriced, aggressive staff. And the owner lied and said it was all made here in the Midwest. If you want a good glass pipe or bubbler from friendly people at a good price go to 4:20 Smoke Shop instead.

This is typically the shop I like in Bloomington for all of my supplies but uhhh...theyre really dismissive with certain customers. I never have a problem when I come in with my boyfriend. However they only talk to him even if Im the one buying.When I went by myself to do some Christmas shopping and drop a bunch of cash they were extremely short with me, to the point of not letting me look at two pieces at the same time, not answering my questions, and generally refusing to engage in customer service. Which is...just weird for a headshop and never happens to Im that degree when a gIm withuy and buying stuff.

They all ways strive to make sure I leave happy. And have never bought low quality anything there unless I was pre warned and given a discount. Love you guys!!!!

I went in to buy some CBD products and I have never had a better experience at a smoke shop. The woman working there was very kind hearted and friendly. The prices are amazing, youve got my business now. This is the best smoke shop in town.

After a horrible experience at The vibe in Bedford, I found this place on Google. Gave them a shot and was pleasantly surprised! Now when I say that, it means something being the most skeptical person ever. They got me what I needed at half the cost of the vibe or anyemwhere in Bedford. Excellent work guys.

No extra convenience charges, unlike Smoke Time right around the corner which charges exorbitant fees like it was a gas station. Mr Fog Switch was $8 cheaper at Wild Side versus Smoke Time!!

I love this place, I quit smoking cigarettes and switched to vaping, and the staff knows exactly what Im looking for anytime I ask, they are great, friendly people and have fantastic customer service skills. 5 out of 5 stars.

Awful experience. One of the water pipes I paid $75 for literally broke in my hand 5 days after purchase and they would not swap pipes. My roommate bought the same one the same day and his only made it 3 days. Quality is not there. Go to 420 or buy one on a trusted website. Avoid at all costs.

I love this place n super excited when i found out one was in indy!!!!! My normal wild side smoke shop is in Eugene Oregon n let me tell you they have the best reps there so super happy to see its all the way on the east coast too!!!

Verrry good prices compared to Stimline and other smoke shops, huge selections, cool people, great location downtown next to the court/police department building and Taco Bell! Only bug-a-boo is parking. DONT PARK AT TACO BELL!! They love towing cars like its a game.

Its okay, but there is a kinda short guy who always wears hats that works there and he overcharges on everything even if it has a price tag. Id try to talk to the store manager about it but since its a headshop there is no way to really to do that. Today, 8/29/14, there was a sign on the door that said they are open from 11am to 9pm. They were closed till 3 bc the guy didnt show

Horrible customer service, the employees are disrespectful and lied to me about pricing. Then switched the tag from one piece onto the one i wanted so i would pay more. When i questioned him on the pricing and the short change he gave me, he told me to just leave. I asked for a my money back on the spot and he would not give it back. I will never be back to that horrible place

There are a very knowledgable group of Individuals they know there product and are very good at demostation of how various products work and willing to negotiate on Price. I seem to always learn something from each visit ,if you smoke or burn incense Wild Side is the place to patronage

I have been a regular at this store for years and I’m very disappointed with how the store is being ran recently. My last experience especially. I’ve bought two vape pens at this store that didn’t work, they refunded one and then refused to exchange the second or refund the money I spent. I will not be returning.
