I have to say that tonight was, by far, the best Vape store experience weve ever had. Andrew was awesome and actually took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions and concerns. A couple of weeks ago my husband and I had a bad experience with their shop on Fairview because they didnt want to honor their own policy to replace a defective product ( which we brought back within the 7 days policy ) and told my husband hed have to buy a new one. After an exchange of words, they finally replaced the item. If youre looking for awesome, knowledgeable and great customer service, I highly recommend visiting Andrew at this Vape location on Orchard!!

Had a issue with a tank leaking I purchased from their store on State Street, took it in to here and the assistant manager spent a good amount of time troubleshooting that tank to find out the coil was defective. Replaced it for free even though it was a manufacturer problem, set everything back up to make sure there was no leaking, and still no leaking hours later of use. Grade A customer service selection as well as knowledge, wouldnt go anywhere else, highly recommend all the locations for this business.

All the guys that work here are great! They make sure you leave with everything you needed and do so with attentiveness & such friendly service! Prices are reasonable and they have some great daily deals. Love that I can always find vape juice at clearance prices when Im short on funds!

I try to support local business and Ive been a loyal customer for three years but after seeing prices nearly double in that time Ive decided to quit giving vape my business. Found the product i prefer for less than half what these guys are asking online. Other than prices being insane, the cs and number of locations make it a decent place.

Staff is friendly! They always help me with what I need. The buy one get one half off Tuesdays for the vape juice is awesome. I had bad experiences at other vape stores but never at this one. They dont make you feel stupid if you have questions which is a huge bonus and they dont tell you what you need they make suggestions. Highly recommend this place!

My vape kept breaking for some reason or another and every time I brought it in the employees always fixed it and made me feel at ease. This last time they even gave me a back up because they understood my fears about it breaking and my cats getting into it and getting sick. By far they best place to get your vapor needs met every time and super low prices

This is the place to go for all of your vaping needs, the staff is very friendly, & very knowledgeable. Even if they don’t know the answer they do their best to explain to the best of their abilities. Yes as one customer stated their prices are a bit high for some things, however they make up for it with their warranty that can’t be beat, & their ability to make it right with the customer. And Tuesday’s is where it’s at on their juice, you just can’t beat their special of buy one, get one 1/2 off, or their juice selection anywhere in town. I will continue doing all of my vape business with this particular location only, & I’ll continue to tell others how well they treat their customers, & that they should check this location out. You won’t go wrong here, or get treated like an idiot, regardless if your new to the vape game, or if you’ve been vaping for years, they’ll take very good care of you. Perfect store for all your vape needs. The guys are super friendly and know their stuff. The selection of juice they have is great plus the manager is super knowledgeable and one of the best people to know. I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Terrible customer service at 2 different locations with new employees that had no idea what they were doing or what they were supposed to be looking for. After driving to a second location I was sold the wrong thing. After asking .for the right product my difference in change was $1.50 coming back to me. Instead of getting my change I was told, its cool man and left with them stealing my money! Dont shop here

Ive only had good experiences at most Vapes. One location I had some issues, but it was due to staff who are no longer there. In general, they are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Disturbing how under educated their staff is on vape products. These stores are the reason people have vapes blow up. Staff should be highly trained and experienced before sharing anything regarded to a vape. Try almost any other Idaho vape store and you will a have a great experience with extremely knowledgeable staff. I highly caution before buying any form of vape from the entire Idaho Vape chain.

I was in need of help, as a former cigarette smoker new to vaping I stopped in here and the staff was very nice and very helpful! This will be my go to spot. Very excited about their deal days .
